Embodiments of the first aspect
An embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention provides a wire storage device. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a wire housing device 1 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, and fig. 2 is another schematic view of the wire housing device 1 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention. Fig. 1 and 2 show the wire housing device 1 as viewed from the front and the rear, respectively.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the wire containment device 1 may include a body portion 11, a first hook portion 12, and a second hook portion 13 (shown in fig. 2).
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first hook 12 is located on one side of the body 11 in the first direction, one end of the first hook is fixed to the body 11, the other end of the first hook is suspended to form a first free end 12a, and a first accommodating space S1 is formed between the first hook 12 and the body 11. As shown in fig. 2, the second hook 13 is positioned on one side of the body 11 in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction, one end of the second hook is fixed to the body 11, the other end of the second hook is suspended as a second free end 13a, and a second accommodation space S2 is formed between the second hook 13 and the body 11.
According to the above-described embodiment, by providing the first hook portion 12 on one side in the first direction of the main body portion 11 of the wire housing device 1, providing the second hook portion 13 on one side in the second direction of the main body portion 11 perpendicular to the first direction, and forming the first accommodation space S1 and the second accommodation space S2 for accommodating the wire between the first hook portion 12 and the main body portion 11 and between the second hook portion 13 and the main body portion 11, respectively, the wire 2 can be restrained in a plurality of directions by the two hook portions. Compared with the scheme that only one wire accommodating space is arranged in the wire accommodating device in the prior art, the first hook part 12 and the second hook part 13 are used for limiting the wire 2 in a plurality of directions at least including the first direction and the second direction, so that the occurrence of poor phenomena such as groove and play of the wire 2 can be reduced, and the reliability of the wire accommodating device 1 is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the case where the wire housing device 1 is installed in the air blowing device, the first direction may be a direction parallel to a radial direction of the air blowing device, the second direction may be a direction parallel to an axial direction of the air blowing device, and the third direction and the fourth direction may be directions parallel to a circumferential direction of the air blowing device. The present application is not limited thereto, and the first to fourth directions may be other directions.
In some embodiments, after the wire 2 is led out from the inside to the outside of the air supply device, the wire 2 may first enter the first accommodating space S1 through an opening between the first free end 12a of the first hook 12 and the main body portion 11, the wire 2 may extend in the first accommodating space S1 in a direction substantially parallel to the axial direction, after the wire 2 is led out from the first accommodating space S1, the wire 2 may enter the second accommodating space S2 through an opening between the second free end 13a of the second hook 13 and the main body portion 11, and the wire 2 may extend in the second accommodating space S2 in a direction substantially parallel to the radial direction. By extending the wires 2 in different directions (e.g., two directions perpendicular to each other, axial and radial), play of the wires 2 can be avoided, and the occurrence of the wires 2 coming out of the accommodating spaces (e.g., the first accommodating space S1 and the second accommodating space S2) can be reduced.
In some embodiments, the opening direction of the first accommodation space S1 and the opening direction of the second accommodation space S2 may be opposite. Thus, the lead 2 can be restrained in the third and fourth directions (for example, the circumferential direction of the blower) by the first hook 12 and the second hook 13, and the occurrence of the lead 2 coming out of the housing space can be further reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the first hook 12 may include: a first fixed portion 121 and a first arm portion 122. One end of the first fixing portion 121 is fixed to the end surface of the main body 11 in the first direction; one end of the first arm portion 122 extends from the other end of the first fixing portion 121 in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, and the other end of the first arm portion 122 is suspended as a first free end 12 a. However, the present application is not limited to this, and the first hook 12 may have another structure.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the first arm 122 may be spaced apart from the main body portion 11 by a first distance d1, wherein the first distance d1 may be less than the outer diameter of the lead 2. Thus, the lead wire 2 can be sandwiched between the first hook 12 and the body 11, and the lead wire 2 can be fixed, thereby further improving the reliability of the lead wire storage device 1. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and the first distance d1 may be equal to or greater than the wire 2.
Fig. 3 is another schematic view of the wire housing device 1 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the second hook 13 may include a second fixed portion 131 and a second arm 132. Wherein, one end of the second fixing portion 131 is fixed on the end surface of the main body portion 11 in the second direction; one end of the second arm 132 extends from the other end of the second fixing portion 131 in a fourth direction opposite to the third direction, and the other end of the second arm 132 is suspended as a second free end 13 a. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and the second hook 13 may have another structure.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the second arm portion 132 is formed with a groove 133 recessed toward the main body portion 11 on an end surface on a side close to the main body portion 11. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and the second arm portion 132 may not be provided with the groove 133.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the second free end 13a of the second arm portion 132 is spaced a second distance d2 from the main body portion 11, wherein the second distance d2 may be less than the outer diameter of the lead 2. Thereby, the wire 2 can be blocked from slipping out of the second accommodation space S2 by the second free end 13a of the second arm portion 132. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and the second distance d2 may be equal to or greater than the outer diameter of the wire 2.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom surface of the groove 133 of the second arm 132 is spaced apart from the main body portion 11 by a third distance d3, wherein the third distance d3 may be greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the lead 2. This makes it easier for the lead wire 2 to enter the second accommodation space S2, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and the third distance d3 may be smaller than the outer diameter of the wire 2.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the first hook 12 may be located closer to the first direction than the second hook 13. Accordingly, the bending angle of the lead wire 2 that has come out of the first accommodation space S1 when entering the second accommodation space S2 can be increased as appropriate, and for example, the lead wire 2 can enter the second accommodation space S2 at an angle larger than 90 degrees, and the lead wire 2 can be more easily inserted into the second accommodation space S2, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and the first hook 12 and the second hook 13 may have other positional relationships.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the main body portion 11 is formed with a through hole H penetrating in the second direction. This allows the main body 11 to be easily deformed, and the lead wire 2 to be easily inserted into the first accommodation space S1. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the main body 11 may have a continuous structure or other hollow structure.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the through hole H and the second hook 13 may be opposed in the second direction. Thus, when manufacturing the wire housing device 1, the die for processing the second hook 13 can be accommodated in the through hole H, so that the die structure and the manufacturing process can be simplified.
In some embodiments, the wire housing device 1 may be integrally molded from a resin material. This improves the strength and durability of the wire housing device 1, and simplifies the manufacturing process. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and the wire housing device 1 may be made of other materials, for example, a metal material or the like.
According to the embodiment, the first hook part is arranged on one side of the main body part of the wire storage device in the first direction, the second hook part is arranged on one side of the main body part in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the first accommodating space and the second accommodating space for accommodating the wires are formed between the first hook part and the main body part and between the second hook part and the main body part respectively, the wires can be limited in multiple directions by utilizing the two hook parts, and therefore the occurrence of poor phenomena such as wire groove and play can be reduced, and the reliability of the wire storage device is improved.
