wherein, the rotating assembly includes:

the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the supporting frame; and

the rotating plate is connected with the rotating shaft, and the sterilizing lamp is arranged on the rotating plate.

2. A towel rack according to claim 1, wherein the swivel axis is disposed in a vertical direction.

3. The towel rack of claim 1, wherein the support frame is provided with a second through hole;

the rotating shaft is arranged along the horizontal direction and is rotationally connected with the inner wall of the second through hole, and the rotating plate can rotate in the second through hole.

4. A towel rack according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a shelf is provided on the support frame.

5. A towel rack according to claim 4, wherein the support frame has a hollow cavity, the shelf being located at an upper end of the cavity.

6. A towel rack according to claim 1, wherein a suspension assembly is provided on the support frame for securing the support frame.
