It is worth to say that, first spout and second spout can all be one or more, and when being a plurality of, can improve the stability of sliding fit, when being one, can save space. For example, at least one of the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove can be two and oppositely arranged, so that the stability can be improved, and the space can be saved.
Optionally, with reference to fig. 13, a second protrusion 92 is disposed on one of the second sliding block and the second sliding chute, and the second sliding block and the second sliding chute are in interference fit through the second protrusion 92. From this, second casing 12 also can be interference fit with installing support 2 to can improve the reliability that installing support 2 retrains first casing 11 and the separation of second casing 12, and can realize the interference fit of second casing 12 with the dress support comparatively ingeniously, improve the problem that interference fit occupies other functional space.

Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the elastic member and the second protrusion 92 may be used to realize the interference fit between the mounting bracket 2 and the second housing 12, so as to further improve the reliability of the interference fit.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the second sliding chute includes a second side wall 1222 disposed at both sides of the second slider and a second bottom wall 1221 connecting the two second side walls 1222, the second slider includes a third surface disposed facing the second side wall 1222 and a fourth surface disposed facing the second bottom wall 1221, and in conjunction with fig. 13, a second protrusion 92 is disposed between the second side wall 1222 and the third surface and/or between the second bottom wall 1221 and the fourth surface. That is, interference fit can be achieved from the width direction and/or the depth direction of the second chute, so that flexible design can be achieved.

In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to facilitate processing, design, installation, etc., the mounting bracket 2 may be configured to be composed of a plurality of parts, for example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the mounting bracket 2 may include a first bracket 27 and a second bracket 28, the first bracket 27 has a mounting space and a battery mounting position 22 thereon, and the second bracket 28 and the first bracket 27 define the motor mounting position 21 together, so as to facilitate assembly, design and processing, and improve the mounting reliability.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, 6 and 7, one end of the second housing 12 away from the first housing 11 has a first locking structure 123, one end of the mounting bracket 2 away from the first housing 11 has a second locking structure 261, one of the first locking structure 123 and the second locking structure 261 is a first buckle, and the other is a first slot in which the first buckle is in a snap-fit engagement. From this, the cooperation of first buckle and first draw-in groove does not influence being connected of first casing 11 and second casing 12 to can simplify assembly and design, guarantee structure succinct nature. Alternatively, when the second housing 12 has a second mounting opening 121 at an end thereof away from the first housing 11, and the mounting bracket 2 is adapted to extend into the second housing 12 through the second mounting opening 121, the first detent structure 123 may be disposed on an inner wall of the second housing 12. That is, the second locking structure 261 is a first buckle and is disposed on the first connecting lug 26, and meanwhile, the first locking structure 123 is a first slot formed on the inner wall of the second housing 12. Therefore, in the process of installing the mounting bracket 2 into the second housing 12, the two first connecting lugs 26 can approach each other, so that the first buckle extends into the second housing 12, and then the first buckle is located in the first clamping groove by utilizing the elastic restoring force of the first connecting lugs 26. From this, processing and convenient assembling, and first buckle is not fragile, and the screens reliability is higher.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, the brush holder housing 1 may further include a bottom cover 13, the bottom cover 13 is disposed at the second mounting opening 121, and the bottom cover 13 is snap-fitted with the mounting bracket 2. Therefore, the end part of the second shell 12 can be sealed by the bottom cover 13 to protect the internal structure, and the mounting bracket 2 is in snap fit with the bottom cover 13, so that the structure can be simplified, the structure matched with the bottom cover 13 and processed on the second shell 12 can be avoided, and the design and processing of the second shell 12 can be simplified. In addition, because the mounting bracket 2 is also in snap fit with the bottom cover 13, a part of vibration transmitted to the mounting bracket 2 by the driving motor 3 can also be transmitted to the bottom cover 13, so that the vibration is further consumed, and the holding hand feeling is improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, fig. 7 and fig. 8, a protruding second catch 262 is further provided on an inner wall of each first connecting ear 26, and the bottom cover 13 has a second catch 131 that is snap-fitted with the second catch 262. From this, can simplify the processing of bottom 13, utilize the yielding nature of first engaging lug 26 moreover, can be favorable to realizing the reliable cooperation of first buckle and first draw-in groove, can also be favorable to realizing the reliable cooperation of second buckle 262 and second draw-in groove 131, the design is very ingenious, simple.