the sound post housing includes a middle frame 11, a first cover 121 and a second cover 122; two opposite sides of the middle frame 11 extend and bend to form two side walls 111; the first cover 121 and the second cover 122 are disposed on the other two sides of the middle frame 11, and form a cavity with the sidewall 111. Specifically, the first cover 121 is disposed on the top of the sound post, and the second cover 122 is a sound post base. The first boss 111a and the second boss 111b are used for interference fit with the sealing sponge 2 and the horn fixing plate 3, so as to achieve the effect of sealing and waterproofing. In general, the distance between the first boss 111a and the second boss 111b may be smaller than the sum of the thickness of the horn fixing plate 3 and the thickness of the sealing sponge 2. In practical use, the distance between the first boss 111a and the second boss 111b is an optimal distance to enable the first boss 111a, the second boss 111b, the horn fixing plate 3 and the sealing sponge 2 to achieve a good interference fit, and this is not specifically limited in this application.

In an embodiment, the middle frame 11 may be a rectangular column, a cylinder, or the like with an opening on the side, the edge of the opening is equivalent to the edge of the sidewall 111 of the above embodiment, and is also provided with a first boss 111a and a second boss 111 b. In one embodiment, the middle frame is provided with a first mounting hole 111d, and the first cover 121 and the second cover 122 are provided with a second mounting hole 12c corresponding to the first mounting hole 111 d. The middle frame 11 is fixedly connected to the first cover 121 and the second cover 122 through the first mounting hole 111d and the second mounting hole 12c by screws.

Please refer to fig. 4, which illustrates a schematic structural diagram of a part of a sound column waterproof assembly according to an embodiment of the present application.

As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, the fitting portion 31 is provided with a plurality of limiting grooves 311 at the joint with the sealing sponge 2. The limiting groove 311 is used for preventing the sealing sponge 2 from moving during contraction and expansion, i.e. preventing the sealing sponge 2 from deviating from the original position, thereby preventing the water-proof effect of the sound post from losing efficacy.

In one embodiment, the fitting portion 31 is provided with a water guard 312 at the fitting with the second boss 111b and at the other side of the opposite side wall 111. The water guard 312 functions to prevent moisture from penetrating into the interior of the sound post through the sealing sponge 2.

In one embodiment, the height of the water baffle 312 may be flush with the second boss 111b, or may be higher than the second boss 111 b; the two ends of the water baffle 312 may be flush with the two ends of the horn-fixing plate 3, or slightly exceed the length of the horn-fixing plate 3, but should not exceed the height of the middle frame 11, so as to prevent the first cover 121 and the second cover 122 from being unable to fit with the middle frame 11. The height, the length and the width of the water baffle 312 are not specifically limited, and the specific situation can be selected according to actual application scenes.

In one embodiment, the limiting grooves 311 are spaced along the length direction. Preferably, the limiting grooves 311 may be disposed at equal intervals in the length direction.

In an embodiment, the water outlet 12a is disposed on the first cover 121 and/or the second cover 122, and water can be discharged from the water outlet disposed on the first cover 121 and/or the second cover 122 in time. In another embodiment, the outlet hole 12a may be provided in the draining tank 111c of the side wall 111. In a preferred embodiment, the outlet 12a is disposed on the second cover 122, i.e. the base of the sound post. It will be appreciated that the outlet opening 12a may be located at any location that facilitates drainage of water so that standing water is drained to the exterior of the device as quickly as possible.

In one embodiment, the sound column housing is further provided with a line passing hole 12b, and the line passing hole 12b is provided with a sealing ring for water prevention. Specifically, in the scene that the sound post is mounted on the wall in a wall-hanging manner, rainwater is not easy to enter the sound post from the bottom of the sound post, so that the wire passing hole 12b can be formed in the bottom of the sound post shell, and the probability of water inflow is reduced.

In one embodiment, the horn fixing plate 3 is provided with a horn mounting portion 32 for fixing the horn assembly, and a sealing ring for preventing water is provided between the horn mounting portion 32 and the horn assembly, so that the cavity is sealed from the outside.

Referring to fig. 5, the present application further discloses an outdoor sound post, which includes a sound post speaker assembly and the sound post waterproof assembly of the above embodiment. Specifically, the sound post loudspeaker assembly is arranged in a cavity of the sound post waterproof assembly.

