The locking snap ring 5 of the second embodiment is an annular structure, but is not a structure with a closed side wall because the through groove 56 is formed; the arched part 53 is a semicircular bulge, a first horizontal part 54 and a second horizontal part 55 are respectively arranged on two sides of the arched part 53, and the arched part 53, the first horizontal part 54 and the second horizontal part 55 are integrally formed to form a locking snap ring 5; the locking snap ring 5 is made of metal and is formed by punching. The inner wall of one end of the locking base body 3 close to the locking snap ring 5 is provided with a first inclined surface 33, and the first inclined surface 33 is matched with the cambered surface of one side of the arched part 53 close to the first horizontal part 54; the inner wall of the pressing base 4 is provided with a second inclined surface 42, and the second inclined surface 42 is matched with the cambered surface of the arched part 53 on the side close to the second horizontal part 55. In the locking process, the second inclined surface 42 abuts against the arc surface of the arched part 53 close to one side of the second horizontal part 55 and pushes the locking snap ring 5 to slide towards the locking base body, when the locking snap ring slides to a certain position, the arc surface of the arched part 53 close to one side of the first horizontal part 54 abuts against the first inclined surface 33, and the first horizontal part 54 is embedded into a gap between the locking base body 3 and the movable rod 2; the first and second inclined surfaces 33 and 42 may provide a pushing and guiding function for the sliding of the locking snap ring 5. In the locking process, the first inclined surface 33 and the second inclined surface 42 extrude the arch part 53 more and more tightly, so that the whole locking snap ring 5 is continuously tightened inwards, and the through groove 56 is formed, so that a room for deformation and tightening of the locking snap ring 5 is provided, and the locking snap ring 5 can more firmly lock the fixed rod 1 and the movable rod 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, the locking snap ring 5 is provided with at least one opening groove 57 along the axial direction thereof, and the opening of the opening groove 57 faces the outside of the locking snap ring 5. The open slot 57 is formed, so that the clamping ring 5 can be conveniently locked and formed. After stamping, the locking snap ring 5 is not in an annular structure, but is similar to a long plate-shaped structure, and when the locking snap ring 5 is installed, the locking snap ring needs to be manually bent into an annular structure, and the through groove 56 is formed after bending. The locking snap ring 5 is manually bent and deformed, certain physical strength is required to be consumed, and the open slot 57 is formed in the locking snap ring 5, so that the strength of the locking snap ring 5 can be reduced, workers can bend the locking snap ring 5 more easily, and labor is saved; in the locking process, the locking snap ring 5 can be deformed easily, so that the movable rod 2 and the fixed rod 1 can be locked more stably. Specifically, the number of the open grooves 57 is optimally an even number, and when the number of the open grooves 57 is 2, the two open grooves 57 are respectively arranged at two symmetrical sides of the locking snap ring 5; when the number of the open grooves 57 is 4, 2 open grooves 57 are respectively arranged at two symmetrical sides of the locking snap ring 5, and the open grooves 57 at the two sides are mutually symmetrical; the open slot 57 is arranged, so that the stress of the locking snap ring is more uniform when the locking snap ring is deformed and tightened, the locking snap ring can be more uniformly and inwardly tightened when the locking snap ring is deformed, and the clamping force to the movable rod 2 after the locking snap ring is tightened is more uniform. It should be noted that the number of the open slots 57 is not limited to 1, 2, or 4, and the specific number and arrangement may be flexibly set according to actual situations.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 15 to 16, a third embodiment of the present invention is a lamp, which includes the above-mentioned telescopic rod, and further includes a light source assembly 6 and a hanging plate 7, where the hanging plate 7 is used to fix the lamp on a mounting surface;
the light source component 6 is fixed at one end of the movable rod 2 far away from the fixed rod 1, and the hanging plate 7 is fixed at one end of the fixed rod 1 far away from the movable rod 2;
or, the light source assembly 6 is fixed at one end of the fixed rod 1 far away from the movable rod 2, and the hanging plate 7 is fixed at one end of the movable rod 2 far away from the fixed rod 1.
