Referring to fig. 1 to 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a massage apparatus is provided, which may be, for example, a neck massage apparatus, a waist massage apparatus, or an eye massage apparatus. The present embodiment will explain the inventive concept of the present application by using a massage apparatus as a neck massage apparatus.
Specifically, the massage apparatus in the present embodiment includes a wearing body 10, an electrode assembly 20, a reservoir 30, and a liquid feeding assembly 50.
Wherein, the wearing body 10 encloses to form a wearing space 101; the electrode assembly 20 includes an electrode member 21 provided on a side of the wearing body 10 facing the wearing space 101; the liquid storage tank 30 is mounted on the wearing body 10, a liquid storage cavity 301 for storing the conductive liquid is arranged in the liquid storage tank 30, a liquid outlet 302 communicated with the liquid storage cavity 301 is arranged on the liquid storage tank 30, and an opening and closing valve 40 for opening or closing the liquid outlet 302 is arranged at the liquid outlet 302; the liquid feeding assembly 50 is configured to feed the conductive liquid in the liquid storage cavity 301 to the electrode element 21, the liquid feeding assembly 50 includes a control valve 51, the control valve 51 is configured to control on/off of the liquid feeding assembly 50, the control valve 51 has a liquid inlet end 511, the control valve 51 is disposed at the liquid outlet 302, and the liquid inlet end 511 of the control valve 51 opens the on-off valve 40, so that the liquid feeding assembly 50 is communicated with the liquid outlet 302 through the control valve 51.
In actual use, the wearing body 10 is worn on a portion of the human body to be massaged, for example, the neck, and at this time, the neck of the human body is located in the wearing space 101, and the electrode 21 located on the side of the wearing space 101 can be attached to the neck of the user to massage the neck of the user. Meanwhile, the massage instrument is provided with a liquid storage tank 30, conductive liquid is stored in a liquid storage cavity 301 of the liquid storage tank 30, and the conductive liquid can flow out of a liquid outlet 302 and is conveyed to the electrode piece 21 through the liquid conveying assembly 50 so as to improve the contact resistance and the dielectric constant between the electrode piece 21 and the human body, and further improve the pricking feeling of the electrode piece 21 to the human body.
Specifically, in the embodiment, the opening/closing valve 40 for opening or closing the liquid outlet 302 is disposed at the liquid outlet 302 of the liquid storage tank 30, and the liquid inlet 511 of the control valve 51 of the liquid feeding assembly 50 is disposed at the liquid outlet 302, so that the opening/closing valve 40 can be driven to open the liquid outlet 302, the liquid feeding assembly 50 is communicated with the liquid outlet 302, and the conductive liquid in the liquid storage tank 30 can be conveyed to the electrode element 21. That is, after the liquid storage tank 30 and the liquid feeding assembly 50 are assembled together, the liquid inlet end 511 of the control valve 51 can automatically extend into the liquid outlet 302 to open the on-off valve 40 (as shown in fig. 4), so that the control valve 51 is not required to be separately arranged on the liquid feeding assembly to open the liquid storage tank 30, and only the control valve 51 is required to be arranged close to the liquid storage tank, so that the on-off valve 40 at the liquid outlet 302 of the liquid storage tank 30 can be opened by using the liquid inlet end 511 of the control valve 51, the structure of the massage instrument can be simplified, and the production cost of the massage instrument can be reduced.
Optionally, in the present embodiment, the opening and closing valve 40 for controlling the opening or closing of the liquid outlet 302 of the liquid storage tank 30 is a normally closed one-way valve, so that when the liquid storage tank 30 is not mounted on the wearing body 10, the liquid outlet 302 is always in a closed state, and the conductive liquid in the liquid storage tank 30 is prevented from flowing out of the liquid outlet 302; when the liquid storage tank 30 and the liquid feeding assembly 50 are assembled together, the liquid inlet end 511 of the control valve 51 only needs to be abutted against the liquid outlet 302 to open the on-off valve 40 (as shown in fig. 4), and the operation is simple and quick. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the on-off valve 40 may also be an electromagnetic valve or other switch valve capable of opening or closing the liquid outlet 302, and any other deformation mode under the concept of the present invention is within the protection scope of the present invention.
Optionally, the control valve 51 in this embodiment is a solenoid valve, which facilitates electric control. Of course, in other embodiments, the control valve 51 may be provided as another type of opening/closing valve as long as the on/off of the liquid feeding unit 50 can be controlled.
