That is to say, after the magnetic metal surface 31 of the panel 3 is magnetically attracted by the first magnetic attraction body 1 and connected to the PCB fixing frame 6, the magnetic metal surface 31 of the panel 3 presses the plurality of elastic conductive portions 413 on the side of the first PCB 41 facing the magnetic metal surface 31, which not only can increase the potential balance, but also the elastic conductive portions 413 elastically abut against the magnetic metal surface 31 to form an acting force that pushes the magnetic metal surface 31 away from the PCB fixing frame 6, thereby preventing the entire surface of the magnetic metal surface 31 of the panel 3 from adhering to and pressing the first PCB 41. In actual use, the plurality of elastic conductive portions 413 are distributed, and when the elastic conductive portions 413 are elastically abutted against the magnetic metal surface 31, the panel 3 and the first PCB 41 are simultaneously subjected to the urging force of the elastic conductive portions 413 and opposite in direction, and in order to balance the forces acting on the panel 3 and the first PCB 41 by the elastic conductive portions 413, the projection of the geometric center of the panel 3 on the vertical plane is located within the thrust plane, and the projection of the geometric center of the first PCB 41 on the vertical plane is also located within the thrust plane.

Referring to fig. 1, in a specific application, the positioning structure is disposed on the PCB fixing frame 6, the slot 62 is located on a side of the PCB fixing frame 6 close to the panel 3, the slot 62 is formed by inward extending of an edge of the avoiding hole of the PCB fixing frame 6, a surface of a side of the slot 62 away from the panel 3 is lower than a surface of a side of the PCB fixing frame 6 away from the panel 3, a surface of a side of the slot 62 away from the panel 3 is used for supporting the PCB assembly 4, the elastic pressing member 63 is disposed on a side of the PCB fixing frame 6 away from the panel 3 and located at an edge of the avoiding hole of the PCB fixing frame 6, an action surface of the elastic pressing member 63 faces the magnetic metal surface 31, and after a side edge of the first PCB 41 is disposed in the slot 62 and supported by the slot 62, the elastic pressing member 63 presses the first PCB 41 away from the panel 3 and fixes the first PCB 41 in the PCB fixing frame 6; referring to fig. 1, further, a concave portion 66 adapted to the first PCB 41 is formed on the first side of the PCB holder 6 along the edge of the avoiding hole of the PCB holder 6 in the reference plane, and the height of the concave portion 66 is less than half of the thickness of the first PCB 41. When the first PCB 41 is mounted on the PCB fixing frame 6, the PCB assembly 4 is disposed in the concave position 66, so that the side edge of the first PCB 41 is supported by the concave position 66, and meanwhile, the first PCB 41 is tightly clamped by the clamping groove 62 and the elastic pressing member 63 on the PCB fixing frame 6 from the two sides of the first PCB 41, so that the first PCB 41 is firmly mounted in the PCB fixing frame 6, and the functional modules on the first PCB 41 are exposed from the avoiding hole of the PCB fixing frame 6.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, a first side of the PCB fixing frame 6 is provided with a fastening groove 65, the housing 2 is provided with a fastening 23, and the PCB fixing frame 6 and the housing 2 are fastened to the fastening groove 65 through the fastening 23. That is, the magnetic display device is vertically arranged when being fixed on the wall surface, that is, when the PCB board fixing frame 6 is pressed by the panel 3 towards the casing 2, and also by the weight of the PCB panel holder 6 itself and the weight of the panel 3 and PCB panel assembly 4 attached thereto, and the sum of the gravity of the PCB board fixing frame 6 and the gravity of the panel 3 and the PCB board assembly 4 connected with the PCB board fixing frame is vertical to the direction of the magnetic attraction force of the first magnetic attraction body 1, when the first magnetic attraction body 1 magnetically attracts the magnetic metal surface 31 of the panel 3, the pressure of the magnetic attraction acting on the PCB fixing frame 6 causes a friction force to be generated between the PCB fixing frame 6 and the shell 2, the frictional force is greater than the sum of the weight of the PCB holder 6 itself and the weight of the panel 3 and PCB assembly 4 attached thereto, so that the PCB holder 6 can be kept from sliding down on the housing 2. However, when the PCB holder 6 is subjected to an external force, the balance relationship between the sum of the gravity of the PCB holder 6 itself and the gravity of the panel 3 and the PCB assembly 4 connected thereto and the friction force is easily broken, and the PCB holder 6 is easily separated from the housing 2 at this time. Therefore, in order to firmly connect the PCB fixing frame 6 with the housing 2, the side of the PCB fixing frame 6 where the setting position 61 is provided with the fastening groove 65, the housing 2 is provided with the fastening buckle, when the PCB fixing frame 6 needs to be assembled with the housing 2 together, the end of the PCB fixing frame 6 where the setting position 61 is provided is fastened to the housing 2, the fastening buckle 23 on the housing 2 is fastened into the fastening groove 65 on the PCB fixing frame 6, and the PCB fixing frame 6 is firmly connected with the housing 2.
