Referring to fig. 18, 19, and 22 in combination with fig. 21, in the third lid assembly 10, the structure of the lid seal ring 3 is the same as that of the lid seal ring 3 in the first lid assembly 10, and the lid mounting portion 11 of the third lid assembly 10 is provided with the lid seal ring 3, and since the lid seal ring 3 in the third lid assembly 10 is provided in the same manner as that of the lid seal ring 3 in the first lid assembly 10, further description is omitted.
Based on the above embodiments, the skilled person can obtain: the whole peripheral edge of bowl cover installation department 11 with one of the whole peripheral edge of going up bowl cover 2 is provided with sealing washer mounting groove 111, bowl cover sealing washer 3 the girth with the girth of sealing washer mounting groove 111 equals, just bowl cover sealing washer 3 constructs as an organic whole, block in sealing washer mounting groove 111. The seal structure associated with the lid assembly 10 is described below in the context of the lid assembly 10 including the coupler assembly 5.
Referring to fig. 5, a first coupler assembly 5 includes a coupler 51 and a coupler seal 52 wrapping at least a portion of the coupler 51, the coupler 51 including a coupler terminal 511.
Referring to fig. 20, the second coupler assembly 5 also includes a coupler 51 and a coupler seal 52 surrounding at least a portion of the coupler 51, the coupler 51 including a coupler terminal 511.
One of the cup cover mounting part 11 and the upper cup cover 2 is provided with a seal ring mounting groove 111. The packing installation groove 111 is provided as described above. A notch 113 is arranged between the cup cover mounting part 11 and the upper cup cover 2. The notch 113 may be formed in various ways, for example, referring to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 3 and 4, in the first cup lid assembly 10, a first notch 1131 disposed on the lid mounting portion 11 and a second notch 1132 disposed on the upper lid 2 enclose the notch 113 when the upper lid 2 and the lid mounting portion 11 are mounted. The notches 113 of the second lid assembly 10 are arranged in the same manner as the notches 113 of the first lid assembly 10, as shown in fig. 12 and 13 and fig. 11. Referring to fig. 15, in the second cup lid assembly 10, the lid sealing ring 3 is clamped in the sealing ring mounting groove 111 of the upper lid 2, one part of the lid sealing ring 3 is pressed by the pressing edge 21 of the lid mounting portion 11, and the other part of the lid sealing ring 3 is pressed by the coupler sealing member 52, so as to realize sealing assembly.
Referring to fig. 22, in the third lid assembly 10, the lid sealing ring 3 is clamped in the sealing ring mounting groove 111 of the lid mounting portion 11, a part of the lid sealing ring 3 is pressed by the pressing edge 21 of the upper lid 2, the other part of the upper lid 2 presses the edge 21 to press the coupler sealing member 52, and the coupler sealing member 52 presses the other part of the lid sealing ring 3.
As the above-mentioned setting, because bowl cover sealing washer 3 is blocked in sealing washer mounting groove 111, coupler sealing member 52 and bowl cover sealing washer 3 partly sealing connection, and coupler sealing member 52 and bowl cover sealing washer 3 another part is not set up last bowl cover 2 or bowl cover installation department 11 of sealing washer mounting groove 111 support and press, consequently, go up the leakproofness between bowl cover 2, bowl cover installation department 11 and the coupler subassembly 5 good, the equipment is also convenient.
There are various ways how the coupler seal 52 sealingly engages the lid sealing ring 3, such as interference, etc., and the sealing connection structure used in this application will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 5 in combination with fig. 7, in the first cup lid assembly 10, the coupler seal 52 includes a seal body 521 wrapping at least a portion of the coupler 51 and a plurality of spaced sealing ribs 522 extending away from the seal body 521, and the sealing ribs 522 are in interference connection with the lid sealing ring 3. In the first coupler assembly 5 shown in fig. 5 and 7, only one side of the coupler seal 52 is provided with the sealing rib 522.
Referring to fig. 15, in the second lid assembly 10, the coupler sealing member 52 is also provided with the plurality of sealing ribs 522, and the sealing ribs 522 are also in interference connection with the lid sealing ring 3. In the second coupler assembly 5, the coupler seal 52 is provided with the sealing ribs 522 all around. In the embodiment of the present application, the cross-section of the sealing rib 522 is not limited, and may be, for example, circular, triangular, or the like.