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the liquid storage tank 30 includes a first tank wall 303 disposed toward the wearing space 101, and the first tank wall 303 is at least partially arched toward a direction away from the wearing space 101, so that an avoiding groove 31 may be formed on a side of the first tank wall 303 facing the wearing space 101, and the liquid outlet 302 is disposed at a bottom of the avoiding groove 31. When the liquid storage tank 30 and the liquid feeding unit 50 are assembled together, the liquid inlet end 511 of the control valve 51 projects into the escape recess 31, so that the on-off valve 40 can be opened. The liquid inlet end 511 of the control valve 51 extends into the avoiding groove 31, so that the structure compactness of the massage instrument can be improved, the thickness of the massage instrument can be reduced conveniently, the volume of the massage instrument can be reduced, and the massage instrument is more suitable for being used and carried by a user.
Referring to fig. 4 to 8, in order to mount the liquid storage tank 30, a mounting groove 11 is provided on a side of the wearing body 10 away from the wearing space 101 in the present embodiment, and the liquid storage tank 30 is mounted in the mounting groove 11.
Specifically, the bottom of the mounting groove 11 is arched towards the direction away from the wearing space 101 to form a bulge part 12, a mounting cavity 13 is formed on the side, facing the wearing space 101, of the bottom of the mounting groove 11, and a through hole 14 communicated with the mounting cavity 13 is formed in the top of the bulge part 12 (namely, the bottom of the mounting cavity 13); in actual installation, the liquid storage tank 30 is installed in the installation groove 11, the protruding portion 12 is arranged in the avoiding groove 31, and the liquid storage tank 30 is conveniently positioned through the effect of the protruding portion 12 and the avoiding groove 31.
When the liquid storage tank 30 and the liquid feeding assembly 50 are assembled together, the control valve 51 is at least partially located in the installation cavity 13, and the liquid inlet end 511 of the control valve 51 passes through the through hole 14, so as to extend into the avoiding groove 31 to open the on-off valve 40 at the liquid outlet 302.
Further, a connecting ring protrusion 311 is convexly disposed at a side of the bottom of the avoiding groove 31 close to the raised portion 12, the liquid outlet 302 is disposed at an inner side of the connecting ring protrusion 311, and a free end of the connecting ring protrusion 311 is disposed in the via hole 14, that is, the connecting ring protrusion 311 is buckled in the via hole 14, so that a channel for conveying the conductive liquid can be enclosed to form a relatively sealed channel, and when the conductive liquid flows from the liquid outlet 302 located at the inner side of the connecting ring protrusion 311, the conductive liquid can be prevented from overflowing.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7 to 11, the via hole 14 is a stepped hole, the via hole 14 includes a first stepped hole 141 and a second stepped hole 142 sequentially distributed in a direction toward the wearing space 101, and the free end of the connecting ring protrusion 311 is disposed in the first stepped hole 141, and at this time, the free end of the connecting ring protrusion 311 may abut on a stepped surface between the first stepped hole 141 and the second stepped hole 142, so that the structure is compact, stable and reliable. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the through hole 14 may be a smooth inner wall surface, as long as it is ensured that the connection ring protrusion 311 can be inserted into the through hole 14.
Optionally, the inner side of the free end of the connecting ring protrusion 311 is provided with a sunken groove 3111, and the periphery of the liquid inlet end 511 of the control valve 51 is formed with a step structure 512, so that the liquid inlet end 511 of the control valve 51 is fittingly installed in the sunken groove 3111, and the step structure 512 and the sunken groove 3111 are matched with each other, so that the structural compactness of the massager can be further improved.
Further, in this embodiment, a seal ring 308 is provided between the stepped structure 512 and the sunken groove 3111, and the gap between the stepped structure 512 and the sunken groove 3111 can be sealed by the action of the seal ring 308, so that the conductive liquid can smoothly flow into the liquid feeding unit 50.
The end of the liquid inlet end 511 of the control valve 51 is provided with a notch 5111 communicated with the internal channel of the control valve 51, and the notch 5111 can guide the conductive liquid, so that the conductive liquid can flow into the control valve 51 more conveniently.
Optionally, the bottom of the mounting cavity 13 is provided with a mounting convex portion 131 located on the peripheral side of the through hole 14, the control valve 51 is fixedly mounted on the mounting convex portion 131, and the control valve 51 is conveniently positioned and mounted through the mounting convex portion 131, so that the assembly difficulty of the massage apparatus can be reduced. Illustratively, the mounting boss 131 is an annular protrusion that surrounds the periphery of the via 14. In other embodiments, the mounting convex portion 131 may be provided as a plurality of limit projections provided at intervals along the outer periphery of the through hole 14 as long as the control valve 51 can be limited.
