Abstract

一条门窗用橡塑密封条，是用橡塑材料制作的V 型槽形状弹性条片，背胶为双面胶纸，这种密封条密 封性能和耐老化性能好，适用于各种门窗的挡风、防 尘、保温。

Description

本实用新型属于一种门窗密封条。
现有的门窗用密封条是采用海绵或塑料泡沫制作的，其形状是背面带背胶的弹性条片结构。使用时，将它贴在门窗缝内，可起到保温，挡风的作用。但存在的问题是，上述密封条耐老化性能和密封性能较差，一般只能使用一年，并且由于密封条厚度有限，在门窗缝隙稍大时就不能完全起到密封的目的。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用橡塑材料制作的V型槽形状的密封条，来解决现有的密封问题。
本实用新型包括弹性条片和背胶，其特征在于：弹性条片是用橡塑材料制作的V型槽形状，其截面为V型，背胶为与弹性条片分离的双面胶纸。
使用时，将双面胶纸贴在橡塑密封条的背面，然后将V型橡塑密封条的V型开口朝向门窗外，贴在门窗缝受压面上，关上门窗时，V型槽受到压缩从而使门窗得到密封。
这种橡塑密封条比现有的海绵或泡沫塑料密封条耐老化性能好，使用年限长达5年。由于在使用时V型橡塑密封条开口朝向门窗外，当有风尘吹进V型开口内时会使V型角的角度变大，造成V型橡塑密封条的两个边对门窗的压力增强，使防风、防尘、保温的能力大提高，密封性能明显优于现有的条片型密封条。经实验测定：门窗与框之间的缝隙为1、5毫米～8毫米，室外风力为5～6级的情况下，将V型橡塑密封条V形开口向外贴在门窗缝隙受压面上后，该密封条的防风防尘率为98％，并使室温提高3－5℃。
该橡塑密封条虽成本较现有的密封条稍高，但其增加的少许成本费与使用寿命、节能、防风尘效果比较，成本费相对并没有增加。
附图为横截面为V型的橡塑密封条形状示意图。
如图：1为V型槽形状弹性条片。2为双面胶纸。该V型密封条的两个边宽度相同，约为8毫米左右。V型角为45°左右。壁厚为在0、5－1毫米之间。由于该密封条结构非常简单，制作非常容易，普通注塑机就可完成。
