The stuffing box cooling and lubricating process consists of a cooling water supply main valve 27, a cooling water pipeline and a flow dividing process of each plunger pump hydraulic end, a check valve 24 and a pressure gauge 25 are arranged in the flow dividing process of each plunger pump hydraulic end, and the check valve 24 can prevent high-pressure liquid leaked by the plunger pump from flowing into a pump inlet pipeline 28 through the flow dividing process of the plunger pump hydraulic end. The inductive transmitter 21 can wirelessly transmit the measured sewage information at the bottom of the hydraulic end tank body 19 to a converter in the electric control cabinet of the water injection pump room and transmit the sewage information to the central control room through the converter.
