1. A headband assembly for use with a headset, the headband assembly comprising:
the end part of the steel head band is provided with a through hole penetrating through the inner side and the outer side of the steel head band, and the through hole extends to the middle part of the steel head band along the length direction of the steel head band; and
the telescopic arm comprises a fixed body and a sliding shell; the fixing body is embedded in the through hole and extends along the length direction of the through hole; the sliding shell is sleeved on the fixed body and the steel head band and is in sliding connection with the steel head band, so that the sliding shell can extend out or retract from the end part of the steel head band along the length direction of the steel head band;
wherein the fixed body and the sliding shell are mutually limited so as to adjust the length of the sliding shell extending from the end part of the steel head band.
2. The headband assembly according to claim 1 wherein the fixing body is recessed inwardly on both sides thereof to form mounting slots, the through hole having two inner sides disposed side by side, each of the inner sides being inserted into one of the mounting slots.

The headband assembly according to claim 2, wherein the through hole has an insertion opening at an end thereof remote from the distal end of the headband, the insertion opening having a width greater than a width of an end thereof close to the distal end of the headband, the fixing body being slid into the through hole via the insertion opening such that two inner sides of the through hole, which are arranged side by side, slide into the two mounting slots, respectively.
4. The headgear assembly according to claim 2, wherein the fixing body is an elastic member.

The headband assembly according to claim 1, wherein the fixed body has a fixed elastic sheet on an inner side thereof, the sliding housing has a plurality of elastic sheet teeth on an inner surface thereof facing the fixed elastic sheet, the elastic sheet teeth are sequentially spaced along a sliding direction of the sliding housing, and the fixed elastic sheet is retained between two adjacent elastic sheet teeth to limit the sliding of the sliding housing.

The headband assembly according to claim 1, wherein the number of the through holes is two, and the two through holes are respectively provided at both ends of the steel headband; the number of the telescopic arms is two, and the two telescopic arms are respectively matched with the two ends of the steel head band.
