The disclosed embodiments provide an electric pencil sharpener. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the electric pencil sharpener includes: top cap 1, outer casing 2, drive assembly 3, inner casing 4, the mechanism of penning 5 and switch module 6.
The top cover 1 is detachably and fixedly connected with the outer shell 2 and is enclosed to form a first accommodating cavity, and the inner shell 4 and the driving assembly 3 are both positioned in the first accommodating cavity; the inner shell 4 is provided with a second accommodating cavity, the pencil sharpening mechanism 5 is positioned in the second accommodating cavity and is in transmission connection with the driving component 3, and the inner shell 4 is also provided with a first slide way positioned on one side of the pencil sharpening mechanism 5 close to the top cover 1 and a second slide way with the extending direction O2 facing the top cover 1. The switch assembly 6 comprises a touch switch 61, a sliding block 62 and a limiting rod 63, the touch switch 61 is fixed on the inner shell 4 or the outer shell 2 and is positioned on one side of the first slide way along the extension direction O1, and the touch switch 61 is electrically connected with the driving assembly 3; the sliding block 62 is slidably limited in the first slide way, the sliding block 62 is elastically connected with the inner shell 4 or the outer shell 2 and is limited at a first initial position, and the limiting rod 63 is slidably limited in the second slide way and is elastically connected with the inner shell 4 or the outer shell 2. The top cover 1 abuts against the end of the limit rod 63, and limits the limit rod 63 at a second initial position.
When the limiting rod 63 is located at the second initial position, the sliding block 62 can slide from the first initial position to the first sliding position under the action of an external force to trigger the trigger switch 61 to be switched on, and when the top cover 1 is separated from the limiting rod 63, the limiting rod 63 can slide from the second initial position to the second sliding position under the action of an elastic force to limit the sliding block 62 at the first initial position.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, under the condition that the top cover 1 is fixedly connected with the outer shell 2, the limiting rod 63 is limited at the second initial position, and cannot limit the sliding block 62, so that the sliding block 62 is caused to slide to the first sliding position under the action of an external force, so as to turn on the touch switch 61, and at this time, the driving component 3 is powered on to drive the pencil sharpening mechanism 5 to sharpen the inserted pencil; when the top cover 1 is separated from the outer shell 2, the limiting rod 63 slides to the second sliding position under the effect of the elastic force, so that the sliding block 62 is limited to the first initial position, that is, the sliding block 62 cannot cause the trigger switch 61 to be turned on. Therefore, in the embodiment of the disclosure, through the arrangement of the limiting rod 63, the problem that the electric pencil sharpener is started by mistake due to misoperation of the sliding block 62 under the condition that the top cover 1 is separated from the outer shell 2 is solved, so that the potential safety hazard when the electric pencil sharpener is used is reduced.
Optionally, the extending direction O2 of the second sliding way is a distribution direction of the top cover 1 and the outer shell 2, so that when the top cover 1 is fixedly connected to the outer shell 2, the top cover 1 can cause the limiting rod 63 to slide along the second sliding way. The extending direction O1 of the first slide way is perpendicular to the extending direction O2 of the second slide way so as to be able to switch between the limit to the slider 62 and the cancel of the limit when the limit lever 63 slides. In actual use, the extending direction O1 of the first slide way is perpendicular to the inserting direction of the pencil into the electric pencil sharpener, and the extending direction O2 of the second slide way is parallel to the inserting direction of the pencil.
When the sliding block 62 slides to the first sliding position along the first sliding way, the end of the sliding block 62 can touch the touch switch 61, so that the touch switch 62 is switched on; of course, as shown in fig. 3, 4 or 5, the side of the slider 62 close to the touch switch 61 is provided with a touch block 623, and when the slider 62 slides to the first sliding position, the touch block 623 may touch the touch switch 61 to turn on the touch switch 62. In this manner, by providing the touch block 623, the contact area with the touch switch 61 can be increased, and the touch switch 61 can be ensured to be turned on.
