The skilled person will understand that the structure is not limited based on the function of the link returning member 15, for example, the link returning member 15 is a spring, an elastic rubber, or the like. As set forth above, the switch connecting rod 14 not only realizes the locking of the wheaten food processing device 3 on the transmission device 1, but also realizes the on-off of the switch 6, and realizes two functions through one component, thereby reducing the use of parts and reducing the cost of the food processing machine.
Based on the function of the switch link 14 and the cooperation between the transmission 1 and the pasta processing apparatus 3, the skilled person will know that the structure of the switch link 14 is not limited, and how the switch link 14 is pressed or returned relative to the pasta processing apparatus 3 is not limited, for example, a guide mechanism is provided between the base 17, and further, the locking structure between the switch link 14 and the pasta processing apparatus 3 is not limited. As follows, the structure of the switch link 14 used in the present application will be described with reference to fig. 5, and further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 7 to 12 of the present application, the locking structure includes a locking groove 36 provided on the food processing device 3 and a locking portion 1431 provided on the short bar 143 of the switch link 14. The guide mechanism includes a guide hole 173 provided on the base 17.
The construction of the switch link 14 and its assembly will be described first as follows:
referring to fig. 5 again, the switch link 14 includes a base 141, a long rod 142 and a short rod 143, and the base 141 abuts against or separates from the switch 16 to make the switch 16 turn on or off accordingly. The structure of the base 141 is not limited, and in the embodiment of the present application, the base 141 includes a base body 1411 assembled with the link returning element 15, and a first arm 1412 and a second arm 1413 extending from the base body 1411, and an included angle α formed by the first arm 1412 and the second arm 1413 is a right angle or an obtuse angle. The second support arm 1413 abuts the switch 16 and the first support arm 1412 is connected to the long rod 142. With the base 141 having the above structure, the long rod 142 and the short rod 143 are not far apart, and the locking position between the final transmission device 1 and the food processing device 3 is not far apart from the pressing part 144 on the long rod 142, so that the consumer can conveniently pull out the food processing device 3 after operating the switch connecting rod 14. The long rod 142 and the short rod 143 are parallel and located on the same side of the base 141. The long rod 142 is provided with a pressing part 144 by which the switch link is pressed or released. The pressing portion 144 may be a button assembled on the long rod 142, or may be coupled to the top end of the long rod 142 to press the long rod 142 (or the switch link 14). After assembly, the long rod 142 and the short rod 143 are inserted into the corresponding guide holes 173, respectively.
Next, the insertion process of the food processing device 3 into the transmission device 1 and the operation process of the switch link 14 will be described in more detail based on the structure of the switch link 14, the locking structure, and the guiding structure as follows:
referring to fig. 7 and 8, the food processing device 3 moves along the direction of arrow a1, the inserting portion 37 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 172 of the transmission device 1, and during the insertion process of the inserting portion 37, the lower end of the inserting portion 37 abuts against the locking portion 1431 of the short rod 143 to push the short rod 143 to move downward, the switch link 14 moves downward, the base portion 141 abuts against the elastic sheet 161 of the switch 16, and the switch 16 is turned on. The guide hole 173 guides the movement of the switch link 14 during the downward movement of the switch link 14. There are various ways how the insertion portion 37 pushes the short bar 143 to move downward, for example, the end surface of the locking portion 1431 is provided with a slanted guide surface and is pushed by the insertion portion 37. With the continued insertion of the insert 37, the link return 15 exerts a force on the base 141 of the switch link 14, so that the short bar 143 protrudes from the transmission and is inserted into the locking slot 36, and the insertion of the pasta processing device 3 into the transmission 1 is completed and is locked by the engagement of the short bar 143 of the switch link 14 with the locking slot 36. It should be noted that although the short rod 143 moves upward into the locking groove 36 by the link returning member 15, the spring piece 161 of the switch 16 is still in the on state by being abutted by the base portion 141. When the switch 16 is switched on, the switching signal is transmitted to the controller of the food processor via the upper coupler 18 and the lower coupler 28. The controller controls the food processor to perform the relevant work, for example, to start making noodles.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, when the pressing portion 144 is pressed downward, the switch link 14 moves downward, the short rod 143 disengages from the locking groove 36 downward, and the food processing device 3 is in a removable state and can be removed in the direction of arrow a 2.