Referring again to fig. 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, the reservoir 30 includes a body 32, the body 32 further including a second wall 304, the second wall 304 being disposed away from the wearing space 101. In some embodiments, the opening and closing valve 40 includes a valve core 41 and an elastic element 42, the valve core 41 is movably disposed at the liquid outlet 302 for closing or opening the liquid outlet 302, and the elastic element 42 is disposed between the valve core 41 and the second tank wall 304 for elastically blocking the liquid outlet 302 by the valve core 41. Specifically, the valve core 41 may be disposed in a sphere, or may be disposed in a cylinder or other special-shaped structures, as long as the liquid outlet 302 is sealed, and the elastic element 42 may be a spring, an elastic pad, or other structures, and two ends of the elastic element 42 respectively abut against between the second box wall 304 and the valve core 41. In the initial state, the valve core 41 blocks the liquid outlet 302, and when the liquid storage tank 30 and the liquid feeding assembly 50 are assembled together, the liquid inlet end 511 of the control valve 51 is inserted into the liquid outlet 302, so that the valve core 41 can be pushed open from the liquid outlet 302, and the liquid feeding assembly 50 is communicated with the liquid outlet 302, so as to convey the conductive liquid in the liquid storage tank 30 to the electrode element 21.
In order to position and install the elastic element 42, a positioning groove 3041 is formed on a side of the second box wall 304 facing the wearing space 101, and during actual assembly, one end of the elastic element 42 close to the second box wall 304 is abutted into the positioning groove 3041, so as to position the elastic element 42. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the second box wall 304 may not be provided with the positioning groove 3041, but the elastic element 42 is directly welded or fastened to the second box wall 304, and other deformation manners under the concept of the present invention are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
Further, the first wall 303 is arched away from the wearing space 101 to form a first gap 305 (see fig. 5) with the second wall 304, and the liquid outlet 302 arranged at the bottom of the avoiding groove 31 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 301 through the first gap 305, so as to facilitate the conductive liquid in the liquid storage cavity 301 to be conveyed to the liquid outlet 302. Of course, the liquid outlet 302 and the liquid storage cavity 301 can be communicated through a pipeline and the like.
In some embodiments, the massage apparatus further comprises a partition 33 movably disposed within the reservoir 30, the partition 33 separating the air chamber 306 and the reservoir 301 within the reservoir 30, and the conductive liquid contained within the reservoir 301.
In actual operation, this separator 33 is configured as squeezable liquid storage cavity 301 to make the conducting liquid in liquid storage cavity 301 discharge from liquid outlet 302, that is to say, through set up separator 33 in liquid reserve tank 30, through this separator 33 effect, can extrude the conducting liquid in the liquid storage cavity 301 to liquid outlet 302, avoid liquid storage cavity 301 to produce the negative pressure and cause the conducting liquid backward flow. Optionally, the divider 33 may be compressed by, but not limited to, an elastic member, an elastic membrane, or a compressed gas disposed in the air cavity 306, or by inflating the air cavity 306.
In other embodiments, the partition 33 may be configured to move to accommodate the reduced volume reservoir 301 when the conductive liquid in the reservoir 301 is discharged from the liquid outlet 302, and it is understood that the movement of the partition 33 described herein includes deformation or movement of the partition 33. So, when the conducting liquid in stock solution chamber 301 was discharged from liquid outlet 302, separator 33 can take place the motion in stock solution tank 30, and then can adapt to stock solution chamber 301's reduction in volume, can avoid stock solution chamber 301 to produce the negative pressure and cause the conducting liquid backward flow. In other words, a suction pump (not shown) may be disposed in the liquid feeding assembly 50, when the suction pump pumps liquid, the conductive liquid in the liquid storage chamber 301 is discharged from the liquid outlet 302, and the partition 33 moves to adapt to the liquid storage chamber 301 with reduced volume.
In some embodiments, the separator 33 is configured as a separation film for deforming to discharge the conductive liquid in the liquid storage chamber 301 from the liquid outlet 302, or deforming to fit the liquid storage chamber 301 with a reduced volume when the conductive liquid in the liquid storage chamber 301 is discharged from the liquid outlet 302, so as to prevent the conductive liquid from flowing back due to the negative pressure generated in the liquid storage chamber 301. Further, the liquid storage tank 30 is provided with an air hole 307 communicated with the air cavity 306, and the air hole 307 is used for communicating the external atmosphere with the air cavity 306, so that the air cavity 306 and the external atmosphere can be balanced, and the backflow of the conductive liquid caused by the negative pressure generated by the liquid storage cavity 301 can be further avoided.
