The washing machine generally comprises a pulsator washing machine and a drum washing machine, and the pulsator washing machine is lower in price compared with the drum washing machine and can meet the requirements of most users. With the increasing popularity of washing machines, higher and higher requirements are also put on the washing machines.
Based on this, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a washing machine provided in an embodiment of the present application, the washing machine 100 may include a casing 1, an outer tub 2 and an inner tub 3, wherein the casing 1 has a mounting cavity 11, the outer tub 2 is mounted in the mounting cavity 11, and the outer tub 2 has a receiving cavity 21. The inner tub 3 is installed in the receiving cavity 21, and the inner tub 3 has a washing cavity 31.
In this case, as shown in fig. 1, when washing laundry, the washing machine 100 is started, washing water is introduced into the inner tub 3, the washing water fills the inner tub 3 and the gap between the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 2, and after the washing water in the inner tub 3 reaches a certain level, the introduction of water is stopped, and the washing machine 100 starts washing. The washing water and the clothes in the inner barrel 3 roll over along with the washing water, the clothes rub against each other, and meanwhile, the rolled clothes rub against the side wall of the inner barrel 3 repeatedly, so that the washing purpose is achieved. After washing, the washing water is discharged, and then the laundry is dehydrated. When the washing machine is operated to spin, the inner tub 3 rotates relative to the outer tub 2, so as to rotate the laundry in the inner tub 3, and when the washing machine is operated to spin, a part of the washing water in the inner tub 3 is discharged to a gap between the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 2 by centrifugal force, and then discharged to the outside of the washing machine 100.
As shown in fig. 2, the washing machine 100 in the embodiment of the present application may further include a shroud 4, a plurality of catches 5, and a plurality of claws 6, and the housing 1 has an opening 12 communicating with the mounting cavity 11. The surrounding plate 4 is a frame structure and is arranged around the opening 12 of the shell 1 and is positioned on the outer barrel 2, and the top part between the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 2 (not shown in figure 2), and the middle part of the surrounding plate 4 is exposed out of the inner wall of the inner barrel 3 for placing clothes. The plurality of clamping parts 5 are arranged at the opening 12 of the shell 1, and the plurality of clamping parts 5 are connected with the surface of one side of the side wall of the shell 1, which is close to the coaming 4. A plurality of claws 6 are connected to the surface of the surrounding plate 4 on the side close to the housing 1, and the claws 6 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the surrounding plate 4. Wherein, a claw 6 is clamped on a clamping part 5.
In this case, as shown in fig. 2, the opening 12 of the housing 1 is at the top of the housing 1, the plurality of catching portions 5 are connected to the surface of the side wall of the housing 1 on the side close to the shroud 4, the plurality of claws 6 are connected to the surface of the shroud 4 on the side close to the housing 1, and the claws 6 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the shroud 4. So, when installation bounding wall 4, can place bounding wall 4 in shell 1 top for a jack catch 6 is corresponding with a joint portion 5, then promotes bounding wall 4 along the horizontal direction, makes a jack catch 6 and 5 joints of joint portion. The housing 1 and shroud 4 are shown in figure 3 when mounted. When the coaming 4 needs to be disassembled, the jaw 6 can be pushed in the opposite direction to the installation direction, so that the jaw is separated from the clamping part 5. The original screws for installation are saved, the structure of the clamping claw 6 and the clamping part 5 is simple, and the installation and the disassembly are convenient. The enclosing plate 4 can be provided with a water inlet pipe and other auxiliary parts.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the opening 12 is defined by two opposite sides a and two opposite sides b. Under this condition, can be on two a edges equal joint portion 5, correspond on bounding wall 4 and set up jack catch 6, two b edges do not set up joint portion 5, at this moment, during installation bounding wall 4, push bounding wall 4 along the extending direction on an edge and can be in the same place two a edges are fixed with bounding wall 4, then can pass through the screw with bounding wall 4 fixed on two relative b edges. In other embodiments of this application, one or two limits in two b limits also can follow a limit and set up joint portion 5 together, and the orientation of joint portion 5 on orientation and two a limits is unanimous with the orientation of 5 of joint portion on the edge to this when guaranteeing to install bounding wall 4, joint portion 5 on a limit and the b limit all can be in the same place with 6 joint of the corresponding jack catch on the bounding wall 4.
