Referring to fig. 3, the first handle 11 is further provided with a first limiting portion 114a and a second limiting portion 114b, and the first limiting portion 114a and the second limiting portion 114b are respectively disposed on two sides of the rotating shaft portion 113 along the width direction of the first handle 11, that is, along the width direction of the first handle 11, the rotating shaft portion 113 is located between the first limiting portion 114a and the second limiting portion 114 b. In the process of closing the cover, the first position-limiting portion 114a and the second position-limiting portion 114b can limit the rotating member 3 from continuing to rotate, so as to prompt that the cover is closed in place.
Specifically, the first stopper portion 114a and the second stopper portion 114b respectively project from a surface of the first handle 11 facing the second handle 21 in the thickness direction of the first handle 11.
In the process of closing the cover, if the pushing element 5 drives the rotating element 3 to rotate in the clockwise direction, that is, the pushed portion 32 rotates in the clockwise direction, the side wall of the pushed portion 32 can abut against the first limiting portion 114a to limit the angle of clockwise rotation of the pushed portion 32 around the rotating shaft portion 113, that is, the rotating element 3 is limited to continue to rotate in the clockwise direction, so as to prompt the user to close the cover in place; if the pushing element 5 drives the rotating element 3 to rotate in the counterclockwise direction, that is, when the pushed portion 32 rotates in the counterclockwise direction, the sidewall of the pushed portion 32 can abut against the second limiting portion 114b to limit the angle of the pushed portion 32 rotating around the rotating shaft 113 in the counterclockwise direction, that is, to limit the rotating element 3 to continue rotating in the counterclockwise direction, thereby prompting the user to close the cover in place.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the rotating member 3 further includes a first abutting portion 33a and a second abutting portion 33b, and the first abutting portion 33a and the second abutting portion 33b are formed at an end of the mounting portion 31 away from the pushed portion 32 at an interval.
Specifically, in the process of closing the cover, if the pushing element 5 drives the rotating element 3 to rotate in the clockwise direction, that is, the pushed portion 32 rotates in the clockwise direction, the first pushing portion 33a can be abutted against the first limiting portion 114a to limit the angle of clockwise rotation of the pushed portion 32 around the rotating shaft portion 113, that is, the rotating element 3 is limited to continue to rotate in the clockwise direction, so as to prompt the user to close the cover in place, as shown in fig. 6; if the pushing element 5 drives the rotating element 3 to rotate in the counterclockwise direction, i.e. the pushed portion 32 rotates in the counterclockwise direction, the second pushing portion 33b can be abutted against the second limiting portion 114b to limit the angle of counterclockwise rotation of the pushed portion 32 around the rotating shaft 113, i.e. to limit the rotating element 3 to continue to rotate in the counterclockwise direction, so as to prompt the user to close the cover in place, as shown in fig. 8.
It can be understood that, in order to limit the rotating member 3 from continuing to rotate in the process of closing the cover, a manner that the side wall of the pushed portion 32 abuts against the first limiting portion 114a or the second limiting portion 114b may be adopted, a manner that the first abutting portion 33a abuts against the first limiting portion 114a and/or the second abutting portion 33b abuts against the second limiting portion 114b may be adopted, and a manner that the side wall of the pushed portion 32 abuts against the first limiting portion 114a or the second limiting portion 114b, the first abutting portion 33a abuts against the first limiting portion 114a, and/or the second abutting portion 33b abuts against the second limiting portion 114b may be adopted at the same time.
Referring to fig. 10 to 16, the cooking utensil 100 further includes a floating member 7 and a second elastic member 6, the floating member 7 is movably disposed on the lid 2, and the floating member 7 can move in a vertical direction. The pushing part 5 is movably arranged on the second handle 21 through the second elastic part 6, the pushing part 5 can move towards the direction close to or away from the floating part 7, and the pushing part 5 can be abutted against the floating part 7.