In one embodiment, the sound post speaker assembly includes a speaker assembly 51 and a PCBA motherboard 52.

In this embodiment, the speaker assembly 51 may be provided with a screw hole for mounting and fixing, and the speaker mounting portion 32 is provided with a screw hole corresponding to the screw hole, so that the speaker assembly 51 and the speaker fixing plate 3 may be mounted by screw fixation first, and then a sealing ring for waterproofing is disposed at a position where the two are attached to each other, thereby achieving a good sealing and waterproofing effect.

In this embodiment, the PCBA main board 52 may be fixed to a side of the horn fixing plate 3 facing the cavity of the soundbar waterproof assembly. Specifically, the PCBA main board 52 may be fixed to the inner surface of the sound column housing, or may be fixed to the horn fixing plate 3, which is not limited herein, and the specific fixing manner of the PCBA main board 52 may be determined according to the actual use condition.

In one embodiment, the PCBA motherboard 52 frets have a power harness, which in particular may extend through the wire harness of the fret housing to the exterior of the outdoor fret.

In an embodiment, outdoor sound column still includes dustproof sponge 6, and dustproof sponge 6 is arranged in between loudspeaker net 4 and loudspeaker fixed plate 3 for block part dust, make inside and then damage loudspeaker assembly 51 or PCBA mainboard 52 of difficult entering outdoor sound column of grey layer, thereby prevent that the grey layer from influencing the life of outdoor sound column.

1. A sound column waterproof assembly is characterized by comprising a sound column shell, a sealing sponge, a loudspeaker fixing plate and a loudspeaker net;

the sound post shell comprises a middle frame, a first cover body and a second cover body; two opposite sides of the middle frame extend and are bent to form two side walls; the first cover body and the second cover body are arranged on the other two sides of the middle frame and form a cavity with the side wall;

the edge of the side wall is bent towards the inner side of the cavity to form a first boss; a second boss is arranged on the inner surface of the side wall on one side of the edge of the first boss far away from the side wall;

the horn fixing plate is arranged between the first boss and the second boss;

the horn net is arranged between the first boss and the horn fixing plate;

the sealing sponge is arranged between the horn fixing plate and the second boss so as to enable the cavity to be relatively sealed with the outside;

the first boss is G-shaped in a longitudinal section perpendicular to the side wall, and a draining groove is formed on the inner side of the first boss; the sound column waterproof assembly is further provided with a water outlet hole, and the water outlet hole is communicated with the water draining groove.

2. A fret water-proof assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the horn fixing plate comprises a matching part, and the matching part is in interference fit with the first boss and the second boss through the sealing sponge;

the matching part is provided with a plurality of limiting grooves at the joint part of the matching part and the sealing sponge.

3. A fret water-proof assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein: and a water baffle is arranged at the matching position of the matching part and the second boss and on the other side opposite to the side wall.

4. A fret water-proof assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the limiting grooves are arranged at intervals along the length direction.

6. A fret water-proof assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the sound column shell is further provided with a wire passing hole, and the wire passing hole is provided with a waterproof sealing ring.

A fret water-proof assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the loudspeaker fixed plate is equipped with the loudspeaker installation department that is used for fixed loudspeaker assembly, the loudspeaker installation department with be equipped with between the loudspeaker assembly and be used for waterproof sealing washer, so that cavity and outside are sealed relatively.

8. An outdoor fret, comprising: a sound post loudspeaker assembly and a sound post waterproof assembly;

the sound post loudspeaker assembly is arranged in a cavity of the sound post waterproof assembly;

wherein, the waterproof component of sound column is the waterproof component of sound column according to any one of claims 1-7.

9. An outdoor fret according to claim 8, wherein: the sound post loudspeaker component comprises a loudspeaker assembly and a PCBA mainboard;

the loudspeaker assembly is arranged on the loudspeaker installation part;

the PCBA mainboard is fixed in the loudspeaker fixed plate faces one side of sound column waterproof component's cavity.

10. An outdoor fret according to claim 8, wherein: outdoor sound column still includes dustproof sponge, dustproof sponge is arranged in the loudspeaker net with between the loudspeaker fixed plate.
