Claims (10)

1. An anti-freezing valve, which comprises a valve body and is characterized in that the front end of the valve body is connected with a water inlet pipe, the rear end is connected with a valve cover, the front end of the water inlet pipe is connected with a front joint, a water inlet valve seat is arranged in the front joint, a valve rod is arranged in the valve body, a valve rod through hole is arranged on the valve cover, the valve rod passes through the valve rod through hole and is in threaded connection with the valve cover, a manual piece for rotation is arranged at the outer end of the valve body, a connecting pipe is coaxially arranged in the water inlet pipe, the rear end of the connecting pipe extends into the valve body and is in threaded connection with the valve rod, the front end of the connecting pipe is connected with a valve clack assembly, the front end of the valve clack assembly is provided with a water inlet sealing element, the water inlet sealing piece and the water inlet valve seat form a water inlet sealing pair, the valve body is provided with a water outlet port and a vacuum breaking port, and the vacuum breaking port is provided with a vacuum breaking assembly.

The antifreeze valve of claim 1, wherein said vacuum breaking port is located at a top portion of said valve body, said vacuum breaking assembly includes a joint, a slider and a cap, said joint is tubular and includes a wide section at an upper end and a narrow section at a lower end, said narrow section is threaded into said vacuum breaking port, said wide section is located outside said vacuum breaking port with a space therebetween, said wide section has an outer diameter larger than that of said vacuum breaking port, said wide section has an inlet valve seat coaxially located therein and extending into said narrow section, said inlet valve seat has an outer diameter smaller than that of said narrow section, a connecting portion between said wide section and said narrow section has an inlet passage communicating with a medium passage of said inlet valve seat, said slider is located in said narrow section and is in clearance fit with an inner wall of said narrow section, the upper end of the sliding block is provided with an air inlet sealing piece, the air inlet sealing piece and the air inlet valve seat form an air inlet sealing pair, and the protective cap is connected to the top end of the wide-diameter section.
3. The antifreeze valve of claim 2, wherein the diameter of the gas inlet port of said vacuum breaking port communicating with said valve body is smaller than the inner diameter of said narrow diameter section.
4. The antifreeze valve of claim 3, wherein said slide is cylindrical, and has a bottom end provided with a plurality of legs extending downward, said plurality of legs being uniformly distributed along the circumference of the outer periphery of the bottom end of said slide, and a space being provided between adjacent legs, and the space between the outer wall of each leg and the axis of said slide being larger than the radius of the cross section of said air inlet.
5. The antifreeze valve according to claim 4, wherein said air inlet packing is an annular rubber packing, and an annular air inlet packing installation groove is provided on a top surface of said slider, and said air inlet packing is fitted in said air inlet packing installation groove.
6. The antifreeze valve according to claim 5, wherein the bottom outer wall of said intake valve seat is tapered from top to bottom in outer diameter and/or the bottom inner wall of said intake valve seat is tapered from top to bottom in inner diameter.

The antifreeze valve according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, wherein the valve flap assembly comprises a valve flap, a sleeve and a cylindrical spring, the sleeve is coaxially disposed in the water inlet pipe, the outer diameter of the sleeve is smaller than the inner diameter of the water inlet pipe, the inner diameter of the sleeve is matched with the outer diameter of the connecting pipe, the front end of the connecting pipe is inserted into the rear end of the sleeve and fixedly connected, the valve flap is disposed at the front end of the sleeve, a cylindrical extension section which extends rearward is coaxially disposed, the outer diameter of the extension section is smaller than the inner diameter of the sleeve and is inserted into the sleeve from the front end of the sleeve, a limit structure which is matched with the sleeve and prevents the extension section from falling out of the sleeve is disposed at the rear end of the extension section and the front inner wall of the sleeve, an annular flange which extends radially inward is disposed at the rear inner wall of the sleeve, and the cylindrical spring is disposed in the sleeve, the front end of the water inlet sealing piece is abutted against the rear end wall of the extension section, the rear end of the water inlet sealing piece is abutted against the annular flange, and the water inlet sealing piece is fixedly arranged on the front end face of the valve clack.
8. The antifreeze valve of claim 7, wherein the water inlet seal is a rubber pad, and a water inlet seal installation groove is provided on the front end surface of the valve flap, and the water inlet seal is fitted in the water inlet seal installation groove.

The antifreeze valve according to claim 8, wherein the rear side wall of said inlet valve seat has a circular arc shape with a backward arc top, or the rear outer wall of said inlet valve seat has a tapered surface with a gradually decreasing outer diameter from front to back and/or the rear inner wall of said inlet valve seat has a tapered surface with a gradually increasing inner diameter from front to back.
10. The antifreeze valve of claim 9, wherein said front joint is an elbow.
