As shown in fig. 10, in the locked state, the pulling rope 13 is continuously pulled to the proximal end, the blocking portion 23 formed by the ball head applies a force pointing to the proximal end to the second lock piece 10, meanwhile, due to the existence of the limiting portion 21, the base 17 forms a counter-force frame to apply a reverse force, the elastic hole channel is deformed under the combined action of the two forces, the blocking portion 23 is disengaged from the elastic hole channel, the locking of the pulling rope 13 is released, and the pulling rope 13 is separated from the second lock piece 10. As the pulling rope 13 slides proximally, the blocking portion 23 abuts against the distal edge of the through hole 22 of the slider 19, so that the slider 19 is pulled by the pulling rope 13 to slide proximally along the base 17, and the first cutting unit 18 and the second cutting unit 20 alternately cut the excess suture thread 3.
As the slider 19 continues to move proximally, the first lock 9 also gradually disengages from the receiving cavity and becomes fully disengaged from the support 16, as shown in FIG. 11. At this point, the operating assembly 11 can be withdrawn, leaving the locking element 8 in the body.
Unlike the previous embodiments, in other embodiments, the first locking piece 9 is inserted into the base 17, and the inserted portion of the first locking piece is attached to the inner wall of the base 17. The slider 19 is only used to form the cutout 12 in cooperation with the base 17, and thus, with a modification based on the structure of fig. 8, the slider 19 should be provided shorter, shortened mainly by the receiving cavity for inserting the portion where the first lock piece 9 is provided in the above embodiment. The specific locking, cutting operation is substantially the same as in the previous embodiment.
In addition, in other embodiments, the support portion 16 eliminates the slider 19 and only the base 17 is provided. Base 17 is generally cylindrical and is attached to the distal end of catheter 15 and has a slot in its side wall with sharp cutting edges forming cutting portion 12, which forms a passage for suture 3 with the lumen of base 17. The pull rope 13 passes through the inner cavity of the base 17, passes through the first locking block 9 and then is connected with the second locking block 10. The first locking piece 9 is inserted into the base 17, the inserted portion of the first locking piece is attached to the inner wall of the base 17, the limiting portion 21 of the first locking piece abuts against the edge of the base 17, and the outer diameter of the limiting portion 21 is substantially the same as that of the base 17.
In this embodiment, the operator still operates the operating mechanism 14 to control the pulling cord 13 to be pulled proximally, pulling the second locking piece 10 into the first locking piece 9, and thereby achieving a locked tightening of the suture 3. At this point, the tensioning of the suture 3 is continued, and by withdrawing the operating assembly 11 of the locking device 4 towards the outside of the body, the seat 17 is sufficiently detached from the locking element 8 to leave it inside the body, while its cutting portion 12 can cut off the excess suture 3.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
