As shown in fig. 2, two vertical beams 123 at two ends of the extending direction of the first fence 12 are used to be detachably connected to the first corner beam 16 and the fourth corner beam 19, two vertical beams 123 at two ends of the extending direction of the second fence 13 are used to be detachably connected to the first corner beam 16 and the second corner beam 17, two vertical beams 123 at two ends of the extending direction of the third fence 14 are used to be detachably connected to the second corner beam 17 and the third corner beam 18, and two vertical beams 123 at two ends of the extending direction of the fourth fence 15 are used to be detachably connected to the third corner beam 18 and the fourth corner beam 19.
Referring to fig. 5, the vertical beam 123 structure of the first rail 12 is illustrated as an example. The vertical beams 123 at the two ends of the first fence 12 are respectively provided with a T-shaped fixture block 1231, the T-shaped fixture block 1231 extends along the longitudinal direction, and the corresponding corner beam is provided with a clamping groove 161 matched with the T-shaped fixture block 1231, so that the vertical beam 123 is detachably connected with the corresponding corner beam. The T-shaped latching block 1231 is not provided on the vertical beam 123 in the middle between the vertical beams 123 at both ends of the first rail 12. That is, the first corner beam 16 and the fourth corner beam 19 at the two ends of the first rail 12 in the extending direction are respectively provided with a slot 161 matched with the T-shaped fixture 1231 on the vertical beam 123 at the two ends of the first rail 12. The structure of each corner beam is the same, and with reference to fig. 7, the structure of the first corner beam 16 is illustrated as an example. A clamping groove 161 matched with the T-shaped clamping block 1231 is arranged on one side of the vertical beam 123, facing one side of the first corner beam 16, of the first fence 12, and a clamping groove 161 matched with the T-shaped clamping block 1231 is arranged on one side of the vertical beam 123, facing one side of the second fence 13, of the first corner beam 16.
That is, the first corner beam 16 is provided with two engaging grooves 161 extending in the longitudinal direction, and each engaging groove 161 is engaged with the T-shaped engaging block 1231 of the vertical beam 123 of the corresponding rail (the first rail 12 and the second rail 13) (see fig. 15). Correspondingly, the second corner beam 17 is provided with two longitudinally extending slots 161, and each slot 161 is snap-fitted with the T-shaped latch 1231 on the vertical beam 123 of the corresponding rail (the second rail 13 and the third rail 14). The third corner beam 18 is provided with two clamping grooves 161 extending along the longitudinal direction, and each clamping groove 161 is respectively matched with the T-shaped clamping block 1231 on the vertical beam 123 of the corresponding fence (the third fence 14 and the fourth fence 15). The fourth corner beam 19 is provided with two clamping grooves 161 extending along the longitudinal direction, and each clamping groove 161 is respectively matched with the T-shaped clamping block 1231 on the vertical beam 123 of the corresponding fence (the first fence 12 and the fourth fence 15). Set up like this, make things convenient for each rail and corresponding turning roof beam to realize dismantling the connection.
With continued reference to fig. 7, the bottom of each slot 161 of the first corner beam 16 is provided with a support 162. After the arrangement, on one hand, the T-shaped latching block 1231 on the vertical beam 123 of the corresponding rail (the first rail 12 and the second rail 13) is inserted into the latching groove 161 vertically, rightward, upward and downward to engage with each other, and then the corresponding rail is supported by the supporting portion 162; on the other hand, the support portion 162 supports the corresponding fence so that the fence is higher than the corner beam to form the light-transmitting structure 101.