Specifically, when the cover is closed and the cooker body 1 is heated, the air pressure in the cooker body 1 gradually rises, and the floating piece 7 automatically moves upwards, so that the pushing piece 5 is abutted against the floating piece 7 to limit the pushing piece 5 to continuously move, so that the cooker cover 2 is prevented from being opened after being stressed, and the safety of the cooking appliance 100 is improved. When the air pressure in the pot body 1 is reduced to be close to the atmospheric pressure, the floating piece 7 moves downwards due to the action of the self gravity.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the pushing element 5 includes a main body 52 and a pushing portion 51, the pushing portion 51 extends from an end of the main body 52 away from the floating element 7 to a direction close to the rotating element 3, the pushing portion 51 can be abutted against the pushed portion 32, and the second elastic element 6 is connected between the main body 52 and the second handle 21. The first handle 11 is provided with a guide groove 111, and the pushing portion 51 can move along the guide groove 111, so that the pushing portion 51 moves towards or away from the floating member 7.
Specifically, the second handle 21 has an accommodating groove (not shown) therein, and the pushing element 5 is movably accommodated in the accommodating groove. The side wall of the main body 52 away from the floating element 7 is formed with a connecting hole 522, a mounting protrusion (not shown) is correspondingly disposed in the receiving groove, one end of the second elastic element 6 is inserted into the connecting hole 522, and the other end of the second elastic element 6 is sleeved on the mounting protrusion. The second elastic member 6 may be any other member having an elastic function, such as a spring or a plate spring, and is not limited herein.
It can be understood that a mounting protrusion may also be formed in the connection hole 522, such that one end of the second elastic element 6 is inserted into the connection hole 522 and sleeved on the outer periphery of the mounting protrusion; or, the side wall of the main body 52 away from the floating element 7 is not provided with the connection hole 522, but protrudes in the direction away from the main body 52 to form an installation protrusion, and one end of the second elastic element 6 is directly sleeved on the periphery of the installation protrusion; or, a connecting hole can be formed in the accommodating groove, and the other end of the second elastic piece 6 is inserted into the connecting hole; or, a connecting hole may be formed in the accommodating groove, and a mounting protrusion is formed in the connecting hole, and the other end of the second elastic member 6 is inserted into the connecting hole and sleeved on the periphery of the mounting protrusion.
In the process that the pushing portion 51 moves along the guiding groove 111, the pushing portion 51 contacts the pushed portion 32 to drive the rotating member 3 to rotate in the clockwise direction or the counterclockwise direction, and the pushing portion 51 can move in the direction approaching or separating from the floating member 7, so that the main body 52 is abutted against the floating member 7, thereby limiting the pushing member 5 to move continuously.
Referring to fig. 13 to 17, a connecting cylinder 24 is disposed at a position of the pot cover 2 close to the second handle 21, a mounting channel 241 is formed through the connecting cylinder 24, and at least a portion of the floating member 7 is accommodated in the mounting channel 241.
Specifically, the connecting cylinder 24 includes a first connecting portion 242 and a second connecting portion 243, wherein the first connecting portion 242 is disposed on the outer surface of the pot cover 2 away from the pot body 1, and the second connecting portion 243 is disposed on the inner surface of the pot cover 2 close to the pot body 1, that is, when the pot cover 2 is fastened to the pot body 1, the first connecting portion 242 is located outside the accommodating cavity 10, and the second connecting portion 243 is located inside the accommodating cavity 10. Thus, when the floating member 7 moves upwards under the action of the air pressure in the pot body 1, the connecting cylinder 24 can provide a guiding function for the movement of the floating member 7, and the floating member 7 is prevented from shifting or swinging.
The mounting channel 241 is disposed through the first and second connecting portions 242 and 243, and a limiting step (not shown) is formed in the mounting channel 241, and is formed at the boundary between the first and second connecting portions 242 and 243.
Specifically, the installation channel 241 includes a first installation sub-channel 2411 disposed through the first connection portion 242 and a second installation sub-channel 2412 disposed through the second connection portion 243, wherein an inner diameter of the first installation sub-channel 2411 is greater than an inner diameter of the second installation sub-channel 2412, so that the limit step is formed at an interface of the first connection portion 242 and the second connection portion 243, i.e., so that a step surface 244 is formed at an interface of the first installation sub-channel 2411 and the second installation sub-channel 2412.
