When a user needs to push the drawer 20 in, the support 30 can be manually rotated to the first state, so that the drawer 20 is completely accommodated in the cavity 101.
Optionally, the driving member 40 includes a moving portion 401 and a motion matching portion 402, the moving portion 401 is disposed on the outer wall surface of the side wall 201 of the drawer and is connected to the supporting member 30; the motion matching part 402 is matched with the motion part 401 and is arranged on the cavity wall of the cavity 101; when the drawer 20 is drawn out from the drawing opening 102, the moving portion 401 can be matched with the moving matching portion 402, and the moving matching portion 402 drives the moving portion 401 to move, so that the moving portion 401 drives the supporting member 30 to rotate from the first state to the second state.
In this embodiment, when the drawer 20 is pulled out and the moving portion 401 is engaged with the moving engaging portion 402, the moving engaging portion 402 drives the moving portion 401 to move, so as to realize the movement of the supporting member 30. Through the moving part 401 and the movement matching part 402, the moving part 401 can be in contact with the movement matching part 402 by the force of the user pulling the drawer 20 without additionally arranging a power device. So that the supporting member 30 can automatically move between the second state and the second state when the user pulls the drawer 20, thereby saving the work of rotating the supporting member 30 and improving the rotating convenience of the supporting member 30.
Optionally, the moving part 401 comprises a gear 4011 and an annular rack 4012, the gear 4011 and the support 30 are arranged in sequence along the direction that the drawer 20 is drawn out of the drawing opening 102; the annular rack 4012 is wound on the outer side of the gear 4011 and the other end of the support 30 and is meshed with the gear 4011 and the other end of the support 30; when the moving portion 401 is engaged with the motion engaging portion 402, the gear 4011 rotates to drive the annular rack 4012 to move, and further drive the supporting member 30 to rotate from the first state to the second state.
In this embodiment, the gear 4011 and the support 30 are in driving connection through the annular rack 4012, the gear 4011 rotates to drive the annular rack 4012 to rotate, and the annular rack 4012 transmits power to the other end of the support 30, so that the support 30 rotates. The rotation of the support 30 is realized through the arrangement of the gear 4011 and the annular rack 4012, and the support 30 is automatically supported between the drawer 20 and the ground 50 when the drawer 20 is opened, so that the support of the support 30 is more convenient and reliable.
Optionally, the motion matching part 402 comprises a rack 4021, which is arranged on the cavity wall of the cavity 101, and the rack 4021 extends along the direction of the drawer 20 being drawn out of the drawing opening 102; when the moving part 401 is matched with the moving matching part 402, the rack 4021 is meshed with the gear 4011.
In this embodiment, in the process of drawing the drawer 20 from the cavity 101, the rack 4021 can be engaged with the gear 4011, so that the gear 4011 can rotate, and finally the support 30 can rotate. Through the matching of the gear 4011 and the rack 4021, the driving process of the driving member 40 is reliable and convenient.
In practical applications, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, when a user pulls out the drawer 20 from the cavity 101, the drawer 20 moves forward, the drawer 20 moves the moving portion 401 forward, and when the rack 4021 is not in contact with the gear 4011, as shown in fig. 2, the supporter 30 is in the first state, so that the drawer 20 can be smoothly pulled out. As shown in fig. 3, as the drawer 20 moves outwards, the rack 4021 contacts the gear 4011, and since the rack 4021 is engaged with the gear 4011, the rack 4021 can drive the gear 4011 to rotate in the first direction, the gear 4011 rotates to drive the annular rack 4012 to move, the annular rack 4012 further drives the other end of the support 30 to rotate, so that the support 30 moves from the first state to the second state, as shown in fig. 4, and finally the support 30 rotates to the second state to be supported between the drawer 20 and the ground 50.
When a user pushes the drawer 20 into the cavity 101, the support 30 rotates from the second state shown in fig. 4 to the first state shown in fig. 2, as shown in fig. 3, when the gear 4011 contacts the rack 4021, the gear 4011 rotates towards the second direction opposite to the first direction, and then the annular rack 4012 is driven to rotate in the opposite direction, and finally the support 30 moves from the second state to the first state, so that the support 30 does not interfere with the pushing and pulling of the drawer 20, and the drawer 20 is pushed into the cavity.
Optionally, when the drawer 20 is completely located in the cavity, the support 30 is located in the first state, and a horizontal distance between one end of the support 30 and the drawing opening 102 is a first distance, and a horizontal distance between the gear 4011 and the rack 4021 is a second distance, where the first distance is less than or equal to the second distance.
In this embodiment, the first distance is smaller than or equal to the second distance, so that the gear 4011 can be engaged with the rack 4021 only when the supporting member 30 moves to the outside of the drawing opening 102. When the gear 4011 can be engaged with the rack 4021, a section of the supporting member 30 is completely located outside the cavity 101, so that the supporting member 30 has enough space to rotate, and the rotation of the supporting member 30 is not hindered by the wall of the cavity 101.
Optionally, the distance between the rack 4021 and the drawing opening 102 is smaller than the distance between the rack 4021 and the rear wall surface of the cavity 101.
