And the wooden tea tray 100 is more beautiful and has higher quality. The material of the supporting base 200 may be stainless steel, pure copper, brass, pure silver, or the like. The supporting seat 200 is made of metal materials, so that on one hand, the density of the metal supporting seat 200 is greater than that of the wooden tea tray 100, and the gravity center of the whole tea tray is enabled to be lower; on the other hand, the metal supporting seat 200 is not easy to be polluted, is convenient to clean, and has more beautiful appearance and higher overall quality.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 to 6, a positioning ring 114 is protruded from the top surface of the tray 110, and the positioning ring 114 surrounds the periphery of the water leakage hole 111; the lower periphery of the shroud 220 projects beyond the bottom surface of the base plate 210 to define a placement groove 230 that fits over the retaining ring 114, the placement groove 230 having an inner diameter greater than the outer diameter of the retaining ring 114.
In the present embodiment, the placing groove 230 is formed by making the lower peripheral edge of the surrounding plate 220 protrude from the bottom surface of the bottom plate 210 to surround the bottom plate 210; and such that the inner diameter of the placement groove 230 is greater than the inner diameter of the positioning ring 114. So, when a plurality of saucer are range upon range of, the holding ring 114 that is located the saucer of lower floor holds in the standing groove 230 of the saucer of upper strata, then the holding ring 114 can play the positioning action to the saucer that is located the upper strata, prevents that range upon range of saucer from removing at will and overturning for a plurality of saucer range upon range of places more firmly.
By surrounding the positioning ring 114 around the periphery of the water leakage hole 111, the positioning ring 114 can retain water, effectively prevent water from overflowing to the peripheral portion 113 of the tray body 110, and keep the peripheral portion 113 of the tray body 110 dry, thereby preventing the peripheral portion 113 from accumulating water and breeding bacteria. The size of the positioning ring 114 can be slightly larger than the size of the bottom of the teacup, so that the positioning ring 114 can limit the teacup, and the teacup is prevented from moving on the tray body 110 randomly. Of course, the positioning ring 114 may also act as a stop for the cup when it is inverted on the tray body 110.
Further, referring to fig. 5 and 6 again, the positioning ring 114 includes a first ring 115, a second ring 116 and a third ring 117 connected in sequence from inside to outside, the protruding heights of the first ring 115 and the third ring 117 are both smaller than the protruding height of the second ring 116, and the depth of the placing groove 230 is not smaller than the protruding height of the second ring 116.
In the present embodiment, the first ring 115, the second ring 116 and the third ring 117 are connected in an arc transition manner. The positioning ring 114 comprises a first ring 115, a second ring 116 and a third ring 117 which are arranged from inside to outside in sequence, so that tea cups with different sizes can be limited. By making the height of the second ring 116 protruding the top surface of the disc 110 greater than the height of the first ring 115 protruding the top surface of the disc 110, the first ring 115 and the second ring 116 form double waterproof, so that the waterproof effect of the positioning ring 114 is better. By arranging the third ring 117, the height of the second ring 116 protruding out of the top surface of the tray body 110 is greater than the height of the third ring 117 protruding out of the top surface of the tray body 110, so that when the saucer is stacked and the saucer is accidentally shaken, the saucer on the upper layer can be smoothly moved to the second ring 116 by the third ring 117 on the periphery.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the retaining ring 118 protrudes from the outer periphery of the disc body 110, and the inner diameter of the retaining ring 118 is larger than the outer diameter of the shroud 220. Therefore, the limiting ring 118 can play a role of blocking water, so as to prevent water from overflowing from the positioning ring 114 to the peripheral portion 113 and then flowing out to the tabletop; on the other hand, the tea cup and the stacked tea supports can be limited, and the tea cup and the stacked tea supports are prevented from falling off the tray body 110.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 6, a ratio of the equivalent outer diameter of the disc 110 to the equivalent outer diameter of the support seat 200 is greater than or equal to 1.2 and less than or equal to 2; and/or the ratio of the equivalent outer diameter of the disc 110 to the inner diameter of the connector barrel 120 is greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 3.
In this embodiment, the cross-sectional outer contour shapes of the tray body 110 and the supporting seat 200 may be circular, elliptical, rectangular, irregular, and the like. When the cross-sectional outer profile shapes of the disc body 110 and the support seat 200 are non-circular, the equivalent outer diameter thereof refers to the diameter of the circumscribed circle of the cross-sectional outer profile shapes of the disc body 110 and the support seat 200. Specifically, the ratio of the equivalent outer diameter of the disc 110 to the equivalent outer diameter of the bearing seat 200 may be 1.2, 1.3, 1.35, 1.4, 1.45, 1.5, 1.7, 1.8, 1.95, 2, etc. When the ratio of the equivalent outer diameter of the tray body 110 to the equivalent outer diameter of the supporting seat 200 is smaller than 1.2, the cross-sectional size of the supporting seat 200 is too large, so that the weight of the whole saucer is increased, and the saucer is not easy to pick and place. When the ratio of the equivalent outer diameter of the tray body 110 to the equivalent outer diameter of the supporting seat 200 is larger than 2, the cross section of the supporting seat 200 is too small, so that the gravity center of the whole saucer is unstable and the saucer is easy to topple. Through making the ratio of the equivalent external diameter of disk body 110 and the equivalent external diameter of bearing 200 be more than or equal to 1.2, and be less than or equal to 2, conveniently getting and putting the saucer, and the whole quality is lighter in the time, makes the focus of saucer more steady, is difficult to take place to empty.
The ratio of the equivalent outer diameter of the disc 110 to the inner diameter of the connector barrel 120 may be specifically 2, 2.1, 2.3, 2.4, 2.6, 2.8, 3, etc. When the ratio of the equivalent outer diameter of the disc body 110 to the inner diameter of the connecting cylinder 120 is smaller than 2, if the inner diameter of the connecting cylinder 120 is too large, the lateral dimension of the connecting cylinder 120 will be too large, and the support base 200 will be too large, which is not favorable for the overall miniaturization and light weight. When the ratio of the equivalent outer diameter of the tray body 110 to the inner diameter of the connecting cylinder 120 is greater than 3, the inner diameter of the connecting cylinder 120 is too small, which may cause the problems of too small capacity of the water storage chamber 121, unstable gravity center of the tea tray, and easy toppling over. By making the ratio of the equivalent outer diameter of the tray body 110 to the inner diameter of the connecting cylinder 120 greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 3, the volume of the water storage cavity 121 is ensured, the gravity center of the saucer is more stable, and the saucer is not prone to toppling over, so that the supporting seat 200 is appropriate in size and lighter in overall weight.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present application, and not to limit the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not necessarily depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application.