The top cover 1 may be directly abutted to the end of the stopper rod 63 through a wall surface facing the outer case 2, so as to limit the stopper rod 63 at the second initial position. Of course, as shown in fig. 3, the wall surface of the top cover 1 facing the outer case 2 has a projection 11, and the projection 11 abuts against the end of the stopper rod 63 to stop the stopper rod 63 at the second initial position.
For the structure that the top cover 1 is provided with the bulge 11, when the top cover 1 is in threaded connection with the outer shell 2, the bulge 11 is an annular bulge 11 so as to ensure that the bulge 11 can continuously limit the end part of the limiting rod 63 when the top cover 1 is screwed in. When the top cover 1 and the outer shell 2 are in snap connection, the protrusion 11 may be a sheet-shaped protrusion 11 as shown in fig. 3, so as to ensure that the protrusion 11 can limit the end of the limiting rod 63.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the top cover 1 and the inner housing 4 both have an insertion opening for inserting a pencil, and the pencil sharpening mechanism 5 includes a pinch roller feeding assembly and a hob assembly, and the pinch roller feeding assembly is located between the hob assembly and the top cover 1. After the electric pencil sharpener is started, the clamping wheel feeding assembly can clamp the inserted pencil and convey the pencil to the hobbing cutter assembly, so that the hobbing cutter assembly can cut the insertion end of the pencil. After the cutting is finished, the pencil can be taken out manually, and the clamping wheel feeding assembly can also be controlled to rotate reversely to take out the pencil, which is not limited in the embodiment of the disclosure.
The specific structure of the pinch roller feeding assembly, the specific structure of the hob assembly and the installation mode refer to the related art, and the embodiment of the disclosure does not limit the structure.
The second accommodating cavity is internally provided with a partition plate 41, the partition plate 41 divides the second accommodating cavity into a first sub-accommodating cavity and a second sub-accommodating cavity, the pinch roller feeding assembly is positioned in the first sub-accommodating cavity, the hobbing cutter assembly is positioned in the second sub-accommodating cavity, and the partition plate 41 is provided with a through hole which is communicated with the first sub-accommodating cavity and the second sub-accommodating cavity, so that the pinch roller feeding assembly is in transmission connection with the hobbing cutter assembly, and the pinch roller feeding assembly can convey a clamped pencil to the hobbing cutter assembly along the through hole.
It should be noted that, in order to fully automate the electric pencil sharpener, the external force for urging the slider 62 to slide may be a relative force between the pencil and the slider 62 when the pencil is inserted. That is, the slider 62 has an insertion hole for inserting a pencil. The specific structure of the wall of the insertion hole of the slider 62 can refer to the related art so as to cause the slider 62 to slide along the first slideway to the first slideway position when inserting a pencil.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the outer housing 2 includes an upper housing 21 and a lower housing 22, the upper housing 21 and the lower housing 22 are separated by a partition, as can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, at least a portion of the inner housing 4 is located in an accommodating cavity corresponding to the upper housing 21, and the annular space between the upper housing 21 and the inner housing 4 forms a waste collecting bin. So, hobbing cutter subassembly is at the in-process of cutting the pencil, and the sweeps that produces can concentrate in the sweeps collecting bin to be convenient for follow-up sweeps's collection. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the driving assembly 3 is located in a corresponding receiving cavity of the lower housing 22 to form a shield for the driving assembly 3 and form a protection for the driving assembly 3.
The driving assembly 3 comprises a driving circuit board, a driving motor and a driving gear, the driving circuit board is respectively electrically connected with the touch switch 61 and the driving motor, the driving motor is in transmission connection with the driving gear, and the partition board is provided with a through hole so that the driving gear is in transmission connection with the pencil sharpening mechanism 5 in the inner shell 4, the driving motor can be started when the touch switch 61 is switched on, and the pencil sharpening mechanism 5 is driven to work through the gear assembly.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second slide way may be formed outside the inner housing 4, that is, the limiting rod 63 is located outside the inner housing 4, and at this time, the limiting rod 63 located in the second slide way may be elastically connected to the housing wall of the inner housing 4 or the inner housing wall of the outer housing 2; of course, the second slideway may also be formed in the inner housing 4, that is, a part of the limiting rod 63 is located in the second accommodating cavity, and at this time, the limiting rod 63 is elastically connected with the inner housing wall of the inner housing 4.
