1. A system for reciprocally polishing and polishing sandpaper for painted surfaces, comprising:
the robot hand is provided with a numerical control base and a robot hand body arranged on the numerical control base, and the tail end of the robot hand body is connected with the numerical control base;
the polishing part is connected to the head end of the robot hand body and is used for polishing the paint surface of the workpiece under the driving of the robot hand body so as to control the removal depth of the paint surface, and the polishing part comprises a polishing assembly and a driving mechanism for driving the polishing assembly to reciprocate;
an automatic sand paper replacing part for replacing the sand paper used for polishing the paint surface of the workpiece in the polishing component,
the polishing assembly comprises abrasive paper arranged on the bottom surface of the driving mechanism and a polishing force control unit penetrating through the driving mechanism, a force control motor of the polishing force control unit is arranged in a flange connected with the manipulator body, and the polishing force control unit can flexibly polish the paint surface according to the surface complex condition of a workpiece.
2. A paint surface reciprocating abrasive polishing sandpaper system as set forth in claim 1, wherein said drive mechanism comprises:
the reciprocating deflection component is used for driving the polishing component to polish the paint surface of the workpiece in a reciprocating manner;
the follow-up lifting assembly is used for carrying out floating lifting on the polishing assembly;
and the power transmission assembly is used for driving the reciprocating deflection assembly and the follow-up lifting assembly.

A paint reciprocating sanding and polishing sandpaper system as defined in claim 2, wherein the follow-up lifting assembly comprises a driving sleeve for receiving the rotational power transmitted from the power transmission assembly, a transmission shaft rotating coaxially with the driving sleeve, and a needle roller guide bearing for driving the transmission shaft to slide up and down, the needle roller guide bearing having a cavity for receiving the transmission shaft.
4. A paint reciprocating abrasive polishing sandpaper system as claimed in claim 2, wherein said reciprocating yaw assembly comprises a yaw wheel, a yaw bar, a reciprocating plate and a micro-track,
the deflection wheel receives the rotating power transmitted by the transmission shaft of the follow-up lifting assembly; one end of the deflection oscillating bar is connected with the deflection balance wheel, and the other end of the deflection oscillating bar is fixed on the reciprocating plate; the reciprocating plate reciprocates along the miniature guide rail;
the grinding assembly comprises sand paper arranged on the bottom surface of the reciprocating plate and a grinding force control unit arranged on the other side surface of the reciprocating plate.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the automated sandpaper changer comprises:
a work table;
the abrasive paper peeling mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the workbench and positioned on one side of the workbench, and is provided with a belt which can be in contact with the abrasive paper of the grinding assembly and a peeling assembly which peels the abrasive paper on the belt from one side of the grinding assembly;
the sand paper mounting mechanism is positioned on the other side of the workbench and comprises a positioning component positioned on the upper surface of the workbench and used for positioning the grinding component and a sand paper mounting component positioned in the workbench and used for mounting the sand paper; and
and the pneumatic control mechanism is arranged in the workbench and used for driving the sand paper peeling mechanism and the sand paper mounting mechanism.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the sandpaper stripping mechanism comprises:
the belt sliding assembly is provided with a belt abutted against the lower surface of the abrasive paper, a supporting plate positioned below the belt and used for supporting the downward pressure of the grinding assembly, and a tensioning roller and a directional roller which are arranged at two ends of the supporting plate and used for tensioning the belt in a matched manner;
and the peeling assembly is arranged above the belt and close to one side of the tensioning roller and is provided with a sand paper peeling plate which is in contact with the upper surface of the sand paper.

The system for grinding and polishing sand paper to paint surface in a reciprocating mode according to claim 6, wherein the tensioning roller comprises a tensioning wheel middle shaft fixed on the workbench, a tensioning roller sleeve sleeved on the tensioning wheel middle shaft and a tensioning wheel bearing supporting the tensioning roller sleeve to rotate, and the outer surface of the tensioning roller sleeve is provided with a slope.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein the stripping assembly comprises:
a sand paper stripping plate which is fixed on the workbench, is in contact with the upper surface of the sand paper and is provided with an inverted hook for stripping the sand paper;
and the cleaning spray head is used for cleaning the stripped sand paper.

A paint reciprocating polishing sandpaper system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the positioning assembly comprises a positioning vertical rod capable of sliding on the upper surface of the workbench, a telescopic cylinder arranged near the edge of the workbench and used for driving the positioning vertical rod to move, and a stopper stop which are matched to limit the positioning vertical rod.

A system for reciprocating sanding and polishing sandpaper according to claim 6, wherein the sandpaper mounting assembly includes a lifting plate for replacing sandpaper, a lifting cylinder fixed inside the worktable for driving the lifting plate, a guide rod and a guide sleeve for guiding the lifting of the lifting plate, and a support rod for fixing the lifting plate inside the worktable.
