The end of the transverse frame 31 is a stepped end face, and the end faces of the front side wall 44, the side wall 45 and the second common side wall 46 of the transverse frame 31 are higher than the end face of the rear enclosing side wall 47 to form the plug cavity 42 (see fig. 3).

The end surfaces of the first vertical plate 13, the transverse connecting plate 54, the transverse support plate 56, the elastic plate 17 and the support part 14 at one end part of the connecting piece 12 are in the same plane, the end part of the second vertical plate 55 is provided with a first support boss 20, and the end surface at the other end part is in a plane. The two sides of the connecting piece 12 are respectively a connecting part 15 for connecting with the vertical frame 1 and an inserting part 18 for connecting with the transverse frame 31, wherein one side of the first vertical plate 13 and the supporting part 14 is the connecting part 15 of the vertical frame 1; one side of the second riser 55 and the cross plate 56 is the spigot 18.
Fig. 6 and 7 show a one-way sealing element 400 engaged with the transverse frame 31, which is provided with an elastic component 410, wherein the elastic component 410 is provided with two slots 411, and the ports of the slots 411 are aligned with the ports of the transverse slots 49 of the transverse frame 31. One side of the elastic component 410 of the one-way sealing element 400 is provided with a cylindrical body 412 and two cylindrical groove bodies 413, one end of the cylindrical body 412 is arranged between the ports of the two clamping grooves 411 of the elastic component 410, and the shape of the cylindrical body 412 is matched with the shapes of the transverse connecting groove 48 and the transverse groove plate 50 of the transverse frame 31; the cylindrical groove body 413 is arranged outside the clamping groove 411, and the shape of the cylindrical groove body 413 is matched with the transverse shoulder groove 53 of the transverse frame 31.
As shown in fig. 8, the exterior shape of the insert core 22 is adapted to the shape of the interior wall surface of the primary cavity 34 of the mullion 1. The cavity side wall of the ferrule 22 is annularly closed, the cavity side wall of the ferrule 22 is provided with an outwardly extending support body 57 and two outwardly extending first flashes 23, and a flow guide groove 59 is formed in a space between the first flashes 23 and the extending support body 57.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the bidirectional sealing member 600 has an elastic member 610, the elastic member 610 has two locking grooves 611, and the ends of the locking grooves 611 are aligned with the ends of the first adhesive tape grooves 32 of the mullion 1. Two sides of the elastic component 610 are respectively provided with a cylindrical body 612 and two cylindrical groove bodies 613, one end of the cylindrical body 612 is arranged between the two clamping grooves 611 of the elastic component 610, and the shape of the cylindrical body 612 is matched with the shape of the vertical groove plate 51 of the vertical connecting groove 36 of the mullion 1; the side surface of the cylindrical groove body 613 is disposed outside the locking groove 611, and the shape of the cylindrical groove body 613 is adapted to the vertical shoulder groove 41 of the mullion 1.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the mullion 1 is precisely machined with an opening 30 corresponding to the position of the connecting transom 31, the opening 30 comprises a sub-cavity socket 60 and a shoulder cavity 35 socket, and the sub-cavity socket 60 is an opening formed by cutting the first rubber strip groove 32 and the vertical groove plate 51 of the mullion 1 and part of the side wall of the sub-cavity body 5; the shoulder cavity 35 socket is a spacing opening formed by arranging the pre-cut shoulder angle body 4 on the vertical frame 1 at intervals, the two sides of the spacing opening are machined end surfaces 62 of the shoulder angle body 4, and the bottom of the spacing opening is a groove 10 of the shoulder part of the vertical frame 1.