The technical solution of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an overall structure of a welding pair pliers 1 according to an embodiment of the present application. The welding pair pliers 1 includes: a clamp body 2 and a fixing part 3. Wherein, one end of the forceps body 2 is provided with a jaw 20; the fixing portion 3 is arranged on the jaw 20, the fixing portion 3 comprises two scale blocks 30, and the two scale blocks 30 are symmetrically arranged and are connected with the forceps body 2.
In an embodiment, the two scale blocks 30 of the fixing portion 3 and the clamp body 2 can be integrally formed by welding, and can also be fixedly connected together by means of a buckle, a screw and the like.
The caliper body 2 includes a clamping portion 21 and a link assembly 22. The link assembly 22 includes a first link 221 and a second link 222. The clamping portion 21 includes a fixed clamp piece 211 and a movable clamp piece 212. The fixed block 211 is connected to the first link 221, the movable block 212 is connected to the second link 222 and the first link 221, and the movable block 212 can be driven by the second link 222 to gradually close to the fixed block 211.
The welding pair pliers 1 provided by the application is mainly used for clamping the workpiece 4 when the workpiece 4 is welded. Work piece 4 mainly is the adapter that is used for pipeline or equipment to connect in actual gas transmission equipment, and the welding is to fixed part 3 of tong 1 when guaranteeing the axiality of 4 (adapter) splice butt joint positions of work piece, can also realize having the angle of predetermineeing of requirement between the reference position that a plurality of work pieces 4 (adapter) correspond after the welding, realizes that the concrete structure of above-mentioned function is as follows:
referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a partially enlarged schematic view of a portion a shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the adjacent side walls of the two scale blocks 30 of the fixing portion 3 are respectively provided with an arc-shaped groove 310, when the two scale blocks 30 approach each other, the two arc-shaped grooves 310 form a receiving hole 31, and the receiving hole 31 is used for clamping the butt joint position of the workpiece 4 for subsequent welding.
One end of the fixing portion 3 is provided with a welding port 32, and the welding port 32 communicates with the accommodation hole 31. In an actual operation, after an operator puts the welding butt portions of the plurality of workpieces 4 in the accommodation hole 31 and clamps the plurality of workpieces 4 by the arc-shaped grooves 310, the butt portions of the workpieces 4 are welded through the welding port 32 from the outside of the welding butt using a spot welder (or other welding tool).
Each scale block 30 has a reference surface 300, and the reference surface 300 is perpendicular to the axis of the receiving hole 31. The angle scales 301 are arranged on the reference surface 300, and when the two scale blocks 30 approach each other and form the accommodating hole 31, the angle scales 301 on the two reference surfaces 300 are spliced to form a fan-shaped angle ruler 302. The angle scale 302 is mainly used for adjusting the workpiece 4 to align with the preset angle scale 301 after the workpiece 4 is placed.
In the embodiment of the present application, the angle scales 301 may be uniformly distributed on the reference surface 300 through various methods such as laser, digital punching, silk printing, and pasting. The angle scale 301 may be a single fixed unit at 15 degrees, or may be a single fixed unit at an angle of another size as needed.
The fixed block 211 and the movable block 212 have a pair of adjacent sidewalls forming a jaw 20 therebetween, in an embodiment of the present application, the fixed block 211 and the movable block 212 have a saw-toothed structure 200 on the adjacent sidewalls, and the fixing portion 3 is disposed at a distal end of the jaw 20. In other embodiments of the present invention, the adjacent side walls of the fixed block 211 and the movable block 212 may be smooth flat surfaces or arc surfaces, and only two calibration blocks 30 are connected to the distal end of the jaw 20.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a welding pair pliers 1 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the receiving hole 31 of the fixing portion 3 is used for aligning welding positions of a plurality of workpieces 4 (for example, a butt joint on an adapter) and clamping the workpieces 4. The number of workpieces 4 to be aligned and clamped for subsequent welding is generally two; if it is desired to weld a single, simple piece of the same outside diameter between the welding locations of two workpieces 4, there are three workpieces 4 to be welded (aligned and clamped). Wherein the first reference surfaces 3001 of the two scale blocks 30 face in the same orientation and the second reference surfaces 3002 of the two scale blocks 30 face in the other same orientation. In an embodiment of the present application, the angle scales 301 may be disposed on both the first reference surface 3001 and the second reference surface 3002, so that when the two scales 30 approach each other, a fan-shaped angle scale 302 is formed by splicing the angle scales 301 on the first reference surface 3001, and a fan-shaped angle scale 302 is formed by splicing the angle scales 301 on the second reference surface 3002 corresponding to the two scales 30. In each scale block 30, the projection of the angle scale 301 of the first reference surface 3001 and the projection of the angle scale 301 of the second reference surface 3002 along the axial direction of the receiving hole 31 are completely overlapped, so that when the workpiece 4 to be welded is aligned with the angle scale 301, the reference degree directions are consistent.
In an operation process, a standard line may be marked on the first workpiece 41 and the second workpiece 42, a first preset angle is fixed between an axis of the first reference portion 411 on the first workpiece 41 and the standard line, a second preset angle is fixed between an axis of the second reference portion 421 on the second workpiece 42 and the standard line, when the first and second pairs of joints 410 and 420 are clamped through the accommodating hole 31, an operator adjusts the rotation direction of the first workpiece 41 and the second workpiece 42 based on the first and second preset angles and the preset angle formed by the axes of the welded first and second reference portions 411 and 421, so that the standard line of the first workpiece 41 is aligned with the corresponding angle scale 301 on the first reference surface 3001, the standard line of the second workpiece 42 is aligned with the corresponding angle scale 301 on the second reference surface 3002, and the workpieces are clamped after alignment, thereby after the welding of the joints of the two workpieces 4 is completed, a conversion angle required by connection between each device in actual gas delivery can be formed between the first reference portion 411 and the second reference portion 421, and the conversion angle is a preset angle formed by axes of the first reference portion 411 and the second reference portion 421 after welding.
In one embodiment of the present application, the two scale blocks 30 are identical; in other embodiments of the present application, the two scales 30 can be set to different shapes or sizes (for example, the thicknesses of the two scales 30 are different) according to the requirements of the actual welding operation, the scales 30 of different styles need to ensure that the arc radii of the two arc grooves 310 for clamping the butt joint are consistent, the adjacent side walls of the scales 30 do not interfere with each other during the alignment and clamping process, the scales 30 do not interfere with the workpiece 4, and the angle scale 302 of the scales 30 is normally used, so as to further ensure the normal welding operation and the welding quality.