The floating member 7 includes a first cylinder 73, a second cylinder 75 and a sealing portion 76 connected in sequence along a vertical direction (gravity direction), wherein the first cylinder 73 is accommodated in the first installation sub-channel 2411, an outer diameter of the first cylinder 73 is smaller than or equal to an inner diameter of the first installation sub-channel 2411, the second cylinder 75 is accommodated in the second installation sub-channel 2412, an outer diameter of the second cylinder 75 is smaller than or equal to an inner diameter of the second installation sub-channel 2412, the sealing portion 76 is disposed outside the second installation sub-channel 2412, and an outer diameter of the sealing portion 76 is larger than the inner diameter of the second installation sub-channel 2412.
Specifically, when the floating member 7 moves upward under the air pressure inside the pot body 1, the sealing portion 76 may abut against an end of the second connecting portion 243 away from the first connecting portion 242 to close the second mounting sub-passage 2412, so that the whole pot body 1 is in a sealed state.
In some embodiments, the first column 73 is formed with a protrusion 74 protruding near the outer side wall of the second column 75, and the protrusion 74 can abut on the step surface 244.
Specifically, the protrusion 74 is formed at the intersection of the first cylinder 73 and the second cylinder 75, and the outer diameter of the protrusion 74 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first installation sub-channel 2411 and larger than the inner diameter of the second installation sub-channel 2412, so that the protrusion 74 can abut on the step surface 244 to prevent the first cylinder 73 from falling into the second installation sub-channel 2412.
It will be appreciated that the float 7 may be provided without the projection 74, and the outer diameter of the first cylinder 73 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first mounting sub-passage 2411 and larger than the inner diameter of the second mounting sub-passage 2412 to prevent the first cylinder 73 from falling into the second mounting sub-passage 2412.
In some embodiments, the first cylinder 73 has a first channel 77 extending through it in a radial direction, the second cylinder 75 has a second channel 78 extending through it in a radial direction, and a third channel 79 communicating the first channel 77 and the second channel 78 is formed in the first cylinder 73 and the second cylinder 75.
When the air pressure in the pot body 1 is small, the floating part 7 is in a falling state due to the action of the gravity of the floating part, at the moment, the first cylinder 73 is positioned in the first mounting sub-channel 2411, the second cylinder 75 extends into the accommodating cavity 10 from the second mounting sub-channel 2412, and the accommodating cavity 10 is communicated with the external atmosphere through the first channel 77, the second channel 78 and the third channel 79, so that the air pressure in the pot body 1 is ensured to be approximately consistent with the external atmosphere pressure, and the cover opening operation is facilitated, as shown in fig. 15; when the air pressure in the pot body 1 rises to the critical air pressure, the floating member 7 moves upward under the action of the steam until the sealing portion 76 abuts against the second connecting portion 243, and at this time, the sealing plug can seal the second mounting sub-channel 2412, so that the accommodating chamber 10 cannot be communicated with the external atmosphere, and the cooking utensil 100 is in a sealed state, as shown in fig. 16.
In some embodiments, when the cover is closed, the pushing portion 51 moves away from the floating member 7, and the body portion 52 abuts against the floating member 7 to limit the pushing portion 51 from moving toward the floating member 7.
In a possible embodiment, an avoiding groove 521 is formed at an end of the main body 52 close to the floating member 7, and an outer diameter of the first cylinder 73 is larger than an inner diameter of the avoiding groove 521, so that the first cylinder 73 cannot extend into the avoiding groove 521. The escape groove 521 has an opening (not shown) near the float 7, so that an abutment surface 523 that can contact with the float 7 is formed at one end of the main body portion 52 near the float 7, and an outer side wall of the first column 73 can abut against the abutment surface 523 to restrict the main body portion 52 from moving in a direction near the first column 73, as shown in fig. 12.