Referring to fig. 16 and 17, the vertical beams 123 at the left and right ends of the first rail 12 in the extending direction are respectively provided with a first flange 1233 and a second flange 1235 extending in the longitudinal direction, the first flange 1233 is attached to and connected with the portion of the connecting plate 124 facing the soft pool body 20, and the second flange 1235 is attached to and connected with one end of the connecting plate 124 in the extending direction. The first flanges 1233 of the vertical beams 123 at the two ends of the first rail 12 are located on the same side of the first rail 12 (the side of the connecting plate 124 facing the soft pool body 20), and the second flanges 1235 of the vertical beams 123 at the two ends of the first rail 12 are located on the opposite sides of the extending direction of the connecting plate 124. After the first turned-over edge 1233 and the second turned-over edge 1235 are arranged, the two vertical beams 123 at the left end and the right end of the first fence 12 are self-limited, and the vertical beams 123 are conveniently attached to the connecting plate 124. That is, when two vertical beams 123 at the left and right ends of the first rail 12 are connected to the connecting plate 124, the first and second flanges 1233 and 1235 of the corresponding vertical beam 123 are attached to the connecting plate 124, respectively, and then the first and second flanges 1233 and 1235 are limited, thereby facilitating subsequent connection, such as screw connection.
In some possible embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 16 and 17, the vertical beam 123 is a hollow structure 1232, one longitudinal end of the vertical beam 123 houses a first block 1234, the other longitudinal end of the vertical beam 123 houses a second block (not shown, see the structure of the first block 1234), the upper cross beam 121 is connected to the vertical beam 123 through the first block 1234, and the lower cross beam 122 is connected to the vertical beam 123 through the second block. The vertical beam 123 has a hollow structure 1232, so that the weight reduction effect can be achieved; meanwhile, the hollow vertical beam 123 is connected to the upper beam 121 at one longitudinal end thereof by a first block 1234, and is connected to the lower beam 122 at the other longitudinal end thereof by a second block, for example, by a screw.
Referring to fig. 18 to 20, in the present application, an anti-slip structure 12343 is convexly provided on an outer circumferential surface of each of the first blocking piece 1234 and the second blocking piece, the anti-slip structure 12343 is used for abutting against an inner wall of the vertical beam 123 after each of the blocking pieces is placed in the vertical beam 123, and when no external force is applied to each of the blocking pieces, each of the blocking pieces and the vertical beam 123 do not move relatively in a longitudinal direction. Illustratively, the first block 1234 has a square shape, and four anti-slip structures 12343, i.e., four anti-slip structures 12343, are disposed on each side of the periphery of the first block 1234. The number of anti-slip structures 12343 is not limited in this application, however, in some possible embodiments, the number of anti-slip structures 12343 is, for example, two, three, five, etc. After the peripheral face of sprue sets up anti-skidding structure 12343, the sprue can not slide in erecting roof beam 123, and the sprue can not hardly get into again and erect in the roof beam 123, convenient assembly, sprue and perpendicular roof beam 123 effective connection.
Illustratively, each non-slip feature 12343 extends in a longitudinal direction. Illustratively, the depth dimension of the non-slip feature 12343 and the depth dimension of the block are the same along the longitudinal direction. After the arrangement, the abutting force between the blocking block placed in the vertical beam 123 and the inner wall of the vertical beam 123 is increased.
Illustratively, the outer peripheral surface of each block, except the anti-slip structure 12343, is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the vertical beam 123, and the anti-slip structure 12343 abuts against the inner wall of the vertical beam 123 to limit the relative movement between the block and the vertical beam 123 in the longitudinal direction. When the upper cross beam 121 and the lower cross beam 122 are connected with the vertical beam 123, the blocking block is placed at the opening of the vertical beam 123, the blocking block is knocked to enable the blocking block to be placed in the vertical beam 123, after the blocking block is completely placed in the vertical beam 123 (longitudinally not protruding), the blocking block cannot move relatively in the vertical beam 123, and therefore the first blocking block 1234 can be conveniently connected with the upper cross beam 121, and the second blocking block is connected with the lower cross beam 122.
Illustratively, the first block 1234 and the second block are identical in structure, and referring to fig. 19, the structure of the first block 1234 is illustrated as an example, and the anti-slip structure 12343 on the periphery of the first block 1234 is V-shaped. That is, in the longitudinal direction, the projection of the antiskid structure 12343 is V-shaped.
