Abstract

一种能够方便和科学地测量指压的指压测定器, 包括具有导向销和齿条的内壳、承接内壳并具有对应 于齿条的齿轮的外壳,内壳和外壳通过设于其间的弹 簧保持在一起,一刻度盘上盖有一观察窗,它通过一 与齿轮相连的指针一起示出指压的大小,利用这一测 量器,病人可以了解用中药治疗过程中的康复速度。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种指压测定器,更具体地说是一种用于测量手指压力的测定器,通过它可检查手指受伤的病人在用中药如含有艾绒的艾灸治疗过程中的康复速度,特点是通过观察测定器的刻度盘就可以简便地得知康复速度。
目前,为了检查手指的压力以了解疾病的程度,中医一般采用观察或用手直接触摸病人手部的方式来检查病人。然而,在采用上述不科学的方法时存在许多问题,其原因是由于在检查病人手指压力时的不准确性而使医生不能正确地了解疾病的程度。
因此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种指压测定器,该测定器通过按压弹簧的弹力而使一正确的指压显示在刻度盘上从而可以方便地了解病人的疾病的程度。
为了完成上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种测量手指压力的指压测定器,它包括一内壳和外壳,其中包括一弹性件以保持施加在内壳上的指压,以及具有一指压针的一刻度盘,通过压下内壳以使一由齿条、齿轮驱动的转动来显示手指压力大小。
本实用新型的特征由所附的权利要求书具体地提出。然而,通过阅读以下结合附图所作的详细的描述将能更好地理解本实用新型的这种用于测量指压的方便而又科学的指压测定器。

图1和图2分别为本实用新型的指压计的分解和组合后的立体图。在图1中,该指压测量器基本上包括一内壳10和外壳20,其中,内壳10有一安装成伸出内壳10的一导向销12,当将内壳10和外壳20结合起来时,该导向销12在导槽20b中可向上和向下移动,外壳20中容有一起弹性件作用的弹簧50。
一形成在内壳10的一侧上的齿条11与位于一包括在外壳20中的突出的壳体21内的齿轮41啮合(如图3(a)和(b)所示)。一穿过齿轮41的转动轴40具有一位于观察窗31中的指针42,该观察窗31用一接合法兰32固定在刻度盘30周围,这样,施加在内壳10上的指压强度可通过齿条和齿轮的运动而表示在刻度盘30上。

由于形成在内壳10的一侧上的齿条和位于外壳20上的突出壳体21内的齿轮41啮合,施加在接触面10a和20a间的指压量可通过齿轮和齿条运动由安装在转动轴40一侧的转动指针42表示在刻度盘30上。即,通过这一功能,病人可方便地确定刻度盘所显示的指压而检出自己的疾病或健康程度。
在内壳10在外壳20内下降的过程中,安装在内壳10外周上的导向销12在导槽20b中向下移动。如图3所示,内壳10的移动距离H受到如图2所示导槽的长度h的限制,因为导向销12受到弹簧50的弹力仅在导槽20b中向下和向上移动。
在刻度盘30上,与齿条和齿轮的轴连接的指针42表明施加在接触面10a和20a之间的指压。由玻璃或透明合成树脂制成的位于刻度盘30上的观察窗31的边缘用接合法兰32接合在刻度盘的周围。
图4是一表示指压测定器使用状态的立体图。在该图中,很显然施加在弯曲得和手指形状相应的接触面10a和20a之间的指压可方便地表示在刻度盘30上。

1、一种可方便和科学地测量指压的指压测定器,其特征在于:它包括一在其外表面有一导向销和一形成在其上一侧的齿条的内壳,一以所述导向销在一导向槽内上下滑动的方式承接所述内壳并且在其一侧上的突出壳体内有一对应于所述齿条的齿轮的外壳,所述内壳和外壳由一弹簧保持在一起,一其上盖有一观察窗并和通过与齿轮轴相连的指针一起表示指压的刻度盘。