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 9, an end of the second housing 12 far from the first housing 11 has a second mounting opening 121, an end of the first housing 11 near the second housing 12 has a first mounting opening 111, the mounting bracket 2 is adapted to extend into the second housing 12 through the second mounting opening 121 and extend into the first housing 11 through the first mounting opening 111, and the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are clamped by a first clamping assembly, which includes a third clamping buckle 1131 disposed on one of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 and a third clamping groove 1242 disposed on the other of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12. Therefore, the assembly method is easy to operate, the assembly process is smooth and simple, the assembly efficiency is high, the processing is convenient, and the structure is simplified.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 9, one end of the first casing 11 close to the second casing 12 has one of the inner ring segment 124 and the outer ring segment 113, one end of the second casing 12 close to the first casing 11 has the other of the inner ring segment 124 and the outer ring segment 113, and the outer ring segment 113 is sleeved outside the inner ring segment 124. Therefore, the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 can be inserted or sleeved at the positions close to each other, so that the problems of matching gaps and the like at the connecting position can be solved, and the sealing performance is improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 9-11, one of the third buckle 1131 and the third buckle groove 1242 is disposed on the inner wall of the outer ring section 113, the other of the third buckle 1131 and the third buckle groove 1242 is disposed on the inner ring section 124, and the third buckle 1131 is in snap fit with the third buckle groove 1242 to form the first buckle assembly. Therefore, the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are connected through the first buckle assembly, so that the assembly efficiency of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 can be improved, and the connection mode is simplified.
Further, as shown in fig. 9-11, the inner ring segment 124 may have a plurality of second engaging lugs 1241 spaced apart from each other, each second engaging lug 1241 is provided with one of a third engaging slot 1242 and a third engaging catch 1131, and the inner wall of the outer ring segment 113 is provided with the other of the third engaging catch 1131 and the third engaging slot 1242. Therefore, the elastic deformation of the second engaging lug 1241 can be utilized to facilitate the smooth and reliable engagement between the third latch 1131 and the third slot 1242.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-6, 12 and 13, a first accommodating space 114 is formed in the first housing 11, a second accommodating space 127 is formed in the second housing 12, at least a portion of the motor mounting position 21 is located in the first accommodating space 114, the center of gravity of the driving motor 3 is located in the first accommodating space 114, at least a portion of the battery mounting position 22 is located in the second accommodating space 127, and the first buckle assembly is spaced apart from the mounting bracket 2. Therefore, the distance between the driving motor 3 and the second shell 12 can be increased, when the electric toothbrush is used, a user usually holds the second shell 12, the vibration of the driving motor 3 is transmitted to the mounting bracket 2 firstly, then transmitted to the positions of the mounting bracket 2 and the second shell 12 in a snap fit manner along the mounting bracket 2 and then transmitted to the second shell 12, and the center of the driving motor 3 is located in the first accommodating space 114, so that the vibration of the driving motor 3 needs to be transmitted for a long distance on the mounting bracket 2, the vibration can be weakened well, and the hand feeling of holding is improved.
In addition, since the mounting bracket 2 is spaced apart from the first snap assembly between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12, the problem that the snap connection between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 fails due to the mounting bracket 2 striking the first snap assembly due to vibration can be avoided, thereby improving the connection reliability of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12. Optionally, the spacing distance between the mounting bracket 2 and the first clip assembly is less than or equal to 3mm, so that the mounting bracket 2 can limit the first clip assembly to a certain extent, the problem that the third clip 1131 and the third clip 1242 are separated due to deformation is limited, and the reliability of connection between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 9 to fig. 11, the second shell 12 includes a main body section 125 and an inner ring section 124, a cross-sectional area of an end portion of the main body section 125 close to the inner ring section 124 is larger than a cross-sectional area of the inner ring section 124, so that a step surface 126 is formed between the main body section 125 and the inner ring section 124, an outer surface of the first shell 11 is flush with an outer surface of the main body section 125, the handle housing 1 further includes a decoration ring 14 sleeved outside the inner ring section 124, and the decoration ring 14 is sandwiched between the first shell 11 and the step surface 126, so that the outer surface of the first shell 11 is smoothly transitionally engaged with the outer surface of the main body section 125. From this for the surface of brush holder shell 1 is smooth, is favorable to improving and holds the travelling comfort, and avoids forming the step at the outward appearance of brush holder shell 1 and causes deposition, ponding, deposit bacterium scheduling problem.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 10 to 13, a first limit structure 141 is provided on the decorative ring 14, a second limit structure 1243 is provided on the inner ring segment 124, and the first limit structure 141 and the second limit structure 1243 are in limit fit to limit relative axial movement and/or relative circumferential movement of the decorative ring 14 and the inner ring segment 124. This can improve the mounting stability of the trim ring 14 and reduce the wear and other problems easily and effectively.
