In the field of photovoltaic technology, it is necessary to clean the produced silicon wafers to improve the production quality of the silicon wafers. In the process of cleaning silicon wafers, in order to improve the cleaning effect of the silicon wafers, at least two different agents are generally required to be adopted. In the existing silicon wafer cleaning production line process, generally, the medicament needs to be manually carried to a silicon wafer production place, and then different medicaments are measured. The fatigue strength of workers during handling is high, and because the medicaments have toxicity or corrosiveness and the like, some potential safety hazards exist. In addition, since the amount of each chemical used is different, the chemical may occupy a space after being transported to a silicon wafer production site. For this reason, the inventor thought to design a chemical tank in which a chemical is filled in advance and then the chemical tank is transferred to a silicon wafer cleaning place by a cart. Therefore, the manual carrying of the medicament barrel can be better avoided, so that the fatigue strength of the manual work is better reduced, and the harm of the medicament to the health of the manual work is reduced; in addition, the volume of the medicine box can be designed according to the cleaning requirement, so that when the medicine box is moved to a cleaning position at every time, the medicine in the medicine box cannot have the residual problem, and the problem of occupied space of the medicine can be avoided.
The utility model provides a medicament mobile device except being used for the silicon chip cleaning process of photovoltaic, can also be applied to in other washing situations.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a medicine moving device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which provides a medicine moving device, including: a chemical tank 100 and a traveling cart 200, each chemical tank 100 having an independent space for filling different chemicals, respectively; the trolley 200 is used for carrying the medicine box 100, and the trolley 200 can drive the medicine box 100 to move.
Specifically, the cleaning agent box comprises at least two agent boxes 100 with independent cavities, and each agent box 100 can be filled with different cleaning agents; the trolley 200 is used for carrying the medicine box 100 and can drive the medicine box 100 to move.
In this embodiment, when the silicon wafer is required to be cleaned, different chemicals are filled in each chemical tank 100 in advance. Then the moving trolley 200 is pushed, so that the chemical box 100 can be transferred to a silicon wafer production place, and the chemical in the chemical box 100 is taken out for cleaning the silicon wafer. In the process, the problem of high fatigue strength caused by manual carrying in the existing scheme is solved; secondly, as the medicament is filled in the medicament box 100, the time for manually carrying the medicament is reduced in the medicament transferring process, so that the harm of the medicament to the human can be reduced; in addition, the chemical box 100 can be driven by the trolley to move, so that the trolley can be moved after the silicon wafer is cleaned, and the problem that the chemical occupies space is solved.
In the process of cleaning silicon wafers, two chemicals are generally mixed for cleaning according to the silicon wafer cleaning requirements, and for this reason, the inventor proposes to fill two different chemical tanks 100 with different chemicals respectively. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the medicament moving device comprises two adjacent medicament containers 100, namely a first medicament container 110 and a second medicament container 120, wherein the volume of the second medicament container 120 is larger than that of the first medicament container 110. The volume of the second housing 120 is larger than the volume of the first housing 110 to account for the different proportions of the medicament during the cleaning process, and more medicament may be placed in the second housing 120.
The inventor considers that when the kit 100 is filled with different medicaments, the medicaments may volatilize or splash during transportation, and therefore, the medicament kit 100 needs to be protected. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the first medicament container 110 is provided with a first cover 130 capable of closing or opening an opening of the first medicament container 110; the second medicament container 120 is provided with a second cover 140 capable of closing or opening the opening of the second medicament container 120. In the present embodiment, after the first medicament container 110 is filled with the medicament, the opening of the first medicament container 110 may be closed by the first cover 130. The first cover 130 may be rotatably connected to the first medicament container 110, for example, by providing a connecting shaft, or may be snapped, for example, by snapping the first cover 130 into the opening of the first medicament container 110. Similarly, the second cover 140 may be closed after the second housing 120 is filled with the medicament. The second cover 140 may be assembled with the second medicament container 120 in a manner that is referenced to the first cover 130.
The inventors have designed the second cover plate 140 to take into account the larger volume of the second medicament container 120, for which reason the volume of the second cover plate 140 is also larger than that of the first cover plate 130. In order to facilitate the storage of the second cover 140 when filling the second medicament container 120 with medicament or removing medicament from the second medicament container 120, the inventors conceived of the folding of the second cover 140. Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the second cover plate 140 includes a first cover plate 141 and a second cover plate 142, wherein the first cover plate 141 and the second cover plate 142 are rotatably connected by a connecting member 143. In the present embodiment, when adding a medicine to the second medicine tank 120 or taking out a medicine from the second medicine tank 120, the first and second sub-cover plates 141 and 142 of the second cover plate 140 may be folded, so that the space occupation ratio of the second cover plate 140 can be reduced. The connecting member 143 between the first sub cover plate 141 and the second sub cover plate 142 may be a hinge, and the number of hinges is not less than one.
