Description

Simplify blue tooth earphone structure of neck hanging of assembly process
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of earphones, in particular to a neck-hung Bluetooth earphone structure capable of simplifying an assembly process.
Background
The neck hanging type Bluetooth headset is a product of the Bluetooth headset, and has the advantages of low price, long endurance time, good sound quality, convenience in carrying, comfort in wearing, difficulty in losing and the like, so that the neck hanging type Bluetooth headset always has a small share in the market, and particularly has a larger share in developing countries and regions.
The neck-hung Bluetooth headset structure is evolved from the traditional wired headset, and a large amount of glue dispensing processes are adopted in the assembly process, so that the production efficiency is low, the UPH (production capacity per hour of one production line) is generally below 200, namely, the assembly of 200 headsets in 1 hour of one production line is not realized; moreover, as glue is adopted in the assembly process, appearance problems caused by glue overflow are serious, the improvement of the straight-through rate of the production line is restricted, meanwhile, great challenges are brought to the maintenance of the production line, and both the labor consumption and the material consumption are high; in addition, because the neck hanging Bluetooth earphone has a neck hanging wire, a left earphone wire and a right earphone wire on the structure, the wire rod processing links are more, the consumed labor is more, and the earphone processing cost is high and the capacity is low.
The existing earphone wires SR (wire tail fixing structure) mostly adopt an encapsulation injection molding process (1 or multiple times of injection molding), and the process has two obvious defects: 1) the production efficiency is low, and only 1500-plus 2000 pieces of neck hanging wires SR can be produced by one SR injection molding machine one day due to the long manual mold loading and unloading period; 2) the encapsulation and injection molding are usually simple in mold, so that the SR produced by the process can only be made into a simple structure and cannot be made into complex structures such as a buckling position and the like.
