In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, an etching protection film 10 includes a film body 110, wherein the film body 110 includes a corrosion-resistant composite layer 112, an anti-static layer 113, and an anti-static glue layer 114. The corrosion-resistant composite layer 112 comprises a PTFE layer 1121, an FEP layer 1123, a PCTFE layer 1125 and a PVC layer 1127, the FEP layer 1123 being disposed on a side of the PTFE layer 1121, the PCTFE layer 1125 being disposed on a side of the FEP layer 1123 remote from the PTFE layer 1121, the PVC layer 1127 being disposed on a side of the PCTFE layer 1125 remote from the FEP layer 1123, a side of the PVC layer 1127 remote from the PCTFE layer 1125 being provided with a plurality of spaced apart bonding protrusions. The antistatic layer 113 is disposed on a side of the PVC layer 1127 away from the PCTFE layer 1125, and the antistatic layer 113 is disposed on a side of the bonding protrusions away from the PVC layer 1127. The anti-static glue layer 114 is disposed on a side of the anti-static layer 113 away from the PVC layer 1127, and a plurality of spaced anti-static particles are disposed in the anti-static glue layer 114.
The PTFE layer 1121 is made of PTFE, and has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing property, high lubrication non-stick property, electrical insulation property, and good anti-aging endurance. The FEP layer 1123 is a fluoroethylene propylene copolymer material, has excellent chemical inertness and weather resistance, good processing performance and flame retardance. The PCTFE layer 1125 is a polychlorotrifluoroethylene material having excellent chemical inertness and excellent gas barrier properties. The PVC layer 1127 is made of polyvinyl chloride material, has excellent mechanical strength, weather resistance and flame retardance, has stable physical and chemical properties and has certain chemical corrosion resistance. The antistatic layer 113 is formed by coating antistatic liquid and has good antistatic performance. The corrosion-resistant composite layer 112 consisting of the PTFE layer 1121, the FEP layer 1123, the PCTFE layer 1125 and the PVC layer 1127 can improve the corrosion resistance of the protective film; the bonding effect between the PVC layer 1127 and the anti-static layer 113 can be improved and the bonding effect between the anti-static layer 113 and the anti-static glue layer 114 can be improved by arranging the plurality of bonding convex parts on one side surface of the PVC layer 1127; through being provided with antistatic backing 113 and antistatic adhesive layer 114, be provided with a plurality of antistatic particles in the antistatic adhesive layer 114, can improve the antistatic effect of protection film, can avoid causing the problem of antistatic adhesive layer 114's viscidity variation because static adsorbs the dust to improve antistatic adhesive layer 114's viscidity and persistence.
Further, the anti-static adhesive layer 114 is an acrylic adhesive layer. Further, the antistatic adhesive layer 114 has an antistatic value of 10 9 ~10 11 Omega, the adhesive strength is more than 100g/25 mm. This improves the adhesion and composite between the PTFE layer 1121, the FEP layer 1123, the PCTFE layer 1125, and the PVC layer 1127.
Further, the film main body 110 further includes a waterproof layer 111, and the waterproof layer 111 is disposed on a side of the PTFE layer 1121 away from the FEP layer 1123. This can improve the water resistance of the protective film.
Further, the waterproof layer 111 includes a waterproof film layer 1111 and a waterproof glue layer 1112, the waterproof glue layer 1112 is disposed on a side of the PTFE layer 1121 away from the FEP layer 1123, and the waterproof film layer 1111 is disposed on a side of the waterproof glue layer 1112 away from the PTFE layer 1121. Further, the waterproof film layer 1111 is a PE layer, a PP layer or a PS layer. This can improve the water resistance of the protective film. The PE layer is made of polyethylene material, the PP layer is made of polypropylene material, and the PS layer is made of polystyrene material, so that the waterproof performance is good.
Further, the film main body 110 further includes a release film layer 115, and the release film layer 115 is disposed on a side of the anti-static adhesive layer 114 away from the anti-static layer 113. Thus, the antistatic adhesive layer 114 can be isolated, prevented from sticking and polluted, and the bonding performance and durability of the antistatic adhesive layer are improved.
Further, a plurality of spaced friction bumps are disposed on a side of the release film layer 115 away from the anti-static adhesive layer 114. This can improve the adhesion between the antistatic adhesive layer 114 and the release film layer 115.
Further, referring to fig. 2, a plurality of spaced tear holes 116 are formed through the film body 110, and the tear holes 116 together form a tear line structure. Thus, the tearing line structure penetrating through the film main body 110 can facilitate the protective film to be easily torn and broken when in use, thereby effectively improving the use efficiency.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the etching protection film 10 further includes two reinforcing strips 120, and the two reinforcing strips 120 are respectively disposed on two sides of the film body 110. In this way, the film main body 110 is attached to one side surface of the article, and the two reinforcing tapes 120 are bent and attached to the opposite side surface of the article, thereby improving the adhesion effect of the etching protective film 10 to the article.
Further, the material layer structure of the reinforcing strip 120 is the same as that of the film body 110, and thus, the description thereof is omitted.

the corrosion-resistant composite layer comprises a PTFE layer, an FEP layer, a PCTFE layer and a PVC layer, wherein the FEP layer is arranged on one side surface of the PTFE layer, the PCTFE layer is arranged on one side surface, away from the PTFE layer, of the FEP layer, the PVC layer is arranged on one side surface, away from the FEP layer, of the PCTFE layer, and a plurality of spaced bonding protrusions are arranged on one side surface, away from the PCTFE layer, of the PVC layer;
the anti-static layer is arranged on one side surface, away from the PCTFE layer, of the PVC layer, and the anti-static layer is arranged on one side surface, away from the PVC layer, of the bonding boss; and
the anti-static glue layer is arranged on the side face, away from the PVC layer, of the anti-static layer, and a plurality of spaced anti-static particles are arranged in the anti-static glue layer.
2. The etching protective film according to claim 1, wherein the film main body further comprises a water-repellent layer provided on a side of the PTFE layer remote from the FEP layer.
3. The etching protection film according to claim 2, wherein the waterproof layer includes a waterproof film layer and a waterproof adhesive layer, the waterproof adhesive layer is provided on a side of the PTFE layer remote from the FEP layer, and the waterproof film layer is provided on a side of the waterproof adhesive layer remote from the PTFE layer.
4. The etching protective film according to claim 3, wherein the water-repellent film layer is a PE layer, a PP layer, or a PS layer.
5. The etching protection film of claim 1, wherein the film body further comprises a release film layer disposed on a side of the anti-static glue layer away from the anti-static layer.
6. The etching protection film of claim 5, wherein a side of the release film layer away from the anti-static glue layer is provided with a plurality of spaced friction bumps.
7. The etching protection film according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of spaced tear holes are formed through the film main body, and the tear holes together constitute a tear line structure.
8. The etching protection film of claim 1, wherein the corrosion-resistant composite layer further comprises a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer and a third adhesive layer, the first adhesive layer is disposed between the PTFE layer and the FEP layer, the second adhesive layer is disposed between the FEP layer and the PCTFE layer, and the third adhesive layer is disposed between the PCTFE layer and the PVC layer.
9. The etching protective film according to claim 1, wherein the antistatic adhesive layer has an antistatic value of 10 9 ~10 11 Omega, the adhesive strength is more than 100g/25 mm.
10. The etching protective film according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising two reinforcing strips, the two reinforcing strips being disposed on both sides of the film main body.