With continued reference to fig. 17-20, each of the blocks is in a male-female engagement with the inner wall of the vertical beam 123. As shown in fig. 17, the inner wall of the vertical beam 123 is provided with an inner wall concave part 12321 and an inner wall convex part 12322, and the inner wall concave part 12321 and the inner wall convex part 12322 are adjacently provided. Referring to fig. 19, the surface of the first block 1234 facing the side inner wall of the vertical beam 123 is provided with a block protrusion 12342 fitted with the inner wall recess 12321, and a block recess 12341 fitted with the inner protrusion 12322. Referring to fig. 20, after the first blocking piece 1234 is placed in the vertical beam 123, the inner wall 12321 is engaged with the blocking piece 12342, and the inner wall 12322 is engaged with the blocking piece 12341.
The blocks are not in planar and planar contact with the inner walls of the vertical beams 123, but are in a concave-convex fit. Each block is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the vertical beam 123 at the concave-convex matching position through a screw, and a self-tapping screw is arranged in the concave-convex structure between each block and the inner wall of the vertical beam 123. That is, the inner wall concave portions 12321 and the blocking convex portions 12342 are engaged with each other in a concave-convex manner and then fixedly connected to each other by screws after the inner wall convex portions 12322 and the blocking concave portions 12341 are engaged with each other in a concave-convex manner and then fixedly connected to each other by screws. Exemplarily, a broken line L in fig. 20 represents a screw. Compared with the plane and plane contact between the blocking block and the inner wall of the vertical beam 123, the concave-convex design between the blocking block and the inner wall of the vertical beam 123 plays a role of a reinforcing rib, and the area of screw connection is more, so that the connection between the blocking block and the vertical beam 123 is more stable.
As can be seen from the above description, adjacent fences are detachably connected in the circumferential direction by corner beams, and each fence is detachably connected in the longitudinal direction by an upper cross beam 121, a lower cross beam 122, a connecting plate 124 and a plurality of vertical beams 123.
Referring to fig. 4 to 13, the upper beam 121 of each fence of the present application is concave-convex fitted with the connecting portion 22 of the soft pool body 20. Thus, the soft pool body 20 is convenient to be connected with the outer frame 10.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the upper cross member 121 of each fence is provided with a groove 1211 in correspondence with an extending direction of the upper cross member 121; referring to fig. 13, a protrusion 222 is disposed on a side of the connecting portion 22 of the soft pool 20 facing the upper beam 121, and the protrusion 222 is engaged with the groove 1211 in a concave-convex manner. The four side surfaces of the connecting portion 22 of the soft pool body 20 shown in fig. 13 are respectively provided with a plurality of protrusions 222, the plurality of protrusions 222 are integrally strip-shaped, and the connecting portion 22 of the soft pool body 20 is clamped into the groove 1211 of the upper beam 121 through the protrusions 222. Fig. 13 shows that four projections 222 are provided on each side of the periphery of the connecting portion 22 of the soft pool body 20, but the number of projections 222 is not limited thereto. In some possible embodiments, the number of the protrusions 222 on each side of the periphery of the connecting portion 22 of the soft pool body 20 may be the same or different, for example, three, five, etc.
Illustratively, the connection portion 22 of the soft cell body 20 is high frequency stamped with a PVC strip to form the above-mentioned bump 222, the hard PVC strip being high frequency connected with the mesh-sandwiched PVC. The PVC strip is clamped into the groove 1211 of the upper cross beam 121, so that the connection is stable and the installation is convenient.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, cell body connection holes 221 are respectively formed at four corners of the connection portion 22 of the soft cell body 20, and the connection portion 22 of the soft cell body 20 is fitted over positioning posts 303 (refer to fig. 4) on corresponding corner beams described later through the four cell body connection holes 221. The prepositioning of the four sides of the soft tank body 20 and the fence is realized, so that the connecting part 22 of the soft tank body 20 is clamped into the groove 1211 of the upper cross beam 121 through the convex block 222.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 9 to 11, the outer frame 10 further includes: and each corner beam is provided with a positioning piece. That is, the first positioning member 30 is mounted on the first corner beam 16, the second positioning member 31 is mounted on the second corner beam 17, the third positioning member 33 is mounted on the third corner beam 18, and the fourth positioning member 32 is mounted on the fourth corner beam 19. Illustratively, each positioning member has the same structure, and the structure of the first positioning member 30 is exemplified in the present application. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the first positioning member 30 includes a positioning member body 301, and the shape of the positioning member body 301 is similar to the shape of the corresponding corner beam. That is, after the spacer body 301 is mounted to the corner beam, the spacer body 301 can cover the corresponding corner beam.
