The safety prompting device for building safety is provided in the embodiment and is used for solving the problem that the existing safety prompting device is a disposable warning board generally, can not be recycled, and is different in size and inconvenient to fix quickly, and the general safety prompting device is highly fixed and inconvenient to adjust the height of the warning board, so that the warning effect cannot be well played.
According to one aspect of the application, a safety prompting device for building safety is provided, which comprises a fixing plate, a lifting device, an adjusting device and a positioning device;
the lifting device comprises a mounting block, a mounting hole, a groove, a rocker arm, a screw rod, a movable nut, a connecting plate, side plates, a movable groove and a supporting plate, wherein the bottom end of the fixing plate is fixedly connected with the supporting plate, and the side plates are arranged on two sides of the supporting plate;
the adjusting device comprises an adjusting groove, an adjusting block, an adjusting hole, an adjusting bolt and a movable plate, the adjusting groove is formed in the side plate, and the adjusting block is connected to the inside of the adjusting groove in a sliding mode;
the positioning device comprises a sliding groove, a sliding block, a spring, a prompt board and a clamping plate, wherein one end of the adjusting block is fixedly connected with the movable board, and the sliding groove is formed in each of two sides of the bottom of the movable board.

Furthermore, a groove is formed in the top of the fixing plate, and the inner portion of the groove is rotatably connected with the rocker arm.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a safety prompting device for building safety includes a fixing plate 1, a lifting device, an adjusting device and a positioning device;
the lifting device comprises a mounting block 2, a mounting hole 3, a groove 4, a rocker arm 5, a screw rod 6, a movable nut 7, a connecting plate 8, side plates 9, a movable groove 10 and a supporting plate 12, wherein the bottom end of the fixing plate 1 is fixedly connected with the supporting plate 12, and the side plates 9 are arranged on two sides of the supporting plate 12;
the adjusting device comprises an adjusting groove 11, an adjusting block 13, an adjusting hole 14, an adjusting bolt 15 and a movable plate 16, the adjusting groove 11 is formed in the side plate 9, and the adjusting block 13 is connected to the inside of the adjusting groove 11 in a sliding mode;
the positioning device comprises a sliding groove 17, a sliding block 18, a spring 19, a prompt plate 20 and a clamping plate 21, one end of the adjusting block 13 is fixedly connected with the movable plate 16, and the sliding groove 17 is formed in each of two sides of the bottom of the movable plate 16.
The fixed plate is fixed on the wall under the action of the external bolt through the mounting block and the mounting hole, the rocker arm drives the screw rod to rotate by rotating the rocker arm, the screw rod and the movable nut rotate in a threaded manner, the movable nut slides and moves downwards along the movable groove under the action of the screw rod, the movable nut drives the connecting plate to move downwards, and the connecting plate drives the side plate to move downwards, so that the height of the prompt plate is adjusted.
The side walls of two ends of the fixed plate 1 are fixedly connected with mounting blocks 2, and mounting holes 3 are formed in the mounting blocks 2; the top of the fixed plate 1 is provided with a groove 4, and the inside of the groove 4 is rotatably connected with a rocker arm 5; one end of the rocker arm 5 is fixedly connected with one end of a screw rod 6, the other end of the screw rod 6 is rotatably connected inside a movable groove 10, and the movable groove 10 is formed inside one end of a support plate 12; the screw rod 6 is in threaded connection with a movable nut 7, and the movable nut 7 is in sliding connection with a movable groove 10; both ends of the movable nut 7 are fixedly connected with a connecting plate 8, and one end of the connecting plate 8 is fixedly connected with the side wall of one end of a side plate 9; a plurality of adjusting holes 14 are formed in the side wall of one end of the side plate 9, and the adjusting holes 14 are distributed at equal intervals; the inner part of the adjusting hole 14 is in threaded connection with an adjusting bolt 15, and the adjusting bolt 15 is in threaded connection with an adjusting block 13; the inside of the sliding chute 17 is slidably connected with a sliding block 18, one end of the sliding block 18 is fixedly connected with a clamping plate 21, and one end of the clamping plate 21 abuts against the outer side wall of one end of the prompting plate 20; the inner wall of the sliding groove 17 is fixedly connected with one end of a spring 19, the other end of the spring 19 is fixedly connected with one end side wall of the sliding block 18, and the spring 19 is located inside the sliding groove 17.
When the adjustable height prompting device is used, firstly, a fixed plate 1 is fixed on a wall under the action of an external bolt through a mounting block 2 and a mounting hole 3, the rocker arm 5 is rotated to drive a screw rod 6 to rotate, the screw rod 6 and a movable nut 7 are rotated in a threaded manner, the movable nut 7 slides and moves downwards along a movable groove 10 under the action of the screw rod 6, the movable nut 7 drives a connecting plate 8 to move downwards, the connecting plate 8 drives a side plate 9 to move downwards, so that the height of a prompting plate 20 is adjusted, the movable plate 16 drives an adjusting block 13 to slide along an adjusting groove 11 by separating two movable plates 16, then the adjusting block 14 and the adjusting block 13 are connected in a threaded manner through an adjusting bolt 15 according to the size of the prompting plate 20, so that the positions of the two adjusting blocks 13 are fixed, then, the distance between the two movable plates 16 is conveniently adjusted according to the prompting plates 20 with different sizes, and the clamping plate 21 drives a sliding block 18 to slide along a sliding groove 17 by pulling the clamping plate 21, slider 18 drives the tensile power of holding of spring 19, places prompt board 20 between four splint 21, loosens splint 21, and spring 19 resets and drives slider 18 and splint 21 and press from both sides prompt board 20 tight fixed to make things convenient for the installation of prompt board 20, the convenient suggestion is used.
The application has the advantages that:
1. the operation of the application is simple, the fixed plate is fixed on the wall under the action of the external bolt through the mounting block and the mounting hole, the rocker arm drives the screw rod to rotate by rotating the rocker arm, the screw rod and the movable nut rotate in a threaded manner, the movable nut slides and moves downwards along the movable groove under the action of the screw rod, the movable nut drives the connecting plate to move downwards, and the connecting plate drives the side plate to move downwards, so that the height of the prompt board is adjusted;
2. the structure is reasonable, the two movable plates are separated, the movable plates drive the adjusting blocks to slide along the adjusting grooves, and then the adjusting holes and the adjusting blocks are in threaded connection through the adjusting bolts according to the size of the prompting plates, so that the positions of the two adjusting blocks are fixed, and the distance between the two movable plates can be conveniently adjusted according to the prompting plates with different sizes;
3. this application is rational in infrastructure, and through pulling splint, splint drive the slider and slide along the spout, and the slider drives the tensile power of holding of spring, will indicate the board and arrange in between four splint, loosen splint, and the spring resets and drives slider and splint and will indicate the board clamp fastening and fix to the installation of convenient suggestion board, the convenient suggestion is used.
