Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of shell structures of electronic products, in particular to a frame body and an electronic product with the same.
Background
In order to ensure the transmission capability of the antenna signal of the electronic product, the metal shell of the electronic product comprises a metal frame body, and a plurality of sections of inserts made of plastics or ceramics and the like are arranged on the metal frame body to provide a transmission channel of the antenna signal. The multi-section metal frame body parts are connected into a frame structure through the inserts. Because the inserts and the metal frame body are generally made of two materials, when the electronic product falls, the inserts can cause connection failure between the inserts and the metal frame body due to large impact force, and the waterproof performance of the electronic product is influenced.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Referring to fig. 1, some embodiments of the present application provide a frame 100. The frame body 100 can be used as a frame of an electronic product (not shown), the waterproof performance of the electronic product is improved, the communication capacity of the electronic product is guaranteed, the frame body 100 can be rectangular, square, circular and the like, and the electronic product can be a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, an intelligent watch, an intelligent bracelet and the like. The frame 100 includes a first body 10, a second body 20, and an insert 40. It should be noted that fig. 1 only shows one insert 10 and the bodies disposed on both sides of the insert 40 for illustration, and in actual use, there are a plurality of inserts disposed at intervals and a plurality of bodies disposed on both ends of the insert, and the inserts and the bodies are disposed according to functional requirements.
A first embodiment of the present application provides an insert 40, please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3 together. For convenience of illustration, as shown in fig. 2, the present application defines a first direction as a direction indicated by an arrow on an X-axis, a second direction as a direction indicated by an arrow on an Y-axis in fig. 2, and a third direction as a direction indicated by an arrow on a Z-axis in fig. 2, where the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other. The first body 10 and the second body 20 are substantially long (it should be noted that, the first body 10 and the second body 20 shown in fig. 2 are only partial bodies), the first body 10 and the second body 20 are surrounded to form a first groove 30, the first groove 30 is a through hole, and the through hole penetrates through the opposite inner side and outer side of the frame 100; the insert 40 fits into the first groove 30 and is disposed within the first groove 30. The insert 40 includes a first portion 41 and a second portion 42 connected to the first portion 41, and the second portion 42 protrudes from the first portion 41 along the first direction and the opposite direction of the first direction, so that the insert 40 formed by the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 has a plurality of connecting surfaces 43 connected to the inner side surfaces of the first groove 30 surrounded by the first body 10 and the second body 20. It can be understood that the insert 40 has a plurality of connection surfaces 43, and the plurality of connection surfaces 43 are connected with the inner side surfaces of the first body 10 and the second body 20 forming the first groove 30, respectively. The insert 40 may be embedded in the first groove 30 by injection molding or other molding methods, so that the connection surface 43 of the insert 40 is fixedly connected with the inner side surfaces of the first body 10 and the second body 20.
Thus, the second portion 42 protrudes from the first portion 41 along the first direction and the opposite direction of the first direction, so that the insert 40 has a plurality of connecting surfaces 43, the insert 40 is irregular, the inner side surfaces of the first body 10 and the second body 20 for enclosing and forming the first groove 30 are irregular surfaces, the first groove 30 is correspondingly an irregular through hole, and the connecting stability between the insert 40 and the first body 10 and the second body 20 is enhanced by the irregular insert 40 being connected with the inner side surfaces of the first groove 30 formed by the first body 10 and the second body 20. The plurality of connecting surfaces 43 of the insert 40 form a transmission path of the impact force, so that the transmission path of the impact force is lengthened in the process of the drop test of the frame body 100, the impact force gradually becomes smaller after being gradually buffered by the plurality of connecting surfaces 43, the gap generated in the combining area of the insert 40 and the first body 10 and the second body 20 is avoided, and the waterproof performance and the communication capacity of the frame body 100 in use are favorably improved.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the frame body 100 may include a plurality of first bodies 10 and a plurality of second bodies 20, the plurality of first bodies 10 and the plurality of second bodies 20 may be connected end to end in sequence to form a plurality of first grooves 30, and the same insert may be embedded in the plurality of first grooves 30, or different inserts may be embedded in the plurality of first grooves 30.
In the present embodiment, the first portion 41 has a substantially planar plate shape, and it is understood that both opposite side surfaces of the first portion 41 in the first direction are substantially planar. Along the second direction, opposite side faces of the first portion 41 are flush with opposite inner and outer side faces of the frame body 100. In the third direction, the heights of the first and second portions 41 and 42 are the same as the heights of the first and second bodies 10 and 20.