As set forth above, through setting up many spaced sealing ribs 522 to make sealing rib 522 with lid sealing washer 3 interference fit connects, further improved the leakproofness, strengthened water-proof effects, for example, in the in-process of installation coupler subassembly 5, probably make coupler sealing member 52 can warp, and through setting up many spaced sealing ribs 522, form the effect similar to line contact between many spaced sealing ribs 522 and the lid sealing washer 3, even under coupler sealing member 52 takes place to warp, also can make reliably sealed between coupler sealing member 52 and the lid sealing washer 3.
Referring to fig. 20, in one embodiment, the sealing rib 522 is provided with a plurality of turns around the circumference of the sealing member body 521, and at least a portion of the sealing rib 522 extends outwards with respect to the sealing member body 521 in unequal lengths, for example, in fig. 20, D1 is smaller than D2. As the arrangement, because the lengths of the sealing ribs 522 extending outwards relative to the sealing element body 521 are unequal, multi-stage sealing can be formed, if one-stage leakage occurs, other stages can realize sealing, and further, the sealing performance is better, for example, in the third cup cover assembly 10, the sealing ribs 522 of the coupler sealing element 52 are matched with the accommodating cavity 23, the sealing performance is good, and the coupler 51 can be better sealed.
The manner of fixing the coupler assembly 5 is described as follows:
referring to FIGS. 1 and 3 in conjunction with FIG. 8, one of lid mounting portion 11 and upper lid 2 includes opposing mounting arms 112, each mounting arm 112 includes a retention notch 1121 and a first notch 1131 is formed between opposing mounting arms 112. Correspondingly, the other of the cup cover mounting part 11 and the upper cup cover 2 is provided with a second notch 1132. In the first lid assembly 10, fig. 8 shows the coupler seal 52 engaged with the mounting arm 112 to seal the position-limiting notch 1121, and fig. 7 and 9 show the coupler seal 52 in sealing connection with the lid sealing ring 3. Referring to FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, the first notch 1131 and a corresponding portion of the other of lid mounting portion 11 and upper lid 2 define the notch 113, i.e., the first notch 1131 and second notch 1132 define the notch 113. Skilled persons will appreciate that in some embodiments, first notch 1131 may be indented, and lid mounting portion 11 and the corresponding portion of upper lid 2 merely seal the mouth of first notch 1131 to define notch 113.
With continued reference to FIGS. 12, 11, and 15 in conjunction with FIGS. 10 and 14, in a second lid assembly 10, FIGS. 11 and 12 illustrate lid mounting portion 11 having mounting arm 112 and first notch 1131, mounting arm 112 includes a retention notch 1121. Fig. 11 illustrates that the coupler assembly 5 includes a coupler 51 and a coupler seal 52 that encases at least a portion of the coupler 51. Fig. 10 and 11 show that the coupler terminal 511 of the coupler 51 protrudes from the notch 113, and the coupler sealing member 52 is clamped on the mounting arm 112 and is connected with the position-limiting notch 1121 in a sealing manner. First notch 1131 with the bowl cover installation department 11 with the corresponding part of another one in the upper cup cover 2 encloses into notch 113, combines fig. 12 and fig. 13, and second notch 1132 of the upper cup cover 2 of the second type bowl cover subassembly 10 and the first notch 1131 of the bowl cover installation department 11 of lower bowl cover 1 enclose into notch 113.
According to the above arrangement, through coupler sealing element 52 and installation arm 112 are clamped to seal limiting notch 1121 and notch 113, and are in sealing connection with lid sealing ring 3, installation arm 112 is through limiting notch 1121 is right-left and front limiting of coupler sealing element 52, and then is combined with coupler sealing element 52 to be pressed by upper lid 2 or lid installation part 11 which is not provided with sealing ring installation groove 111, so that the sealing performance of coupler 51 is improved under the condition that upper lid 2 and lower lid 1 are sealed, and a good sealing effect is achieved.
