In addition, a plurality of first engaging grooves 102 are respectively formed on two side surfaces of the first supporting leg 100, and the plurality of first engaging grooves 102 are respectively spaced along the length direction of the first supporting leg 100. One end of each of the two first connecting rods 800 is hinged to the first supporting frame 301, and the other end of each of the two first connecting rods 800 can be inserted into any one of the corresponding first engaging grooves 102. Specifically, the design of the hinge structure is various, and in this embodiment, it is preferable to pass one first screw 302 between the first connecting rod 800 and the first supporting frame 301, so that the first connecting rod 800 and the first supporting frame 301 are rotating shafts rotating with each other around the axis of the first screw 302. In addition, referring to fig. 5, a first sliding sleeve 303 is further connected between the two first connecting rods 800, the first sliding sleeve 303 includes a main body 3031 and inserting parts 3032 arranged at two sides of the main body 3031 and extending outward, a bottom end of one of the first connecting rods 800 is sleeved on one of the inserting parts 3032, a bottom end of the other of the first connecting rods 800 is sleeved on the other inserting part 3032, so that the two first connecting rods 800 are respectively hinged with the first sliding sleeve 303, a protruding inserting block 3033 is arranged on an inner wall of the main body 3031, and the inserting block 3033 can be inserted into any one of the first clamping grooves 102, so that an included angle θ between the first back cushion 300 and the first supporting leg 100 can be adjusted, and further, the use requirement of the user for the first back cushion 300 that the angle can be adjusted is met.
More specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 4, a second support frame 401 is fixed to the bottom of the second backrest cushion 400, and at least one second link 900 is connected between the second support frame 401 and the second support leg 200. In the present embodiment, the number of the second links 900 is preferably two in consideration of the structural requirement for better stability. In addition, a plurality of second locking grooves 202 are respectively formed in two side surfaces of the second supporting leg 200, and the plurality of second locking grooves 202 are respectively arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second supporting leg 200. One end of each of the two second connecting rods 900 is hinged to the second supporting frame 401, and the other end of each of the two second connecting rods 900 can be inserted into any one of the corresponding second slots 202. Specifically, the design of the hinged structure is various, and in this embodiment, it is preferable to pass one second screw 402 between the second connecting rod 900 and the second supporting frame 401, so that the second connecting rod 900 and the second supporting frame 401 use the axis of the second screw 402 as a rotating shaft for mutual rotation. In addition, a second sliding sleeve 403 is connected between the two second connecting rods 900, the structure of the second sliding sleeve 403 is the same as that of the first sliding sleeve 303, the bottoms of the two second connecting rods 900 are hinged to the second sliding sleeve 403, and the second sliding sleeve 403 is also inserted into any one of the second clamping grooves 202 through an inserting block 3033 on the inner wall, so that the included angle psi between the second back cushion 400 and the second supporting foot 200 is adjustable, and the use requirement of the user for the second back cushion 400 that the angle is adjustable is further met.
Referring to fig. 6, through the above structural design, when a manufacturer delivers goods, the manufacturer can open the included angle between the first supporting leg 100 and the second supporting leg 200 to the maximum, at this time, the first sliding sleeve 303 is located at the lower position of the first supporting leg 100, at this time, the second sliding sleeve 403 is located at the lower position of the second supporting leg 200, and at this time, the dumbbell stool is in a folded state with a small occupied space, so that the product transportation cost is reduced. In addition, when a user takes the dumbbell bench product, the first sliding sleeve 303 is only required to be clamped in any one of the first clamping grooves 102 on the side surface of the first supporting leg 100, and the second sliding sleeve 403 is required to be clamped in any one of the second clamping grooves 202 on the side surface of the second supporting leg 200, so that the first back cushion 300 and the second back cushion 400 can be adjusted to proper heights, the dumbbell bench adopting the structural design is not required to be assembled with too many parts, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 7 to fig. 10, the following design ideas are provided to realize the rotation of the first supporting leg 100, the second supporting leg 200, the first backrest cushion 300 and the second backrest cushion 400 around the rotation axis 10:
first, the top of the first support leg 100 is provided with an inner tube 103, the top of the second support leg 200 is provided with an outer tube 203, and the outer diameter of the inner tube 103 is in clearance fit with the inner diameter of the outer tube 203, so that the outer tube 203 can be sleeved on the outer wall of the inner tube 103 and can freely rotate.