For example, the retainer body 301 on the first retainer 30 covers the installed first corner beam 16. The corner beam is a hollow structure with a longitudinally extending corner beam cavity 163, which may achieve weight reduction. The first positioning member 30 includes a tubular structure 302, the tubular structure 302 is disposed on a side of the first positioning member 30 facing the first corner beam 16, and the tubular structure 302 is inserted into the hollow structure (i.e., the corner beam cavity 163) of the first corner beam 16, such that the first positioning member 30 is mounted to the first corner beam 16 and covers the first corner beam 16 (as shown in fig. 9). Bending resistance and material reduction are achieved by the pipe-in-pipe configuration (the tubular structure 302 is inserted into the hollow structure of the corner beam).
The positioning member body 301 is provided with a positioning column 303 in a protruding manner, and a portion of the connecting portion 22 of the soft tank 20 corresponding to the tank connecting hole 221 and the corner beam is sleeved on the positioning column 303. Namely, the four tank connecting holes 221 on the connecting portion 22 of the soft tank 20 are respectively sleeved on the positioning column 303 on the first positioning member 30, the positioning column 303 on the second positioning member 31, the positioning column 303 on the third positioning member 33, and the positioning column 303 on the fourth positioning member 32, so that the pre-positioning of the four sides of the soft tank 20 and the fence is realized.
As shown in fig. 11, a first anti-slip structure 3031 is convexly disposed on an outer surface of the positioning column 303, and is configured to limit the connection portion 22 from slipping off from the positioning column 303 after the positioning column 303 is sleeved with the tank connection hole 221 on the connection portion 22 of the soft tank 20. Along the longitudinal direction, the first anti-disengaging structures 3031 on the positioning column 303 and the positioning column 303 protrude out of the soft tank body 20, so that the four sides of the soft tank body 20 are stably pre-positioned with the fence. For example, the positioning column 303 is a cylindrical boss with an ear (the first anti-falling structure 3031), is used for hanging the soft tank body 20, and has an anti-falling function.
With continued reference to fig. 10 and 11, the retainer body 301 further includes a first extension portion 304 and a second extension portion 305, the first extension portion 304 extends toward one of the grooves 1211 of the adjacent upper cross member 121 and is fixedly connected with the groove 1211, and the second extension portion 305 extends toward the other of the grooves 1211 of the adjacent upper cross member 121 and is fixedly connected with the groove 1211. Illustratively, the first extension 304 and the second extension 305 are perpendicular to each other. Illustratively, the first extension 304 and the second extension 305 on the retainer body 301 are flush with the longitudinal top end of the fence.
For example, the first extension 304 of the first positioning member 30 is positioned and fixedly coupled in one end of the groove 1211 of the first rail 12, and the second extension 305 of the first positioning member 30 is positioned and fixedly coupled in one end of the groove 1211 of the second rail 13. The first extension 304 of the second positioning member 31 is positioned in and fixedly coupled to the other end of the groove 1211 of the second rail 13, and the second extension 305 of the second positioning member 31 is positioned in and fixedly coupled to one end of the groove 1211 of the third rail 14; the first extension part 304 of the third positioning member 33 is positioned in and fixedly connected to the other end of the groove 1211 of the third rail 14, and the second extension part 305 of the third positioning member 33 is positioned in and fixedly connected to one end of the groove 1211 of the fourth rail 15; the first extension 304 of the fourth positioning member 32 is positioned and fixedly connected within the other end of the recess 1211 of the fourth rail 15, and the second extension 305 of the fourth positioning member 32 is positioned and fixedly connected within the other end of the recess 1211 of the fourth rail.
