An object of this application is to provide an electron cigarette gas circuit structure and an electron cigarette, the quantity that the inside air of cigarette rod can be guaranteed to get into by the electron cigarette gas circuit structure of this application is sufficient, makes the consumer can have the experience of fine edible this electron cigarette.
To this end, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic cigarette gas circuit structure, which includes: a tobacco rod, one end of which is provided with a mounting groove; the cigarette bullet, its first end connect in the mounting groove, the lateral wall of cigarette bullet with it has inlet channel to inject between the inside wall of mounting groove, the first end of cigarette bullet is equipped with admits air and leads to the groove, the inside of cigarette bullet is equipped with and runs through the first end of cigarette bullet with the outlet channel of cigarette bullet second end, inlet channel admit air lead to the groove and outlet channel communicates in proper order.
In some possible implementations, the first end of the cartridge is provided with a plurality of the air inlet through slots.
In some possible implementations, an end face of the first end of the cartridge is recessed to form the air intake channel.
In some possible implementations, a plurality of the air inlet through slots are distributed around the end face of the first end of the cartridge.
In some possible realization modes, an air induction switch is arranged at the bottom of the installation groove.
In some possible implementation manners, a magnetic suction seat for sucking the first end of the cartridge is arranged at the bottom of the mounting groove, and the air induction switch is arranged on the magnetic suction seat.
In some possible implementation modes, a connecting ring is arranged on the magnetic suction seat, the connecting ring is connected with the end face of the first end of the cigarette bullet, a gas gathering space is formed between the connecting ring and the end face of the first end of the cigarette bullet, and the air inlet channel, the air inlet through groove, the gas gathering space and the air outlet channel are sequentially communicated.
In some possible implementation manners, an atomization core is arranged inside the cartridge, and the atomization core is electrically connected with the air induction switch.
In some possible implementations, the air outlet channel extends through the atomizing core.
In a second aspect, the present application also proposes an electronic cigarette, which includes the electronic cigarette air path structure according to the first aspect.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
As illustrated in fig. 1-5, in a first aspect, the present application proposes an electronic cigarette gas circuit structure 10 comprising: a tobacco rod 1, one end of which is provided with a mounting groove 11; the cigarette bullet 2, its first end 21 is connected in mounting groove 11, is injectd between the lateral wall of cigarette bullet 2 and the inside wall of mounting groove 11 and has been had inlet channel 3, is equipped with the logical groove 4 that admits air on the first end 21 of cigarette bullet 2, and the inside of cigarette bullet 2 is equipped with the outlet channel 5 that runs through the first end 21 of cigarette bullet 2 and 2 second ends 22 of cigarette bullet, and inlet channel 3, the logical groove 4 that admits air and outlet channel 5 communicate in proper order.
Based on the above technical solution, in the electronic cigarette air channel structure 10, the first end 21 of the cartridge 2 is connected in the mounting groove 11 of the cigarette rod 1, the second end 22 is located outside the cigarette rod 1, an air inlet channel 3 is defined between the outer side wall of the cartridge 2 and the inner side wall of the mounting groove 11, an air inlet through groove 4 is arranged on the first end 21 of the cartridge 2, an air outlet channel 5 is arranged inside the cartridge 2, air can enter the inside of the cigarette rod 1 through the air inlet channel 3 and the air inlet through groove 4, smoke can be formed in the cartridge 2, and smoke and part of air can be discharged through the air outlet channel 5 inside the cartridge 2 for consumers to enjoy; the electronic cigarette air circuit structure 10 can ensure that the amount of air entering the interior of the cigarette rod 1 is sufficient, and can ensure that a consumer enjoys the experience degree of an electronic cigarette.