The telescopic rod is applied to the lamp, the lamp further comprises a light source assembly 6 and a hanging plate 7, a light source in the light source assembly 6 is electrically connected with an external power supply to emit illumination light, the purpose of illumination is achieved, the hanging plate 7 is used for fixing the lamp on a mounting surface, and the mounting surface mainly refers to the positions of the fixed lamp such as a ceiling and a wall. Because the fixed rod 1 and the movable rod 2 are two parts which move relatively, namely, when the fixed rod 1 is fixed, the movable rod 2 can move relative to the fixed rod 1 to adjust the length of the telescopic rod; when the movable rod 2 is fixed, the fixed rod 1 can move relative to the movable rod 2 to adjust the length of the telescopic rod; thus, the lamp has generally two configurations: firstly, a hanging plate 7 is arranged at one end of a fixed rod 1, which is far away from a locking base body 3, the hanging plate 7 is fixed on an installation surface, a light source component 6 is arranged at one end of a movable rod 2, which is far away from the fixed rod 1, the fixed rod 1 is in a fixed state, and the movable rod 2 can move relative to the movable rod 2, so that the length of the telescopic rod is adjusted, and further the height of a lamp is adjusted; the second kind, the one end that dead lever 1 was kept away from to movable rod 2 is provided with link plate 7, and link plate 7 is fixed on installing the face, and the one end that locking base member 3 was kept away from to dead lever 1 is installed the power, and movable rod 2 is fixed state this moment, and dead lever 1 can move about movable rod 2 relatively to this length of adjusting the telescopic link, and then adjust the height of lamps and lanterns. As described above, the fixed rod 1 and the movable rod 2 may be hollow and have two open ends, so that the wire 8 electrically connecting the light source in the light source assembly 6 to the external power source may be routed through the fixed rod 1 and the movable rod 2, and the wire 8 may be hidden by the fixed rod 1 and the movable rod 2, thereby preventing the wire 8 from being damaged easily and maintaining an aesthetic appearance. The lamp uses the telescopic rod, has the beneficial effects of the telescopic rod, and is not repeated herein.
Further, as shown in fig. 16, the hanging plate 7 includes a first transverse folding portion 71, a first vertical portion 72, a second transverse folding portion 73, a second vertical portion 74 and a third transverse folding portion 75 which are connected in sequence, the first transverse folding portion 71 and the third transverse folding portion 75 are in the same horizontal plane, and the first vertical portion 72, the second transverse folding portion 73 and the second vertical portion 74 are all located below the first transverse folding portion 71 and the third transverse folding portion 75; the first transverse folding portion 71 and the third transverse folding portion 75 are used for being fixed to a mounting surface, and one end of the movable rod 2 or one end of the fixed rod 1 is connected to the second transverse folding portion 73.
The hanging plate 7 is of a structure similar to a Chinese character 'ao', a first transverse folding portion 71, a first vertical portion 72, a second transverse folding portion 73, a second vertical portion 74 and a third transverse folding portion 75 are sequentially connected, the first vertical portion 72 is perpendicular to the first transverse folding portion 71, the upper end of the first transverse folding portion is connected with one end of the first transverse folding portion 71, the second transverse folding portion 73 is perpendicular to the first vertical portion 72, one end of the second transverse folding portion is connected with the lower end of the first vertical portion 72, the second vertical portion 74 is perpendicular to the second transverse folding portion 73, the lower end of the second transverse folding portion 73 is connected with the other end of the second transverse folding portion 73, the third transverse folding portion 75 is perpendicular to the second vertical portion 74, and one end of the third transverse folding portion 75 is connected with the upper end of the second vertical portion 74; therefore, the first transverse fold portion 71, the second transverse fold portion 73, and the third transverse fold portion 75 are parallel to each other, and the first vertical portion 72 and the second vertical portion 74 are parallel to each other. The first transverse folding portion 71 and the third transverse folding portion 75 are fixed on the installation surface by fixing members such as screws, the second transverse folding portion 73 is connected and fixed with one end of the movable rod 2 or one end of the fixed rod 1, specifically, a through hole is formed in the second transverse folding portion 73, and one end of the movable rod 2 or one end of the fixed rod 1 is inserted into the through hole. The structure of the hanging plate 7 is arranged, so that the lamp can be stably fixed on the installation surface, the opening at the end part of the movable rod 2 or the fixed rod 1 can be kept, and wiring is convenient.