In some embodiments of the present application, since the sidewall of the housing 1 is thin, and the fastening portion 5 cannot be provided, in some embodiments of the present application, the washing machine 100 may further include a flange 13, as shown in fig. 4, disposed along the circumference of the opening 12 of the housing 1, where the flange 13 is located inside the sidewall of the housing 1 and connected to the housing 1. The plurality of clamping parts 5 are arranged on one side of the side wall surface of the shell 1, which is far away from the flanging 13, and are connected with the flanging 13.
Thus, as shown in fig. 4, the clip portion 5 can be disposed on the upper surface of the flange 13, and the flange 13 is located inside the side wall of the housing 1 and is not exposed on the outer surface of the housing 1, so that the appearance of the outer surface of the housing 1 is not affected. The flange 13 may be formed by inward folding of the side wall of the housing 1, so that the flange 13 is a part of the housing 1, and the integral structure between the flange 13 and the side wall of the housing 1 is more secure. When joint portion 5 and jack catch 6 joint, this turn-ups 13 can be with the one side butt that is close to shell 1 of bounding wall 4 for the leakproofness of the junction between the back is connected with bounding wall 4 to shell 1 is better.
The above-mentioned structure of the clip portion 5 is exemplified below, for example, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the clip portion 5 may include a first clip plate 51, a second clip plate 52 and a third clip plate 53, wherein the first clip plate 51 has a first end and a second end. One end of the second engaging plate 52 is connected to the first end of the first engaging plate 51, and the other end of the second engaging plate 52 is connected to the side wall of the housing 1. One end of the third engaging plate 53 is connected to the second end of the first engaging plate 51, and the other end of the third engaging plate 53 is connected to the side wall of the housing 1. The first engaging plate 51, the second engaging plate 52, and the third engaging plate 53 and a portion of the side wall surface of the housing 1 enclose a connecting hole 54 for the engaging claw 6 to be engaged with.
In this way, as shown in fig. 5, the second engaging plate 52 and the third engaging plate 53 can support the first end and the second end of the first engaging plate 51, and in this case, the first engaging plate 51, the second engaging plate 52, and the third engaging plate 53 and the connecting hole 54 surrounded by a part of the side wall surface of the housing 1 can be inserted into the claw 6 in fig. 2, so that the engagement of the engaging portion 5 and the claw 6 is realized. The hole pattern of the coupling hole 54 may be trapezoidal, and the shape of the coupling hole 54 is matched with the structure of a portion of the claw 6 inserted into the coupling hole 54. The one end of first joint plate 51, second joint plate 52 and third joint plate 53 and jack catch 6 butt can be spacing in the extending direction on one side of shell 1, and under this condition, trapezoidal can be spacing to jack catch 6's circumference for the jack catch 6 joint in connecting hole 54 is more stable.
The above-mentioned latch 6 is exemplified below, for example, in some embodiments of the present application, for convenience of description of the structure of the latch 6, a schematic view of the back surface of the shroud 4 is shown in fig. 6 (the side is the side of the shroud 4 close to the housing 1). In particular, the catch 6 may comprise at least one connection plate 61 as shown in fig. 7, the connection plate 61 comprising a first sub-plate 611 and a second sub-plate 612 arranged crosswise. One end of the first sub-board 611 is connected to the surrounding board 4. The second sub-board 612 is disposed on one side of the first sub-board 611 far from the enclosing plate 4, and a gap is formed between the second sub-board 612 and the enclosing plate 4, the second sub-board 612 is connected to the other end of the first sub-board 611, and at least a portion of the second sub-board 612 extends into the connecting hole 54.
In this case, the first sub-board 611 and the second sub-board 612 may cross to form a structure similar to an L shape, or cross to form a T-shaped structure, which is not limited in the present application, and a crossing angle between the first sub-board 611 and the second sub-board 612 is not limited, and the crossing between the first sub-board 611 and the second sub-board 612 may be a right angle in some embodiments of the present application. The second sub-board 612 may be parallel to the first fastening board 51, such that when the second sub-board 612 is inserted into the connection hole 54, a portion of a surface of the second sub-board 612 may abut against the surface of the first fastening board 51, and the second sub-board 612 may abut against a surface of a sidewall of the housing 1, so that the fastening of the second sub-board 612 in the connection hole 54 is more stable.
