The inner extension sections of the steel pipe primary and secondary wall plates 2.1 and 2.2 in the prefabricated unit concrete 1 are provided with peripheral stirrups 1.3 and internal stirrups 1.4, the internal stirrups 1.4 penetrate through the steel pipe primary and secondary wall plates 2.1 and 2.2 to be fixed, shear steel bars 1.5 are welded on the inner sides of four corners of a square grid formed by the intersection of the two internal stirrups 1.4, and the shear steel bars 1.5 extend out of the pouring surface of the prefabricated unit concrete 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 4.
Shear steel bars 1.5 are also arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the reinforced concrete prefabricated structure main body, the shear steel bars 1.5 are vertically arranged at four intersections between two corresponding inner stirrups 1.4 at the middle edges of two groups of peripheral stirrups 1.3, each intersection is provided with one shear steel bar 1.5, the total number of the shear steel bars is four shear steel bars 1.5, and the shear steel bars 1.5 are positioned at the inner side close to the center of the prefabricated unit concrete 1 and are welded with the inner stirrups 1.4; one end of each of four shear steel bars 1.5 is embedded in the precast unit concrete 1, and the other end of each shear steel bar extends out of the precast unit concrete 1 and then extends into a rear pouring space of a standard steel pipe end structure.
The concrete implementation is that two extended prefabricated units of the mixed column are respectively arranged and connected up and down, a floor slab is arranged near the space between the standard prefabricated units of the upper and the lower mixed columns, and the middle part of a floor column is near a recurved point.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, between two mixing column extension prefabricated units adjacent up and down, the standard steel pipe end structures of the two mixing column extension prefabricated units are in butt joint connection; when the prefabricated unit is installed on site, after being aligned, each ear plate 10 in the standard steel pipe end structure of the two mixed column extension prefabricated units is fixedly connected with each other through an ear plate connecting plate 11 and a mounting bolt 12, the mounting bolt 12 penetrates through the ear plates 10 and the ear plate connecting plates 11 to fixedly connect the ear plates 10 with the ear plate connecting plates 11 together, after being aligned, the end edges of the standard rectangular steel pipes of the two mixed column extension prefabricated units are welded through groove weld joints 16, two post-pouring spaces of the two mixed column extension prefabricated units are communicated through hole grooves in the middles of respective annular inner partition plates 4 to form a total post-pouring cavity, and self-compacting concrete 13 is poured in the total post-pouring cavity on site.
The guide pipe in the standard steel pipe end structure of the upper mixing column lengthening prefabricated unit is a flash guide pipe 15, the guide pipe in the standard steel pipe end structure of the lower mixing column lengthening prefabricated unit is a feeding guide pipe 14, self-compacting concrete 13 enters the total post-pouring cavity from the feeding guide pipe 14, and overflows from the flash guide pipe 15 after the total post-pouring cavity is filled.
The prefabricated unit standard connection node is mainly constructed by a plurality of mixed columns in the middle of a floor.
In specific implementation, the standard connection node of the prefabricated units of the mixing column is shown in FIG. 2, and the connection between the lengthened prefabricated units of the mixing column can be arranged in the middle of the mixing column; when the middle parts of the columns are connected, the lower part is a mixing column standard prefabricated unit, and the upper part is a mixing column standard prefabricated unit;

And fifthly, supporting a matched steel template for pouring the column unit, and embedding the special template into the steel pipes at the upper end and the lower end of the prefabricated unit.
And sixthly, pouring concrete of the column unit, and vibrating to be compact.
And seventhly, demolding after the column unit is molded and cured.
And step eight, welding an annular inner partition plate 4 at the end of the outward extending section of the steel pipe, and welding an ear plate 10 on the wall plate of the steel pipe to complete the prefabricating process of the lengthening prefabricated unit of the mixing column.
S2, field assembly process of the fabricated mixing column:

And step five, repeating the step two, the step three and the step four to finish the vertical installation of the prefabricated units of the initial layer column.
And step six, hoisting the two-layer beam prefabricated units and the column prefabricated units for assembling (beam-column connection nodes are in detail), and forming a stable frame.
And step seven, hoisting the upper layer of column prefabricated unit, repeating the step three to the step six until the top layer of column prefabricated unit, and completing the assembling and welding of the whole frame beam column.
And step eight, pouring self-compacting concrete into the cavity after the lower end of each column prefabricated unit is poured through the feeding guide pipe 14, and stopping pouring when the overflow guide pipe 15 overflows the concrete.
And step nine, when the poured self-compacting concrete reaches 70% of the design strength, removing the mounting bolts and the lug plate connecting pieces on the column prefabricated units, and cutting off the lug plates and the guide pipes to complete the field construction process of the whole fabricated mixed column system.
