Referring to fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the first water inlet joint 511 is vertically disposed, the heater water inlet joint 532 is horizontally disposed, the heater 52 is horizontally disposed, the water outlet end of the heater 52 is connected to the first water inlet joint 511 through the elbow joint 521, and the water inlet end of the heater 52 is connected to the heater water inlet joint 532 through the straight pipe joint 522. Claims (10)

1. A capsule dishwasher, comprising:
a liner (1) having a washing chamber, the liner (1) having a depth 1.5-2 times its width;
the base (2) is matched with the bottom of the inner container (1) in size and connected to the bottom of the inner container (1), and a water tank (21) is arranged on the upper surface of the base (2);
the spraying assembly (3) is arranged on the upper surface of the base (2) and is positioned in the washing cavity;
the external water channel (4) is integrated with the lower surface of the base (2) and is integrally formed with the base (2), and the external water channel (4) is communicated with the spraying assembly (3) and the washing cavity and is used for conveying washing water to the spraying assembly (3) and discharging sewage in the washing cavity;
a heating water path (5) integrated on the lower surface of the base (2) for heating the washing water output from the external water path (4) and then delivering the heated washing water to the spray assembly (3);
the lower end of the door body assembly (6) is hinged to the base (2) and used for sealing an opening in front of the inner container (1), an air duct assembly (61) is arranged in the door body assembly (6), a fan (62) is arranged in the air duct assembly (61), and the fan (62) is used for drying the washing cavity;
and a water tank (7) connected to the external water path (4) for storing washing water and sewage discharged from the washing chamber.

The capsule dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the external water path (4) comprises a water cup (41), a connection pipe (42), a washing pump (43) and a drainage pump (44), the water cup (41) and the connection pipe (42) are integrally formed with the base (2) and are disposed on the lower surface of the base (2), an opening of the water cup (41) is communicated with the water tank (21), the water cup (41) is provided with a drainage pump connector (411) and a drainage pipe connector (412), the drainage pump (44) is connected to the drainage pump connector (411), the drainage pipe connector (412) is connected to the water tank (7) through a pipe, one end of the connection pipe (42) is communicated with the water cup (41), the other end of the connection pipe (42) is provided with a washing pump connector (421), and the washing pump (43) is connected to the washing pump connector (421), be equipped with apopore (422) and water inlet (423) on washing pump joint (421), apopore (422) with heating water route (5) intercommunication, water inlet (423) through the pipe fitting with water tank (7) intercommunication.

The capsule dishwasher of claim 2, characterized in that the number of spray assemblies (3) is two, two spray assemblies (3) are arranged in the base (2) in front of each other in the depth direction of the base (2), and the heating water path (5) is used for conveying the washing water output by the external water path (4) to the two spray assemblies (3) after heating.

The capsule dishwasher of claim 3, wherein the heating water path (5) comprises a first heater mounting seat (51), a heater (52) and a second heater mounting seat (53), the first heater mounting seat (51) and the second heater mounting seat (53) are provided on the lower surface of the base (2) along the length direction of the base (2) and are integrally formed with the base (2), the first heater mounting seat (51) and the second heater mounting seat (53) are respectively communicated with one spray assembly (3), at least one of the first heater mounting seat (51) and the second heater mounting seat (53) is communicated with the external water path (4), the heater (52) is a flow-through heater, and both ends of the heater are respectively communicated with the first heater mounting seat (51) and the second heater mounting seat (53), and is used for communicating the first heater mounting seat (51) with the second heater mounting seat (53).

The capsule dishwasher of claim 4, characterized in that the first heater mount (51) is provided with a first water inlet connection (511) and a first water outlet (512), the first water outlet (512) penetrates through the upper surface of the base (2) and is connected with one of the spraying components (3), the first water inlet joint (511) is connected with the water outlet end of the heater (52), the second heater mounting seat (53) is a three-way joint and comprises an external water inlet joint (531), a heater water inlet joint (532) and a second water outlet (533), the external water inlet joint (531) is communicated with the water outlet hole (422), the second water outlet (533) penetrates through the upper surface of the base (2) and is connected with another spraying component (3), the water inlet end of the heater (52) is connected with the heater water inlet joint (532).

The capsule dishwasher of claim 5, characterized in that the heating water circuit (5) further comprises a diverter (534), the diverter (534) being provided in the second heater mount (53) for balancing the amount of washing water output by the external water circuit (4) entering the first heater mount (51) and the second heater mount (53).

The capsule dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the door assembly (6) comprises an inner door (63) and an outer door (64), the inner door (63) is connected to the inner side of the outer door (64), the lower end of the outer door (64) is hinged to the base (2) through a door hinge, the upper end of the outer door (64) is connected to the inner container (1) through a door pull rope, the fan (62) is arranged on the inner side of the outer door (64), the air duct assembly (61) is arranged between the inner door (63) and the outer door (64), the fan (62) is arranged in the air duct assembly (61), the inner door (63) is provided with an air outlet (631) communicated with the air duct assembly (61), and the outer door (64) is provided with an air inlet (641) communicated with the air duct assembly (61).

The capsule dishwasher of claim 7, wherein the duct assembly (61) comprises a duct (611) and a duct cover (612), the duct (611) being disposed on a side of the inner door (63) adjacent to the outer door (64), the duct cover (612) being connected to the duct (611), the fan (62) being disposed on the duct (611).

The capsule dishwasher of claim 8, wherein the air duct (611) comprises an air inlet duct (6111), a fan cavity (6112) and an air outlet cavity (6113), the air inlet duct (6111), the fan cavity (6112) and the air outlet cavity (6113) are sequentially communicated with each other, an air inlet end of the air inlet duct (6111) is aligned with an air inlet (641) on the outer door (64), the air outlet (631) is disposed on the air outlet cavity (6113) and located on one side of the inner door (63) away from the outer door (64), the contour of the air duct cover plate (612) is matched with the contour of the air inlet duct (6111) and the fan cavity (6112), and the air duct cover plate (612) is connected with the air duct (611) to seal the air duct assembly (61) relative to the cavity between the inner door (63) and the outer door (64).

The capsule dishwasher according to claim 1, further comprising a housing (8), wherein the housing (8) covers the inner container (1) and the base (2), the housing (8) comprises a bottom plate (81), a left side plate (82), a right side plate (83), a top plate (84) and a back plate (85), the top plate (84) is connected with the top of the inner container (1), the bottom plate (81) is connected with the base (2), the upper ends of the left side plate (82) and the right side plate (83) are respectively inserted with the left side and the right side of the top plate (84), the lower ends of the left side plate (82) and the right side plate (83) are respectively inserted with the left side and the right side of the bottom plate (81), the upper end of the back plate (85) is inserted with the top plate (84), and the lower end of the back plate (85) is inserted with the bottom plate (81), the left side and the right side of the back plate (85) are respectively clamped with the rear side of the left side plate (82) and the rear side of the right side plate (83).