In other embodiments of the present application, the pawl 6 may include at least two parallel-arranged connecting plates 61, as shown in fig. 7, exemplified by three parallel-arranged connecting plates 61 with a gap between the three connecting plates 61. The jaw 6 further comprises a first reinforcing rib 62 as shown in fig. 8, the first reinforcing rib 62 is arranged to intersect with the connecting plates 61, and the first reinforcing rib 62 penetrates through the three connecting plates 61 and is connected to the surrounding plate 4.
In this case, fig. 3 and 8 show that having gaps between the three connection plates 61 can reduce the contact area with the catching portions 5 and the connection plates 61, thereby reducing the frictional force, facilitating the pushing of the claws 6 into the connection holes 54. The first reinforcing rib 62 is arranged to intersect with the connecting plate 61 to connect the three connecting plates 61 together, and the first reinforcing rib 62 is also connected with the enclosing plate 4, so that the connection between the connecting plate 61 and the enclosing plate 4 is firmer.
In order to facilitate the connection between the second sub-board 612 and the clamping portion 5, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, an end of the second sub-board 612 away from the first sub-board 611 may have a bevel 6121, and the bevel 6121 is located on a side of the second sub-board 612 close to the shroud 4.
In this case, one side of the inclined surface 6121 close to the first sub-plate 611 is a high end, and the other end of the inclined surface 6121 is a low end, as can be seen from fig. 5, when the second sub-plate 612 is inserted into the connection hole 54 of the clamping portion 5, the low end of the inclined surface 6121 of the second sub-plate 612 firstly enters into the connection hole 54, so that the connection hole 54 slides into the high end of the inclined surface 6121 along with the inclined surface 6121, and finally, the main body portion of the second sub-plate 612 is inserted into the connection hole 54. Due to the inclined surface 6121, the cross section of the end of the second sub-board 612 far away from the first sub-board 611 is smaller, so that the second sub-board 612 is easier to insert into the connecting hole 54 when being installed. In addition, the inclined surface 6121 also has a certain guiding function.
In order to make the plurality of second sub-boards 612 more secure, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 9, the inclined surfaces 6121 of adjacent second sub-boards 612 may be integrated, so as to avoid the plurality of second sub-boards 612 from diverging when being plugged. And because a gap is formed between the adjacent second sub-boards 612, when the second sub-boards 612 are inserted into the connection hole 54, the second sub-boards 612 are easily deformed by being pressed, so that the connection between the second sub-boards 612 and the connection hole 54 is not stable. After the inclined surfaces 6121 of the adjacent second sub-boards 612 are connected, the adjacent second sub-boards 612 are fixed, so that when the second sub-boards 612 are inserted into the connection holes 54, the adjacent second sub-boards 612 can be mutually supported, and cannot be easily deformed.
In order to make the connection of the first reinforcing rib 62 and the enclosing plate 4 more stable, in other embodiments of the present application, the claw 6 may further include a plurality of second reinforcing ribs 63 as shown in fig. 10, the second reinforcing ribs 63 are arranged to intersect the first reinforcing ribs 62, and the second reinforcing ribs 63 are connected to the enclosing plate 4. The two second reinforcing ribs 63 are exemplified in the present application, and as shown in fig. 10, after the second reinforcing ribs 63 are disposed to intersect with the first reinforcing ribs 62, the second reinforcing ribs 63 are divided into two parts and located at two sides of the first reinforcing ribs 62, and the second reinforcing ribs 63 are further connected to the enclosing plate 4.
In this way, as shown in fig. 10, the second reinforcing rib 63 further fixes the first reinforcing rib 62, so that the connection between the first reinforcing rib 62 and the shroud plate 4 is more stable, and in this case, since the connecting plate 61 and the first reinforcing rib 62 are fixed in a crossing manner, the connection between the connecting plate 61 and the shroud plate 4 is further fixed, so that the mechanical strength of the connection between the housing 1 and the shroud plate 4 shown in fig. 11 is higher. Therefore, the situation that the connecting plate 61 is separated from the coaming 4 due to excessive force when the coaming 4 is installed manually or the situation that the coaming 4 and the shell 1 in the figure 12 cannot be fixed due to cracks generated on the connecting plate 61 when the washing machine 100 is used for a long time is avoided.