In contrast to the case where the second slide is formed outside the inner housing 4, when the second slide is formed inside the inner housing 4, it is possible to avoid positional interference caused by the stopper 63 when the inner housing 4 is mounted in the first housing cavity, and it is easier to miniaturize the electric pencil sharpener and improve the aesthetic property of the electric pencil sharpener.
Next, a detailed explanation will be given taking an example in which the second slide is formed in the inner case 4.
In some embodiments, in combination with the above case of including the partition plate 41, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the partition plate 41 has a limiting hole 411 facing the top cover 1, the wall plate 42 of the inner housing 4 near the top cover 1 has a through hole 421 coinciding with a center line of the limiting hole 411, and the limiting hole 411 and the through hole 421 form a second slideway; the first end of the limiting rod 63 is located in the limiting hole 411, the second end of the limiting rod extends out of the through hole 421, and the limiting rod 63 is elastically connected with the wall plate 42 or the partition plate 41.
After the limiting rod 63 is elastically connected to the wall plate 42 or the partition plate 41, the limiting rod 63 is located at the second sliding position, and when the top cover 1 is fixedly connected to the outer shell 2, the top cover 1 can be abutted to the end of the limiting rod 63, so that the limiting rod 63 slides to the second initial position along the second slide way in the direction away from the top cover 1, and at this time, the limiting rod 63 does not obstruct the sliding of the sliding block 62. That is, after the top cover 1 is fixedly connected with the outer shell 2, the normal use of the electric pencil sharpener can be ensured.
Wherein, in order to guarantee the guide effect to gag lever post 63, avoid appearing the circumstances of incline when top cap 1 makes gag lever post 63 slide for example gag lever post 63 can't stretch into spacing hole 411 along the second slide when sliding, wallboard 42 has guide structure towards the wall of top cap 1, and guide structure has the direction passageway, and the tip of gag lever post 63 is located the direction passageway, perhaps stretches out the direction passageway. Of course, the wall surface of the wall plate 42 facing away from the top cover 1, the partition plate 41, and other positions may be provided with a guide structure, but the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited to this, as long as the guide of the stopper rod 63 can be achieved. So, can realize the orientation to gag lever post 63 through guide structure, avoid gag lever post 63 to appear the condition of incline when sliding along the second slide.
When the end of the limiting rod 63 extends out of the guide channel, the end of the limiting rod 63 can be directly pressed by the wall surface of the top cover 1 facing the outer shell 2, and certainly, the end of the limiting rod 63 can also be pressed by the protrusion 11 arranged on the wall surface of the top cover 1 facing the outer shell 2. When the end of the limiting rod 63 is located in the guide channel, in order to press the end of the limiting rod 63 and avoid the interference of the limiting structure, the end of the limiting rod 63 can be pressed by the protrusion 11 arranged on the wall surface of the top cover 1 facing the outer shell 2.
For the situation that the end of the limiting rod 63 extends out of the guide channel, the guide structure does not interfere with the pressing of the top cover 1 on the end of the limiting rod 63, so that the guide structure can be of any structure capable of realizing guiding, for example, the guide structure is a guide column with a cylindrical channel; alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 or 3, the guide structure includes two guide blocks 422 disposed opposite to each other, and a gap between the two guide blocks 422 forms a guide passage.
In order to avoid possible interference between the guide projections 11 when the top cover 1 is fixedly connected to the outer housing 2 in the case where the end of the stopper rod 63 is located in the guide passage, as shown in fig. 2 or 3, the guide structure includes two guide blocks 422 disposed opposite to each other in the radial direction, and a guide passage is formed between the two guide blocks 422 in the circumferential direction. Thus, the end of the limiting rod 63 can be pressed by the protrusion 11, and the guide structure can be prevented from limiting the rotation of the top cover 1.
