In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a spool cavity 52, a spool installed in the spool cavity 52, a conducting pipe 53 and a negative suction pipe 54 are arranged in the oil outlet valve 5, the length of the spool is less than the length of the spool cavity 52, the hardness of the spool is greater than the hardness of the inner wall of the spool cavity 52, and a through hole is arranged on the spool; the negative suction channel is used for communicating the part of the valve core cavity 52 which is not inserted by the valve core with the liquid outlet end 51 of the conduction pipe 53; the valve core can rotate between a conduction position and a closed position, wherein the conduction groove is communicated with the through hole, and the valve core closes the conduction pipe 53 and the open end of the valve core relative to the valve core cavity 52 is screwed outwards.
In the oil outlet valve 5 of the example of the present embodiment, the hardness of the spool is greater than the hardness of the spool chamber 52, so that the lubricating oil flowing through the valve can be sealed, the spool rotates to the conducting position, and the pumped lubricating oil can flow into the external lubricating oil container 200; when the valve core rotates to the closed position, the valve core is screwed out relative to the opening end of the valve core cavity 52, the volume of an air chamber in the valve core cavity 52 is increased, lubricating oil in the liquid outlet end 51 of the conduction pipe 53 generates negative pressure due to the increase of the volume of the air chamber in the valve core cavity 52, lubricating oil drops adhered to the outside of the liquid outlet end 51 are sucked and stored in the negative suction pipe 54, and therefore the effect of preventing oil drops from leaking is achieved, and the pollution of the lubricating oil to the environment is reduced.
Further, the outer surface of the valve core is provided with an external thread, the inner surface of the valve core cavity 52 is provided with an internal thread 55, and the external thread is matched with the internal thread 55 to enable the valve core to rotate between the conduction position and the closing position.
It can be understood that the oil outlet valve 5 may also adopt other structures according to different design requirements, for example, the oil outlet valve 5 adopts a pressing type structure to ensure the timely sealing of oil.
For the convenience of understanding the present invention, the above working process for the lubricating oil dispensing apparatus is further described below:
the lubricating oil split charging equipment takes an air source as a power source, and firstly, a pneumatic switch of the pneumatic source is opened. The pneumatic source enters the lubricating oil subpackaging equipment, the pneumatic source passes through the oil-water separator 4, the pneumatic source starts the pneumatic pump of the driving device 1, the pneumatic pump works to take out oil in the external lubricating oil storage container 100, the oil is taken out through the oil inlet pipe 8 and enters the pneumatic pump, the pneumatic pump is connected with the primary filtering device 2 through a high-pressure hose, the oil enters the primary filtering device 2 through the pneumatic pump, and the oil is filtered through the filter to obtain high-quality oil. The pneumatic pump promotes filterable oil and gets into metering device 3, and the required oil volume is measured to the accurate measurement of electron counter. The pneumatic pump pushes the filtered oil to enter the secondary filtering device 11 and the magnetic filter 11 for secondary filtering, and the pneumatic pump pushes the filtered oil to enter the oil outlet valve 5 and flow out to enter the external lubricating oil packaging container 200, so that high-quality guaranteed oil is obtained.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a cabinet type lubricating oil dispenser, as shown in fig. 3, which includes a cabinet 60 and a lubricating oil dispensing device as described in any one of the above embodiments, the lubricating oil dispensing device is disposed on the upper portion of the cabinet 60 and located in an inverted concave frame, two sides of the frame are respectively provided with a connecting frame, the bottoms of the two connecting frames are provided with a tray 10, and the tray 10 is used to carry an external lubricating oil dispensing container 200; the bottom plate of the cabinet 60 is provided with a slide for carrying the external lubricant storage container 100 and a latch for preventing the slide from moving.
In this embodiment, the lubricating oil dispensing device is disposed on the upper portion of the cabinet 60, the lower portion of the cabinet 60 is used for placing the external lubricating oil storage container 100, and the tray 10 of the external lubricating oil dispensing container 200 is disposed in the middle space of the inverted concave frame, so that the space can be utilized effectively to the maximum extent, the height and volume of the whole machine are reduced, and the cabinet type lubricating oil dispenser can be applied to places with narrow space.
The external lubricating oil storage container 100 can be conveniently placed and taken out through slide push-and-pull, and after the use, the oil inlet pipe 8 and the liquid level display device 6 are taken down, the slide is pulled out, the fresh oil barrel is placed on the slide, the door is pushed in, and the slide is provided with a bolt to prevent the slide from moving.
In this embodiment, the cabinet body 60 further includes a sealing door, the sealing door includes an upper door body 61 and a lower door body 62, the upper door body 61 is used for sealing the space where the lubricating oil split charging equipment is located, the lower door body 62 is used for sealing the space where the external lubricating oil storage container 100 is located, the sealing door is internally provided with the access control device 9, and the access control device 9 is in signal connection with an external control system.
The cabinet type lubricating oil distribution machine separates external indefinite factors and improves the quality of oil products by arranging the sealing door on the cabinet body 60. Can have clearly to show different oil types, oil model, oil brand on the sealing door, built-in oilcan colour, different oil types have different marks, can conveniently discern, when getting lubricating oil, convenient and fast obtains required oil.
The cabinet type lubricating oil distribution machine adopts a vertical structure with an upper part and a lower part which are separated from each other, the upper part is an oil taking part, the lower part is a 200L lubricating oil storage container 100 placing area, the upper part and the lower part are respectively added with a sealing door, the sealing doors can be self-locking type, door control type and the like, and the door control type can be connected with a warehouse management system or information management software such as EAM, ERP and the like.