To make the second sub-panel 612 more secure on the shroud 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the latch 6 may further include a third reinforcing rib 64, as shown in fig. 13, disposed on a side of the second sub-panel 612 close to the shroud 4, and the third reinforcing rib 64 is disposed on a side of the first reinforcing rib 62 far from the first sub-panel 611 and connected to the first reinforcing rib 62 and the second sub-panel 612.
In this way, the third reinforcing rib 64 is connected to the first reinforcing rib 62 and the second sub-plate 612, so that the joint between the first reinforcing rib 62 and the second sub-plate 612 can be reinforced, and the first reinforcing rib 62 is connected to the shroud plate 4, so that the joint between the second sub-plate 612 and the shroud plate 4 is more firmly fixed. The third rib 64 may limit the engaging portion 5, and when the second sub-board 612 is inserted into the connecting hole 54 of the engaging portion 5, the distance between the third rib 64 and the engaging portion 5 becomes closer, and since the third rib 64 is located on the second sub-board 612, the connecting hole 54 of the engaging portion 5 abuts against the third rib 64 as the second sub-board 612 is pushed in, and at this time, the second sub-board 612 cannot be pushed in any more.
In summary, in order to express the structure of the claw 6 in the present application more clearly, as shown in fig. 14, a partial perspective view of the claw 6 on the shroud 4 is shown. Fig. 15 shows a partial perspective view of the connection between the claw 6 and the clamping portion 5, and a part of the claw 6 extends into the clamping portion 5, so as to fix the housing 1 and the surrounding plate 4.
In order to prevent the water in the inner tub 3 from overflowing, in some embodiments of the present application, the washing machine 100 may further include a cover plate 7 as shown in fig. 16, wherein the cover plate 7 is rotatably connected to the opening 12 of the casing 1 and covers the opening 12.
In this case, since the cover 7 is rotatably coupled to the housing 1, the cover 7 covers the opening 12 of the housing 1. When clothes need to be cleaned, the cover plate 7 can be turned over by taking the joint of the cover plate 7 and the shell 1 as an axis, so that the cover plate 7 is opened, the inner barrel 3 with the washing cavity 31 and the coaming 4 mentioned above are exposed, after the clothes are placed in the washing cavity 31, the cover plate 7 is turned over by taking the joint of the cover plate 7 and the shell 1 as the axis again, so that the cover plate 7 is turned over towards one side of the opening 12 of the shell 1, so that the opening 12 is covered, finally, the washing machine 100 is started to clean the clothes, and the process of taking out the clothes is opposite, which is not described again in the embodiment of the application.
In order to clean the clothes in the washing chamber 31, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 16, the washing machine 100 may further include a pulsator 8, the pulsator 8 may be disposed at the bottom of the inner wall of the inner tub 3, during washing, the pulsator 8 at the bottom of the inner tub 3 rotates reciprocally, the pulsator 8 rotates to generate water current under the driving of the rotation of the pulsator 8, and the clothes are tumbled and agitated in the inner tub 3, so as to achieve the purpose of washing. The washing machine 100 can also generate whirlpool and tumbling water flow by the forward and reverse rotation of the pulsator 8, aiming to generate stronger water flow to improve the washing effect. The side wall in the inner barrel 3 can be provided with water leakage holes, when clothes are dried, the inner barrel 3 rotates, the clothes can be thrown into the water leakage holes, and washing water on the clothes can be discharged through the water leakage holes, so that the drying is realized.
In order to enable the aforementioned pulsator 8 and inner tub 3 to rotate, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 16, the washing machine 100 may further include a clutch 9 and a motor 10 such that the motor 10 powers the aforementioned pulsator 8 and inner tub 3 to rotate, and the clutch 9 and the motor 10 may be disposed in the casing 1 at the bottom of the outer tub 2. Specifically, the clutch 9 is connected to a rotating shaft of the motor 10, and the clutch 9 is also connected to the inner tub 3 and the pulsator 8, and the clutch 9 can be switched between a first state and a second state. The motor 10 is used for driving the pulsator 8 to rotate relative to the outer tub 2 when the clutch 9 is in the first state, and the motor 10 is also used for driving the inner tub 3 to rotate relative to the outer tub 2 when the clutch 9 is in the second rotation state.