In this embodiment, the second portion 42 comprises a first piece 421 and a second piece 422, wherein the dashed lines shown in fig. 2 and 3 are the joints of the first piece 421, the second piece 422 and the first portion 41. The first piece 421 and the second piece 422 are each substantially plate-shaped. In the first direction, the first piece 421 is disposed at one side of the first portion 41; in the opposite direction of the first direction, the second piece 422 is arranged on the other side of the first part 41, the first part 41 being located between the first piece 421 and the second piece 422. The area of the projection of the first portion 41 on a first plane 50 perpendicular to the first direction is larger than the projections of the first member 421 and the second member 422 on the first plane 50. In the third direction, the heights of the first portion 41, the first piece 421 and the second piece 422 are the same. As such, the insert 40 may have six, eight, ten, or more connection faces 43 through the first portion 41, the first piece 421, and the second piece 422. The first plane 50 is a virtual plane, and is only for describing the embodiment of the present application, and is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
In this embodiment, the first member 421 and the second member 422 have the same specification. In the second direction, a surface of the first side of the first piece 421, a surface of the first side of the first portion 41, and a surface of the first side of the second piece 422 are located on the same plane, a surface of the second side of the first piece 421 and a surface of the second side of the second piece 422 are located on the same plane and are both located on different planes from the surface of the second side of the first portion 41, and a projection of the first piece 421 on the first plane 50 coincides with a projection of the second piece 422 on the first plane 50. Here, the first side may be understood as a side close to the inner side surface of the frame body 100, and the second side may be understood as a side close to the outer side surface of the frame body 100, and it is apparent that the first side and the second side are not limited thereto. As such, the insert 40 has six connection faces 43. In actual use of the frame body 100, only the surface of the second side of the first portion 41 can be observed when viewed from the outer side surface of the frame body 100, so that the appearance of the frame body 100 is simple, which is beneficial to improving the aesthetic property of the frame body 100 in use.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the first side surface of the first piece 421, the first side surface of the first portion 41 and the first side surface of the second piece 422 may also be offset. In this manner, the attachment face 43 of the insert 40 may be increased. For example, the surface of the first side of the first member 421 and the surface of the first side of the first portion 41 are located on the same plane, and the second member 422 is located approximately at the middle of the first portion 41. As such, the insert 40 may have eight connection faces 43. For another example, the first member 421 and the second member 422 are each located approximately at the middle of the first portion 41. As such, the insert 40 may have ten attachment faces 43.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a second embodiment of the present application provides an insert 140. The insert 140 provided in the embodiment of the present application has a structure substantially similar to that of the insert 40 provided in the first embodiment, and the first piece 421 is disposed on one side of the first portion 41 in the first direction; in the opposite direction of the first direction, a second piece 422 is arranged on the other side of the first part 41. In the third direction, the heights of the first portion 41, the first piece 421 and the second piece 422 are the same. The difference lies in that: in this embodiment, the first member 421 and the second member 422 are different in specification. Thus, the first portion 41 has an asymmetric structure on both sides, which is beneficial to enhance the connection stability of the insert 140 with the first body 10 and the second body 20.
In the present embodiment, in the second direction, the surface of the first side of the first member 421, the surface of the first side of the first portion 41, and the surface of the first side of the second member 422 are located on the same plane, and the surface of the second side of the first member 421, the surface of the second side of the second portion 42, and the surface of the second side of the second member 422 are located on different planes. The projection area of the first member 421 on the first plane 50 is larger than the projection area of the second member 422 on the first plane 50. It is understood that the thickness of the first piece 421 is greater than the thickness of the second piece 422 in the second direction. As such, the insert 140 of the present embodiment may have six attachment faces 43.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the surface of the first side of the first piece 421, the surface of the first side of the first portion 41 and the surface of the first side of the second piece 422 may also be offset. In this manner, the attachment face 43 of the insert 140 may be increased. For example, a surface of a first side of the first piece 421, a surface of a first side of the first part 41, and a surface of a first side of the second piece 422 all lie in different planes, and a surface of a second side of the first piece 421 and a surface of a second side of the second piece 422 all lie in the same plane and all lie in different planes from the surface of the second side of the first part 41. As such, the insert 140 may have ten attachment faces 43. For another example, a surface of a first side of the first member 421 and a surface of a first side of the first portion 41 are located on the same plane, and a surface of a second side of the first member 421 and a surface of a second side of the second member 422 are located on the same plane. Referring to fig. 6 and 7 together, a third embodiment of the present application provides an insert 240. The insert 240 provided