Secondly, both sides of the inner pipe 103 are provided with accommodating tooth grooves 101, both sides of the outer pipe 203 are provided with limiting tooth grooves 201, after the outer pipe 203 is sleeved on the outer wall of the inner pipe 103, the two groups of accommodating tooth grooves 101 and the limiting tooth grooves 201 are arranged adjacently, and the shapes of the notches of the accommodating tooth grooves 101 and the limiting tooth grooves 201 are similar to the shape of the gear.
Further, the middle shaft 600 is inserted into the inner tube 103, the axis of the middle shaft 600 is the same as the rotating shaft of the inner tube 103 and the outer tube 203, the axis of the middle shaft 600 passes through the rotating shaft center 10, two ends of the middle shaft 600 are respectively sleeved with one latch 500, and the two latches 500 are slidably connected with the middle shaft 600, that is, the two latches 500 can freely slide along the axial direction of the middle shaft 600. Referring to fig. 11, the shape of the latch 500 is similar to the shape of the gear, and the latch 500 specifically includes a body 501 and a plurality of convex teeth 502 arranged at the outer edge of the body 501 and circumferentially spaced apart from each other, and in addition, in view of improving the accuracy of the adjustment of the dumbbell stool, in this embodiment, the distance between two adjacent first slots 102 is an integer multiple of the stroke between two adjacent convex teeth 502, and correspondingly, the distance between two adjacent second slots 202 is also an integer multiple of the stroke between two adjacent convex teeth 502. Moreover, the overall dimension of the latch 500 and the notch of the accommodating slot 101 are in clearance fit with each other, so that the latch 500 can be inserted into the accommodating slot 101, and the overall dimension of the latch 500 and the notch of the limiting slot 201 are in clearance fit with each other, so that the latch 500 can be inserted into the limiting slot 201. When one part of the latch 500 is inserted into the receiving slot 101 and the other part of the latch 500 is inserted into the limiting slot 201, the latch 500 at this position can limit the mutual rotation of the inner tube 103 and the outer tube 203, that is, the first support foot 100 and the second support foot 200 cannot rotate mutually, and at this time, the first support foot 100 and the second support foot 200 can be stably supported on the ground. When the latch 500 is inserted into the receiving groove 101, the inner tube 103 and the outer tube 203 can rotate relative to each other, that is, the first support leg 100 and the second support leg 200 can rotate relative to each other, so as to adjust the heights of the first back cushion 300 and the second back cushion 400 relative to the ground. In other words, the minimum adjustment angle for mutual rotational adjustment of the first supporting leg 100 and the second supporting leg 200 is an included angle formed by two adjacent convex teeth 502 arranged in an array in the circumferential direction, for example, referring to fig. 11, the outer edge of the latch 500 shown in fig. 11 is circumferentially arrayed with thirty convex teeth 502, that is, the included angle between two adjacent convex teeth 502 is 12 ° (360 °/30 ═ 12), then the minimum adjustment angle for mutual rotational adjustment of the first supporting leg 100 and the second supporting leg 200 is also 12 °, at this time, the adjustment angle for mutual rotational adjustment of the first supporting leg 100 and the second supporting leg 200 is a positive integer multiple of 12 °, and the user can adjust the angle between the first supporting leg 100 and the second supporting leg 200 according to actual requirements. In summary, the structure of the latch 500 is adopted to limit the mutual rotation of the first support leg 100 and the second support leg 200, on one hand, the advantage of high reliability is provided, and the latch 500 can be hidden in the accommodating tooth socket 101 or the limiting tooth socket 201, so that the appearance of the dumbbell stool looks neater and more beautiful. On the other hand, the first supporting foot 100 and the second supporting foot 200 have more adjusting gears.