In the initial state, the extension portion 72 is inserted into the avoiding groove 521; when the cover is closed, the pushing part 51 moves in the direction away from the floating part 7, so that the extending part 72 is separated from the avoiding groove 521 from the opening; when the air pressure in the pot body 1 rises to the critical air pressure, the floating piece 7 moves upwards to enable the first cylinder 73 to be in contact with the abutting surface 523, and the pushing part 51 needs to move towards the direction close to the floating piece 7 when the pot body 1 is opened, and at the moment, the pushing part 51 cannot move towards the direction close to the floating piece 7 because the first cylinder 73 cannot extend into the avoiding groove 521 through the opening, so that the cover opening operation cannot be performed in the process of completing the cover closing and heating the pot body 1, and the safety of the cooking utensil 100 is improved; when the cover is opened, when the floating piece 7 is lowered due to the reduction of the air pressure in the pot body 1, the floating piece 7 and the body part 52 cannot interfere with each other, and the normal opening of the cover is ensured.
In some embodiments, the float 7 further comprises a float head 71 and an extension 72, the extension 72 is connected between the float head 71 and the first cylinder 73, and the outer diameter of the extension 72 is smaller than the inner diameter of the avoiding groove 521 so that the extension 72 can be inserted into the avoiding groove 521, and the outer diameter of the float head 71 is larger than the inner diameter of the avoiding groove 521.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the second handle 21 is further provided with an avoiding hole 211; when the cover is closed, the floating piece 7 moves upwards under the action of the pressure in the pot body 1, and at least part of the floating head 71 can be inserted into the avoidance hole 211.
Specifically, the user judges whether the cooking utensil 100 is in a sealed state by observing whether the floating member 7 is inserted into the avoiding hole 211, and when the floating member 7 rises due to the rise of the air pressure in the pot body 1, the floating head 71 can be inserted into the avoiding hole 211, so that the user is prompted that the cooking utensil 100 is in a sealed state and the air pressure in the pot body 1 gradually rises; when the floating member 7 descends due to the reduction of the air pressure in the pot body 1, the body portion 52 moves toward the first column 73, and the extension portion 72 can extend into the avoiding groove 521 from the opening, so that the floating member 7 is prevented from interfering with the body portion 52.
Referring to fig. 3, the guiding groove 111 has a first guiding surface 112a, a second guiding surface 112b and a third guiding surface 112c, wherein the third guiding surface 112c is connected between the first guiding surface 112a and the second guiding surface 112 b.
Specifically, the first guide surface 112a and the second guide surface 112b are inclined surfaces, arc surfaces, curved surfaces, etc., and along a direction approaching the third guide surface 112c, the distance between the first guide surface 112a and the second guide surface 112b and the rotating shaft portion 113 along the length direction of the first handle 11 gradually decreases, and the third guide surface is a plane. When the second handle 21 rotates clockwise, the pushing part 51 moves along the second guiding surface 112b to a direction close to the third guiding surface 112c, so that the pushing part 51 moves in the accommodating groove in a direction away from the floating member 7; when the second handle 21 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, the abutting portion 51 moves along the first guide surface 112a in a direction approaching the third guide surface 112c, so that the abutting portion 51 moves in the receiving groove in a direction away from the floating member 7.
It is understood that the projection of the groove wall of the guide groove 111 in the vertical direction (gravity direction) may be an arc, a semicircle, etc., and is not limited thereto.
In another possible embodiment, a diameter-changing hole (not shown) is opened at an end of the main body 52 close to the floating member 7, the diameter-changing hole includes a first portion close to the lid 2 and a second portion far from the lid 2, an inner diameter of the first portion is larger than an inner diameter of the second portion, the inner diameter of the first portion is larger than an outer diameter of the first cylinder 73, and the inner diameter of the second portion is larger than an outer diameter of the extension 72 and smaller than the outer diameter of the first cylinder 73.
In the initial state, the extension 72 is inserted into the second part; when the cover is closed, the pushing part 51 moves towards the direction far away from the floating part 7, so that the extending part 72 is inserted into the first part; when the air pressure in the cooker body 1 rises to the critical air pressure, the floating member 7 moves upwards to enable the first cylinder 73 to be inserted into the first part, the pushing portion 51 needs to move towards the direction close to the floating member 7 when the cooker body is opened, and at the moment, the first cylinder 73 is inserted into the first part and the inner diameter of the second part is smaller than the outer diameter of the first cylinder 73, so that the first cylinder 73 cannot be inserted into the second part, namely the pushing portion 51 cannot move towards the direction close to the floating member 7, therefore, the cooker body 1 cannot be opened when the cooker body 1 is heated after the cooker body is closed, and the safety of the cooker 100 is improved.