The application also relates to a magnetic attraction fixing device, please refer to fig. 2, the magnetic attraction fixing device 5 includes a box body 51 with a wire passing hole, the box body 51 is used for being arranged in a wall body, an outer end face of the box body 51 is provided with a magnetic attraction fixing portion 521, a second magnetic attraction body 7 is arranged in the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521, the second magnetic attraction body 7 is used for magnetic attraction connection of the magnetic attraction display device, the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521 is connected with the second magnetic attraction body 7 through magnetic attraction force, or the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521 is connected with the second magnetic attraction body 7 through structure fixing. That is to say, the box body 51 of the magnetic attraction fixing device 5 is installed in the wall body, the line hole is arranged on the box body 51, the magnetic attraction display device throws out the flexible external line outside the structure body enclosed by the shell 2 and the panel 3 or the signal line connected with the easy-to-plug interface can pass through the line hole on the box body 51 and be connected with the circuit in the wall body, the outer end face of the magnetic attraction fixing device 5, that is, the face of the magnetic attraction fixing device 5 located outside the wall body is provided with the magnetic attraction fixing part 521, the second magnetic attraction body 7 is arranged in the magnetic attraction fixing part 521, the magnetic attraction face on the second side of the shell 2 is magnetically attracted with the second magnetic attraction body 7 on the outer end face of the magnetic attraction fixing device 5 through the first magnetic attraction body 1, so that the magnetic attraction display device is magnetically attracted with the magnetic attraction fixing device 5. During specific application, the second magnetic attraction body 7 can be magnetically attracted to and connected with the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521 on the outer end surface of the box body 51, at this time, the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521 is made of a metal material, when the second magnetic attraction body 7 is placed into the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521, the second magnetic attraction body 7 is magnetically attracted to and connected with the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521, the second magnetic attraction body 7 can also be embedded into the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521, a through hole is formed in one end, away from the front, of the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521, a through hole is formed in the inner diameter of the through hole and is smaller than the outer diameter of the second magnetic attraction body 7, the second magnetic attraction body 7 is arranged in the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521, one end, away from the wall, of the second magnetic attraction body 7 can be magnetically attracted to and connected with the first magnetic attraction body of the magnetic attraction display device through the through hole of the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521, meanwhile, the through hole of the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521 can also be limited to the second magnetic attraction body 7, and the second magnetic attraction body 7 is prevented from escaping from the magnetic attraction fixing portion 521.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the magnetic fixing device 5 further includes an installation plate 52, the installation plate 52 is connected to the outer end surface of the box 51, and the magnetic fixing portion 521 is disposed on the installation plate 52. In the present embodiment, when the housing 2 is fixed on the wall surface by the magnetic fixing device 5, the abutting surface of the housing 2 abuts against the wall body to form a sealing structure, and the air flows in a direction of being sucked into the housing 2 from the first through hole 24 located at the lower part of the outer side of the housing 2, then flowing through the protruding part 22, and finally being discharged from the first through hole 24 located at the upper part of the outer side of the housing 2; or/and the flow direction of the air is sucked into the case 2 from the first through hole 24 located at the left portion outside the case 2, then flows through the protrusion 22, and finally is discharged from the first through hole 24 located at the right portion outside the case 2. That is, the abutting surface and the wall form a sealing structure, no air can pass between the abutting surface of the housing 2 and the wall, so that the external air cannot directly enter the channel formed between the opening and the outer wall surface of the protrusion 22, the external air entering the protrusion 22 needs to be sucked into the housing 2 through the first through hole 24 at the lower part or the left part outside the abutting surface, then enters the protrusion 22 when flowing in the housing 2, the air is heated by the power converter at the protrusion 22, or heated by the heating resistor in the gas sensor to form a stable flow, and then is discharged from the first through hole 24 at the upper part or the right part outside the housing 2, thereby realizing the detection of the external air and the heat dissipation of the power converter and other sensors in the protrusion 22.
In this embodiment, the protruding portion 22 is provided with a wire passing hole for passing a control wire, and the control wire includes an easy-to-plug interface which is plugged into an adaptive easy-to-plug interface in the box body 51 of the magnetic fixing device 5.