in the embodiment of the present application is substantially similar to the insert 140 provided in the second embodiment, except that: in this embodiment, the second portion 42 of the insert 240 further includes a third piece 423 and a fourth piece 424. In the first direction, the third member 423 is located on the same side of the first portion 41 as the first member 421, the first member 421 is connected to the first portion 41, and the third member 423 is connected to the first member 421 and is relatively far from the first portion 41, and it can be understood that the third member 423 is connected to a side of the first member 421 far from the first portion 41. In the opposite direction of the first direction, the fourth member 424 is located on the same side of the first portion 41 as the second member 422, the second member 422 and the fourth member 424 are both connected to the first portion 41, and the fourth member 424 is connected to the second member 422 and is opposite to the protruding second member 422. The projection of the fourth element 424 onto a second plane 60 perpendicular to the third direction overlaps the projection of the second element 422 onto the second plane 60. In the second direction, the thicknesses of the first member 421 and the third member 423 are the same, and the thickness of the second member 422 is smaller than that of the fourth member 424. In the present embodiment, in the second direction, the surface of the first side of the first member 421, the surface of the first side of the first portion 41, the surface of the first side of the second member 422, the surface of the first side of the third member 423, and the surface of the first side of the fourth member 424 are located on the same plane, the surface of the second side of the first member 421 and the surface of the second side of the third member 423 are located on the same plane, and the surface of the second side of the first member 421, the surface of the second side of the first portion 41, the surface of the second side of the second member 422, and the surface of the second side of the fourth member 424 are located on different planes. As such, the insert 240 of the present embodiment may have a plurality of connection faces 43.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the surface of the first side of the first piece 421, the surface of the first side of the first portion 41, the surface of the first side of the second piece 422, the surface of the first side of the third piece 423 and the surface of the first side of the fourth piece 424 may also lie in different planes along the second direction. In this way, the connection face 43 of the insert 240 can be increased. For example, in the second direction, the surface of the first side of the first piece 421, the surface of the first side of the second piece 422, the surface of the first side of the third piece 423, and the surface of the first side of the fourth piece 424 are located in the same plane but all located in a different plane than the surface of the first side of the first part 41, so that the insert 240 may add four connection faces 43, thereby having more connection faces 43.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9 together, a fourth embodiment of the present application provides an insert 340. The insert 340 provided in the embodiment of the present application is substantially similar to the insert 40 provided in the first embodiment or the insert 140 provided in the second embodiment, except that: in this embodiment, the second portion 42 of the insert 340 further includes a third piece 423, a fifth piece 425, and a sixth piece 426. In the first direction, opposite sides of the first portion 41 are each substantially stepped flat surfaces. In the first direction, the first piece 421 is disposed at one side of the first portion 41; in the opposite direction of the second direction, a second piece 422 is provided on the other side of the first portion 41. The fifth member 425 is substantially plate-shaped, the fifth member 425 is connected to the first member 421, the first portion 41 and the second member 422, respectively, the first member 421, the first portion 41 and the second member 422 are located on the same side of the fifth member 425, it can also be understood that the fifth member 425 is connected to a surface of a first side of the first member 421 and a surface of a first side of the second member 422, and the fifth member 425 penetrates through the first side of the first portion 41. The sixth member 426 is generally rod-shaped, and the sixth member 426 is connected to the third member 423 and is relatively distant from the first member 421. In the third direction, the heights of the first portion 41, the first piece 421, the second piece 422, the third piece 423, and the sixth piece 426 are the same and are all greater than the height of the fifth piece 425. As such, the insert 340 of the present embodiment may have a plurality of connection faces 43.
In this embodiment, the surface of the second side of the first portion 41 is flush with the outer side of the frame 100, and the surface of the first side of the fifth member 425 and the surface of the first side of the third member 423 are flush with the inner side of the frame 100. Thus, the insert 340 is irregular, and the insert 340 of the embodiment has a plurality of connecting surfaces 43, which is beneficial to improving the connecting stability of the insert 340 with the first body 10 and the second body 20.
In this embodiment, the third slot 4231 is a rectangular slot, the fifth piece 425 is located approximately in the middle of the first portion 41, the first piece 421 and the second piece 422, and along the third direction, two opposite sides of the fourth slot 4232 are both arc-shaped surfaces, which may be spherical surfaces. The insert 340 of the present embodiment is symmetrical about the middle portion in the third direction. Thus, the connection surface 43 of the insert 340 has a plurality of types of surface, which is advantageous for reducing the impact force.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the fourth slot 4232 may also be a rectangular slot or other shape. For example, the arc-shaped surface of the fourth slot 4232 may also be a wavy surface, a serrated surface, or the like.
