In the prior art, the anti-dazzle plate generally adopts a grating or a microprism, and the thickness of the grating is larger than that of the microprism. When the mold is produced, the lamp provided with the anti-dazzle plate needs to be produced according to different thicknesses of the grating or the microprism, so that the processing and production are complicated, and the inventory pressure is increased.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present application provides a lighting fixture, including a housing 100, a light emitting assembly 110, a bezel 200, a light diffusion plate 300, and an anti-glare plate 400, wherein the light emitting assembly 110 is fixedly mounted on the housing 100; the light diffusion plate 300 is disposed opposite to the light emitting assembly 110; the anti-glare plate 400 and the light diffusion plate 300 are stacked.
The bezel 200 includes two sectional materials 210 disposed in parallel and an end plate 220 connecting the two sectional materials 210, a supporting surface 211 supporting the anti-glare plate 400 is disposed at an inner side of the sectional material 210, and a first limiting surface 212 and a second limiting surface 213 limiting the movement of the anti-glare plate 400 and the light diffusion plate 300 are disposed, the supporting surface 211 and the first limiting surface 212 form a first mounting groove 230 accommodating the anti-glare plate and the light diffusion plate 300, and the supporting surface 211 and the second limiting surface 213 form a second mounting groove 240 accommodating the anti-glare plate 400 and the light diffusion plate 300.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the antiglare plate 400 of different sizes may be selected to be installed into the first installation groove 230 or the second installation groove 240. For example, a grating 410 or a micro prism may be selected as the anti-glare sheet 400. The same mold can be used for two different anti-glare plates 400, so that the processing materials of the product are unified, the processing efficiency is improved, and the inventory pressure is reduced.
In this embodiment, the light emitting assembly 110 can be electrically connected to an external power source through the circuit driving box 111 disposed on the housing 100, and the light emitting assembly 110, such as an LED lamp, emits light through the light diffusion plate 300. The frame 200 may be, for example, a rectangular frame with a certain thickness, and the frame 200 has a longitudinal direction L extending along the two profiles 210, a width direction W with respect to the longitudinal direction, and a thickness direction H. The end plate 220 connects and fixes two parallel profiles 210, and the profiles 210 may be, for example, aluminum profiles. The supporting surface 211 is opened on the sectional material 210, and since the antiglare sheet 400 and the light diffusion sheet 300 are overlapped, the supporting surface 211 can also be understood as supporting both. That is, the supporting surface 211, the first limiting surface 212, and the second limiting surface 213 are planes having limited areas, and thus the anti-glare plate 400 and the light diffusion plate 300 are accommodated in a pair.
In this embodiment, the anti-glare plate 400 and the light diffusion plate 300 are convenient to produce and assemble in a factory due to the slot structure. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, when the antiglare plate 400 employs the grating 410, the grating 410 and the light diffusion plate 300 are received in the first mounting groove 230, and the light diffusion plate 300 is adjacent to the rear plate 100.
As shown in fig. 7, when the antiglare sheet 400 employs the prism sheet 420, the prism sheet 420 and the light diffusion plate 300 are accommodated in the second mounting groove 240, and the light diffusion plate 300 is adjacent to the back plate 100. The light diffusion plate 300 is adjacent to the back plate 100, i.e., the light emitted from the light emitting elements 110 is diffused first, so as to achieve anti-glare.
Furthermore, the first limiting surface 212 and the second limiting surface 213 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the supporting force is more stable. Relative to the second position-limiting surface 213, the first position-limiting surface 212 is adjacent to the back plate 100, and the supporting surface 211 and the second position-limiting surface 213 are disposed in a staggered manner in the width direction W. Specifically, the second stopper surface 213 is located outside the support surface 211 in the width direction.