With reference to fig. 11 and 12, subsequently, with the pressing portion 144 released (in the case of the opening and closing link 14 being released) and with the food processor 3 extracted from the transmission 1 (i.e. after the insertion portion 37 has been separated from the housing 172 in the direction of the arrow a 2), the short bar 143 is returned by the link return 15 to extend out of the transmission 1, so that the pasta processor 3 can press down on the opening and closing link 14, with the pasta processor 3 again inserted in the transmission 1. The guide hole 173 guides the movement of the switch link 14 during the upward movement and the return of the switch link 14. At the same time, the spring 161 of the switch 16 is separated from the base 141, and the switch 16 is turned off.
As set forth above, the switch link 14 includes the base 141, the long bar 142 and the short bar 143, and the long bar 142 and the short bar 143 are parallel to each other and located on the same side of the base 141, so that not only the structure of the switch link 14 but also the guide mechanism, the locking structure (such as the locking groove 36), and the like on the base 17 of the transmission device 1 can be simplified.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the food processing member 32 includes a first noodle pressing bar 321 and a second noodle pressing bar 322 engaged with each other, and the first noodle pressing bar 321 and the second noodle pressing bar 322 are provided with a mounting portion 323. The mounting portion 323 includes opposite side walls 3231 and an arc-shaped wall 3232, and both ends of the arc-shaped wall 3232 are connected to the side walls 3231, respectively. In the figure, the side wall 3231 and the arcuate wall 3232 define a U-shape. The food processing device 3 comprises a housing 33. The housing 33 includes a fitting portion 331. In the embodiment of the present application, the outer case 33 includes an upper case 339 and a lower case 338 that is closed with the upper case 339. The fitting portion 331 is provided at the lower case 338. The shape of the engaging portion 331 is the same as that of the mounting portion 323, and the first and second presser bars 321 and 322 are mounted to the housing 33 by being fitted in a corresponding manner by a male-female engagement. For example, one of the grooves is a groove (in the figure, the matching portion 331 is a groove), and the other is located in the groove to realize the male-female matching. As set forth above, since the mounting portion 323 includes the side wall 3231 and the arc wall 3232 and both ends of the arc wall 3232 are connected to the side wall 3231 and are correspondingly assembled by the concave-convex fitting, guiding of the food workpieces 32 during assembly of the food workpieces 32 is facilitated by guiding and positioning of the side wall 3231 and the arc wall 3232, and assembly efficiency is improved, for example, a U shape is easier to guide into the mounting portion 323, thereby improving assembly efficiency. The structure of the mounting portion 323 is not limited by the above-described function of the mounting portion 323, and in the embodiment of the present application, the mounting portion 323 is a boss.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, 17 and 18, the pasta-making member 32 comprises a first pasta-pressing bar 321 and a second pasta-pressing bar 322 which are engaged and horizontally placed, the axis of the second pasta-pressing bar 322 being higher than the axis of the first pasta-pressing bar 321. The pasta processing apparatus comprises a housing 33. The housing 33 includes a feed opening 332 and a feed opening 333 at the bottom of the housing 33, and the feed opening 332 includes an upper edge 3321 and a lower edge 3322. The included angle between the plane of the feed opening 332 and the vertical plane is β, and β is 0 as shown in fig. 15 and 16. In the case where β is 0 degrees, the lower edge 3322 is located directly below the upper edge 3321.
