The fibula distal end locking bone fracture plate capable of being used for being accompanied with the combined damage of the lower tibia and the lower fibula is used for solving the problems that an ordinary bone fracture plate in the prior art is not convenient to penetrate into the subcutaneous space through an incision, is easy to irritate, is inconvenient to adjust the implantation angle of a screw in the process of clinical operation, is poor in compliance and is easy to cause discomfort.
According to one aspect of the application, a fibula distal locking bone fracture plate capable of being used for treating combined injury of a lower tibia and a lower fibula comprises a locking plate, a containing box and a limiting and fixing structure;
the side edge of the locking plate is provided with a fillet, one side of the locking plate is provided with a head, the other end of the locking plate is provided with a rod part inclined plane, the locking plate is provided with a slotted hole, one end of the locking plate is provided with a guide pin hole, the locking plate is provided with a locking hole, and the locking plate is provided with a pressure hole.
Furthermore, a hinge is arranged at the side edge of the containing box, a box cover is hinged to the containing box through the hinge, a box lock is arranged between the containing box and the box cover, and an ultraviolet lamp is fixedly arranged at the upper wall of an inner cavity of the box cover.
Further, the inner cavity bottom wall of the containing box is fixedly connected with a fixing box, and a box cover is arranged on the fixing box in a threaded mode.
Furthermore, a plurality of vent holes are formed in the box cover, and moisture absorbent particles are filled in the inner cavity of the fixed box.

Compared with the traditional fibula locking bone plate, the embodiment of the application can be used for treating the tibiofibula combined separation clinical indication; because the rod part of the locking plate is designed to be an inclined plane, the locking plate can easily penetrate into the skin through an incision in the clinical operation process; the large circular arc chamfer design on the periphery of the plate can reduce irritation to the maximum extent when the plate is implanted into a human body; the head of the locking plate is thinned, so that discomfort of metaphysis can be reduced when the locking plate is implanted into a human body; the reverse side of the locking plate pressurizing hole is chamfered, so that the implantation angle of a common screw can be better adjusted in the clinical operation process; the design of a plurality of locking pressurizing holes on the rod part can be used for pressurizing fractures at different positions of the distal end of the fibula in the clinical operation process; the anatomical morphology is designed according to the anatomical morphology of the fibula, the comfortable fitness is good, and after the artificial fibula is implanted into a human body, the uncomfortable feeling of the human body can be reduced.

Referring to fig. 1-5, a distal fibula locking bone plate for treating combined injury of the lower tibia and the fibula comprises a locking plate 1, a storage box 10 and a limiting and fixing structure;
the side edge of the locking plate 1 is provided with a fillet 2, one side of the locking plate 1 is provided with a head 3, the other end of the locking plate 1 is provided with a rod part inclined plane 9, the locking plate 1 is provided with a long slot hole 5, one end of the locking plate 1 is provided with a guide pin hole 6, the locking plate 1 is provided with a locking hole 7, and the locking plate 1 is provided with a pressure hole 8.

This application is when using, at first, puts the lockplate on needs fixed fibula surface suitable position earlier, uses the guide pin to fix the lockplate temporarily through guide pin hole 6, then from locking screw on the nearest locking hole 7 in fracture line one side, carries out the preliminary locking, removes the guide pin. Then the nearest pressurizing hole 8 on the other side of the fracture line is pre-locked by using a common screw, then pressurization is carried out, the common screw is locked after pressurization is carried out in place, and then the locking screw is locked. And then selectively locking each locking hole 7 with a locking screw. Finally, according to the requirement, a common screw is implanted in the position of the long slotted hole 5, and the common screw needs to be driven to the opposite side of the tibia.
The application has the advantages that:
1. the rod part of the locking plate is designed to be an inclined surface, so that the locking plate can conveniently penetrate into the skin from an incision; the large circular arc chamfer design on the periphery of the plate reduces irritation and has attractive appearance; the head of the locking plate is thinned, so that the notch can be reduced; the locking plate is provided with a plurality of guide pin holes which can be matched with guide pins for temporary fixation; the reverse side of the pressurizing hole is chamfered, so that the adjusting angle of a common screw is increased; the design of the locking pressing hole on the rod part of the locking plate can realize the functions of pressing and locking; the long slotted hole is designed to have a certain deflection angle, so that a common screw can be driven from the position of the medial axis surface of the tibia; the anatomical morphology is designed according to the fibula anatomical morphology, and the method has good fitness;