Exemplarily, the separation membrane is an elastic membrane, and through the elastic deformation action of the elastic membrane, the liquid storage cavity 301 can be squeezed or the liquid storage tank 30 can be deformed to reduce the volume of the liquid storage cavity 301, so that the structure is simple, and the liquid storage cavity 301 can be prevented from generating negative pressure to cause the backflow of the conductive liquid. Optionally, the air cavity 306 is filled with a compressed gas, by which pressure is applied to the partition to squeeze the reservoir 301 or to urge the partition into a deforming motion to accommodate a reduction in volume of the reservoir 301.
In some embodiments, the partition 33 is configured as a piston slidably disposed in the reservoir 30, and the piston is configured to move to discharge the conductive liquid in the reservoir cavity 301 from the liquid outlet 302, or move to adapt to the reservoir cavity 301 with a reduced volume when the conductive liquid in the reservoir cavity 301 is discharged from the liquid outlet 302, so as to prevent the conductive liquid from flowing back due to the negative pressure generated in the reservoir cavity 301. To urge the piston to move within the reservoir 30, a spring or the like may be provided within the reservoir 30 against the piston and the inner wall of the reservoir 30.
In some embodiments, the massage apparatus further comprises an extrusion member (not shown) at least partially disposed within the liquid storage chamber 30, the extrusion member being configured to extrude the partition 33, such that the partition 33 is configured to have a tendency to extrude the liquid storage chamber 301, such that the conductive liquid in the liquid storage chamber 301 has a tendency to be discharged from the liquid outlet 302, and such that the conductive liquid in the liquid storage chamber 301 is output from the liquid outlet 302. Alternatively, the extruding component can be a spring, a push rod, etc., and any other deformation mode under the concept of the present invention is within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring again to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 12, the wearing body 10 is provided in a substantially C-shaped configuration, suitable for neck wearing. The wearing body 10 includes an elastic support 15 and handles 18 provided at both ends of the elastic support 15. Alternatively, the handle 18 and the elastic support 15 may be connected by at least one of a snap assembly, welding, hinge connection, fastening screw, and fastening pin. After the wearing body 10 is assembled, the handle 18 and the elastic support 15 together enclose the wearing space 101. And the electrode assembly 20 is mounted on the elastic support 15 at a side close to the wearing space 101, and can massage the neck of the user.
During the use, the user adopts both hands to hold handle 18 respectively to break handle 18 off with the fingers and thumb towards the outside of wearing space 101, and at this moment, the tip that two handles 18 kept away from elastic support 15 separates each other, and the user's neck of being convenient for enters into and wears space 101, and after wearing, electrode subassembly 20 can aim at user's neck, is convenient for relax and massage user's neck, easy operation, convenient to use.
Further, the wearing body 10 includes an elastic support 15, the elastic support 15 includes an elastic outer shell 151 and a flexible inner shell 152, the flexible inner shell 152 is disposed on one side of the elastic outer shell 151 close to the wearing space 101, the liquid storage tank 30 is disposed on the elastic outer shell 151, and specifically, the liquid storage tank can be mounted in the middle of the elastic outer shell 151, which is convenient for reducing the transmission path of the conductive liquid. The electrode assembly 20 is coupled to the flexible inner casing 152, and when the wearing body 10 is worn on the neck of the user, the electrode assembly 20 can be deformed by the flexible inner casing 152 to be well fitted to the neck of the user to massage the neck. In actual use, the control valve 51 penetrates the flexible inner casing 152, so that the liquid inlet end 511 of the control valve 51 opens the on-off valve 40.
Specifically, electrode assembly 20 further includes a connection socket 22 and an electrode holder 23, connection socket 22 being fixedly connected to flexible inner casing 152; the electrode member 21 is disposed on an electrode holder 23, and the electrode holder 23 is floatably and/or swingably connected to the connection holder 22, so that the electrode member 21 is floatably and/or swingably connected to the elastic holder 15. It is understood that the electrode holder 23 described herein is floatably and/or swingably connected to the connecting socket 22 in the sense that: the electrode holder 23 is connected to the connecting holder 22 so as to be floatable (movable in the thickness direction of the wearing body 10), or the electrode holder 23 is connected to the connecting holder 22 so as to be swingable (movable in the left-right direction of the wearing body 10), or the electrode holder 23 is connected to the connecting holder 22 so as to be both floatable and swingable, and the drawing in this embodiment shows a case where the electrode holder 23 is connected to the connecting holder 22 so as to be both floatable and swingable. When wearing the massage apparatus at user's neck, electrode holder 23 can float and/or swing for connecting seat 22, is convenient for adjust the relative position of installing electrode holder 23 and the electrode 21 on it and wearing main part 10 for the massage apparatus can adapt to the user of different neck circumferences, can also improve the laminating compactness of electrode 21 and user's skin.
