Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a stirrer 100 including a rotating shaft 10 and a plurality of stirring vanes 20 provided on the rotating shaft 10. The rotating shaft 10 rotates to drive the stirring blade 20 to rotate, so that the materials are stirred and mixed.
The rotary shaft 10 is substantially cylindrical and rotates about a central axis C. The rotary shaft 10 is provided at both ends thereof with mounting portions 11 for rotatably mounting to an external device.
A plurality of stirring blades 20 are attached to the outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 10. Specifically, the plurality of agitating blades 20 are arranged in order in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 10. The orientations of the adjacent two stirring vanes 20 in the axial direction are opposite. Further, two adjacent stirring vanes 20 are provided, one of the vanes is rotatably provided in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 10, and the other is rotatably provided in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 10. It is to be understood that the upward rotation arrangement in the present embodiment means that the stirring vanes 20 are inclined toward one end in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 10, and the downward rotation arrangement means that the stirring vanes 20 are inclined toward the other end in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 10. The stirring blade 20A is arranged in an upward rotation manner, and the stirring blade 20B is arranged in a downward rotation manner. The inclination directions of the two adjacent stirring blades 20 in the axial direction are opposite, and a crossed stirring space is formed in the axial direction, so that the stirring resistance is favorably reduced, and the stirring uniformity is increased.
As shown in the drawing, the plurality of stirring vanes 20 are formed with a plurality of curved fins 20' extending outward in the circumferential direction around the rotation axis on a projection plane perpendicular to the center axis. The plurality of curved fins 20' extend outwardly in the same orientation on the plane of projection. For example, in one embodiment, a plurality of curved fins 20' extend outwardly in a clockwise direction in the plane of projection. In another embodiment, a plurality of curved fins 20' extend outwardly in a counterclockwise direction in the plane of projection. With this arrangement, sufficient stirring of the material in the circumferential direction of the rotary shaft 10 is ensured.
Further preferably, 3 to 9 outwardly extending curved fins 20 'are formed on a projection plane perpendicular to the center axis, and the curved fins 20' are formed by projecting a plurality of stirring vanes 20 arranged in series in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 10. It should be noted that each curved fin 20' on the projection plane may be formed by overlapping the projections of one or more stirring blades 20. The number of the bent fins 20' is, for example, 3, 4, 6, 9, or the like. More preferably, the number of the bent fins 20' is 6 to 9. By providing a sufficient number of curved fins 20', the formation of dead angles of stirring in the circumferential direction is avoided.
Further preferably, the plurality of stirring vanes 20, which are arranged in sequence in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 10, are arranged in sequence in the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft 10. This setting makes the stirring leaf 20 of arranging along the axial stagger certain distance in proper order on the circumferential direction of rotation axis 10 for a plurality of stirring leaves 20 form similar spiral structure of arranging along the axial, are favorable to increasing the stirring scope, reduce the stirring resistance.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, further, in the preferred embodiment, the mixing blade 20 includes a base 21, a blade 22 fixed to the base 21, and a tail 23 fixed to an end of the blade 22, the base 21 being fixed to the rotating shaft 10, the blade 22 having a certain curvature.
Further, in the preferred embodiment, the bottom contour of the base 21 is matched with the outer circumference of the rotating shaft 10, the top is provided with a mounting platform 211, the mounting platform 211 is approximately parallel to the tangent plane of the outer circumference of the rotating shaft, and the blades 22 are obliquely arranged relative to the mounting platform 211. The upward and downward rotation of the stirring vanes 20 is realized by setting the inclination direction of the blades 22. By arranging the base 21, the contact area of the stirring blade 20 and the rotating shaft 10 is increased, and greater bearing capacity is provided for the stirring blade 20.
Further, in the preferred embodiment, the blade 22 includes a first arcuate plate 221 and a second arcuate plate 222, the first arcuate plate 221 and the second arcuate plate 222 being disposed in an intersecting relationship. Further preferably, the first arc-shaped sheet 221 and the second arc-shaped sheet 222 are arranged in a substantially cross shape. The cross-shaped blade structure is more stable, can provide stronger stirring force in the stirring process, has stronger service life, and can be suitable for stirring materials with large tonnage.
Further, in the preferred embodiment, the tip of the blade 22 defines a notch 223 into which the tail 23 extends. A tail 23 is provided at an end portion of the blade 22, and the tail 23 is configured as a sheet-like structure extending to both sides in a substantially axial direction. When the materials are stirred, the empennage 23 can loosen the materials at the end parts of the blades, so that the stirring is convenient.
Further, in the preferred embodiment, tail 23 has a bottom end 231 secured to blade 22, a top end 232 spaced from blade 22, a first side edge 233 extending between bottom end 231 and top end 232, and a second side edge 234 extending between bottom end 231 and top end 232, the width of bottom end 231 being less than the width of top end 232, and bottom end 231 being disposed at an angle relative to top end 232. Further preferably, the bottom end 231 is substantially parallel to the central axis of the rotary shaft 10. This arrangement makes it possible to contribute to reducing the resistance to which the stirring vanes 20 are subjected.
Further, in the preferred embodiment, the first side edge 233 and the second side edge 234 include an arcuate segment 235 and a linear segment 236 that are connected to each other, the arcuate segment 235 being connected to the top end 232 and the linear segment 236 being connected to the bottom end 231. It is further preferred that the curvature of the curved segment 235 of the first side edge 233 is greater than the curvature of the curved segment 235 of the second side edge 234.