Referring to figures 17 and 18, figures 17 and 18 disclose a second pasta processing apparatus 3. The second pasta manufacturing apparatus 3 differs from the first pasta manufacturing apparatus 3 in that the plane of the feed opening 332 is inclined with respect to the vertical. While the plane of the feed opening 332 is shown in fig. 17 and 18 as being inclined to the right of the vertical plane, in other embodiments the plane of the feed opening 332 may be inclined to the left of the vertical plane. In the case where the angle β of the plane in which the feed port 332 is located with respect to the vertical plane satisfies 0 degrees < β ≦ 30 degrees, the lower edge 3322 is closer to the first noodle pressing bar 321 in the horizontal direction than the upper edge. As set forth above, the included angle of the plane of the feed inlet 332 and the vertical plane is not less than 0 degree and not more than 30 degrees, the axis of the second noodle pressing rod 322 is higher than the axis of the first noodle pressing rod 321, so that feeding (such as dough sheets) is facilitated, and because the included angle of the second noodle pressing rod 322 is not less than 0 degree and not more than 30 degrees, the lower edge 3322 is located under the upper edge 3321 or closer to the first noodle pressing rod 321 than the upper edge 3321, the lower edge 3322 can prevent falling objects, long hairs or clothes cuffs and the like from directly entering the food processing device 3 from the vertical direction, and the safety of operators in the working process of the food processing device 3 is ensured. In addition, when β is 0 degrees or more and 30 degrees or less, the lower edge 3322 is located directly below the upper edge 3321 or closer to the first noodle pressing bar 321 than the upper edge 3321, and plays a role in dust prevention to some extent.
Referring to fig. 16, 17 and 18 in combination with fig. 15, no matter whether the included angle β between the plane of the feed opening 332 and the vertical plane is 0 or 0 degree < β ≦ 30 degrees, the distance between the line 320 formed by the engagement points of the first noodle pressing rod 321 and the second noodle pressing rod 322 and the lower edge of the feed opening 332 in the vertical direction is L1, -5mm ≦ L1 ≦ 5mm, such as, -5mm, -4mm, -3mm, -2mm, -1mm, 0mm, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm or 5mm, and so on. With the above arrangement, the L1 is in the above range, so that the food material can enter the feed inlet 332 and then accurately enter the space between the first noodle pressing rod 321 and the second noodle pressing rod 322 for processing.
Referring to FIG. 15 in combination with FIG. 16, FIG. 17 in combination with FIG. 18, in one embodiment, the height of the feed opening 332 in the vertical direction is L2, and L2 is greater than or equal to 7mm and less than or equal to 10mm, that is, the feed opening 332 comprises an upper edge 3321 and a lower edge 3322, and the distance between the upper edge 3321 and the lower edge 3322 in the vertical direction is L2. Such as 7mm, 7.2mm, 7.5mm, 7.8mm, 8mm, 8.2mm, 8.5mm, 8.6mm, 8.8mm, 9mm, 9.2mm, 9.5mm, 9.6mm, 9.8mm, 9.9mm, or 10 mm. As set forth above, the height L2 of the feed opening 332 in the vertical direction is in the above range, and the feed opening 332 is high enough to facilitate feeding in the case that the feed opening 332 faces in the horizontal direction.
Referring to fig. 16 in conjunction with fig. 15, in one embodiment, the lower edge 3322 is located directly below the upper edge 3321, i.e., the distance between the upper edge 3321 and the lower edge 3322 in the horizontal direction is 0. Referring to FIG. 18 in conjunction with FIG. 17, in the embodiment of FIG. 18, the lower edge 3322 is closer to the first presser bar 321 than the upper edge 3321 in the horizontal direction at 0 degrees < β ≦ 30 degrees and at a distance L3, 0mm < L3 ≦ 10mm in the horizontal direction, such as 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 2.8mm, 3mm, 3.2mm, 3.7mm, 4mm, 4.3mm, 4.5mm, 4.8mm, 5mm, 5.3mm, 5.6mm, 6mm, 6.4mm, 6.8mm, 7mm, 7.3mm, 7.6mm, 8mm, 8.5mm, 9mm, 9.3mm, 9.5mm, 9.8mm, 10 mm. As set forth above, the distance L3 between the lower edge 3322 and the upper edge 3321 is within the above range, so as to prevent impurities in the vertical direction from directly falling into the feed opening 332, and facilitate feeding.
In the above various embodiments, the pasta processing device 3 and the transmission device 1 of the food processing machine accessory are detachably assembled through the workpiece clutch 31 and the output clutch 12, and it can be understood by the skilled person that in some embodiments, the pasta processing device 3 and the transmission device 1 may also be non-detachably assembled, that is, the two devices as a whole and the main machine 2 are detachably assembled with the main machine 2 through the input clutch 11 and the main machine clutch 21, in this case, the output shaft 132 of the transmission mechanism 13 is connected with the corresponding components of the pasta processing device 3, instead of the detachable connection through the workpiece clutch 31 by arranging the output clutch 12 on the output shaft 132 as described above. In the above arrangement, the pasta processing device 3 and the transmission device 1 are detachably assembled with the main machine 2 as a whole, and the main machine 2 can be shared, and the purposes of saving the storage space and facilitating storage can be achieved.