Referring to fig. 2 and 12, in some embodiments, the flexible inner casing 152 includes a hard connecting portion 1521 and a soft rubber casing portion 1522 that are connected integrally, specifically, the soft rubber casing portion 1522 is disposed outside the hard connecting portion 1521, in actual assembly, the soft rubber casing portion 1522 is connected with the elastic outer casing 151 through a buckle, welding, bonding or fastening, the connecting seat 22 is fixedly connected to the hard connecting portion 1521, the connecting seat 22 can be supported and positioned well, the control valve 51 passes through the hard connecting portion 1521 so that the liquid inlet end 511 thereof is inserted into the liquid outlet 302, the structural strength is high, and the stability is good.
Optionally, the connection seat 22 includes an inner ring portion 221, an outer ring portion 222, and an annular connection portion 223 connecting the inner ring portion 221 and the outer ring portion 222, specifically, the annular connection portion 223 is respectively connected to one end of the inner ring portion 221 and one end of the outer ring portion 222 away from the wearing space 101, when assembling, the annular connection portion 223 is fixedly connected to the hard connection portion 1521 of the flexible inner shell 152, and the control valve 51 is disposed on the inner side of the inner ring portion 221, so as to position and support the control valve 51.
Further, the electrode holder 23 includes a mounting ring 231, the mounting ring 231 is movably sleeved outside the connecting seat 22, the mounting ring 231 and the connecting seat 22 have a second gap 201 in the radial direction of the mounting ring 231 (where the second gap 201 includes three positions indicated in fig. 12), so that the electrode holder 23 can swing relative to the connecting seat 22 along the radial direction of the mounting ring 231, the massage apparatus can adapt to users with different neck circumferences, and the fitting degree of the electrode 21 and the skin of the user can also be improved.
Further, the electrode assembly 20 in this embodiment further includes a supporting seat 24 and a first elastic member 25, during assembly, the supporting seat 24 is connected in the mounting ring 231, and two ends of the first elastic member 25 respectively act on the connecting seat 22 and the supporting seat 24, so that the connecting seat 22 and the supporting seat 24 have a tendency of being away from each other along the axial direction of the mounting ring 231, and the electrode holder 23 is floatably mounted on the connecting seat 22 along the axial direction of the mounting ring 231, so that the massager can adapt to users with different neck circumferences, and the fitting tightness between the electrode member 21 and the skin of the user can be improved.
Referring to fig. 12 to 15, the mounting ring 231 in this embodiment includes a hard mounting ring 2312 and a soft mounting ring 2313, the soft mounting ring 2313 is sleeved on the hard mounting ring 2312, the whole mounting ring 231 is sleeved on the connecting seat 22 through the hard mounting ring 2312, and the structure is stable and reliable.
Specifically, the hard mounting ring 2312 comprises an inner ring portion 23121, an outer ring portion 23122 and an intermediate connecting portion 23123, wherein the intermediate connecting portion 23123 is connected between an inner ring portion 23121 and the outer ring portion 23122, a buckling position 2301 is arranged on the inner ring portion 23121, a buckle 241 is arranged on the supporting seat 24, the supporting seat 24 is annularly arranged, the supporting seat 24 which is annularly arranged is sleeved on the periphery of the inner ring portion 23121, and the two are fixed together through the buckle 241 and the buckling position 2301, so that the structure is simple and the assembly is convenient. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the inner ring portion 23121 and the supporting seat 24 can be fixed together by bonding, screwing, locking piece connection, and other deformation manners as long as they are under the concept of the present invention are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
In some embodiments, the mounting ring 231 includes a connecting inner ring supporting seat 24 located outside the outer ring portion 222, the first elastic element 25 is located between the inner ring portion 221 and the outer ring portion 222, and two ends of the first elastic element 25 respectively act on the annular connecting portion 223 and the supporting seat 24, so that the connecting seat 22 and the supporting seat 24 have a tendency to move away from each other along the axial direction of the mounting ring 231, so that the electrode holder 23 is floatably mounted on the connecting seat 22 along the axial direction of the mounting ring 231.
Referring to fig. 12, 16 to 18, the outer ring portion 222 of the connection seat 22 protrudes out of the inner ring portion 221 in a direction close to the wearing space 101, an annular limiting portion 2311 is formed on an inner ring wall of the mounting ring 231, an outer flange 2201 is provided on the connection seat 22, and the outer flange 2201 is movably provided on a side of the annular limiting portion 2311 facing the wearing space 101, so that the connection seat 22 and the support seat 24 are limited in a direction away from each other along an axial direction of the mounting ring 231, and the mounting ring 231 is conveniently limited on the connection seat 22.