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the connecting piece 12 connects the mullion 1 and the horizontal frame 31 at the opening 30, the end of the plug cavity 42 of the horizontal frame 31 is arranged inside the socket of the shoulder cavity 35 of the mullion 1, the second common side wall 46 of the horizontal frame 31 is in linear contact and sliding fit with the top of the top edge 3 of the groove 10 arranged on the shoulder of the main body 2, and a structural gap F1 is arranged between the side wall 45 of the horizontal frame and the processing end surface 62 of the shoulder body 4; the end part of the rear enclosing side wall 47 of the transverse frame 31 is arranged outside the socket of the shoulder cavity 35, and a structural seam F2 is arranged between the end surface of the rear enclosing side wall 47 and the side surface of the vertical frame 1. First riser 13 and supporting part 14 that connecting portion 15 of connecting piece 12 included and vice chamber socket 60 mortise-tenon joint, two-way gomphosis, wherein, the both sides of first riser 13 and the vertical gomphosis of the lateral wall of vice cavity 5, two terminal surfaces of supporting part 14 and the horizontal gomphosis of two cross sections of vice chamber socket 60, the port of the second adhesive tape groove 63 of supporting part 14 and the port butt joint of the first adhesive tape groove 32 of mullion 1, and simultaneously, the first common lateral wall 40 of elastic plate 17 and mullion 1 is equipped with draw-in groove 6 elasticity auto-lock. The second vertical plate 55 and the transverse support plate 56 of the plug-in part 18 of the connecting piece 12 are in mortise-tenon joint with the plug-in cavity 42 of the transverse frame 31, wherein the first support boss 20 arranged at the end part of the second vertical plate 55 is in linear contact and sliding fit with the side wall 45 of the plug-in cavity 42 of the transverse frame 31; the second support boss 16 provided on the outer side of the lateral plate 56 is in linear contact with and in sliding engagement with the common side wall of the lateral frame 31. A structural seam F3 is arranged between the side surface of the supporting part 14 of the connecting piece 12 and the end surface of the front side wall 44 of the transverse frame 31, a one-way sealing piece 400 is arranged at the end part of the front side wall 44 of the transverse frame 31, wherein an elastic part 410 of the one-way sealing piece 400 is arranged in the structural seam F3, the port of a clamping groove 411 arranged on the elastic part 410 is elastically butted with the port of a transverse clamping groove 49 arranged on the front side wall 44, a column body 412 is embedded into the opening 30 of the transverse connecting groove 48 arranged on the front side wall 44 and is buckled with the transverse groove plate 50, a column groove body 413 is embedded into the transverse shoulder groove 53 arranged on the front side wall 44, and the column body 412 and the column groove body 413 form a secondary groove above the opening 30 of the transverse clamping groove 49 on the front side wall 44. The second support boss 16 provided on the outer side of the horizontal support plate 56 of the connecting member 12 is disposed opposite to the top edge 3 of the groove 10 provided on the shoulder of the main body 2 of the mullion 1, and clamps the common side wall of the horizontal frame 31 inside and outside, so as to limit the radial rotation of the mullion 1, and the horizontal frame 31 is flexibly connected with the mullion 1 and the connecting member 12.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, when the mullion 1 is vertically connected, the end of the mullion 1 is connected by using the ferrule 22 and the two-way seal 600, two ends of the ferrule 22 are slidably fitted with the main cavity 34 of the mullion 1, wherein the extension support 57 provided on the ferrule 22 is disposed in the cavity protruding from the main cavity 34 of the mullion 1, the first flange 23 provided on the ferrule 22 is aligned with the inner groove 9 on the shoulder of the main body 2 of the mullion 1, and the diversion groove 59 provided on the ferrule 22 is engaged with the outer groove on the shoulder of the main body 2 of the mullion 1. One end of the inserting core 22 is fixedly connected with the main cavity 34 of the lower vertical frame 1, and the diversion groove 59 is in waterproof adhesion with the outer groove 113 of the shoulder part of the lower main body 2. An expansion joint F4 is arranged between end faces of vertical connection of the mullion 1, a two-way sealing element 600 is arranged at the end part of the mullion 1, wherein an elastic component 610 is arranged in the expansion joint F4, a port of a clamping groove 611 arranged on the elastic component 610 is elastically butted with a port of a first adhesive tape groove 32 arranged on the mullion 1, column-shaped bodies 612 arranged on two sides of the elastic component 610 are embedded into an opening 30 of a vertical connection groove 36 of the mullion 1 and buckled on a mullion plate 51, column-shaped groove bodies 613 are embedded into a vertical shoulder groove 41 of the mullion 1, and the column-shaped bodies 612 and the column-shaped groove bodies 613 form a secondary groove above the first adhesive tape groove 32 of the mullion 1.