In this embodiment, it can be understood that the rack 4021 is disposed on the side wall of the cavity 101 facing the drawer 20, and the rack 4021 is near the front of the cavity 101. Thus, when the drawer 20 is drawn out from the cavity 101, the rack 4021 is engaged with the gear 4011 when the middle of the drawer 20 is located outside the drawing opening 102, that is, the supporter 30 rotates to the second state when the supporter 30 is drawn out most of the drawer 20. Therefore, the length of the annular rack 4012 can be saved, the time for the annular rack 4012 to drive the support piece 30 to move is shortened, the risk of damage to the driving piece 40 is avoided, the space occupied by the driving piece 40 is saved, and the production cost of the drawer assembly is saved.
It should be noted that: the rack 4021 may also be located in the middle of the side walls of the cavity 101 or near the rear wall of the cavity 101, since the support 30 is near the front of the drawer 20. This requires that the distance between the support 30 and the gear 4011 be set large so that the gear 4011 can engage with the rack 4021 when the support 30 is moved outside the drawing opening 102, so that the rotation of the support 30 is not hindered by the cavity 101.
Optionally, the gear 4011 is spaced from the front end of the drawer 20 by a distance greater than the distance between the gear 4011 and the rear end of the drawer 20.
In this embodiment, the gear 4011 is close to the rear end of the drawer 20, so that when the drawer 20 is pulled out for the most part, the support 30 starts to rotate, and the support 30 is prevented from rotating in advance to hinder the pulling of the drawer 20.
It should be noted that: the gear 4011 may be provided at a middle portion of the drawer 20 or near a front end portion of the drawer 20, so that the supporter 30 can be moved forward to the second state, and the supporter 30 may be supported between the drawer 20 and the floor 50 when the user stops pulling the drawer 20.
Alternatively, the supporting member 30 is provided at a lower end portion of an outer wall surface of the side wall 201 of the drawer.
In the present embodiment, the supporting member 30 is disposed at the lower end of the side wall of the drawer 20, so that the supporting member 30 and the sliding assembly 202 of the drawer 20 can be prevented from interfering with each other. Also, since one end of the supporter 30 is protruded to the lower side of the drawer 20 and the supporter 30 is provided at the lower end portion of the drawer 20, the length required for the supporter 30 can be reduced, facilitating the supporter 30 to be supported between the drawer 20 and the floor 50. Through the drawer assembly of the embodiment, the cost can be saved, and the supporting stability of the supporting member 30 can be improved.
Alternatively, the moving portion 401 is provided at the lower end portion of the outer wall surface of the side wall 201 of the drawer, specifically, the gear 4011 and the ring rack 4012 are both provided at the lower end portion of the outer wall surface of the side wall 201 of the drawer, so that the length of the ring rack 4012 can be reduced.
Optionally, the center of the gear 4011 is on the same horizontal line as the center of the support 30 to further reduce the length of the annular rack 4012.
Alternatively, when the supporting member 30 is in the first state, a portion of the supporting member 30 may protrude to the lower side of the drawer 20 and be located above the bottom wall surface of the cavity 101 to further reduce the length of the supporting member 30.
It can be understood that: the lower end of the moving portion 401 may also partially protrude to the lower side of the drawer 20 to further reduce the length of the ring-shaped rack 4012.
Optionally, the height of the rack 4021 is greater than the height of the gear 4011.
In this embodiment, the height of the rack 4021 is greater than that of the gear 4011, that is, the rack 4021 moves in mesh with the upper side of the gear 4011 during the drawing of the drawer 20. This arrangement results in limited space below the gear 4011 when the support 30 is located on the outer wall surface of the side wall of the drawer 20. The rack 4021 is arranged above the gear 4011, so that the rack 4021 can be conveniently arranged, and meanwhile, the gear 4011 and the rack 4021 can be conveniently matched.
Optionally, the drawer assembly further comprises a pulley 301, the pulley 301 being provided at one end of the support 30.
In the present embodiment, when the supporting member 30 rotates to the second state, one end of the supporting member 30 abuts against the ground 50. A pulley 301 is disposed at one end of the supporting member 30, so that when a user needs to pull out the drawer 20 or push the drawer 20 back into the cavity 101, one end of the supporting member 30 can slide, thereby preventing the supporting member 30 from hindering the normal drawing of the drawer 20.
Optionally, the number of the supporting members 30 is plural, and the plural supporting members 30 are provided at intervals on the side wall 201 of the drawer. At least two supports 30 of the plurality of supports 30 are respectively located at outer surfaces of both sidewalls of the drawer 20 to maintain support stability of both sides of the drawer 20 and prevent the drawer 20 from tipping or deforming toward both sides.
Alternatively, the number of driving members 40 is the same as the number of supporting members 30 and corresponds to one. To ensure that each support 30 is supported between the drawer 20 and the floor 50, or received within the cavity 101, as the drawer 20 is drawn.
Optionally, the supporting members 30 respectively located at the two side walls of the drawer 20 are correspondingly arranged, so that the supporting points of the drawer 20 at the two sides are corresponding, and the drawer 20 is prevented from being turned over or deformed due to the difference of the supporting points at the two sides.
The drawer assembly provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to a plurality of scenes. For example, including but not limited to, products with pull-out drawers for use in refrigerators, derailments, freezers, ice bars, shoe cabinets, and the like.
The above description and drawings sufficiently illustrate embodiments of the disclosure to enable those skilled in the art to practice them. Other embodiments may include structural and other changes. The examples merely typify possible variations. Individual components and functions are optional unless explicitly required, and the sequence of operations may vary. Portions and features of some embodiments may be included in or substituted for those of others. The embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to the structures that have been described above and shown in the drawings, and various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the present disclosure is limited only by the appended claims.