Referring to fig. 2, 4, 19 and 20, the installation ring 231 is provided with a convex extension 2314 facing the wearing space 101, and the electrode element 21 is laid on the convex extension 2314 close to the wearing space 101, so that the massage area of the massage apparatus in the embodiment can be increased. Alternatively, the electrode member 21 in this embodiment may be a structural member capable of outputting an electric pulse signal, such as an electrode sheet, a metal smear, or an electrode block.
In some embodiments, a one-way valve (not shown) is disposed at a position where the liquid feeding assembly 50 communicates with the electrode member 21, and the one-way valve is used for preventing the conductive liquid on the side of the electrode member 21 from flowing back to the liquid feeding assembly 50, so that the contact resistance and the dielectric constant between the electrode member 21 and the human body can be effectively improved, and the prick pain of the massage apparatus during the use process can be reduced.
Alternatively, the electrode assembly 20 includes a plurality of electrode members 21, and correspondingly, the outlet end of the control valve 51 is provided with a liquid separator 60, and the conductive liquid in the liquid feeding assembly 50 is conveniently divided into the plurality of electrode members 21 by the liquid separator 60, so that the contact resistance and the dielectric constant between each electrode member 21 and the human body can be effectively improved.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the liquid storage tank 30 of the massage apparatus in the embodiment is detachably mounted in the mounting groove 11, and after the conductive liquid in the liquid storage tank 30 is used up, the liquid storage tank 30 in the mounting groove 11 of the wearing body 10 is detached, and then the liquid storage tank 30 is replaced or the conductive liquid is added to the liquid storage tank 30 again and mounted in the mounting groove 11 again, so that the massage apparatus is convenient for the user to use and operate.
Optionally, the mounting groove 11 is located on a side of the wearing body 10 away from the wearing space 101, so as to facilitate the operation of the liquid storage tank 30 by a user.
In some embodiments, the side of the body 32 of the reservoir 30 facing away from the wearing space 101 is provided with an opening 321, the reservoir 30 further includes a cover assembly 34, and during actual assembly, the cover assembly 34 is covered on the opening 321, and at this time, the cover assembly 34 is configured to form the second wall 304.
Further, the cover assembly 34 includes a first cover 341 and a second cover 342, wherein the first cover 341 has a first through hole 3411, the second cover 342 is disposed on a side of the first cover 341 facing the wearing space 101, and encloses with the first through hole 3411 to form a mounting groove 343 for mounting a pressing assembly 80 (described in detail below) to facilitate dismounting the reservoir 30. At the same time, the second cover 342 is arched away from the wearing space 101 to form the positioning groove 3041 on the side of the second cover 342 facing the wearing space 101 for positioning the elastic element 42.
Alternatively, the first cover 241 and the second cover 342 may be fixedly connected together by means of a snap, an adhesive, a welding, a screw, or a fastener.
As shown in fig. 4 to 9 and 21, the massage apparatus of the present embodiment further includes a locking member 70 and a pressing member 80. The locking member 70 is disposed in the mounting groove 11, the locking member 70 includes a locking portion 71 movably disposed, and the locking portion 71 has a locking state for limiting the liquid storage tank 30 and an unlocking state for avoiding the liquid storage tank 30 moving in a direction away from the wearing space 101; a pressing member 80 is provided in the reservoir 30, and the pressing member 80 drives the locking portion 71 to be switched from the locked state to the unlocked state when pressed by an external force.
That is, when the liquid storage tank 30 is actually mounted, when the liquid storage tank 30 is mounted in the mounting recess 11 and the locking portion 71 on the locking member 70 is in the locked state, the liquid storage tank 30 can be restricted by a wire to be locked in the mounting recess 11, and the liquid storage tank 30 is prevented from falling off from the wearing body 10. When the locking portion 71 on the locking member 70 is in the unlocked state, the locking portion 71 can avoid the liquid storage tank 30, so that the liquid storage tank 30 can be conveniently detached from the mounting groove 11, and the liquid storage tank 30 can be conveniently replaced or conductive liquid can be added into the liquid storage tank 30 again. When the liquid storage tank 30 needs to be detached from the mounting groove 11, only an external force needs to be applied to the pressing assembly 80, so that the locking portion 71 is driven to be switched from the locking state to the unlocking state to avoid opening the liquid storage tank 30, and the operation is simple and convenient.