Therefore, the first rail 12, the first positioning member 30, the first corner beam 16, the second rail 13, the second positioning member 31, the second corner beam 17, the third rail 14, the third positioning member 33, the third corner beam 18, the fourth rail 15, the fourth positioning member 32 and the fourth corner beam 19 are connected, and the structural members are connected into a whole, so that the connection of the outer frame 10 is more compact and reliable, and the tensile force at the rear corner position of the water injection of the liner can be borne.
Illustratively, the fixed connection is a screw connection, for example. A first screw hole 3041 is formed on the first extension portion 304, and the first screw hole 3041 is fixedly connected with the groove 1211 of the fence through a screw; a second screw hole 3051 is formed on the second extending portion 305, and the second screw hole 3051 is fixedly connected to the groove 1211 of the rail through a screw.
With continued reference to fig. 9-11, in some possible embodiments, the retainer body 301 further includes a third extension 306, the third extension 306 being snapped between adjacent rails. That is, the third extension 306 is located between the first extension 304 and the second extension 305, and after the first extension 304 and the second extension 305 are respectively accommodated in the groove 1211 of the adjacent upper cross beam 121, the third extension 306 is located in the hard tank body accommodating cavity 11 and between the adjacent rails. That is, the third extension 306 of the first positioning member 30 is caught between the first rail 12 and the second rail 13, the third extension 306 of the second positioning member 31 is caught between the second rail 13 and the third rail 14, the third extension 306 of the third positioning member 33 is caught between the third rail 14 and the fourth rail 15, and the third extension 306 of the fourth positioning member 32 is caught between the fourth rail 15 and the fourth rail. After the arrangement, the adjacent fences are limited and fixed through the third extending part 306, so that the overall connection of the outer frame 10 is more compact and reliable, and the pulling force at the rear corner position of the water injection of the liner can be borne.
With continued reference to fig. 9 to 11, in some possible embodiments, the positioning column 303 of the positioning member body 301 is provided with a positioning connection hole 3032 for fixedly connecting with a cover connection hole 454 (refer to fig. 22 and 23) of the cover assembly 45. The cover plate assembly 45 plays a decorative role for covering the connecting portion 22 of the soft tank body 20. Illustratively, the positioning connection holes 3032 in the positioning columns 303 and the cover plate connection holes 454 are fixedly connected through screws. The edge decoration of the outer frame 10 of the detachable bath is achieved, i.e. the upper cross-piece 121 of the enclosure is decorated. The cover plate assembly 45 is detachable and storable.
That is, after the four sides of the connecting portion 22 of the soft tank body 20 are pre-positioned with the fence, and the connecting portion 22 of the soft tank body 20 is clamped into the groove 1211 of the upper beam 121 through the bump 222, and is connected with the positioning connection hole 3032 in the positioning column 303 on the positioning member body 301 through the cover plate assembly 45, the cover plate assembly 45 covers the connecting portion 22 of the soft tank body 20, thereby playing a role of decoration.
Illustratively, the overall visual effect of the cover plate assembly 45 after being mounted on the outer frame 10 is close to the integrally formed acrylic effect, and redundant features cannot be seen.
Since the cover plate assembly 45 is coupled to the positioning coupling holes 3032 of the positioning member body 301 to which the corresponding corner beams are mounted, and since the first extension portion 304 and the second extension portion 305 of the positioning member body 301 are fixedly coupled to the recesses 1211 of the adjacent upper cross beam 121, respectively, the cover plate assembly 45 and the corner beams are prevented from being integrally pulled out. Because, the fence acts as a longitudinal stop for the spacer body 301 through the first and second extensions 305, thereby longitudinally stopping the cover plate assembly 45 and the corresponding corner beams.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 21-25, the cover plate assembly 45 of the present application comprises: the first cover plate 41, the second cover plate 42, the third cover plate 43 and the fourth cover plate 44 are distributed in sequence along the circumferential direction. As described above, the enclosure of the plurality of enclosures forms the rigid tank receiving cavity 11 in a quadrilateral shape, and accordingly, the cover plate assembly 45 of the present application is also in a quadrilateral shape as a whole.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, a first cover plate 41 and a third cover plate 43 respectively extend along a first direction (shown in X direction in fig. 21), a second cover plate 42 and a fourth cover plate 44 respectively extend along a second direction (shown in Y direction in fig. 21), and the first cover plate 41 covers the upper beam 121 of the first fence 12 to cover the connecting portion 22 of the soft pool body 20 clamped with the upper beam 121 of the first fence 12; the second cover plate 42 is covered on the upper cross beam 121 of the second fence 13 to cover the connecting part 22 of the soft pool body 20 clamped with the upper cross beam 121 of the second fence 13; the third cover plate 43 is covered on the upper cross beam 121 of the third fence 14 to cover the connecting part 22 of the soft pool body 20 clamped with the upper cross beam 121 of the third fence 14; the fourth cover plate 44 covers the upper beam 121 of the fourth rail 15 to cover the connecting portion 22 of the soft pool body 20 clamped with the upper beam 121 of the fourth rail 15.