For example, as shown in fig. 11-13, the inner ring segment 124 is provided with a plurality of guide ribs 128 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction, the trim ring 14 is guided by the guide ribs 128 to be sleeved outside the inner ring segment 124, and the second limit structure 1243 is located between two adjacent guide ribs 128. Therefore, during assembly, after being guided by the guide rib 128, the second limit structure 1243 is in limit fit with the first limit structure 141, so that the convenience of assembly is improved.
For example, one of the first limit structure 141 and the second limit structure 1243 is a limit groove, and the other is a limit buckle. Therefore, the processing is convenient, the limiting matching is easy, and the limiting effect is reliable.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11, the trim ring 14 is a non-rotating structure and the shape of the inner ring segment 124 matches the shape of the trim ring 14. Therefore, the circumferential movement of the decoration ring 14 can be simply and effectively limited, the structure and the design are simplified, the processing and the assembly are convenient, and the problems of abrasion and the like can be effectively and reliably reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, at least one of the outer wall of the inner ring section 124 and the inner wall of the outer ring section 113 has a locking groove 1244, the brush holder assembly 100 further includes a sealing ring 15 disposed in the locking groove 1244, and the sealing ring 15 is sealed between the outer ring section 113 and the inner ring section 124. Therefore, the connection sealing performance of the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 can be improved, and the problems of dust, water and the like entering from the connection position can be reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-2, the first housing 11 is provided with a first key 7, the second housing 12 is provided with a second key 8, and along the length direction of the handle housing 1, the distance from the first key 7 to the second housing 12 is less than the distance from the first key 7 to the end of the first housing 11 away from the second housing 12, and the distance from the second key 8 to the first housing 11 is less than the distance from the second key 8 to the end of the second housing 12 away from the first housing 11. That is to say, the first key 7 and the second key 8 are both arranged close to the joint of the first casing 11 and the second casing 12, so that the user can conveniently switch and touch the first key 7 and the second key 8, and the operation is convenient.
Next, an electric toothbrush 1000 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the electric toothbrush 1000 may include: brush holder assembly 100 and brush head assembly 200, brush head assembly 200 includes brush head 201 and brush pole 202, and brush head 201 locates the one end of brush pole 202, and the other end of brush pole 202 extends to first casing 11, and links to each other with driving motor 3 to driving motor 3 can drive brush head assembly 200 and carry out work. Wherein the handle assembly 100 is the handle assembly 100 of the electric toothbrush 1000 according to the first aspect of the present invention. Thus, the flexibility of design can be improved.
Wherein, the brush head 201 can be provided with bristles, which are hidden and not shown. In addition, other constructions and operations of the electric toothbrush 1000 according to the embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (29)

1. A handle assembly for an electric toothbrush, comprising:
the brush handle shell comprises a first shell and a second shell, and the first shell and the second shell are sequentially arranged and connected along the length direction of the brush handle shell;
the mounting bracket is arranged in the brush handle shell and is provided with a motor mounting position and a battery mounting position, one part of the mounting bracket is positioned in the first shell and is in interference fit with the first shell, and one part of the mounting bracket is positioned in the second shell and is in snap fit with the second shell;
and the driving motor is arranged at the motor mounting position.
2. The handle assembly of an electric toothbrush as claimed in claim 1, wherein a resilient member is interposed between the mounting bracket and the first housing, the resilient member being elastically deformed in compression to achieve an interference fit of the mounting bracket with the first housing.
3. The handle assembly of an electric toothbrush of claim 2, wherein the resilient member comprises at least one of a foam, a silicone pad, and a rubber pad.
