Claims (10)

1. A range hood assembly for a frying and roasting appliance, comprising:
the fan assembly (10) is provided with an air inlet end (11) and an air outlet end (12) so as to generate negative pressure at the air inlet end (11);
the air duct assembly (20) is arranged at the air inlet end (11), the air duct assembly (20) comprises a hollow air guide piece (21), and an installation part (211) is convexly arranged on the inner wall of the air guide piece (21); and
a filter assembly (30), the filter assembly (30) being detachably provided to the mounting portion (211).
2. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the mounting portion (211) has a recess (2111), and the filter assembly (30) is mounted in the recess (2111).
3. The range hood assembly according to claim 2, wherein said filter assembly (30) comprises a filter element (32) and a hollow frame (31), said filter element (32) being removably mounted on said frame (31).
4. The range hood assembly according to claim 3, wherein the frame body (31) comprises an upper bracket (312) and a lower bracket (313), one side of the upper bracket (312) is hinged with one side of the lower bracket (313), and the other side of the upper bracket (312) is detachably clamped with the other side of the lower bracket (313);
the filter element (32) is clamped between the upper bracket (312) and the lower bracket (313).
5. The range hood assembly of claim 3, further comprising a limit stop assembly (40), wherein the limit stop assembly (40) comprises a resilient member (41), a catch member (42), and a mating member (43);
two accommodating grooves (2112) are formed in the mounting portion (211), openings of the two accommodating grooves (2112) are oppositely formed, one end of the elastic piece (41) abuts against the bottom wall of the accommodating groove (2112), the other end of the elastic piece abuts against the clamping piece (42), and the clamping piece (42) is telescopically arranged in the accommodating groove (2112) and partially extends out of the openings;
the fitting piece (43) is a limiting groove arranged on the side wall of the frame body (31), and the clamping piece (42) can enter or exit the limiting groove in a telescopic mode.
6. The range hood assembly of claim 5, wherein the radial dimension of the limit groove increases from the groove bottom of the limit groove to the notch of the limit groove.
7. The range hood assembly of claim 5, wherein the shelf (31) comprises an upper bracket (312) and a lower bracket (313) disposed opposite the upper bracket (312), the upper bracket (312) comprising two oppositely disposed first sides (3121) and two oppositely disposed second sides (3122); the lower bracket (313) comprises two oppositely arranged third sides (3131) and two oppositely arranged fourth sides (3132);
one of the first side edges (3121) is hinged to one of the third side edges (3131), and the other first side edge (3121) is detachably engaged with the other third side edge (3131); the two second sides (3122) or the two fourth sides (3132) are respectively provided with one limiting groove;
the filter element (32) is clamped between the upper bracket (312) and the lower bracket (313).
8. The range hood assembly according to claim 7, wherein one of the catch (314) or the catch (315) is provided on the other first side (3121), and the other of the catch (314) or the catch (315) is provided on the other third side (3131), the catch (314) being engaged with the catch (315).
9. The range hood assembly of claim 1, wherein the air duct assembly (20) further comprises an air deflector (22), and the air deflector (22) is detachably disposed at an end of the air deflector (21) facing away from the air inlet end (11).
10. A frying and baking machine is characterized by comprising:
the baking tray comprises a body (201), wherein the body (201) comprises a shell (2011) and a baking tray (2012) arranged on the shell (2011), and an air cavity (2013) is arranged between the baking tray (2012) and the shell (2011); and
the lampblack absorbing assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the fan assembly (10) is arranged on the side wall of the body (201) and the air outlet end (12) is communicated with the air cavity (2013);
the air inlet of the air duct assembly (20) is arranged towards the baking tray (2012).
