An opening corresponding to the positioning post 4 is formed on the PCB400, and the positioning post 4 can pass through the opening and be exposed on the PCB 400.
And the fixing rod 5 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 30 in a sliding mode, the operating end 50 far away from the positioning hole 31 is exposed out of the mechanism seat 3, and the fixing end 51 close to the positioning hole 31 penetrates into or retreats from the fixing hole 40 based on the sliding of the fixing rod 5.
The diameter of the positioning column 4 is smaller than that of the positioning hole 31.
When the plug-in module 300 (i.e., the expansion card holder 100 with the expansion card 200 mounted thereon) is mounted in the electronic apparatus, it moves to the lock point P. In the moving process, the mechanism seat 3 contacts the positioning column 4 first, and at this time, the positioning of the mechanism seat 3 can be realized through the cooperation between the positioning column 4 and the positioning hole 31 at the lower end of the mechanism seat 3. After the positioning is completed, the operation end 50 can be pressed down to drive the fixing rod 5 to move down integrally, and the fixing end 51 extends into the fixing hole 40 of the positioning column 4, so that the plug-in module 300 is fixed by the cooperation between the positioning column 4 and the fixing rod 5. Of course, in order to more reliably fix the pluggable module 300 to the electronic device, a screw hole matching with the chassis of the electronic device may be further provided on the expansion card bracket 100, and the pluggable module 300 and the chassis are tightly matched by penetrating and fixing a screw into the screw hole on the chassis.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the positioning of the card expansion bracket is realized by the cooperation between the positioning hole provided on the mechanism seat and the positioning column provided on the locking point of the electronic device, and after the positioning column is inserted into the positioning hole, the fixing rod accommodated in the mechanism seat is inserted into the fixing hole provided on the positioning column to fix the card expansion bracket, thereby increasing the speed of mounting and dismounting the card expansion bracket in the electronic device.
In order to connect the fixing rod 5 and the positioning column 4 more tightly, a thread may be provided in the fixing end 51 of the fixing rod 5 and the fixing hole 40 of the positioning column 4, a sliding groove and a locking groove may also be provided on the mechanism base 3, and a sliding block may be provided on the fixing rod 5, or the fixing end 51 may also be set to be slightly larger than the fixing hole 40 in size to achieve an interference fit between the fixing end 51 and the fixing hole 40, etc., the manner is not limited thereto, and only a stable fit between the fixing rod 5 and the positioning column 4 needs to be achieved.
Specifically, in one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the fixing end 51 of the fixing rod 5 is provided with an external thread 54 on the periphery thereof, and the hole wall 41 of the fixing hole 40 of the positioning column 4 is provided with an internal thread 42, wherein the external thread 54 is matched with the internal thread 42.
After the fixing rod 5 is inserted into the fixing hole 40, the fixing rod 5 is rotated by the operating end 50, the external thread 54 and the internal thread 42 are engaged with each other, and the fixing rod 5 is driven to continue to be inserted into the fixing hole 40, thereby locking the fixing rod 5 in the fixing hole 40.
When unlocking is performed, the fixing rod 5 can be withdrawn from the fixing hole 40 by rotating the fixing rod 5 in the reverse direction by the operating end 50 to disengage the external thread 54 and the internal thread 42 from each other.
In another possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the mechanism seat 3 is provided with a slide groove 32 and a locking groove 33 which are in communication. An end of the slide groove 32 closer to the positioning column 4 communicates with the locking groove 33.
A slider 52 is provided on the fixing lever 5, wherein the slider 52 is slidably provided in the slide groove 32 and the locking groove 33. When the sliding block 52 is located at the upper portion of the sliding slot 32, as shown in fig. 4(a), the fixed end 51 of the fixing rod 5 does not penetrate into the fixing hole 40 of the positioning post 4, and the pluggable module 300 and the electronic device are in an unlocked state, and when the sliding block 52 slides into the lower portion of the sliding slot 32, the fixed end 51 of the fixing rod 5 penetrates into the fixing hole 40 of the positioning post 4, and a locked state is formed between the pluggable module 300 and the electronic device, at this time, the sliding block 52 can be further slid into the locking slot 33, so that the sliding block 52 can be maintained in the locking slot 33 after the operation end 50 is released, as shown in fig. 4 (B). That is, when the slider 52 is located at the locking groove 33, the fixing lever 5 is maintained at the fixing hole 40.
When unlocking, the sliding block 52 is withdrawn from the locking groove 33 by pulling or pushing the operating end 50, the sliding block 52 slides into the sliding groove 32, and the fixed end 51 is separated from the fixed hole 40 by the sliding of the sliding block 52 in the sliding groove 32, so that the fixed rod 5 and the positioning column 4 are separated.
It should be noted that, in the case that the fixing mechanism is further provided with an elastic member to rebound the fixing lever 5, the locking groove 33 may be bent to a side close to the operation end 50, and in the case that the fixing mechanism is not provided with an elastic member to rebound the fixing lever 5, the locking groove 33 may be bent to a side close to the fixing end 51, and an elastic throat may be provided at an upper portion of the locking groove 33, and when the slider 52 slides to a lower portion of the locking groove 33, the throat may lock the slider 52, thereby preventing the slider 52 from coming off.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the card expansion bracket 100 further includes an elastic member 6.
The elastic member 6 is disposed between the mechanism housing 3 and the fixing lever 5 to withdraw the fixing lever 5 out of the fixing hole 40.
The elastic member 6 may be inserted into the fixing rod 5, or may be disposed in other forms, which is not limited thereto.
In one case, the elastic member 6 is compressed during the process of the fixing lever 5 being inserted into the fixing hole 40, and is maintained in a compressed state while locking the fixing lever 5. After the locking between the fixing lever 5 and the fixing hole is released, the fixing lever 5 can be ejected out of the fixing hole 40 based on the elasticity of the elastic member 6 to realize the separation between the fixing lever 5 and the positioning column 4. Here, the expansion card holder 100 is in an unlocked state in fig. 5(a), and the expansion card holder 100 is in an unlocked state in fig. 5 (B).
In another case, as shown in fig. 6, the elastic member 6 is stretched during the fixing rod 5 goes deep into the fixing hole 40 and is maintained in a stretched state while the fixing rod 5 is locked. After unlocking, the fixing lever 5 may also be drawn out of the fixing hole 40 based on the elastic force generated by the elastic member 6 stretching.

The elastic member 6 is disposed between the mechanism housing 3 and the operating end 50 to withdraw the fixing lever 5 out of the fixing hole 40.
The limiting ring 35 can be abutted to the upper end of the positioning hole 31, so that the elastic part 6 is prevented from being failed due to the transitional downward movement of the fixing rod 5.
By providing the stopper ring 53, it is also possible to separate a portion having the external thread 54 and a portion not having the external thread 54 on the fixing rod 5.
With the above two arrangements, the fixing rod 5 can be withdrawn from the fixing hole 40 by the elastic force generated by the compression or extension of the elastic member 6, thereby maintaining the detachment of the two.

Since the upper side of the positioning column 4 has a smaller diameter, the upper side of the positioning column 4 can more easily slide into the positioning hole 31 at the lower end of the mechanism seat 3, and positioning between the pluggable module 300 and the electronic device is realized.