4. The handle assembly of claim 2, wherein a display module is disposed on the mounting bracket, the display module includes a plurality of display lamps, the elastic member is sandwiched between the display module and the first housing, an avoiding hole is disposed on the elastic member to avoid each display lamp, and two adjacent avoiding holes are separated by a solid structure of the elastic member.
5. The powered toothbrush handle assembly of claim 1, wherein the first housing has a first mounting opening at an end thereof adjacent the second housing, the mounting bracket is adapted to extend into the first housing through the first mounting opening, the first housing has a first sliding feature on an inner wall thereof, the mounting bracket has a second sliding feature thereon, one of the first sliding feature and the second sliding feature is a first sliding slot extending along a length of the handle housing, and the other is a first sliding block engaged with the first sliding slot.
6. The handle assembly of an electric toothbrush of claim 5, wherein one of the first slider and the first runner has a first protrusion thereon, the first slider and the first runner being in interference fit via the first protrusion.
7. The handle assembly of an electric toothbrush according to claim 6, wherein the first sliding groove comprises a first side wall disposed at both sides of the first slider and a first bottom wall connecting the two first side walls, the first slider comprises a first surface disposed facing the first side wall and a second surface disposed facing the first bottom wall, and the first protrusion is disposed between the first side wall and the first surface and/or between the first bottom wall and the second surface.
8. The powered toothbrush handle assembly of claim 5, wherein the second housing has a second mounting opening at an end thereof remote from the first housing, the mounting bracket is adapted to extend into the second housing through the second mounting opening, the second housing has a third sliding structure on an inner wall thereof, the mounting bracket has a fourth sliding structure thereon, one of the third sliding structure and the fourth sliding structure is a second sliding groove extending along a length of the handle housing, and the other is a second slider engaged with the second sliding groove.
9. The handle assembly of an electric toothbrush of claim 8, wherein one of the second slider and the second runner has a second protrusion thereon, the second slider and the second runner being in interference fit via the second protrusion.
10. The handle assembly of an electric toothbrush according to claim 9, wherein the second sliding groove comprises a second side wall disposed at both sides of the second slider and a second bottom wall connecting the two second side walls, the second slider comprises a third surface disposed facing the second side wall and a fourth surface disposed facing the second bottom wall, and the second protrusion is disposed between the second side wall and the third surface and/or between the second bottom wall and the fourth surface.
11. The handle assembly of an electric toothbrush according to claim 8, wherein the fourth sliding structure and the second sliding structure are spaced along the circumference of the second housing, and/or an elastic member is interposed between the mounting bracket and the first housing, the elastic member is elastically compressed and deformed to realize interference fit of the mounting bracket and the first housing, and the first sliding structure and the elastic member are spaced along the circumference of the first housing.
12. The handle assembly of claim 11, wherein the mounting bracket comprises a first wall and a second wall disposed opposite to each other, and a third wall and a fourth wall connected between the first wall and the second wall and disposed opposite to each other, the second sliding structure is disposed on the second wall, the resilient member is disposed between the first wall and the first housing, and the fourth sliding structure is disposed on each of the third wall and the fourth wall.
13. The handle assembly of claim 1, wherein the second housing has a first detent structure at an end thereof remote from the first housing, and the mounting bracket has a second detent structure at an end thereof remote from the first housing, one of the first detent structure and the second detent structure being a first snap fit and the other being a first snap fit with the first snap fit.
14. The handle assembly of an electric toothbrush of claim 13, wherein an end of the second housing remote from the first housing has a second mounting opening, the mounting bracket is adapted to extend into the second housing through the second mounting opening, and the first detent structure is provided on an inner wall of the second housing.
15. The handle assembly of an electric toothbrush as claimed in claim 14, wherein the mounting bracket has a plurality of first coupling lugs spaced apart from each other at an end thereof remote from the first housing, and the first snap is provided on an outer wall of each of the first coupling lugs.
16. The powered toothbrush handle assembly of claim 14, wherein the handle housing further includes a bottom cover disposed at the second mounting opening, the bottom cover snap-fitting to the mounting bracket.
