Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like are used merely to distinguish one description from another, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the description of the present application, it is also to be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "disposed" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, e.g., as being either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood in a specific case by those of ordinary skill in the art.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a door/window opening/closing device, which includes a driving member 10, and an output gear shaft 40 connected by a transmission mechanism; the transmission mechanism comprises a straight gear 20 connected with the driving part 10, and a face gear 30 in transmission connection with the straight gear 20, wherein the rotating shaft of the face gear 30 is vertical to the rotating shaft of the straight gear 20; the transmission mechanism can drive the output gear shaft 40 to rotate through the transmission of the straight gear 20 and the face gear 30, so that the door and window can be opened or closed.
Wherein, the driving element 10 is configured to drive the spur gear 20 to rotate, optionally, in this embodiment, a speed reducer 11 is further included between the driving element 10 and the spur gear 20, that is, the output end of the driving element 10 is connected to the speed reducer 11, the output end of the speed reducer 11 is connected to the spur gear 20, and the driving element 10 drives the spur gear 20 to rotate after being decelerated by the speed reducer 11. The embodiment of the application matches the straight gear 20 and the face gear 30 to make the rotating shaft between the two set to be vertical, so can realize the required transmission form in the limited volume, and then reduce the volume of the transmission mechanism, and the door and window switch device which is favorable for adopting the transmission mechanism is installed in the door and window with narrow frame.
In addition, the output gear shaft 40 rotates to open or close the door and window. It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the form in which the output gear shaft 40 rotates to drive the door and window to open or close, and a person skilled in the art can determine according to actual requirements, for example, the rotation of the output gear shaft 40 can be used to drive the lock cylinder of the door lock or the window lock to move, so as to unlock or lock the lock cylinder, and can also act on the door and window itself to rotate the door body relative to the door frame, or to rotate the window body relative to the window frame.
Illustratively, the rotation shaft of the output gear shaft 40 is connected with the link 80 of the door window, and the output gear shaft 40 is used for driving the link 80 to rotate. Thus, the rotation of the output gear shaft 40 and the rotation of the connecting rod 80 are synchronized, the rotation of the output gear shaft 40 can drive the connecting rod 80 to rotate, and the rotation of the connecting rod 80 can drive the output gear shaft 40 to rotate. In addition, the connecting rod 80 not only rotates relative to the door and window, but also slides relative to the door and window, so that the door and window can be driven to open or close through the action of the connecting rod 80.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the driving member 10 can rotate the output gear shaft 40 forward to open the door window, and the driving member 10 can rotate the output gear shaft 40 backward to close the door window. Conversely, the driving member 10 can rotate forward to drive the door and window to close, and the driving member 10 can rotate backward to drive the door and window to open.
The application provides a door and window switching device, through driving piece 10 to and the output gear axle 40 of connecting through the drive mechanism transmission, drive mechanism is through the spur gear 20 of being connected with driving piece 10, when driving piece 10 drives spur gear 20 and rotates, spur gear 20 can drive face gear 30 and rotate, and then drive output gear axle 40 and rotate, output gear wheel rotation ability can take door and window to open or close. Thus, in use, spur gear 20 may be rotated by drive member 10, and face gear 30 may be rotated by spur gear 20, thereby rotating output gear shaft 40. Thus, the door and window can be driven to be opened or closed through the output gear shaft 40. This application can reduce drive mechanism's volume through the cooperation that adopts spur gear 20 and face gear 30, and then does benefit to door and window switching device and installs in the door and window of narrow frame.
Referring to fig. 2, the transmission mechanism further includes a gear set 94, a connecting gear 32 coaxially disposed with the face gear 30, and a clutch mechanism 50 respectively connected to the gear set 94 and the connecting gear 32 in a transmission manner; when the straight gear 20 rotates, the connecting gear 32 drives the output gear shaft 40 to rotate through the clutch mechanism 50; when the output gear shaft 40 is manually driven to rotate, the output gear shaft 40 can drive the clutch mechanism 50 to move so that the clutch mechanism 50 is disengaged from the gear set 94.