In order to lock the reservoir 30 in the mounting recess 11, a locking portion 312 is provided on a side wall of the avoidance recess 31 in this embodiment; and the bottom of the mounting groove 11 is arched away from the wearing space 101 to form a ridge portion 12, and the ridge portion 12 is provided in the escape groove 31 when the reservoir 30 is mounted in the mounting groove 11. The locking member 70 is mounted on the raised portion 12, and when the locking portion 71 is in the locked state, the locking portion 71 can cooperate with the locking portion 312 to limit the position of the reservoir 30, so that the reservoir 30 can be stably fixed in the mounting groove 11; when the locking portion 71 is in the unlocked state, the locking portion 71 is disengaged from the locking portion 312 to prevent the liquid storage tank 30 from moving in a direction away from the wearing space 101, thereby facilitating the detachment of the liquid storage tank 30 from the mounting recess 11.
Further, the locking member 70 further includes an elastic ring 72, and the elastic ring 72 may be, for example, a rubber ring, a silicone ring, or another metal ring having a certain elastic deformability. In actual installation, the elastic ring 72 may be fixed to the installation and bulging portion 12 by means of a snap, a locking pin, a screw, welding, or the like, the locking portion 71 is provided on the elastic ring 72, the elastic ring 72 is elastically deformed to move the locking portion 71, and when the locking portion 71 is moved, the locking state and the unlocking state may be switched, thereby locking and unlocking the reservoir 30.
Optionally, in this embodiment, one or more locking portions 71 and one or more locking portions 312 may be provided, and the drawings in this embodiment show a case where the locking portions 71 and the locking portions 312 are provided in plural, in this case, plural (for example, two) locking portions 71 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the elastic ring 72, and plural (for example, two) locking portions 312 are provided at intervals along the inner circumferential sidewall of the avoidance groove 31, in this case, the plural locking portions 71 correspond to the plural locking portions 312 one to one, and the liquid storage tank 30 is limited and locked by the cooperation of the plural locking portions 71 and the plural locking portions 312, so that the structure is more stable and reliable, and the locking effect is better.
For example, in the present embodiment, one of the locking portion 71 and the locking portion 312 is a groove, and the other is a protrusion adapted to the groove, and any other modification under the concept of the present invention is within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, 9 and 21, the locking portion 71 is provided with a first inclined surface 711, the pressing assembly 80 is provided with a second inclined surface 801 matched with the first inclined surface 711, the pressing assembly 80 is movably disposed on the liquid storage tank 30, and the moving direction of the pressing assembly 80 is consistent with the height direction of the liquid storage tank 30, when the pressing assembly 80 is pressed along the height direction of the liquid storage tank 30, the second inclined surface 801 pushes the first inclined surface 711 to drive the locking portion 71 to move toward the inner side of the elastic ring 72, so that the locking portion 71 is switched from the locking state to the unlocking state, and thus, the liquid storage tank 30 is conveniently detached from the mounting groove 11.
Referring to fig. 4 to 9 and 22, in order to position and install the locking member 70, the massage apparatus of this embodiment further includes a positioning ring 90, the locking member 70 is fixed on the top of the raised portion 12 by the positioning ring 90, a guiding through hole 91 is provided on a side wall of the positioning ring 90, and the locking portion 71 protrudes from the guiding through hole 91 to cooperate with the locking portion 312 to lock the reservoir 30. The locking stability of the locking member 70 can be improved by positioning the locking member 70 by the positioning ring 90. Alternatively, the retaining ring 90 may be attached to the ridge 12 by adhesive, threaded, snap-fit, or the like.
Further, the pressing assembly 80 includes a control button 81, the control button 81 includes a button portion 811 and a top portion 812 connected to the button portion 811, the button portion 811 is movably and limitedly installed in an installation groove 343, a second through hole 3431 is disposed at the bottom of the installation groove 343, the top portion 812 is movably located in the second through hole 3431, so that when the button portion 811 is pressed, the top portion 812 drives the locking portion 71 to switch the locking portion 71 from the locking state to the unlocking state, and a second inclined surface 801 is disposed at an end of the top portion 812 far from the button portion 811. When the liquid storage tank 30 needs to be detached from the mounting groove 11, the key portion 811 is only required to be pressed to enable the control button 81 to move towards the side close to the wearing space 101, at this time, the abutting portion 812 moves towards the side of the wearing space 101 along the second through hole 3431, the second inclined surface 801 on the abutting portion 812 is matched with the first inclined surface 711 on the locking portion 71, and then the locking portion 71 is driven to move towards the inner side of the elastic ring 72, that is, the locking portion 71 moves towards the inner side of the elastic ring 72 to be separated from the locking portion 312, so that the locking portion 71 is switched from the locking state to the unlocking state, and at this time, the liquid storage tank 30 is convenient to be detached from the mounting groove 11.