In order to facilitate the removal of the medicine when the medicine is removed from the first medicine tank 110 and the second medicine tank 120, the present inventors have conceived to remove the medicine by providing the first medicine tank 110 and the second medicine tank 120 with control valves, respectively. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the first chemical tank 110 is provided with a first control valve 150, and the first control valve 150 controls the discharge of the chemical in the first chemical tank 110; the second chemical tank 120 is provided with a second control valve 160, and the second control valve 160 controls discharge of the chemical in the second chemical tank 120. In this embodiment, the first control valve 150 may be opened when it is desired to remove the medicament from the first medicament container 110; the second control valve 160 may be opened when it is desired to remove the medicament from the second medicament container 120.
Further, the inventors thought that the medicine in first medicine tank 110 and second medicine tank 120 is accurately taken out by providing measuring cup 171 and measured out, and the inventors thought that housing groove 170 is provided in first medicine tank 110 or second medicine tank 120 for housing measuring cup 171. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, an outer wall of the first medicament container 110 or an outer wall of the second medicament container 120 is provided with a receiving groove 170, wherein a measuring cup 171 is placed in the receiving groove 170. When the medicine in the first medicine box 110 or the second medicine box 120 needs to be taken out, the worker can take out the dosage cup 171 from the containing groove 170; after the medicine is taken out, the measuring cup 171 can be prevented from being placed in the housing groove 170 again. Such a design is also advantageous in that the medicine remaining on the measuring cup 171 can be prevented from contaminating the environment after the measuring cup 171 is placed in the receiving groove 170.
Considering that the first and second chemical tanks 110 and 120 are placed on the mobile cart 200, the first and second chemical tanks 110 and 120 may be tilted due to inertia when the mobile cart 200 is pushed manually. The inventors contemplate that the first and second drug reservoirs 110 and 120 are secured by the positioning frame 300. Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the medicine moving device is further provided with a positioning frame 300, and the first and second medicine tanks 110 and 120 are confined within the positioning frame 300. The positioning frame 300 may be fixed to the moving cart 200 by welding. The positioning frame 300 may be a rectangular body surrounded by eight support rods 310.
In order to facilitate manual actuation of the medicament moving device, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the positioning frame 300 is further provided with an armrest 320.
In the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the medicine moving device may include a moving cart 200, a positioning frame 300 welded and fixed on the moving cart 200, an armrest 320 disposed on the positioning frame 300, and a first medicine box 110 and a second medicine box 120 located in the positioning frame 300, wherein the first control valve 150 controls the medicine in the first medicine box 110 to be discharged, and the first cover plate 130 closes an opening of the first medicine box 110; the second control valve 160 controls the discharge of the medicine in the second medicine tank 120, and the second cover 140 closes the opening of the second medicine tank 120. In addition, a housing groove 170 is provided on the outer wall of the first chemical tank 110 or the outer wall of the second chemical tank 120, and a measuring cup 171 is provided in the housing groove 170.
In using the medicament moving device of the present invention, the first cover 130 and the second cover 140 are removed from the first medicament container 110 and the second medicament container 120, respectively, and the first control valve 150 and the second control valve 160 are closed. The first and second drug containers 110, 120 are manually filled with drugs, and then the first cover plate 130 closes the first drug container 110 and the second cover plate 140 closes the second drug container 120. The armrest 320 is manually pushed to position the medicine moving device at the silicon wafer cleaning position, and then the measuring cup 171 of the containing groove 170 is taken out, and the first control valve 150 or the second control valve 160 is opened to obtain the medicine in the first medicine box 110 or the second medicine box 120.
The utility model avoids the problem of large fatigue strength caused by manual carrying in the prior proposal; secondly, as the medicaments are filled in the first medicament box 110 and the second medicament box 120, the time for manually carrying the medicaments is reduced in the medicament transferring process, so that the harm of the medicaments to the human can be reduced; in addition, the chemical box 100 can be driven by the moving trolley 200 to move, so that the moving trolley 200 can be moved after the silicon wafers are cleaned, and the problem that the chemical occupies the space is avoided.
All possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments may not be described for the sake of brevity, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