Since the prism plate 420 is thinner, the second mounting groove 240 formed by the second limiting surface 213 accommodates the prism plate 420 and the light diffusion plate 300, and since the second limiting surface 213 is located outside the supporting surface 211, that is, the supporting force points of the supporting surface 211 to the prism plate 420 are not located at the two ends of the prism plate 420, the supporting force is more stable. It can be seen that the width of the first mounting groove 230 is smaller than the width of the second mounting groove 240 in the direction W. The space within the groove formed by the two is partially shared, i.e., satisfies the requirement that the mold described above can be used to assemble the grid 410 or microprisms.
The lighting lamp in this embodiment has two end plates 220 hidden to keep the appearance beautiful. Specifically, after the end plate 220 is fixed to the two profiles 210, the lighting fixture is fixed to the frame 200 through the end cap 270, and the end plate 220 is shielded.
The lighting fixture can be used as a classroom lamp, for example, and the connection strength between the bracket 510 and the suspension rod 500 is particularly important because the lighting fixture is large and heavy, and if the fixing strength is not enough, the lighting fixture may be deformed and even fall to hurt people. The existing lighting lamp usually adopts a fixing component for fixing the suspender, such as a fixing disc is locked on a plastic chassis by screws, so that the fixing point is single; or a piece of hardware is embedded in the back plate of the lighting lamp, and the fixing component for fixing the suspender is locked on the hardware, but the luminous effect is influenced, and the assembly is troublesome.
Referring to fig. 2, 7 and 8, in one embodiment, the light fixture further comprises a hanging assembly, the hanging assembly comprises a hanging rod 500 and a bracket 510, two ends of the bracket 510 are fixed to the two profiles 210, the center of the bracket is fixed to the back plate 100, and the hanging rod 500 is fixed to the bracket 510. The section bar 210 is further provided with a screw groove 265 for fixing the end plate.
The back plate 100 has a plurality of fixing holes 120, the bracket 510 has through holes 520 corresponding to the positions and the number of the fixing holes 120, and the fixing holes 120 and the through holes 520 are fixed by fasteners 530. Further, in the width direction W, the through hole 520 is located at the middle of the bracket 510, i.e., the middle third area, and the through hole 520 is disposed around the suspension lever 500.
In this embodiment, the center of the bracket 510 is fixed to the back plate 100, and the fastening point and the through hole 520 are disposed around the suspension rod 500, so that the stress of the lighting fixture is more balanced. Specifically, the number of the fixing holes 120 may be two to six, for example, the holes are arranged in a central symmetry manner, for example, the holes may be four, the fixing members 530 penetrating and fixing may be screws, for example, and only two fixing members 530 are shown in the figure. The thickness of the back plate 100 can also be increased by opening the corresponding position of the fixing hole 120 on the back plate 100, for example, the fixing hole 120 is opened on the rib 112 on the back plate 100, so as to improve the stability.
Further, the back plate is fixed by using a slot structure. The two profiles 210 are both provided with an embedded groove 250, and the back plate 100 is placed in the embedded groove 250. The two ends of the bracket 510 are fixed to the two profiles 210, respectively, to fix the back plate 100. Specifically, for example, the profile 210 is provided with a screw groove 260, and the bracket 510 is fixed to the screw groove 260 by a screw.
On the basis that above-mentioned a plurality of fixed points set up, this embodiment has adopted the fixed mode that has further adopted support 510 fixed section bar 210, realizes the safety guarantee dual fail-safe, has further promoted the security.
The lighting fixture provided by the embodiments of the present application can be applied to different scenes, for example, used as a classroom lamp. The lighting lamp provided by each embodiment can achieve the UGR anti-dazzle index less than 19 assembly scheme, and achieves the purpose of universality of the grating 410 and the micro prism through different slot structures on the aluminum profile 210. In order to enhance the installation strength of the fixing assembly, the structure of the sectional material 210 and the back plate 100 is redesigned, the positions of the fixing points are increased, the stress of the lighting lamp is more balanced, the double-insurance effect is also achieved in a multi-point fixing mode, and a better safety effect is achieved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
