Background
The power installation refers to the project of supporting and installing power facilities, and in the power installation process, the cable is usually packaged in a roll form, and the cable roll needs to be placed on a pay-off device for paying off.
At present, the height of current electric power installation pay-off is generally all inconvenient to be adjusted, leads to having certain limitation when using, and adaptability is relatively poor.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
To prior art's not enough, this application provides an electric power installation pay-off, has overcome prior art's not enough, aims at solving current electric power installation pay-off and generally all inconvenient height-adjusting, leads to having certain limitation when using, the relatively poor problem of adaptability.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present application provides the following technical solutions: an electric power installation pay-off device comprises a base, wherein two fixed plates are symmetrically connected to the upper end of the base, a pay-off roller is arranged between the two fixed plates, limiting grooves are formed in the side walls of the two fixed plates on the opposite sides, a limiting block is connected in the limiting groove in a sliding manner, one end of the limiting block, which is close to the pay-off roller, penetrates through the notch of the limiting groove, extends outwards and is connected with a threaded sleeve, the other end of the threaded sleeve is connected to the pay-off roll, the side walls of the two fixing plates on the opposite sides are connected with fixing blocks, the lower end of the fixed block is rotationally connected with a screw rod through a bearing, the lower end of the screw rod penetrates through a threaded sleeve, the screw rod is connected with the threaded sleeve in a threaded manner, the center of the upper end of the base is provided with a motor, the output end of the motor is connected with a first gear through a coupler, and a second gear is sleeved on the rod wall of the screw rod, and the first gear is meshed with the second gear.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, drive first gear and second gear through the motor and rotate, drive the lead screw and rotate, make the swivel nut receive the screw thread effect and move, adjust the height of unwrapping wire roller, adapt to the demand under the different environment, improve the suitability of device.
As an optimal technical scheme of this application, base lower extreme symmetric connection has two sets of removal pipes, it has the carriage release lever to remove intraductal sliding connection, the carriage release lever lower extreme passes the mouth of pipe and the downwardly extending of removing the pipe and is connected with the movable block, the movable block lower extreme is connected and is installed the removal wheel.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, come the mobile device through removing the wheel, reduce the hand labor power, improve work efficiency.
As an optimal technical scheme of this application, the intraductal socle of travelling tube is connected with the spring, the one end that the base was kept away from to the spring is connected on the carriage release lever.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the spring has elastic potential energy, has the effect of buffering, can protection device.
As a preferred technical scheme of this application, remove and install the brake block on the wheel.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the brake block makes things convenient for the device to fix.
As an optimal technical scheme of this application, spacing inslot cell wall fixedly connected with gag lever post, the gag lever post runs through the stopper setting, and stopper sliding connection is on the gag lever post.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the gag lever post can prevent effectively that the stopper from breaking away from the spacing inslot.
As an optimal technical scheme of this application, the rolling groove has been seted up to the one end that the unwrapping wire roller was kept away from to the stopper, the rolling inslot is provided with rolling ball, the ball passes the notch setting in rolling groove, and ball roll connection is at the tank bottom of spacing groove.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the ball can reduce the frictional force between stopper and the spacing groove effectively.
As an optimal technical scheme of this application, the fixed slot has been seted up on the lateral wall of base upper end center department, the motor is installed on the cell wall of fixed slot, and motor and fixed slot phase-match.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the fixed slot carries on spacingly to the motor, prevents effectively that the motor from taking place to rock at the during operation.
As a preferred technical scheme of this application, all be connected with the pushing plate on the lateral wall of two fixed plate dorsal part.