Furthermore, in order to simplify the operation difficulty of the user, the present embodiment further provides pressing assemblies 700 at two ends of the bottom bracket 600, wherein the pressing assemblies 700 include a button 701, an elastic member 702 and a push rod 703. The elastic member 702 is preferably a spring, and the elastic member 702, the latch 500 and the push rod 703 are sequentially sleeved on the outer wall of the middle shaft 600, wherein one end of the elastic member 702 away from the latch 500 abuts against the groove bottom of the receiving groove 101. In addition, the button 701 is also slidably connected to the middle shaft 600, specifically, a through middle hole 601 is formed in the middle shaft 600, the central axis of the middle hole 601 is the same as the axis of the middle shaft 600 itself, and the button 701 can be inserted into the middle hole 601, so that the button 701 can freely slide along the axial direction of the middle shaft 600. When the user does not press the button 701, the elastic member 702 drives the latch 500 to be positioned in the first position of the bottom bracket 600, which is the above-mentioned position: one part of the latch 500 is inserted into the receiving tooth groove 101, and the other part of the latch 500 is inserted into the limiting tooth groove 201, so that the inner tube 103 and the outer tube 203 are limited from rotating with each other. When a user presses the button 701, the button 701 pushes the push rod 703 and the latch 500 to move together along the axial direction of the central shaft 600, at this time, the latch 500 gradually compresses the elastic member 702, and finally, the latch 500 leaves the limiting toothed slot 201 and is integrally inserted into the receiving toothed slot 101, at this time, the latch 500 is in the second position on the central shaft 600, at this time, the inner tube 103 and the outer tube 203 can rotate relative to each other, after the inner tube 103 and the outer tube 203 rotate to the proper positions, the user can release the button 701 at the two ends of the central shaft 600, and at this time, the elastic member 702 drives the latch 500 to reset to the first position again. Through designing the two pressing assemblies 700, the operation difficulty of a user can be greatly simplified, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Still further, two first rotating portions 3011 are arranged on the first support frame 301, two second rotating portions 4011 are arranged on the second support frame 401, the two first rotating portions 3011 are respectively sleeved on outer walls of the two corresponding push rods 703, so that the first support frame 301 can freely rotate around the axis of the push rods 703, and the two second rotating portions 4011 are respectively sleeved on outer walls of the two corresponding push rods 703, so that the second support frame 401 can freely rotate around the axis of the push rods 703. Because the axle center of the push rod 703 is the same as the axle center of the central axle 600, the first support frame 301 and the second support frame 401 both can use the axle center of the central axle 600 as the rotating axle center, that is, the structural design that the first back cushion 300 and the second back cushion 400 both use the axle center of the central axle 600 as the rotating axle center 10 is realized. Meanwhile, the first rotation portion 3011 also serves to limit the push rod 703, and the second rotation portion 4011 also serves to limit the push button 701. Specifically, the first protruding limit portion 7031 is disposed on the outer wall of the push rod 703, and under the elastic force of the elastic member 702, the first limit portion 7031 on the outer wall of the push rod 703 always abuts against the outer wall of the first rotating portion 3011, so that the push rod 703 is prevented from running out under the action of the elastic member 702, and the elastic member 702 is ensured to be always in a compressed state. The outer wall of the button 701 is provided with a protruding second limiting part 7011, when the button 701 is pressed, the second limiting part 7011 on the outer wall of the button 701 finally abuts against the outer wall of the second rotating part 4011, so that the pressing stroke of the button 701 is limited, and the use reliability and stability of the dumbbell stool are improved.
In addition, the pressing assembly 700 further comprises an end cover 704, the end cover 704 is sleeved on the outer wall of the button 701 and is screwed on the side face of the second rotating portion 4011, the end cover 704 plays a role in limiting the button 701, and the button 701 is prevented from directly falling from two ends of the middle shaft 600.
