Abstract

本实用新型提供一种二次聚焦太阳能海水淡化 器,其结构特征是在现有的主要由冷凝器、蒸发锅和 反射聚焦镜构成的太阳能海水淡化器作出改进,在蒸 发锅下方增设一个作二次聚焦用的凸透镜,与上曲形 锅底形成一个密封的聚焦室。经此改进,显著提高太 阳能的热效率,而且结构简单、容易制造,适合于太阳 能海水淡化处理。

Description

本实用新型属于太阳能海水淡化器,特别是一种二次聚焦太阳能海水淡化器。
在已有技术中,太阳能海水淡化器主要由反射聚焦镜、蒸发锅和冷凝器组成。其工作原理是太阳光经反射聚焦镜聚焦到蒸发锅锅底上加热锅底,海水由冷凝器上的水位控制阀进入冷凝器,再从针阀滴到上凸式锅底上,迅速蒸发,所形成的淡水蒸汽经锅盖的出气口上升到冷凝器的底部冷凝成水珠,滴到淡水池中,蒸发后剩余的高盐份海水顺着锅底流到盐水池中,从而实现了海水淡化。这种太阳能海水淡化器的不足之处是太阳能利用率较低,一般只有15~25%,其原因是只经一次聚焦,太阳光在形成锥形光束的过程中,同时存在大量的散热过程。
本实用新型的目的在于克服已有技术的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、热效率高的二次聚焦太阳能海水淡化器。
本实用新型的任务是这样实现的:如图1所示,该海水淡化器包括有冷凝器(1)、针阀(2)、进水球阀(3)、蒸发锅盖(4)、蒸发锅(6)、淡水阀(9)、排盐阀(10)以及反射聚焦镜(13),其特征是在蒸发锅(6)上曲型锅底(5)的下方设置一个作二次聚焦用的凸透镜(11),构成一个封闭的聚焦室(8)。

如图1所示,凸透镜(12)是通过内、外固定环(13、15)和密封圈(1)固定于聚焦室(8)的下部。为了提高热效率,在聚焦室(8)内壁可衬上一隔热保温层(7),以石棉胶板为好。本实用新型的工作原理与已有技术基本相同,但从述改进可知,经凸透镜(14)进一步聚集后,光束更为紧密,并在一个设有隔热保温内衬的密闭聚焦室(8)内传递,因而能有效地减少热损失,经测试,其太阳能热效率比现有的太阳能海水淡化器提高1~2倍,达85%以上。所以,本实用新型与已有技术相比,具有热效率高的明显优点,而且结构简单、容易制造,适合于海水淡化处理。

Claims (2)

1、一种二次聚焦太阳能海水淡化器,包括有冷凝器(1)、针阀(2)、进水球阀(3)、蒸发锅盖(4)、蒸发锅(6)、淡水阀(9)、排盐阀(10)以及反射聚焦镜(12),其特征是在蒸发锅(6)上曲型锅底(5)的下方设置一个作二次聚焦用的凸透镜(11),构成一个封闭的聚焦室(8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的海水淡化器,其特征在于在聚焦室(8)内壁还衬有一层隔热保温层(7)。
