Description

Power cord and AC electric tool
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electric tools, in particular to a power cord of a screwdriver and an alternating current electric tool.
Background
The electric tools using brushless motors as power are more and more on the market at present, the motors have a common characteristic and need to be provided with electrolytic capacitors: for example, taking a tool with a nominal input of about 1000W as an example, the motor is matched with an electrolytic capacitor with a size of about 400V/500 uF (we refer to as large capacitor), and the electrolytic capacitor with a size of about 400V 20uF (we refer to as no capacitor), and the electrolytic capacitor with a size of only 10 mm 15mm (we refer to as no capacitor); and the capacitance capacity is required to be larger when the rated power is larger, and the corresponding volume is also larger. The large electrolytic capacitor can make the voltage at the output end of the controller more stable, so that the voltage of the electric tool is more stable in a load state, namely, the motor with the same volume has larger load power of the large capacitor than that of the motor without the capacitor.
This type of new electric tool is currently marketed: although the capacitor-free scheme is small in size and can be placed in a shell or a handle of the electric tool, the size of the capacitor is reduced, but the size of the motor is increased and the weight of the motor is increased to achieve the actual using load of the electric tool, so that the handheld electric tool is obviously not in line with market requirements and trends, and when the input voltage is unstable, the damage probability of the capacitor is much higher, so that the scheme is not repeated. And the fact that a capacitor with the diameter of 30 mm or more and the diameter of 55mm or more is arranged in the shell or the handle of the electric tool can also lead the volume of the tool to be larger, influence the hand feeling of holding, and obviously not meet the market requirements and the development trend of the tool. And the capacitor is arranged inside the electric tool: electricity generates heat easily, has increased electric tool's whole calorific capacity, brings higher challenge for electric tool's heat dissipation, and the probability that the stacking electric capacity based on electric capacity self poor and random vibration takes place to damage also increases. When the capacitor is damaged and repaired, the capacitor can be replaced only by disassembling the electric tool, so that the replacement is very inconvenient.