1. An accessory for a household food processor, characterized by comprising a transmission (1) and a pasta processing device (3), wherein;
the transmission device (1) comprises an input clutch (11) and a transmission mechanism (13), wherein the transmission mechanism (13) comprises an input shaft (131) in a vertical direction, an output shaft (132) intersected with the input shaft (131) and a transmission assembly (133); the transmission assembly (133) is respectively connected with the input shaft (131) and the output shaft (132) so that the output direction of the output shaft (132) is turned relative to the input direction of the input shaft (131);
the output shaft (132) is connected with the wheaten food processing device (3);
the input clutch (11) is connected to an input shaft (131) of the transmission mechanism (13); the accessory for the household food processor is detachably assembled with a main machine of the household food processor through the input clutch (11).

Accessory for a domestic food processor according to claim 1, characterized in that the transmission (1) comprises an output clutch (12) connected to the output shaft (132), the pasta processing device (3) comprising a work piece clutch (31), the pasta processing device (3) being detachably mounted to the transmission (1) by means of the work piece clutch (31) and the output clutch (12);
and/or the output shaft (132) is in a horizontal direction.

Accessory for a household food processor according to claim 2, characterized in that the transmission (1) further comprises a switch link (14), a link reset (15) and a switch; the wheaten food processing device (3) is connected with or separated from the transmission device (1) through the switch connecting rod in an inserting way;
in the inserted state, the pasta processing device applies acting force to the switch connecting rod, the switch connecting rod transmits the acting force to the connecting rod resetting piece and the switch, so that the switch (16) is conducted by the switch connecting rod (14), and meanwhile, the connecting rod resetting piece (15) applies reverse acting force to the switch connecting rod (14), so that the pasta processing device (3) and the transmission device (1) are locked through the switch connecting rod;
in the event of the switch lever (14) being pressed, the switch lever (14) is unlocked from the pasta processing device (3), the pasta processing device (3) being separated from the transmission (1);
when the pasta processing device (3) is pulled out of the transmission device (1) and the switch link (14) is released, the switch link (14) is reset by the link reset piece (15), and the switch (16) is turned off.
4. The accessory for a household food processor as claimed in claim 3, wherein the switch link (14) comprises a base (141), a long bar (142) and a short bar (143);
the base (141) is connected with the connecting rod resetting piece (15), and the base (141) is abutted against or separated from the switch (16) so that the switch (16) is correspondingly turned on or off;
the long rod (142) and the short rod (143) are parallel and positioned at the same side of the base (141); the long rod (142) is provided with a pressing part, and the switch connecting rod (14) is pressed or loosened through the pressing part;
the short rod (143) extends out of the transmission device (1) and is connected with the wheaten food processing device (3) in an inserting mode, and the wheaten food processing device (3) is provided with a locking groove (36) for the short rod (143) to be clamped into.

Accessory for a household food processor according to claim 1, characterized in that the pasta processing device (3) further comprises a food processing member (32), the food processing member (32) comprising two first (321) and second (322) meshing flour bars, the first (321) and second (322) flour bars being provided with a mounting portion (323);
the wheaten food processing device (3) comprises a shell (33), the shell (33) comprises a matching part (331), the mounting part (323) comprises opposite side walls (3231) and an arc-shaped wall (3232), and two ends of the arc-shaped wall (3232) are respectively connected with the side walls (3231);
the shape of the matching part (331) is the same as that of the mounting part (323) and the first pressing rod (321) and the second pressing rod (322) are mounted on the shell (33) by concave-convex matching and corresponding assembly.

the wheaten food processing device comprises a housing (33), wherein the housing (33) comprises a feed inlet (332) and a discharge outlet (333) positioned at the bottom of the housing (33), the feed inlet (332) comprises an upper edge (3321) and a lower edge (3322), an included angle between a plane where the feed inlet (332) is positioned and a vertical plane is beta, the lower edge (3322) is positioned under the upper edge (3321) under the condition that the beta is 0 degrees, and the lower edge (3322) is closer to the first noodle pressing rod (321) than the upper edge in the horizontal direction under the condition that the beta is more than 0 degrees and less than or equal to 30 degrees.

Accessory for a domestic food processor according to claim 6, characterized in that the pasta processing device comprises a feed opening (332) and the distance in vertical direction between the line (320) of the engagement points of the first (321) and second (322) pasta bar and the lower edge (3322) of the feed opening (332) is L1, -5mm L1 mm 5 mm.

the driving device (22) drives the transmission mechanism (13) of the transmission device (1) to rotate through the host clutch (21) and the input clutch (11), and the transmission mechanism (13) drives the food processing device (3).
