Claims (14)

1. A lid for openably and closably setting at a pot body of a cooking appliance to form a cooking space between the lid and the pot body, characterized in that the lid comprises:
a face cover assembly;
a liner disposed below the face cap assembly and connected to the face cap assembly; and
a removable cover assembly disposed below the liner and connected to the liner, the removable cover assembly comprising:
an infrared module capable of radiating infrared rays to the cooking space; and
a transmissive member provided at least at a lower side of the infrared module and having a portion thereof corresponding to the infrared module at least partially transmitting light,
wherein the infrared module is made of an ore material capable of radiating infrared rays.
2. The cover of claim 1,
the mass M of the infrared module satisfies: 20g or more and M or less than 500g, and/or
The thickness T of the infrared module satisfies: t is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 10 mm.
3. The cover of claim 1,
the ore material is tourmaline or ore mixture, and/or
The ore material is at least one of granular and powdery, and the ore material is capable of radiating far infrared rays having a wavelength of 4 to 14 μm.

The cover according to claim 1, wherein the detachable cover assembly is detachably attached to the inner liner, the detachable cover assembly includes a fixing base provided at an outer circumferential side of the infrared module in a circumferential direction of the infrared module and detachably attached to the inner liner, and the transmissive member and the infrared module are provided at the fixing base.
5. The cover of claim 4, wherein the removable cover assembly further comprises a fixture disposed at least on an upper side of the infrared module and connected to the fixture, the fixture and the transmissive element together clamping the infrared module.
6. The cover according to claim 5, wherein the infrared module is disposed in a space surrounded by the fixing member, the fixing base, and the transmissive member, the detachable cover assembly further includes a pan opening seal ring, the fixing base is provided with a support portion extending in a circumferential direction, a peripheral edge of the transmissive member is lapped to the support portion, the pan opening seal ring includes a first seal portion, and the first seal portion is sandwiched between the support portion and the transmissive member in the circumferential direction of the support portion.

The cover according to claim 5, wherein the detachable cover assembly further comprises a bridge disposed on an outer peripheral side of the infrared module along a circumferential direction of the infrared module, a top end of the bridge being bridged to the fixing base and abutting against a lower side face of the fixing base, a peripheral edge of the transmission member being bridged to a bottom end of the bridge, the infrared module being disposed in a space surrounded by the fixing base, the bridge, and the transmission member.
8. The cover of claim 7, wherein the removable cover assembly further comprises a pan seal, the pan seal comprising a first seal portion and a second seal portion, the first seal portion being sandwiched between the bridge and the transmissive element along a circumference of the bridge, the second seal portion being sandwiched between the anchor mount and the bridge along a circumference of the anchor mount.
9. The cover of claim 8,
the first sealing part and the second sealing part are separately arranged, or
The first sealing portion and the second sealing portion are integrally formed.

The cover body as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cover assembly is provided with a steam passage for communicating with the outside, the lining is correspondingly provided with a lining through hole, the fixing member is correspondingly provided with a fixing member through hole, the infrared module is correspondingly provided with an infrared through hole, the transmission member is correspondingly provided with a transmission member through hole, the steam passage, the lining through hole, the fixing member through hole, the infrared through hole and the transmission member through hole are sequentially communicated, and the transmission member through hole is used for communicating with the cooking space.

A cover as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 12 further including a heating module and a heat transfer member, said heating module and said heat transfer member being provided to said inner liner in correspondence with said infrared module, and said heat transfer member being provided on the lower side of said heating module, the spacing D between said heat transfer member and said fixing member in the vertical direction being such that: d is more than 0 and less than or equal to 10 mm.
14. A cooking appliance, comprising:
the cooker body is internally provided with an inner pot; and
the lid according to any one of claims 1 to 13, which is openably and closably provided to the pot body, and when the lid is closed on the pot body, a cooking space is formed between the lid and the inner pot, and the infrared module can radiate infrared rays to the cooking space.
