Some embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment of the present invention provides a dental polishing machine, which includes a working handle 1 and an outer sleeve,
the work handle 1 includes a handle main body 10, a motor 12, a tooth protection bend angle 14 and a control device 16, the tooth protection bend angle 14 is detachably disposed at one end of the handle main body 10, and the motor 12 is disposed in the handle main body 10 and is in transmission connection with a polishing head 141 of the tooth protection bend angle 14. The control device 16 includes a handle controller 160 and a control button 162 electrically connected to each other, the controller is disposed in the handle body 10 and electrically connected to the motor 12, and the control button 162 is disposed in the handle body 10, and can control the motor 12 to start or stop through the handle controller 160, and can control the motor 12 to switch between a plurality of rotational speed positions through the controller after the motor 12 is started.
In this embodiment, the working handle 1 further includes a handle outer sleeve 11, the handle outer sleeve 11 is a metal sterilizable component, the handle main body 10 is detachably wrapped in the handle outer sleeve 11, the tooth protecting corner 14 is detachably connected with the handle outer sleeve 11, therefore, the handle outer sleeve 11 plays a role in wrapping and protecting the handle main body 10, the sealing effect is better, and the handle outer sleeve 11 can be detached relative to the handle main body 10, so that the handle outer sleeve 11 can be sterilized after being detached, and the safety is improved.
Therefore, the motor 12 is arranged in the handle main body 10, the tooth protecting bend 14 is arranged at one end of the handle main body 10, the motor 12 is in transmission connection with the polishing head 141 of the tooth protecting bend 14 so as to drive the polishing head 141 to rotate when the motor 12 is started, and teeth are brighter by matching with the glaze sealing paste, wherein the tooth protecting bend 14 is detachably arranged in the handle main body 10, so that the replacement of a user is facilitated. The control button 162 of the control device 16 can control the start and stop of the motor 12 through the handle controller 160, and can switch the motor 12 among a plurality of rotation speed gears, so that a larger speed regulation range is available, and a user can conveniently regulate the rotation speed of the motor 12 to a proper rotation speed gear by operating the control button 162 according to actual requirements, so that the polishing head 141 has a proper rotation speed.
Further, the control button 162 may be configured to signal the handle controller 160 based on the time it is pressed, and the handle controller may be configured to control the motor 12 based on the signal from the control button 162.
For example, when the motor 12 stops operating, if the controller determines that the time that the control button 162 is pressed is less than or equal to the first preset time, the motor 12 is controlled to start so that the polishing head 141 rotates, and when the controller determines that the time that the control button 162 is pressed is less than or equal to the first preset time after the motor 12 starts operating, the motor 12 is controlled to stop so that the polishing head 141 stops. That is, the user may activate or deactivate the motor 12 by simply pressing the control button 162.
In the operation process of the motor 12, if the controller determines that the pressed time of the control button 162 is greater than the second preset time and less than the third preset time, the motor 12 is controlled to enter a gear with a higher rotation speed, wherein the second preset time is greater than or equal to the first preset time, and the third preset time is greater than the second preset time, that is, the user can realize the gear-up of the motor 12 by long pressing the control button 162.
If the user presses the control button 162 a long time again while the electric machine 12 is in the highest gear state, the electric machine 12 enters the lowest gear again, i.e., downshifts, so that the gears of the electric machine 12 can be cyclically shifted from the lowest gear to the highest gear.

The handle controller 160 is further configured to control the motor 12 according to the current rotation speed under the condition that the polishing head 141 is loaded, so that the variation of the current rotation speed relative to the target operation rotation speed in the current rotation speed gear of the motor 12 is maintained within the preset range. The rotation speed detecting member 164 may be any member capable of detecting the rotation speed of the motor 12, such as an encoder.
That is, in the case that the polishing head 141 has a load, that is, when the polishing head 141 works in alignment with teeth, the rotation speed of the motor 12 is reduced due to the load of the polishing head 141, and the handle control can control the motor 12 according to the current rotation speed of the motor 12 sent by the rotation speed detecting member 164, so that the variation of the current rotation speed with respect to the target operation rotation speed is maintained within the preset range, that is, when the controller determines that the variation of the current rotation speed with respect to the target operation rotation speed is smaller than the minimum value of the preset range, the rotation speed of the compensation control motor 12 is increased, and when the controller determines that the variation of the current rotation speed with respect to the target operation rotation speed is larger than the maximum value of the preset range, the rotation speed of the compensation control motor 12 is decreased, so that the variation of the current rotation speed with respect to the target operation rotation speed is maintained within the preset range, to ensure that the rotation speed of the motor 12 is stable, polishing is smoother and less noisy.
The preset range may be set according to actual requirements, and may be, for example, ± 20%, that is, the ratio of (the current rotation speed-the target operation rotation speed)/the target operation rotation speed is within a range of ± 0.2.

Therefore, the user can step on the cover plate 32 with different force, i.e. the speed of the motor 12 in the current speed gear can be adjusted, so that the idle foot can be used for adjusting the rotating speed of the polishing head 141 in the polishing process of the user, and the user can use the polishing head more freely.
In order to reduce the use of wires and to ensure the waterproof performance of the work handle 1, the distance detection member 34 and the handle controller 160 are wirelessly connected, thereby avoiding excessive electrical contact ports on the work handle 1.