In the present embodiment, the cabinet 60 further includes an instrument panel 63, and at least one of the following displays is disposed in the instrument panel 63: flow display, pressure display, filter core jam display.
Whether the air pressure in the oil separator is normal or not, whether the number of the flowmeters is correct or not, whether the filter element needs to be replaced or not and the like can be conveniently checked through the instrument panel 63, and the use by customers is facilitated.
The cabinet type lubricating oil dispenser of this embodiment example can divide lubricating oil from outside lubricating oil storage container 100 partial shipment to lubricating oil partial shipment container 200 in, cabinet type lubricating oil dispenser structural configuration is reasonable, convenient to use, and the complete machine adopts the compressed air to be the power supply, and compact lightweight design disposes precision filter and high accuracy oval gear flowmeter, can look over the output oil volume in real time, guarantees that the oil is clean.

Claims (10)
1. A lubricating oil dispensing apparatus, comprising:
the oil inlet device comprises an oil inlet pipe, and the oil inlet pipe is used for being inserted into an external lubricating oil storage container to extract lubricating oil; the metering device is used for measuring the oil taking amount of the lubricating oil extracted by the oil inlet device and correspondingly outputting a flow signal; the split charging device comprises an oil outlet valve, and the oil outlet valve is used for injecting the extracted lubricating oil into an external lubricating oil split charging container;
the driving device is connected with the oil inlet device and used for driving the oil inlet device to extract lubricating oil from an external lubricating oil storage container and convey the extracted lubricating oil;
the control element is in signal connection with the metering device and the driving device respectively, receives the flow signal and adjusts the working state of the driving device based on the flow signal.
2. The lubricating oil dispensing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
a temperature sensing element disposed within the oil inlet tube to measure a temperature of the lubricant within the external lubricant storage container and to output a temperature signal accordingly,
the control element is in signal connection with the temperature detection element, receives the temperature signal and adjusts the working power of the driving device based on the flow signal; and/or
The viscosity detection element is arranged in the oil inlet pipe so as to measure the viscosity of the lubricating oil in the external lubricating oil storage container and correspondingly output a viscosity signal,
the control element is in signal connection with the viscosity detection element, receives the viscosity signal and adjusts the working power of the driving device based on the viscosity signal; and/or
A pressure detection element arranged in the connecting pipeline to measure a pressure value in the connecting pipeline and correspondingly output a pressure signal,
the control element is in signal connection with the pressure detection element, receives the pressure signal and adjusts the working power of the driving device based on the pressure signal.
3. The lubricating oil dispensing apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising:
the device comprises a memory, a controller and a control unit, wherein at least one preset lubricating oil flow speed threshold value is recorded in the memory;
the control element receives the temperature signal, the viscosity signal and the pressure signal, and adjusts the working power of the driving device based on the temperature signal, the viscosity signal, the pressure signal and the preset lubricating oil flow speed threshold value.
4. The lubricating oil dispensing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
the upper part of the liquid level display device is provided with an air drying and filtering respirator, and the liquid level display device is used for being inserted into an external lubricating oil storage container to measure the residual lubricating oil stock in the external lubricating oil storage container.
5. The lubricating oil dispensing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the filter device comprises a primary filter device and a secondary filter device, the primary filter device is disposed between the oil inlet device and the metering device, the secondary filter device is disposed between the metering device and the dispensing device, and a filter screen blockage indicator is disposed in the primary filter device and/or the secondary filter device.
6. The lubricating oil split charging equipment according to claim 1, wherein a valve core chamber, a valve core arranged in the valve core chamber, a conducting pipe and a negative suction pipe are arranged in the oil outlet valve,
the length of the valve core is smaller than the length of the valve core cavity, the hardness of the valve core is larger than the hardness of the inner wall of the valve core cavity, and a through hole is formed in the valve core;
the negative suction channel is used for communicating the part of the valve core cavity which is not inserted by the valve core with the liquid outlet end of the conduction pipe;
the valve core can rotate between a conduction position and a closed position, the conduction groove is communicated with the through hole at the conduction position, the conduction pipe is closed by the valve core at the closed position, and one end of the valve core, opposite to the opening end of the valve core cavity, is screwed outwards.
7. The lubricating oil dispensing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the outer surface of the valve core is provided with an external thread, the inner surface of the valve core cavity is provided with an internal thread, and the external thread is matched with the internal thread to enable the valve core to rotate between the conducting position and the closed position.
8. A cabinet type lubricating oil distributor is characterized by comprising:
the cabinet body and the lubricating oil split charging equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the lubricating oil split charging equipment is arranged at the upper part of the cabinet body and is positioned in an inverted concave frame, connecting frames are respectively arranged at two sides of the frame, and trays are arranged at the bottoms of the two connecting frames and are used for bearing an external lubricating oil split charging container; the cabinet body bottom plate is provided with a slide way and a bolt, the slide way is used for bearing an external lubricating oil storage container, and the bolt is used for preventing the slide way from moving.
9. The cabinet type lubricating oil dispenser according to claim 8, wherein the cabinet body further comprises a sealing door, the sealing door comprises an upper door body and a lower door body, the upper door body is used for sealing the space where the lubricating oil dispensing equipment is located, the lower door body is used for sealing the space where the external lubricating oil storage container is located, and an access control device is arranged in the sealing door and is in signal connection with an external control system.
10. The cabinet-type oil distribution machine according to claim 8, wherein the cabinet body further comprises an instrument panel, and at least one of the following displays is provided in the instrument panel: flow display, pressure display, filter core jam display.