Referring to fig. 3 and 9, an annular protrusion 3032 is disposed on the first tank wall 303, the annular protrusion 3032 is disposed around the second through hole 3431, and a sealing rubber ring 35 is interposed between the annular protrusion 3032 and the second tank wall 304 to prevent the conductive liquid in the liquid storage tank 30 from leaking at the second through hole 3431.
Referring again to fig. 4-9, and 21-23, the push assembly 80 further includes a second resilient member 82, the second resilient member 82 being mounted between the second wall 304 and the control button 81 for providing the control button 81 with a tendency to return to a pre-depressed state. Alternatively, the second elastic member 82 may be a spring, an elastic pad, or the like. That is, when the control button 81 is not pressed, the control button is restored to the state before being pressed under the elastic force of the second elastic member 82, that is, the abutting portion 812 can move towards the direction away from the locking portion 71, at this time, the elastic ring 72 is reset, and the locking portion 71 can be driven to reset to move towards the direction away from the inner side of the elastic ring 72, and finally, the control button can be matched with the locking portion 312 to limit and lock the liquid storage tank 30.
In order to limit the position of the control button 81, the first through hole 3411 is provided with a first limiting flange 3412 on the inner side thereof, the control button 81 is provided with a second limiting flange 8111 on the outer periphery thereof, and the movement of the control button 81 can be limited and the control button 81 can be prevented from falling out of the mounting groove 343 by the cooperation of the first limiting flange 3412 and the second limiting flange 8111.
Further, in order to avoid the abutting portion 812, a tank hole 3042 is formed in the first tank wall 303 of the liquid storage tank 30, and the tank hole 3042 corresponds to the second through hole 3431, so that the abutting portion 812 can pass through to enable the abutting portion 812 to act on the locking portion 71.
Further, the massage apparatus further comprises an ejection assembly 83, wherein the ejection assembly 83 is disposed between the liquid storage tank 30 and the wearing body 10, and is used for ejecting the liquid storage tank 30 when the locking member 70 is in the unlocked state, so that the user can take the liquid storage tank 30 out of the installation groove 11 conveniently.
Specifically, the pop-up component 83 is disposed on the side wall of the installation groove 11, and for the arrangement mode that the pop-up component 83 is disposed at the bottom of the installation groove 11, the pop-up component 83 is disposed on the side wall of the installation groove 11 in this embodiment, so that the thickness of the wearing body 10 can be reduced to a certain extent, and the miniaturized arrangement of the massage apparatus is facilitated. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the pop-up component 83 can be disposed at the bottom of the mounting groove 11 or other positions, and other deformation modes under the concept of the present invention are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
The pop-up assembly 83 in this embodiment includes a pop-up member 831 and a third elastic member 832, in order to facilitate the installation of the pop-up assembly 83, the wearing body 10 is further provided with a mounting hole 16, the mounting hole 16 is located outside the mounting recess 11, and the side wall of the mounting hole 16 is communicated with the side wall of the mounting recess 11 through a connecting hole 17, during actual installation, the pop-up member 831 is installed in the mounting hole 16, after installation, the pop-up member 831 extends from the connecting hole 17 to the mounting recess 11 to be used for popping up the liquid storage tank 30 when the locking member 70 is in the unlocked state; the third elastic member 832 abuts against the bottom of the mounting hole 16 and the ejector 831, so that when the locking member 70 is located at the unlocking position, the elastic force is applied to the ejector 831 to eject the liquid storage tank 30 from the mounting recess 11 by the ejector 831.
Illustratively, the ejector 831 is a support block, and the third elastic member 832 is a spring, an elastic pad, or an elastic column.
In some embodiments, the ejecting assembly 83 is provided in a plurality, and in actual installation, the ejecting assemblies 83 are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the installation groove 11, so that the liquid storage tank 30 can be ejected out of the installation groove 11 smoothly.
Further, a limiting groove 36 is formed in a peripheral side wall of the liquid storage tank 30, the limiting groove 36 is recessed toward a side away from the wearing space 101 along a side close to the wearing space 101, and the ejecting member 831 is inserted into the limiting groove 36. The massage apparatus as recited in claim 19, wherein the liquid storage tank comprises a second tank wall which is arranged away from the wearing space, a mounting groove is arranged on one side of the second tank wall which is away from the wearing space, and a second through hole is arranged at the bottom of the mounting groove;