In some possible embodiments, each cover plate includes a transition structure 412, and referring to fig. 25, the transition structure 412 of the first cover plate 41 is a frame-shaped structure with one end open, and includes a top surface 4121 at two ends of the first cover plate 41 in the extending direction, and two side surfaces 4121, 4122 respectively connected to the top surface 4121 of the transition structure 412 perpendicularly. The shape of the transition structure 412 is contoured to the shape of the upper cross member 121 of the first rail 12. When the first cover plate 41 is covered on the upper beam 121 of the first rail 12, the top surface 4121 of the transition structure 412 of the first cover plate 41 is attached to the top surface of the upper beam 121 of the first rail 12 without any misalignment, and the two side surfaces 4121, 4122 of the transition structure 412 of the first cover plate 41 are attached to the two side surfaces of the upper beam 121 of the first rail 12 without any misalignment. Equivalently, the first cover plate 41 clamps the upper cross rail 121 of the first rail 12 through the transition structure 412. Accordingly, the second cover plate 42 clamps the upper cross rail 121 of the second rail 13 through the transition structure 412. The third cover plate 43 clamps the upper cross-beam 121 of the third rail 14 by the transition structure 412. The fourth cover plate 44 clamps the upper cross member 121 of the fourth rail 15 by the transition structure 412.
In addition, each cover plate is designed with a transition structure, and the frame-shaped section of the transition structure 412 can resist bending, so that the strength of the first cover plate 41 is improved. In addition, one side of each cover plate facing the rail is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs, and each reinforcing rib is bent.
Further, in the first direction, one end of the first cover plate 41 and one end of the second cover plate 42 are detachably connected by a first transition piece 45, and the other end of the first cover plate 41 and one end of the fourth cover plate 44 are detachably connected by a second transition piece 48; in the first direction, one end of the third cover plate 43 and the other end of the second cover plate 42 are detachably connected by a third transition piece 46, and the other end of the third cover plate 43 and the other end of the fourth cover plate 44 are detachably connected by a fourth transition piece 47. That is, the first cover plate 41, the first transition piece 45, the second cover plate 42, the third transition piece 46, the third cover plate 43, the fourth transition piece 47, the fourth cover plate 44, and the second transition piece 48 are detachably connected in the circumferential direction. The edge decoration of the detachable bathtub is realized and the detachable bathtub is detachable.
As shown in fig. 4, positioning column 303 protrudes from soft tank 20. Referring to fig. 11 and 22, the first transition piece 45 covers the positioning element on the first corner beam 16 and is fixedly connected to the connecting hole in the positioning pillar 303 on the first corner beam 16; the second transition piece 48 covers the positioning piece on the second corner beam 17 and is fixedly connected with a connecting hole in the positioning column 303 on the second corner beam 17; the third transition piece 46 covers the positioning piece on the third corner beam 18 and is fixedly connected with a connecting hole in the positioning column 303 on the third corner beam 18; the fourth transition piece 47 covers the positioning piece on the fourth corner beam 19 and is fixedly connected with the connecting hole in the positioning column 303 on the fourth corner beam 19.