In other embodiments, when the cover is closed, the pushing portion 51 moves in a direction close to the floating member 7, and the body portion 52 abuts against the floating member 7 to limit the pushing portion 51 from moving in a direction away from the floating member 7.
Specifically, one end of the main body 52 close to the floating member 7 is provided with a reducing hole (not shown in the figure), the reducing hole comprises a first part close to the pot cover 2 and a second part far away from the pot cover 2, the inner diameter of the first part is smaller than that of the second part, the inner diameter of the first part is larger than the outer diameter of the extension part 72 and smaller than the outer diameter of the first cylinder 73, and the second part is larger than the outer diameter of the first cylinder 73.
In the initial state, the extension 72 is inserted into the first part; when the cover is closed, the pushing part 51 moves towards the direction close to the floating part 7, so that the extending part 72 is inserted into the second part; when the air pressure in the cooker body 1 rises to the critical air pressure, the floating member 7 moves upwards to enable the first cylinder 73 to be inserted into the second part, the pushing portion 51 needs to move towards the direction far away from the floating member 7 when the cooker body is opened, and at the moment, the first cylinder 73 is inserted into the second part and the inner diameter of the first part is smaller than the outer diameter of the first cylinder 73, so that the first cylinder 73 cannot be inserted into the first part, namely, the pushing portion 51 cannot move towards the direction far away from the floating member 7, therefore, the cooker 100 can not be opened when the cooker body 1 is heated after the cooker body is closed, and the safety of the cooker 100 is improved.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the cooking utensil 100 further includes a pressure limiting valve 8, the lid 2 is further provided with an exhaust column 23, and the pressure limiting valve 8 is movably sleeved on the periphery of the exhaust column 23.
Specifically, the exhaust column 23 is disposed at the middle position of the pot cover 2, and when the pot cover 2 is fastened to the pot body 1, the accommodating cavity 10 is communicated with the outside atmosphere through the exhaust column 23. Because the pressure limiting valve 8 is sleeved on the periphery of the exhaust column 23, when the air pressure in the pot body 1 is increased to the critical pressure, the steam in the pot body 1 can jack up the pressure limiting valve 8, the steam is exhausted through the exhaust column 23, the safety risks of explosion and the like caused by overlarge air pressure in the pot body 1 are avoided, and the safety of the cooking utensil 100 is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the pot body 1 is further provided with a third handle 12, and the third handle 12 is symmetrically spaced from the first handle 11 along the radial direction of the pot body 1; and/or the pot cover 2 is also provided with a fourth handle 22, and the fourth handle 22 and the second handle 21 are symmetrically arranged at intervals along the radial direction of the pot cover 2, so that the holding and cover closing operation of the pot cover 2 and/or the pot body 1 is facilitated.
Compared with the prior art, in the cooking utensil 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, because the rotating member 3 has the first working position, the second working position and the third working position, and the rotating member 3 can rotate between the three working positions, not only the second handle 21 can rotate in the clockwise direction, so that the pushing member 5 pushes the rotating member 3 to rotate from the first working position to the second working position, but also the second handle 21 can rotate in the counterclockwise direction, so that the pushing member 5 pushes the rotating member 3 to rotate from the first working position to the third working position, thereby realizing that the cover closing process is performed, the second handle 21 can rotate in the clockwise direction to close the cover, and can also rotate in the counterclockwise direction to close the cover.

A cooking appliance (100) comprises a pot body (1) and a pot cover (2), wherein a first handle (11) is arranged on the pot body (1), and a second handle (21) is arranged on the pot cover (2), and the cooking appliance (100) is characterized by further comprising a rotating piece (3), a first elastic piece (4) and a pushing piece (5), wherein the rotating piece (3) is rotatably arranged on the first handle (11) through the first elastic piece (4), and the pushing piece (5) is arranged on the second handle (21);
the rotating part (3) is provided with a first working position, a second working position and a third working position, and the first working position is between the second working position and the third working position;
when the cover is closed, the pushing piece (5) can push the rotating piece (3) to rotate from the first working position to the second working position along the clockwise direction or rotate to the third working position along the anticlockwise direction;
when the cover is opened, the first elastic piece (4) can drive the rotating piece (3) to rotate to the first working position or rotate to the first working position along the clockwise direction from the second working position.

