1. A charging device (100), comprising:
the charger comprises a charging seat (110), wherein a charging cavity (110a) is formed in the charging seat (110), the charging seat (110) is provided with a first charging terminal positioned in the charging cavity (110a), and the first charging terminal is suitable for being matched with a charging gun (200);
the sealing cover (120) is arranged on the charging seat (110) and covers the open end of the charging cavity (110a), and a communication opening (120a) capable of selectively opening the charging cavity (110a) is formed in the sealing cover (120);
a shutter (130), the shutter (130) being movably disposed on the sealing cover (120), the shutter (130) moving to adjust the size of the communication opening (120 a).
2. A charging arrangement as claimed in claim 1, in which the sealing cover (120) comprises:
the cover body (121), the cover body (121) is fixed with the charging seat (110), the cover body (121) is provided with an installation opening (121a) communicated with the charging cavity (110 a);
and the sealing piece (122) is arranged on the cover body (121) and covers the mounting opening (121a), the communication opening (120a) is formed between the edge of the mounting opening (121a) and the sealing piece (122) and/or the communication opening (120a) is formed between two adjacent sealing pieces (122) and/or the communication opening (120a) is formed on one sealing piece (122).
3. A charging device according to claim 2, wherein said communication opening (120a) has a first side wall and a second side wall facing each other, said first side wall being provided with a plurality of first teeth (1201b) arranged in series, said second side wall being provided with a plurality of second teeth (1201c) arranged in series, said shutter (130) being selectively movable in the direction of extension of said communication opening (120a) and engaging said first teeth (1201b) with said second teeth (1201c) to adjust the size of said communication opening (120 a).

The charging device according to claim 2, wherein the charging base (110) is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes (110b) arranged on the periphery of the charging cavity (110a), and the cover (121) is provided with second mounting holes (121b) corresponding to the first mounting holes (110b) one to one;
the charging device (100) further comprises: the fastener (140), the fastener (140) wear to establish respectively in first mounting hole (110b) and second mounting hole (121b) with cover body (121) are fixed in charging seat (110).

7. The charging device according to claim 2, further comprising: the cover body (150) is pivotally arranged on the charging seat (110) to selectively close the charging cavity (110 a).
8. The charging device according to claim 7, wherein a locking post (112) is disposed on the charging seat (110), and a locking hole (151) adapted to cooperate with the locking post (112) is disposed on the cover (150).
9. A charging pile, comprising: a charging device (100), the charging device (100) being configured as a charging device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
the charging gun (200) is provided with a second charging terminal matched with the first charging terminal, and after the charging gun (200) is matched with the charging seat (110), the opening and closing piece (130) can selectively adjust the size of the communication opening (120a) so as to enable the peripheral wall of the communication opening (120a) to be matched with the periphery of the charging gun (200).
