1. A panel assembly, comprising:
the inner side of the panel is provided with a clamping piece;
a heating belt located inside the panel;

8. The panel assembly of claim 7, wherein the first mounting portion is a stud and the second mounting portion is a recess formed by recessing the cover plate toward a side facing away from the panel, the recess being in locating engagement with the stud, the fastener being coupled to the stud.
9. The panel assembly of claim 1, wherein the cover sheet is made of a metal material, and the cover sheet is attached to the panel.
10. An air conditioner characterized by comprising the panel assembly of any one of claims 1 to 9.