The cigarette cartridge 2 comprises an oil storage bin and a cigarette holder cap, and tobacco tar is stored in the oil storage bin; the power supply 12 is arranged in the tobacco rod 1, the power supply 12 is electrically connected with the tobacco cartridge 2, and the power supply 12 can supply power to the tobacco cartridge 2 so as to heat tobacco tar and form smoke; specifically, an air induction switch 6 is arranged at the bottom of the mounting groove 11, the air induction switch 6 is electrically connected with a power supply 12, when air enters the mounting groove 11 through the air inlet channel 3 and the air inlet through groove 4, the air is in contact with the air induction switch 6, the air induction switch 6 is closed, and the power supply 12 in the tobacco rod 1 can supply power to the tobacco bomb 2, so that the tobacco bomb 2 can atomize tobacco tar and form smoke; furthermore, an atomization core 9 is arranged inside the cartridge 2, the heating of the tobacco tar by the cartridge 2 is mainly completed by the atomization core 9, the atomization core 9 is electrically connected with the air induction switch 6, the air induction switch 6 is closed after contacting air, and the power supply 12 can supply power to the atomization core 9, so that the atomization core 9 can heat the tobacco tar to form smoke; an oil outlet of an oil storage bin in the cigarette cartridge 2 is connected with the atomizing core 9, and the oil storage bin can discharge the cigarette oil from the atomizing core 9 so as to ensure that the atomizing core 9 can continuously heat the cigarette oil and form smoke; it should be noted that the atomizing core 9 heats the tobacco tar, which is a common technology in the field of electronic cigarettes, and is not described in detail here; in some embodiments, the atomizing core 9 comprises a heated ceramic.
Referring to fig. 4-5, in some embodiments, the air outlet channel 5 extends through the atomizing core 9, and the smoke and a portion of the air can be discharged from the air outlet channel 5 inside the atomizing core 9.
Furthermore, the bottom of the mounting groove 11 is provided with a magnetic suction seat 7 for sucking the first end 21 of the cartridge 2, and the air induction switch 6 is arranged on the magnetic suction seat 7, the cartridge 2 of the electronic cigarette is detachably mounted in the mounting groove 11, and when the cartridge 2 is mounted in the mounting groove 11, the magnetic suction seat 7 can suck the cartridge 2 to prevent the cartridge 2 from loosening; a circuit is arranged in the magnetic suction seat 7, and the cigarette cartridge 2 can be electrically connected with the power supply 12 through the circuit; after the tobacco tar in the cartridge 2 is evaporated to dryness, the cartridge 2 can be directly pulled out, and the new cartridge 2 is replaced, so that the smoke can be generated again for the consumers to enjoy; the magnetic suction seat 7 is provided with a connecting ring 71, the connecting ring 71 is connected with the end surface of the first end 21 of the cartridge 2, a gas collecting space 8 is formed between the connecting ring 71 and the end surface of the first end 21 of the cartridge 2, and the gas inlet channel 3, the gas inlet through groove 4, the gas collecting space 8 and the gas outlet channel 5 are sequentially communicated, so that, please refer to fig. 5, arrows shown in fig. 5 are flow paths of air and smoke of the electronic smoke path structure 10; in actual use, the air enters the air inlet channel 3 in a sufficient amount, and then enters the inside of the mounting groove 11 through the air inlet through groove 4 to be in contact with the air induction switch 6; the present application provides a plurality of air inlet channels 4 at the first end 21 of the cartridge 2 to ensure that sufficient air can enter the mounting slot 11 from the air inlet channel 3.
In some embodiments, the end surface of the first end 21 of the cartridge 2 is recessed to form the air intake through slot 4, the end surface of the first end 21 of the cartridge 2 is in contact with the magnetic suction seat 7 at the bottom of the mounting slot 11, and air can enter the mounting slot 11 from the air intake through slot 4.
Further, a plurality of air inlet through grooves 4 are circumferentially distributed on the end surface of the first end 21 of the cartridge 2.
In the second aspect, this application has still provided an electron cigarette, and it includes electron cigarette gas circuit structure 10 in the first aspect, and this electron cigarette has used electron cigarette gas circuit structure 10, can guarantee that the volume that gets into the inside air of tobacco rod 1 at every turn is all sufficient, guarantees the experience degree that the consumer smoked smog, and need not be at the periphery trompil of tobacco rod 1, can keep the integrality of tobacco rod 1 shell to guarantee the pleasing to the eye of the shell of this electron cigarette.
