Description

一种电热调温器,适于以电阻丝作加热元件的电热器(如电热锅)以及照明器件(如白炽灯)等的调温之用。
目前市场上出售的电阻丝加热器的调温采用电炉盘中放两根电阻丝、两组插头、开关转换。此结构不安全,且调温后加热不均匀。市售的电热锅可控硅调温器以及双金属片控温器,产品体积大、售价高,且功率受限,易生故障。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电热调温器能方便的调温,且体积小,功率大、结构简单、成本极低。
本实用新型的构成:采用绝缘柄导电螺钉旋转式开关K与二级管D并联后形成两出线端a、b两端串入电热器加热元件电路中,其加热电阻为R。并可将发光二级管D1与限流电阻R1串接后并入其a、b两端。a、b两端可以互换连接。

当螺钉旋转式开关K向右旋紧时(图2),K接通(见图1)交流电流由电热器电阻R经开关K至N(电源零线)发光二级管D1不亮电流最大,表示高温使用。当开关K向左旋(图2)K松动断开(图1)交流电流流经二级管D(5A、400V)获单相脉冲电流,其有效值为二级管短接时交流电流的一半加热功率则仅有原来的1/4,此时发光二级管D1发亮表示低温使用。见图2,调温器出线b端接电热器一端,出线a端接电源零线端N点(a、b端也可以互换连接)。加热器不使用时,将电插头AN取下。
本实用新型用旋转开关K调节通断实现了同一加热器高低温两挡使用,省电、调温方便、体积小、重量轻、安全可靠、价格低廉。满足了日常生活中电热调温的需要。

Claims (2)

1、一种节能电热调温器,其特征在于将绝缘柄导电螺钉开关K与二级管D并联后串入电热器电热元件(电阻丝)电路中。
2、按权利要求1所述调温器,其特征是将发光二级管D1与限流电阻R1串接后并入二级管D(即开关K)两端。
