The sightseeing bus is a ferry bus, generally use battery powered to drive, and the battery of sightseeing bus is mostly all placed in the below of seat through the battery box, in order to ensure the safe in utilization of battery, need regularly overhaul the battery, and in relevant battery box technique, the case lid of battery box is through many bolt fastening on the box of battery box, this when making the later stage overhaul the battery of battery box inside, still need dismantle the bolt one by one, still need install one by one after the completion of overhaul, and the installation of bolt still needs supporting instrument, very loaded down with trivial details inconvenience, and then make the maintenance of battery comparatively loaded down with trivial details inconvenient.

The embodiment of the application provides a place sightseeing vehicle modularization seat battery box structure, including battery box body, battery body and spacing subassembly.
The top of battery box body is the opening completely, the top of battery box body rotates and is connected with the seat body, the inside bottom surface of battery box body is provided with spacing frame.
The battery body is placed in the limiting frame.
The limiting assembly comprises a limiting cover, an extensible member and a first elastic member, the limiting cover is arranged at the top of the battery body, the bottom end of the extensible member is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the limiting cover, the top end of the extensible member is tightly abutted to the lower surface of the seat body, the bottom end of the first elastic member is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the limiting cover, and the top end of the first elastic member is tightly abutted to the top end of the extensible member.
In the implementation process, the seat body extrudes the first elastic part and the extensible part, the first elastic part and the extensible part extrude the limiting cover, the limiting cover is further extruded on the battery body, and then the battery body is fixed, when the battery body needs to be overhauled, the seat body is rotated, the seat body is not extruded with the extensible part, then the limiting cover is taken out of the inside of the battery box body, then the battery body can be exposed, and then the battery body can be overhauled, so that the battery body is overhauled conveniently.
In a specific implementation scheme, the inner walls of the limiting frames are provided with first insulating rubber pads, and the battery body is abutted against the first insulating rubber pads.
In a specific embodiment, a second insulating rubber gasket is arranged on the bottom surface inside the battery box body, and the battery body is placed on the upper surface of the second insulating rubber gasket.
In a specific embodiment, heat dissipation holes are formed in two sides of the battery box body, and the heat dissipation holes are respectively located in two sides of the battery box body.
In a specific implementation scheme, a plurality of radiating holes are formed in the two sides of the battery box body, the radiating holes are evenly distributed, and dust screens are arranged inside the radiating holes.
In a specific embodiment, the inner wall of the limiting cover is provided with a third insulating rubber pad, and the third insulating rubber pad is attached to the top of the battery body.
In a specific implementation scheme, a first threading opening is formed in the top wall of the limiting cover, a second threading opening is formed in the cushion body of the third insulating rubber cushion, the second threading opening is communicated with the first threading opening, and the wiring end of the battery body is located inside the second threading opening.
In a specific implementation scheme, the first threading opening is provided with a plurality of threads, the second threading opening is provided with a plurality of threads, and the second threading opening is communicated with the first threading opening in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
In a specific embodiment, the extensible member includes dead lever, sliding sleeve, limiting plate and second elastic component, the roof of the spacing cover of dead lever fixed connection in, the sliding sleeve slip cap is located the body of rod of dead lever, the bottom of second elastic component with the top fixed connection of dead lever, the top of second elastic component with the lower fixed surface of limiting plate is connected, the second elastic component is located the inside of sliding sleeve, the lower fixed surface of limiting plate connect in the top of sliding sleeve, the upper surface of limiting plate with the lower surface of seat body offsets tightly.
In a specific embodiment, the first elastic member is sleeved outside the sliding sleeve, and the top end of the first elastic member is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the limiting plate.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the top of the battery box body 100 is completely opened, the seat body 200 is rotatably connected to the top of the battery box body 100, and the bottom surface inside the battery box body 100 is provided with a limiting frame 110.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the battery body 300 is disposed inside the limiting frame 110, the inner walls of the limiting frame 110 are provided with the first insulating rubber pads 111, the battery body 300 is abutted against the first insulating rubber pads 111, the bottom surface inside the battery box body 100 is provided with the second insulating rubber pads 120, and the battery body 300 is disposed on the upper surface of the second insulating rubber pads 120.
Louvre 130 has all been seted up to the both sides of battery box body 100, and louvre 130 is located the both sides of battery body 300 respectively, and louvre 130 is used for dispelling the heat to battery body 300, and a plurality of has all been seted up to the louvre 130 of battery box body 100 both sides, and a plurality of louvre 130 evenly distributed, the inside of a plurality of louvre 130 all is provided with dust screen 131.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the limiting assembly 400 includes a limiting cover 410, a telescopic member 420 and a first elastic member 430, the limiting cover 410 covers the top of the battery body 300, a third insulating rubber pad 440 is disposed on the inner wall of the limiting cover 410, the third insulating rubber pad 440 is attached to the top of the battery body 300, a first threading opening 411 is disposed on the top wall of the limiting cover 410, a second threading opening 441 is disposed on a pad body of the third insulating rubber pad 440, the second threading opening 441 is communicated with the first threading opening 411, a terminal of the battery body 300 is located inside the second threading opening 441, a plurality of first threading openings 411 are disposed, a plurality of second threading openings 441 are disposed, and the plurality of second threading openings 441 are communicated with the plurality of first threading openings 411 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
In this application, the bottom of extensible member 420 and the last fixed surface of spacing cover 410 are connected, the top of extensible member 420 offsets tightly with the lower surface of seat body 200, extensible member 420 includes dead lever 421, sliding sleeve 422, limiting plate 423 and second elastic member 424, the top wall of limiting cover 410 of dead lever 421 fixed connection, the body of rod of dead lever 421 is located to sliding sleeve 422 sliding sleeve, the bottom of second elastic member 424 and the top fixed connection of dead lever 421, the top of second elastic member 424 and the lower fixed surface of limiting plate 423 are connected, second elastic member 424 is located sliding sleeve 422's inside, the lower fixed surface of limiting plate 423 is connected in sliding sleeve 422's top, the upper surface of limiting plate 423 offsets tightly with the lower surface of seat body 200.
In this embodiment, the bottom end of the first elastic element 430 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the limiting cover 410, the top end of the first elastic element 430 abuts against the top end of the telescopic element 420, the sliding sleeve 422 is sleeved with the first elastic element 430, and the top end of the first elastic element 430 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the limiting plate 423. The first elastic member 430 and the second elastic member 424 are both springs.
The operating principle of the battery box structure of the modularized seat of the field sightseeing vehicle is as follows: the seat body 200 extrudes the first elastic piece 430 and the extensible piece 420, the first elastic piece 430 and the extensible piece 420 extrude the limiting cover 410, the limiting cover 410 is further extruded on the battery body 300, and then the battery body 300 is fixed, when the battery body 300 needs to be overhauled, the seat body 200 is rotated, the seat body 200 does not extrude the extensible piece 420, then the limiting cover 410 can be drawn out of the interior of the battery box body 100, then the battery body 300 can be exposed, and then the battery body 300 can be overhauled, so that the battery body 300 is overhauled, and the overhaul of the battery body 300 is convenient.