17. The powered toothbrush handle assembly of claim 15, wherein the handle housing further comprises a bottom cover disposed at the second mounting opening, wherein a protruding second snap is further disposed on an inner wall of each of the first connecting ears, and wherein the bottom cover has a second snap groove for snap-fitting with the second snap groove.
18. The electric toothbrush handle assembly of claim 1, wherein the second housing has a second mounting opening at an end thereof remote from the first housing, the first housing has a first mounting opening at an end thereof proximate to the second housing, the mounting bracket is adapted to extend into the second housing through the second mounting opening and into the first housing through the first mounting opening, and the first housing and the second housing are snap-fitted by a first snap-fit assembly, the first snap-fit assembly including a third snap-fit provided on one of the first housing and the second housing and a third snap-fit provided on the other of the first housing and the second housing.
19. The handle assembly of an electric toothbrush of claim 1, wherein the first housing has one of an inner ring segment and an outer ring segment at an end thereof adjacent to the second housing, the second housing has the other of the inner ring segment and the outer ring segment at an end thereof adjacent to the first housing, and the outer ring segment is disposed outside the inner ring segment.
20. The handle assembly of claim 19, wherein one of a third snap and a third snap groove is provided on an inner wall of the outer ring section, and the other of the third snap and the third snap groove is provided on the inner ring section, the third snap and the third snap groove snap-fit together to form a first snap assembly.
21. The handle assembly of claim 20, wherein the inner ring segment has a plurality of second engaging lugs spaced apart from each other, each of the second engaging lugs has one of the third engaging grooves and the third engaging grooves, and the inner wall of the outer ring segment has the other of the third engaging grooves and the third engaging grooves.

The handle assembly of an electric toothbrush of claim 18 or 20, wherein a first receiving space is formed in the first housing, a second receiving space is formed in the second housing, at least a portion of the motor mounting location is located in the first receiving space, a center of gravity of the drive motor is located in the first receiving space, at least a portion of the battery mounting location is located in the second receiving space, and the first snap assembly is spaced apart from the mounting bracket.
23. The electric toothbrush handle assembly of claim 19, wherein the second housing includes a main body section and the inner ring section, a cross-sectional area of an end portion of the main body section near the inner ring section is larger than a cross-sectional area of the inner ring section, so that a step surface is formed between the main body section and the inner ring section, an outer surface of the first housing is flush with an outer surface of the main body section, the handle housing further includes a decoration ring sleeved outside the inner ring section, and the decoration ring is sandwiched between the first housing and the step surface, so that the outer surface of the first housing is smoothly transitionally engaged with the outer surface of the main body section.
24. The handle assembly of claim 23, wherein the decorative ring has a first stop structure thereon, and the inner ring segment has a second stop structure thereon, the first stop structure and the second stop structure being in stop-and-go engagement to limit relative axial and/or circumferential movement of the decorative ring and the inner ring segment.
25. The handle assembly of claim 24, wherein the inner ring segment has a plurality of guide ribs spaced apart from each other along a circumferential direction, the decoration ring is guided by the guide ribs and sleeved outside the inner ring segment, the second position-limiting structure is located between two adjacent guide ribs, and/or one of the first position-limiting structure and the second position-limiting structure is a position-limiting groove, and the other one of the first position-limiting structure and the second position-limiting structure is a position-limiting buckle.
26. The electric toothbrush handle assembly of claim 23, wherein the decorative ring is a non-rotating structure and the shape of the inner ring segment matches the shape of the decorative ring.
27. The electric toothbrush handle assembly of claim 19, wherein at least one of the outer wall of the inner ring segment and the inner wall of the outer ring segment has a retaining groove, the handle assembly further comprising a sealing ring disposed in the retaining groove, the sealing ring sealing between the outer ring segment and the inner ring segment.
28. The handle assembly of claim 1, wherein the first housing has a first button and the second housing has a second button, the first button being spaced from the second housing a distance less than the first button to an end of the first housing distal from the second housing, the second button being spaced from the first housing a distance less than the second button to an end of the second housing distal from the first housing, along the length of the handle housing.
29. An electric toothbrush, comprising:
a handle assembly of an electric toothbrush according to any one of claims 1-28; and
the brush head assembly comprises a brush head and a brush rod, the brush head is arranged at one end of the brush rod, and the other end of the brush rod extends to the first shell and is connected with the driving motor.