Skilled persons will appreciate that the other of the lid mounting portion 11 and the upper lid 2 by abutting the coupler seal 52 includes two conditions: 1) as can be seen from fig. 8 and 7, the coupler seal 52 is pressed in front, back, left, right, up and down directions; 2) as can be seen from fig. 11, 15, and 10, the coupler seal 52 is pressed in front, right, left, upper, and lower directions. In contrast, in the first method, the coupler seal 52 is pressed all around, and limited, so that the coupler seal 52 is not easy to loose and has poor sealing performance.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the upper cup cover 2 includes a position-limiting arm 22 opposite to the notch 113. Of course, in other embodiments, the position limiting arm 22 may also be disposed on the lid mounting portion 11. Either way, the coupler seal 52 includes a seal back face 523 opposite the slot 113, and the check arm 22 abuts the seal back face 523. As the position limiting arm 22 abuts against the sealing element back face 523, the coupler sealing element 52 can better seal the notch 113, the position limiting notch 1121 and the like, so that the sealing performance is improved, and the waterproof effect is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 19 and 17 in conjunction with fig. 16, the upper cup cover 2 includes a receiving cavity 23. In other embodiments, the lid mounting portion 11 may include the accommodating cavity 23. The receiving chamber 23 communicates with the outside through a first opening 231 facing the lid seal ring 3 and a second notch 1312 formed at a side of the first opening 231. Coupler sealing member 52 card is located hold in the chamber 23, lid installation department 11 with another in the upper cup lid 2 covers first opening 231 and with coupler sealing member 52 sealing connection, and with first notch 1131 encloses into notch 113. Referring to FIGS. 18 and 19, in a third lid assembly 10, the upper lid 2 is provided with the first notch 1131, the lid mounting portion 11 is provided with a second notch 1132, and the first notch 1131 and the second notch 1132 enclose the notch 113. As set up above, because go up bowl cover 2 with one in the bowl cover installation department 11 sets up hold chamber 23, another sets up bowl cover sealing washer 3 is located through coupler sealing member 52 card hold chamber 23 and sealed notch 113, reunion bowl cover installation department 11 with another in the last bowl cover 2 covers first opening 231 and with coupler sealing member 52 sealing connection, and with first notch 1131 encloses into notch 113, that is, coupler sealing member 52 trilateral with hold chamber 23 sealing connection, and remaining one side does not set up in last bowl cover 2 and the 11 equipment processes of bowl cover installation department hold one sealing connection of chamber 23, like this, coupler 51's good leakproofness has strengthened water-proof effects, and moreover, it is sealed simple. Compared with the first and second cup cover assemblies 10 and 10, the embodiment of the position limitation and sealing of the coupler assembly 5 has a simpler structure and is easier to assemble, for example, in the assembly process, whether the coupler assembly 5 is aligned with one of the position limitation notches 1121 is not required to be considered, and because three sides of the coupler sealing element 52 are abutted against three corresponding sides of the accommodating cavity 23 and the remaining side is connected with the other one of the upper cup cover and the cup cover mounting part 11 in a sealing manner, the sealing effect is better, for example, the sealing effect of the lower sealing manner is better, for example, in combination with the lower left corner of fig. 8, the coupler sealing element 52 is required to form a side wall seal of the air inlet 241 with the mounting cavity 24 of the upper cup cover 2 and also be sealed with the mounting arm 112. In addition, the sealing structure combined with the unequal lengths of the small part of the sealing ribs 522 relative to the sealing body 521 enables the sealing effect to be better, and the effect of fixing the coupler assembly 5 to be better.
In various embodiments of the present application, the cup cover assembly 10 is used for covering a cup body of a food processor, and includes an air guide assembly (not shown in the figures) and a switch assembly 6; the switch assembly 6 and the air guide assembly are used for performing defoaming operation, and the structure of the air guide assembly is not limited, for example, a fan or an air pump. The following describes the arrangement of the switch assembly 6 in detail with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9 in conjunction with fig. 4, in the first cover assembly 10, the upper cover 2 includes a mounting cavity 24 for accommodating the switch assembly 6. The mounting cavity 24 includes an air inlet 241 that communicates between the interior of the mounting cavity 24 and the exterior of the lid assembly 10. The structure of the switch assembly 6 is not limited, and the switch assembly can be used for realizing the following functions that when the air inlet 241 is opened during defoaming operation, the air guide assembly sucks air blown to the inside of the cup body from the outside of the cup cover assembly 10 through the air inlet 241; the air inlet 241 is sealed without performing a defoaming operation. For example, in one embodiment, the switch assembly 6 includes an elastic member 61, a movable member 62 connected to the elastic member 61, and an inlet seal 63 disposed on the movable member 62. In the case of performing the defoaming operation, the movable member 62 bears an external force to drive the air inlet sealing member 63 to move away from the air inlet 241 until the movable member is separated from the air inlet 241, and in this process, the elastic member 61 deforms. The air guide assembly sucks air blown to the inside of the cup body from the outside of the cup cover assembly 10 through the air inlet 241; in the case that the defoaming operation is not performed, the movable member 62 bears the elastic force of the elastic member 61 to drive the air inlet sealing member 63 to move towards the air inlet 241 until the air inlet 241 is sealed, for example, the air inlet 241 is sealed under the elastic force of the elastic member 61. There are also various ways how the switch assembly can be opened or closed, for example, in the above-mentioned switch assembly 6, the movable member 62 can be moved by pressing the movable member 62 with a trigger member, which can be a cup opening of the cup body 20, or other members. In the first cup cover assembly 10, the switch assembly 6 and the mounting cavity 24 are located in the upper cup cover 2, the cup cover sealing ring 3 is located in the cup cover mounting part 11.