The embodiment of the present invention relates to a frame structure in which a dog-ear insertion core 22 can be connected to the end of a mullion 1 when the mullion 1 needs dog-ear connection. The angle-folded inserting core 22 is formed by fixedly connecting two inserting cores 22 in an angle-folded mode. One end of the bevel insertion core 22 can be provided with a plurality of through holes used for being connected with the vertical frame 1, the end part of the vertical frame 1 is provided with a plurality of through holes matched with the through holes of the bevel insertion core 22 in a contraposition mode, and a fixing piece is used for penetrating through the through holes formed in the bevel insertion core 22 and the vertical frame 1, so that the end part of the bevel insertion core 22 is fixedly connected with the end part of the vertical frame 1.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, in the frame structure according to the embodiment of the present invention, the plate is connected to the frame structure as a functional cover layer by the adapter module, one side of the adapter module is connected to the plate, and the other side thereof is connected to the vertical connecting groove 36 provided in the mullion 1 or the horizontal connecting groove 48 provided in the horizontal frame 31. An elastic gasket strip 700 is arranged between the plate and the frame structure, and the elastic gasket strip 700 is respectively connected with the first rubber strip groove 32 of the vertical frame 1, the transverse clamping groove 49 of the transverse frame 31 and the clamping groove 411 of the one-way sealing element 400. When the elastic gasket 700 passes through an expansion joint F4 vertically connected with the vertical frame 1, the elastic gasket 700 is embedded in a secondary groove of the two-way sealing element 600 and a secondary groove formed by the two-way sealing element 600 above the first rubber strip groove 32 of the vertical frame 1, the side surface of the elastic gasket 700 is tightly embedded with the secondary groove, and the elastic gasket 700 and the two-way sealing element 600 form continuous joint with a plate at the expansion joint F4. When the resilient gasket 700 of mullion 1 is to be butted, its butt seam F5 is provided at the middle of the connector 12 to which the fitting opening of mullion 1 is connected. The end surface of the elastic filler strip 700 arranged on the transverse frame 31 is positioned in the secondary groove of the one-way sealing element 400 and the secondary groove formed by the one-way sealing element 400 above the transverse clamping groove 49 of the transverse frame 31, and the elastic filler strip 700 is tightly embedded with the secondary groove; the side of the elastic member 410 of the one-way seal 400 is elastically butted against the side of the elastic packing strip 700 provided on the mullion 1. The elastic gasket strips 700 provided to the mullions 1, transoms 31 and one-way seals 400 form elastic sealing rings that are tightly fitted to the sides of the panels.
The plate is used as a functional covering layer to form an enclosure structure of the building together with the frame structure, and the enclosure structure is used as a building curtain wall and is arranged on the vertical surface of the building; the roof as a building is provided on the top of the building.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 19, 20 and 21, the present embodiment 2 proposes some modifications of the connecting member 12 based on the embodiment 1, which can omit the secondary processing of the first support boss 20 at the end of the second riser 55 of the connecting member 12.
As shown in fig. 22, two end surfaces of the connector 12 according to example 2 are planes cut at one time, the end of the second riser 55 is provided with a movably connected joint block 64, the joint block 64 is provided with an outer boss 65 and an inner slot 66, and the inner slot 66 is matched with the end of the second riser 55; the connecting member 12 of embodiment 2 is a frame structure in which the outer projection 65 of the engaging piece 64 provided at the end of the second riser 55 of the connecting member 12 is in linear contact with and slidably fitted to the side wall 45 of the insertion cavity 42 of the lateral frame 31.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 23 to 25, the present embodiment proposes another deformation of the connecting member 12 based on embodiment 1, and these deformations can eliminate the sliding friction noise generated by the expansion and contraction of the transverse frame 31 in the frame structure. The connecting member 12 according to this embodiment has a guide groove 68 at the end of the cross connecting plate 54, a guide groove 68 at the end of the cross support plate 56, a transverse roller 67 at the bottom of the guide groove 68, the diameter of the roller 67 is greater than the depth of the guide groove 68, and the roller 67 may be a metal cylinder.
Example 3 the connecting member 12 relates to a frame structure in which a roller 67 provided at an end of the connecting member 12 is linearly contacted with and roll-fitted to the side wall 45 of the insertion cavity 42 of the lateral frame 31, as shown in fig. 26.
Example 4:
as shown in fig. 27, example 4 proposes some modifications to the mullion 1 on the basis of example 1. The common side wall of mullion 1 is provided with a mating slot 29.
Example 4 some variations of the connecting element 12 are proposed on the basis of examples 1, 2 and 3. The connector 12 is sequentially transformed into the structure shown in fig. 28 to 30 for connection with the mullion 1. The elastic plate 17 is eliminated, the inner side of the first vertical plate 13 is provided with a matching bulge 27, and the outer side of the first vertical plate 13 is also provided with a plug-in locking plate 28 matched with the first vertical plate. The connecting portion 15 of the attachment 12 includes a first riser 13 provided with a mating protrusion 27 and a latch tab 28.
