The specific structure of the liner assembly and the color steel plate assembly will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 5. As shown, the liner assembly is comprised of an upper liner 19 and a lower liner 20. The air supply outlet 18 is opened in the upper liner plate 19. Upper portion welt 19 and skeleton 11 detachably fixed connection preferably is connected through the cooperation of the joint post on the welt 19 of upper portion and the draw-in groove on the skeleton 11 and is realized, can adopt the bolt to assist fixedly when necessary. Lower liner 20 and upper liner 19 adopt split type design, and lower liner 20 and skeleton 11 detachably fixed connection preferably realize through the cooperation connection of the joint post on lower liner 20 and the draw-in groove on the skeleton 11, also can adopt the bolt auxiliary fixation when necessary. The upper liner 19 may also be provided with a face mask 15.
Corresponding to the lining plate component, the color steel plate component comprises side color steel plates (14, 16) and a lower color steel plate 17. The side color steel plates (14, 16) are arranged on two sides of the air supply opening 18 in pairs. The side color steel plates (14, 16) are detachably and fixedly connected with the upper liner plate 19. The side color plates (14, 16) can be designed in a complete integral way as shown in the figure, and can also be designed in a splicing way. The lower color steel plate 17 is arranged at the lower side of the air supply outlet 18, and the lower color steel plate 17 is detachably and fixedly connected with the lower lining plate 20.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the assembling structure of the color steel plate assembly and the liner plate assembly will be described. Taking the side color plates (14, 16) as an example, the side color plates (14, 16) include a first assembly element 24 and a second assembly element 26. The first and second fitting elements 24, 26 are each disposed along an edge of the side colored steel plates (14, 16), and more particularly, extend along an edge of the side colored steel plates (14, 16). The first assembling element 24 is preferably a ring-shaped connecting piece which protrudes outwards along the edge of the side color steel plates (14, 16), and the center of the ring-shaped connecting piece is provided with a second assembling through hole 25 which is approximately rectangular. During assembly, the first mounting element 24 projects into a first elongated mounting opening 27 which opens in the upper lining plate 19. The limiting buckle 23 correspondingly arranged on one side of the first assembling through hole 27 extends into the second assembling through hole 25, so that the assembling between the two is realized. The second fitting member 26 serves as a secondary fixed connecting structure, and the second fitting member 26 is preferably a sheet-like connecting member that projects outwardly along the edge of the side color plate (14, 16). During assembly, after the first assembling element 24 is assembled in place, the operator slightly breaks the second assembling element 26 to extend the second assembling element 26 into the third assembling through hole 28 formed in the upper liner plate 19, so as to play a role of auxiliary fixing.
Similar to the side color plates (14, 16), the lower color plate 17 also includes a first mounting member 24 and a second mounting member 26. The first and second fitting members 24 and 26 are each disposed along an edge of the lower color plate 17, and more particularly, extend along an edge of the lower color plate 17.