Some embodiments of the present application provide an electronic product. The electronic product includes a frame body 100, and the frame body 100 includes at least one insert or any combination of inserts in the first embodiment to the fourth embodiment. For example, the frame body 100 includes two first grooves 30, and the two first grooves 30 may be respectively embedded with the insert 40 of the first embodiment and the insert 140 of the second embodiment. For another example, the frame body 100 includes four first grooves 30, and the four first grooves 30 can respectively embed the insert 40 of the first embodiment, the insert 140 of the second embodiment, the insert 240 of the third embodiment, and the insert 340 of the fourth embodiment. The electronic product can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an intelligent bracelet, an intelligent watch and other products. The frame body 100 may be a middle frame of an electronic product.
In the electronic product, the second part 42 of the insert protrudes out of the first part 41 along the first direction and the opposite direction of the first direction respectively, so that the insert has a plurality of connecting surfaces 43 which are connected with the inner side surfaces of the first groove 30 formed by enclosing the first body 10 and the second body 20, the insert is irregular, and the connecting stability of the insert with the first body 10 and the second body 20 is enhanced by connecting the irregular insert with the inner side surfaces of the first groove 30 formed by the first body 10 and the second body 20; the multiple connecting surfaces 43 of the insert form transmission paths of the impact force, so that the transmission paths of the impact force are lengthened when the electronic product falls, the impact force gradually decreases after being buffered by the multiple connecting surfaces 43, and gaps generated in the combining area of the insert and the first body 10 and the second body 20 are avoided, so that the waterproof performance and the communication capacity of the electronic product are improved.

Claims (10)
1. A frame, comprising:
the first body and the second body are arranged in a surrounding manner to form a first groove; and
an insert adapted to the first slot and disposed within the first slot, the insert comprising:
a first portion; and
the second part is connected with the first part and respectively protrudes out of the first part along the first direction and the reverse direction of the first direction, so that the insert formed by the first part and the second part is provided with a plurality of connecting surfaces connected with the inner side surfaces of the first groove surrounded by the first body and the second body.
2. The frame of claim 1,
the second part comprises a first piece and a second piece, and the first piece and the second piece are arranged on two opposite sides of the first part along the first direction.
3. The frame of claim 2,
a projection of the first member onto a first plane perpendicular to the first direction overlaps a projection of the second member onto the first plane.
4. The frame of claim 2,
in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, a surface of the first side of the first piece, a surface of the first side of the first portion, and a surface of the first side of the second piece lie in the same plane.
5. The frame of claim 2,
the second portion further comprises a third piece and a fourth piece;
in the first direction, the third piece is located on the same side of the first portion as the first piece, the third piece being connected to the first piece and relatively distant from the first portion;
along the opposite direction of the first direction, the fourth piece and the second piece are located on the same side of the first part, the fourth piece is respectively connected with the first part and the second piece, the projection of the fourth piece on a second plane perpendicular to a third direction covers the projection of the second piece on the second plane, and the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
6. The frame of claim 5,
in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and the third direction, a surface of the first side of the first piece, a surface of the first side of the first portion, a surface of the first side of the second piece, a surface of the first side of the third piece, and a surface of the first side of the fourth piece lie in the same plane.
7. The frame of claim 2,
the second portion further comprises a third piece, a fifth piece, and a sixth piece;
the fifth piece is respectively connected with the first piece, the first part and the second piece, the first part and the second piece are positioned on the same side of the fifth piece, and a second groove is formed in one side of the fifth piece, which is far away from the first piece, the first part and the second piece;
in the first direction, the third piece is located on the same side of the first portion as the first piece, the third piece is connected to the first piece and relatively far from the first portion, and the third piece is further connected to the fifth piece;
along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, a third groove is formed in one side of the third piece, a fourth groove is formed in the other side of the third piece, and the third groove is communicated with the second groove;
the sixth piece is connected to the third piece and is relatively remote from the first piece.
8. The frame of claim 7,
the surface of the second side of the second piece is relatively protruded out of the surface of the second side of the first piece, the surface of the first side of the first piece is relatively protruded out of the surface of the first side of the second piece, and the surface of the first side of the sixth piece is relatively protruded out of the surface of the first side of the first piece.
9. The frame of claim 7,
the third groove is a rectangular groove;
and along a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, two opposite side surfaces of the fourth groove are arc-shaped surfaces.
10. An electronic product, characterized by comprising the frame body of any one of claims 1 to 9.