As shown in fig. 31 and 32, the first vertical plate 13 of the connecting member 12 is inserted into the auxiliary cavity socket 60, the side surface of the first vertical plate 13 provided with the matching protrusion 27 is vertically embedded with the side surface of the common side wall provided with the groove 10, the outer side of the first vertical plate 13 is provided with a structure matching seam, and the structure matching seam is provided with a locking inserting sheet 28 embedded therein; the end surface of the supporting part 14 is transversely embedded with the cross section of the auxiliary cavity socket 60, and the port of the second rubber strip groove 63 of the supporting part 14 is butted with the port of the first rubber strip groove 32 of the vertical frame 1; the first supporting boss 20 provided at the end of the second vertical plate 55 of the connecting member 12 is in linear contact sliding fit with the lateral side wall 45 of the plug cavity 42 of the transverse frame 31.
In the present embodiment, the shoulder 4 of the mullion 1 is movably connected to the main body 2, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the shoulder 4 may be fixedly connected to the main body 2, the vertical side 38 of the shoulder 4 may be fixedly connected to the shoulder of the main body 2, and the lateral side 39 may be fixedly connected to the outside of the common side wall of the main body 2. When the vertical frame 1 cuts the assembly opening, the auxiliary cavity insertion opening 60 and the shoulder cavity 35 insertion opening are cut simultaneously, and the vertical side 38 of the shoulder angle body 4 is provided with a supporting edge which is used for being in sliding fit with the end part of the insertion cavity 42 of the transverse frame 31.
In the present embodiment, the mullion 1 is bilaterally symmetric about the vertical connection slot 36, and the planes of the openings 30 of the molding grooves provided on both sides thereof are coplanar, but the mullion 1 may be asymmetric on both sides thereof, and the planes of the openings 30 of the molding grooves provided on both sides thereof may not be coplanar.
In the present embodiment, the horizontal frame 31 is symmetrical about the horizontal connecting groove 48, and the planes of the openings 30 of the horizontal locking grooves 49 provided on both sides thereof are flush with each other, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the two sides of the horizontal frame 31 may be asymmetrical, and the planes of the openings 30 of the horizontal locking grooves 49 on both sides thereof may not be flush with each other.
In this embodiment, the transverse frame 31 is a double-cavity body having the insertion cavity 42 and the reinforcement cavity 43, and the height of the rear enclosing side wall 47 of the reinforcement cavity 43 determines the height of the transverse frame 31. The cross frame 31 may be a single cavity including only the plug cavity 42.
In the present embodiment, the first riser 13 and the support portion 14 of the connecting member 12 are flush with the end surface of the cross connecting plate 54, but not limited thereto. To facilitate the machining of the fitting opening, the openings of the sub-cavity insertion opening 60 and the shoulder cavity 35 insertion opening may be set to the same height, and at this time, the heights of the first riser 13 and the support portion 14 are adapted to the height of the opening of the sub-cavity insertion opening 60.
In this embodiment, when the frame structure needs to be assembled, the installation process thereof includes the following steps: (1) firstly, fixing a mullion 1 to a main body 2 structure of a building; (2) inserting the connecting member 12 into both ends of the coupling cavity of the lateral frame 31; (3) the two ends of the transverse frame 31 and the connecting pieces 12 therein are oppositely arranged and arranged in the assembling openings arranged on the adjacent vertical frames 1; (4) one-way seals are attached to the ends of the cross frame 31. When the vertical frame 1 needs to be vertically connected, the step of assembling the inserting core 22 and the bidirectional sealing element at the end part of the vertical frame 1 is also included when the vertical frame 1 is installed; when the mullion 1 requires a dog-ear connection, the step of installing the mullion 1 further comprises installing a dog-ear insertion core 22 at the end of the mullion 1. And (4) repeating the operations (1) to (4) to complete the assembly of the whole frame structure.
In the present embodiment, the panels are not limited to a certain material, and different building curtain walls, building roofs, and buildings can be constructed by using panels of different properties as the covering layer. For example, the hollow glass is adopted as a covering layer to form a glass curtain wall, a glass daylighting roof and a glass greenhouse; the power generation board is used as a covering layer to form a power generation curtain wall and a power generation roof.