In combination with the above-described case where the second slideway is formed by the stopper hole 411 and the through hole 421, in order to achieve the elastic connection of the stopper rod 63, the switch assembly 6 includes the first elastic member 64.
The first elastic member 64 is a compression spring, as shown in fig. 4, the limiting rod 63 has a step surface facing the partition plate 41, and the first elastic member 64 is sleeved on the limiting rod 63 and between the limiting step surface and the partition plate 41. Thus, the limiting rod 63 has a tendency of sliding towards the top cover 1 under the action of the first elastic piece 64, and after the top cover 1 is separated from the outer shell 2, the limiting rod 63 can slide to the second sliding position under the action of the first elastic piece 64; when the top cover 1 is connected with the outer shell 2, the top cover 1 can press the limiting rod 63 to the second initial position.
Or, the first elastic element 64 is an extension spring, the limit rod 63 has a step surface facing the wall plate 42, and the first elastic element 64 is sleeved on the limit rod 63 and is respectively fixedly connected with the step surface and the wall plate 42.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the limiting rod 63 slides to the second sliding position, the slider 62 may be limited at the end of the slider 62, the slider 62 may be limited at the side wall of the slider 62 close to the top cover 1, or the slider 62 may be limited at the side wall of the slider 62 far from the top cover 1. Of course, the limiting rod 63 may limit the position of the sliding block 62 at other positions of the sliding block 62, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In some embodiments, the slider 62 has a limit notch, the side wall of the limit rod 63 has a limit head 631 facing the slider 62, and the limit head 631 can switch between extending into and exiting from the limit notch when the limit rod 63 slides along the second slide way.
Thus, when the limiting rod 63 is pressed to the second initial position by the top cover 1, the limiting head 631 is pulled out of the limiting notch, so that the limitation of the sliding block 62 is cancelled; when the limiting rod 63 slides to the second position, the limiting head 631 can extend into the limiting notch to limit the sliding block 62.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the limiting head 631 is located on a side of the slider 62 away from the top cover 1, and the limiting notch is a limiting groove 621 facing away from the top cover 1.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first slide way may be formed in the second receiving cavity, or may be formed on the wall plate 42 of the inner housing 4 near the top cover 1. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the inner housing 4 has a slide groove 423 near the wall plate 42 of the top cover 1, the slide groove 423 forming a first slide way; the notch of the sliding groove 423 is provided with a limiting block 424, and the limiting block 424 is used for limiting the sliding block 62 in the sliding groove 423.
Wherein the slot of the sliding groove 423 faces away from the top cover 1, or as shown in fig. 3, the slot of the sliding groove 423 faces towards the top cover 1. When the notch of the sliding groove 423 faces the top cover 1, the sliding groove 423 is exposed outside the second accommodation cavity, thereby facilitating the assembly of the slider 62.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3 or 4, the switch assembly 6 includes a second elastic member 65, and the slider 62 may be elastically connected to the outer housing 2 or the inner housing 4 through the second elastic member 65.
When the sliding block 62 is elastically connected to the outer casing 2, the second elastic member 65 is an extension spring, and two ends of the second elastic member 65 are respectively fixedly connected to the end of the sliding block 62 away from the trigger switch 61 and the inner wall of the outer casing 2. In this way, the slide block 62 can be limited to the first initial position under the action of the second elastic element 65; when the sliding block 62 is acted by an external force, it can overcome the pulling force of the second elastic element 65, and slide along the first sliding path to the first sliding position in the direction close to the touch switch 61, so as to touch the touch switch 61, thereby turning on the touch switch 61.
When the sliding block 62 is elastically connected to the inner housing 4, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bottom of the sliding groove 423 has a receiving groove 425, the sliding block 62 has a limiting plate 622 located in the receiving groove 425, and the second elastic member 65 is located in the receiving groove 425 and is limited between the limiting plate 622 and the groove wall of the receiving groove 425.