It should be noted that, when the door and window is opened or closed electrically, the driving member 10 drives the spur gear 20 to rotate, the spur gear 20 drives the face gear 30 to rotate, the face gear 30 drives the connecting gear 32 to rotate, and the connecting gear 32 drives the output gear shaft 40 to rotate through the clutch mechanism 50, so as to open or close the door and window; when the door and window is manually opened or closed, the output gear shaft 40 is driven to rotate, so that the clutch mechanism 50 and the output gear shaft 40 are separated from transmission after the output gear shaft 40 drives the clutch mechanism 50 to move, and therefore, after the clutch mechanism 50 and the output gear shaft 40 lose the transmission relation, the situation that the driving piece 10 is driven to reversely rotate by the movement of the output gear shaft 40 can be avoided. That is to say, the arrangement of the clutch mechanism 50 can avoid the phenomenon of blocking caused by the reaction of the driving element 10 when the door and window is opened or closed manually, and is beneficial to ensuring the smoothness when the door and window is opened or closed manually.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 3 in combination, in the present embodiment, the clutch mechanism 50 includes a swing arm bracket 51 and a first clutch gear 52 and a second clutch gear 53 rotatably connected to opposite ends of the swing arm bracket 51, the swing arm bracket 51 is rotatably connected to a rotating shaft of the connecting gear 32, the first clutch gear 52 and the second clutch gear 53 are respectively engaged with the connecting gear 32, and the connecting gear 32 rotates to drive the first clutch gear 52 or the second clutch gear 53 to be in transmission connection with the gear set 94.
Thus, when the driver 10 drives the face gear 30 to rotate, the first clutch gear 52 and the second clutch gear 53 can rotate one toward the side close to the output gear shaft 40 and the other toward the side far from the output gear shaft 40 by the connecting gear 32. For example, when the driver 10 rotates the spur gear 20 clockwise, the gear 30 and the connecting gear 32 rotate counterclockwise under the action of the spur gear 20, and thus the first clutch gear 52 and the second clutch gear 53 rotate clockwise, and thus the first clutch gear 52 rotates toward a side close to the output gear shaft 40 and the second clutch gear 53 rotates toward a side far from the output gear shaft 40. Thus, the first clutch gear 52 can drive the output gear shaft 40 to rotate, so that the door and window can be opened or closed; when the driving member 10 drives the spur gear 20 to rotate counterclockwise, the gear 30 and the connecting gear 32 rotate clockwise under the action of the spur gear 20, and thus the first clutch gear 52 and the second clutch gear 53 rotate counterclockwise, so that the first clutch gear 52 rotates toward the side away from the output gear shaft 40 and the second clutch gear 53 rotates toward the side close to the output gear shaft 40. In this way, the second clutch gear 53 can rotate the output gear shaft 40, so that the door and window can be closed or opened. That is, the first clutch gear 52 and the second clutch gear 53 alternately drive the output gear shaft 40 to rotate when the door or window of the electrically driven door or window opening and closing device is opened or closed.
In order to prevent the clutch mechanism 50 from being unable to reset due to a fault, in this embodiment, optionally, the transmission mechanism further includes a driving assembly 60, when the door and window is manually opened or closed, the driving assembly 60 drives the output gear shaft 40 to rotate, so as to avoid the transmission mechanism from being jammed and affecting normal opening and closing of the door and window, and the driving assembly 60 is used for driving the clutch mechanism 50 to disengage from the output gear shaft 40 for transmission. Thus, when the clutch mechanism 50 is in a failure state, the user can drive the clutch mechanism 50 through the drive assembly 60 to forcibly disengage the transmission from the output gear shaft 40.
Referring to fig. 3, the driving assembly 60 includes a driving frame 61 and a driving rod 62 for manually disengaging the clutch mechanism 50 and the gear set 94, and the driving rod 62 is used for driving the driving frame 61 to move toward the clutch mechanism 50 to push the clutch mechanism 50 to rotate relative to the connecting gear 32, so that the clutch mechanism 50 is disengaged from the gear set 94 and indirectly disengaged from the output gear shaft 40.
It should be noted that, the driving frame 61 moves towards the clutch mechanism 50 and acts on the swing arm bracket 51, so as to drive the first clutch gear 52 and the second clutch gear 53 of the clutch mechanism 50 to rotate, and further, the clutch mechanism 50 and the output gear shaft 40 are disengaged from a transmission relationship.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 again, an elastic member 63 is connected to a side of the driving frame 61 close to the clutch mechanism 50, and the elastic member 63 can provide a force for the driving frame 61 to move away from the clutch mechanism 50, so as to reset the driving frame 61. That is, after the driving assembly 60 drives the clutch mechanism 50 to move, so that the clutch mechanism 50 and the output gear shaft 40 are disengaged from the transmission, if the force applied to the driving rod 62 is removed, the driving assembly 60 will be reset under the action of the elastic member 63. The elastic member 63 is a spring, and one end of the spring is connected to the driving frame 61, and the other end is directly connected to or abutted against the rotation center of the swing arm bracket 51.