Referring to fig. 1-3, an electric power installation pay-off device comprises a base 1, two fixing plates 2 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the upper end of the base 1, and a pay-off roller 3 is arranged between the two fixing plates 2. All seted up spacing groove 4 on the lateral wall of two fixed plates 2 opposite sides, sliding connection has stopper 5 in the spacing groove 4, and stopper 5 is close to the one end of paying out roll 3 and passes 4 notches in spacing groove and outside extension and fixedly connected with swivel nut 6, and the swivel nut 6 other end rotates to be connected on paying out roll 3. Drive swivel nut 6 through stopper 5 and move, cell wall fixedly connected with gag lever post 17 in the spacing groove 4, gag lever post 17 runs through stopper 5 and sets up, and stopper 5 sliding connection is on gag lever post 17, and gag lever post 17 can prevent effectively that stopper 5 from breaking away from the spacing groove 4. The rolling groove 18 is formed in one end, far away from the pay-off roller 3, of the limiting block 5, the rolling ball 19 is arranged in the rolling groove 18, the rolling ball 19 penetrates through a notch of the rolling groove 18, the rolling ball 19 is connected to the bottom of the limiting groove 4 in a rolling mode, and the rolling ball 19 can effectively reduce friction force between the limiting block 5 and the limiting groove 4.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the side walls of the two fixing plates 2 on opposite sides are fixedly connected with fixing blocks 7, the lower ends of the fixing blocks 7 are rotatably connected with screw rods 8 through bearings, the lower ends of the screw rods 8 penetrate through the thread sleeves 6, and the screw rods 8 are in threaded connection with the thread sleeves 6. The fixing groove 20 is formed in the side wall of the center of the upper end of the base 1, the motor 9 is installed at the center of the upper end of the base 1, the motor 9 is installed on the groove wall of the fixing groove 20, the motor 9 is matched with the fixing groove 20, the fixing groove 20 limits the motor 9, and the motor 9 is effectively prevented from shaking in working. The output end of the motor 9 is fixedly connected with a first gear 10 through a coupler, a second gear 11 is sleeved on the rod wall of the screw rod 8, and the first gear 10 is meshed with the second gear 11. When the height of unwrapping wire roller 3 needs to be adjusted, starter motor 9, motor 9's function will drive first gear 10 and rotate, and the rotation of first gear 10 will drive lead screw 8 through second gear 11 and rotate, and the rotation of lead screw 8 will drive swivel nut 6 through the screw thread effect and be vertical direction motion, and the motion of swivel nut 6 will drive unwrapping wire roller 3 and move, and when unwrapping wire roller 3 moved the assigned position, motor 9 was closed. Adjust the height of unwrapping wire roller 3 through last structure, adapt to the demand under the different environment, improve the suitability of device.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, two sets of movable pipes 12 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the lower end of the base 1, a movable rod 13 is slidably connected to the movable pipe 12, the lower end of the movable rod 13 passes through the pipe orifice of the movable pipe 12 and extends downward, a movable block 14 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the movable pipe 12, a spring 16 is fixedly connected to the inner bottom of the movable pipe 12, one end of the spring 16 far away from the base 1 is fixedly connected to the movable rod 13, and the spring 16 has elastic potential energy, has a buffering effect, and can protect the device. The lower end of the moving block 14 is provided with a moving wheel 15, and the moving wheel 15 is provided with a brake pad which is convenient for the device to fix. Through removing wheel 15 and coming the mobile device, reduce the hand labor power, improve work efficiency, equal fixedly connected with slurcam 21 on the 2 dorsal side lateral walls of two fixed plates, slurcam 21 makes things convenient for the staff to exert external force to fixed plate 2.
The working principle is as follows: when using, when the height of unwrapping wire roller 3 needs to be adjusted, starter motor 9, motor 9's function will drive first gear 10 and rotate, first gear 10's rotation will drive second gear 11 and rotate, second gear 11's rotation will drive lead screw 8 and rotate, lead screw 8's rotation will drive swivel nut 6 through the screw thread effect and be vertical direction motion, swivel nut 6's motion will drive unwrapping wire roller 3 and move, when unwrapping wire roller 3 moves the assigned position, close motor 9, when needs mobile device, apply the effort to fixed plate 2, fixed plate 2 will move through removing wheel 15.