The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 1, wherein the first handle (11) is provided with a rotating shaft portion (113), a first limit portion (114a) and a second limit portion (114b) along a width direction thereof, and the rotating shaft portion (113) is located between the first limit portion (114a) and the second limit portion (114 b);
rotate piece (3) including installation department (31) and receive and push away portion (32), installation department (31) with first elastic component (4) cover is located the periphery of pivot portion (113), it can promote to support to push away piece (5) receive to push away portion (32) along clockwise or anticlockwise rotation.

The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 2, wherein the pushed portion (32) is adapted to abut against the first stopper portion (114a) when rotated in a clockwise direction and abut against the second stopper portion (114b) when rotated in a counterclockwise direction, so as to limit an angle of rotation of the pushed portion (32) around the rotation shaft portion (113).

The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the rotating member (3) further comprises a first abutting portion (33a) and a second abutting portion (33b), the first abutting portion (33a) and the second abutting portion (33b) are formed at an interval at one end of the mounting portion (31) away from the pushed portion (32);
when the pushed part (32) rotates along the clockwise direction, the first abutting part (33a) can abut against the first limiting part (114a), and when the pushed part (32) rotates along the anticlockwise direction, the second abutting part (33b) can abut against the second limiting part (114b) so as to limit the rotating angle of the pushed part (32) around the rotating shaft part (113).
5. The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 2, wherein the cooking appliance (100) further comprises a floating member (7) and a second elastic member (6), the floating member (7) is movably arranged on the pot cover (2), and the floating member (7) can move along the vertical direction;
the pushing piece (5) is movably arranged on the second handle (21) through the second elastic piece (6), the pushing piece (5) can move towards the direction close to or far away from the floating piece (7), and the pushing piece (5) can be abutted against the floating piece (7).

The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 5, wherein the pushing member (5) comprises a main body (52) and a pushing portion (51), the pushing portion (51) extends from one end of the main body (52) away from the floating member (7) to a direction close to the rotating member (3), the pushing portion (51) can be abutted with the pushed portion (32), and the second elastic member (6) is connected between the main body (52) and the second handle (21);
the first handle (11) is provided with a guide groove (111), and the pushing part (51) can move along the guide groove (111) so as to enable the pushing part (51) to move towards or away from the floating part (7).

The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 6, wherein when the cover is closed, the pushing portion (51) moves away from the floating member (7), the floating member (7) moves upwards under the action of pressure in the pot body (1), and the body portion (52) abuts against the floating member (7) to limit the pushing portion (51) from moving towards the floating member (7).
8. The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 7, wherein an end of the body portion (52) close to the floating member (7) is provided with an avoiding groove (521), and at least a portion of the floating member (7) is receivable in the avoiding groove (521).

The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 8, wherein the pot cover (2) is further provided with a connecting cylinder (24) near the second handle (21), the connecting cylinder (24) comprises a first connecting portion (242) and a second connecting portion (243), the first connecting portion (242) is provided on the outer surface of the pot cover (2) far away from the pot body (1), and the second connecting portion (243) is provided on the inner surface of the pot cover (2) near the pot body (1);
an installation channel (241) penetrates through the connecting cylinder (24), and at least part of the floating piece (7) is accommodated in the installation channel (241).

The cooking appliance (100) of claim 9, wherein the mounting channel (241) comprises a first mounting sub-channel (2411) disposed through the first connection portion (242) and a second mounting sub-channel (2412) disposed through the second connection portion (243), the first mounting sub-channel (2411) having an inner diameter greater than an inner diameter of the second mounting sub-channel (2412) such that a step surface (244) is formed at an interface of the first mounting sub-channel (2411) and the second mounting sub-channel (2412);