In order to facilitate the driving rod 62 to drive the driving rack 61, in the present embodiment, the driving rack 61 is provided with an inclined surface 611 on a side close to the driving member 10, and the driving rod 62 drives the driving rack 61 to move by acting on the inclined surface 611, and the acting direction of the driving rod 62 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the driving rack 61. Thus, the driving rod 62 can be arranged at a lateral position to better avoid an installation matching surface and be arranged towards an operable surface, which is beneficial to ensuring the convenience of operation.
In order to make the door and window adjustment of the door and window opening and closing device more accurate, in the present embodiment, the transmission mechanism further includes a reset mechanism 70, and the reset mechanism 70 is configured to adapt to an initial position (a position when the door and window is completely opened or closed) of the door and window to reset the door and window. The reset mechanism 70 is adjusted only during the first installation, so that the door and window can be conveniently opened or closed completely and corresponds to the initial position of the door and window opening and closing device, thereby ensuring that the door and window can be opened or closed normally.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 4, the reset mechanism 70 includes an idle gear 71 engaged with the output gear shaft 40, a positioning gear 75 coaxially and rotatably connected with the idle gear 71, an adjusting gear 73 engaged with the positioning gear 75, and a PCB 76 fixedly connected to the positioning gear 75, wherein a positioning element 72 is disposed on a side of the idle gear 71 facing the PCB 76; the PCB 76 is provided with a sensing element matched with the positioning element 72, the adjusting gear 73 drives the positioning gear 75 to rotate, the PCB 76 and the positioning gear 75 synchronously rotate, so that the positioning element 72 and the sensing element on the PCB 76 are sensed to generate an electric signal response, and the electric signal response is used for indicating the reset of the door and window. The reset mechanism 70 further includes a stopper 77, and the stopper 77 is used to lock the adjustment gear 73. Therefore, after the door and window is reset (namely, after the door and window is initially adjusted in place), the adjusting gear 73 can be locked through the limiting part 77, and then the PCB 76 is prevented from rotating. For example, the stopper 77 may be a fastening screw for locking the adjusting gear 73.
The reset mechanism 70 further comprises an adjusting rod 74 engaged with the adjusting gear 73, and the adjusting rod 74 is provided with gear teeth capable of meshing with the adjusting gear 73.
When the door and window opening and closing device is used, a user can drive the adjusting gear 73 to rotate through the adjusting rod 74, and then the adjusting gear 73 drives the PCB 76 to rotate, so that when the PCB 76 rotates to a position where the door and window is completely opened or closed, the sensing element on the PCB 76 corresponds to the positioning element 72. The positioning element 72 on the idler gear 71 will sense the grating element on the PCB board 76 to generate an electrical signal response, which is then used to indicate that the door or window is initially set in place. For example, the sensing element on the PCB 76 may be configured as a light barrier, a proximity switch, a hall switch, etc. to facilitate the determination of the initial position of the door/window.
Furthermore, it should be noted that the resetting of the door and window may correspond to the opening of the door and window by a fixed angle, or may correspond to the closing or the complete opening of the door and window, and specifically, a person skilled in the art may determine the resetting by himself, which is not limited in this application.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the door/window opening and closing device further includes a first housing 91 and a second housing 92 disposed opposite to each other, the first housing 91 and the second housing 92 enclose to form an accommodating cavity, the transmission mechanism is disposed in the accommodating cavity, and the output gear shaft 40 passes through the first housing 91 and extends out of the accommodating cavity. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the driving element 10 drives the output gear shaft 40 extending out of the accommodating cavity to rotate, so as to drive the door window to open or close. When the door and window is manually opened or closed, the acting force at the door and window is transmitted to the output gear shaft 40, so that the output gear shaft 40 rotates to avoid being blocked.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the gear set 94 includes a plurality of transmission gears sequentially arranged along the length direction of the first housing 91, and adjacent transmission gears are engaged with each other, which is beneficial to reducing the width of the door opening and closing device. Therefore, the door and window opening and closing device can be better adapted to be installed in the door and window with the narrow frame.
Referring to fig. 6, optionally, a sealing strip 93 is disposed at a joint of the first casing 91 and the second casing 92 to hermetically connect the first casing 91 and the second casing 92. So can realize functions such as dustproof and waterproof.
The foregoing is illustrative of only alternative embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, which may be modified or varied by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations are not described in the present application.