Referring to fig. 12 and 10 in combination with fig. 11 and 13, in the second lid assembly 10, the structure of the switch assembly 6 is the same as that of the switch assembly 6 in the first lid assembly 10, and relevant components are marked in the drawings, except that in the second lid assembly 10, the switch assembly 6 and the mounting cavity 24 are located in the lid mounting portion 11, the lid sealing ring 3 is located in the upper lid 2, and as shown in fig. 13, a sealing ring mounting groove 111 clamped with the lid sealing ring 3 is formed in the upper lid 2.
Referring to fig. 19 and 17 in conjunction with fig. 16, 18 and 22, in a third lid assembly 10, the switch assembly 6 and the mounting cavity 24 are disposed on the upper lid 2, and the lid gasket 3 is disposed on the lid mounting portion 11, as in the first lid assembly 10.
According to the arrangement, the switch assembly 6 and the mounting cavity 24 are located in one of the upper cup cover 2 and the cup cover mounting portion 11, and the cup cover sealing ring 3 is located in the other of the upper cup cover 2 and the cup cover mounting portion 11, so that the switch assembly 6 and the mounting cavity 24 are assembled on different parts as a whole with the cup cover sealing ring 3, the cup cover sealing ring 3 is ensured to be continuous and uninterrupted, can completely surround the sealing ring mounting groove 111 for a circle, and the sealing performance is improved.
Referring to fig. 9 in conjunction with fig. 3 and 4, in a cup lid assembly 10, as shown in fig. 4, the upper cup lid 2 is provided with an abutting arm 25, the cup lid mounting portion 11 is provided with a blocking arm 114, and the elastic element 61 abuts against the abutting arm 25 and is connected to the air inlet sealing element 63. The end of the blocking arm 114 is opposite to the end of the abutting arm 25 and is staggered, and the blocking arm 114 blocks the abutting arm 25 from moving in a direction away from the air inlet 241. There are various ways to block the movement of the abutting arm 25 away from the air inlet 241, for example, the blocking arm 114 abuts against the abutting arm 25, and for example, although the blocking arm 114 is at a certain distance from the abutting arm 25, the air inlet sealing member 63 can still effectively seal the air inlet 241 within such a distance range.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13 in combination with fig. 10, the setting positions of the blocking arm 114 and the abutting arm 25 of the second type of lid assembly 10 are different from the setting positions of the blocking arm 114 and the abutting arm 25 of the first type of lid assembly 10, and more specifically, in the second type of lid assembly 10, the upper lid 2 is provided with the blocking arm 114, and the lid mounting portion 11 is provided with the abutting arm 25. The positional relationship between the abutting arm 25 and the blocking arm 114 is described in the first lid assembly 10 and will not be described in detail.
Referring to fig. 19 and fig. 18 in combination with fig. 17, the arrangement of the blocking arm 114 and the abutting arm 25 of the third lid assembly 10 is the same as the arrangement of the blocking arm 114 and the abutting arm 25 of the first lid assembly 10, and the descriptions of the blocking arm 114 and the abutting arm 25 in the first lid assembly 10 are omitted for brevity.

Referring to FIG. 1, in another aspect, embodiments of the present application disclose a prophy cup assembly 100. The cooking cup assembly 100 comprises any one of the cup cover assemblies 10 and the cup body 20, and the cup cover assembly 10 is covered with the cup body 20. Any manner of closing may be used, such as rotation of the lid assembly 10 relative to the cup 20. Of course, the skilled artisan will appreciate that the cooking cup assembly 100 includes, among other things, a cup holder 30 and a handle 40.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present application discloses a food processor, the food processor includes any one of the above-mentioned food processing cup assemblies 100 and a host, the food processing cup assembly 100 is assembled to the host, and the steam generated in the working process of the food processor is discharged from the exhaust assembly 4.

Claims (13)

1. A lid assembly, comprising:
the lower cup cover (1) comprises a cup cover mounting part (11) and an exhaust assembly mounting part (12), and the exhaust assembly mounting part (12) is positioned outside the outline of the cup cover mounting part (11);
the upper cup cover (2) is assembled with the cup cover mounting part (11) in a sealing way through a cup cover sealing ring (3);
exhaust assembly (4), with exhaust assembly installation department (12) equipment, after the equipment, exhaust assembly (4) are located outside the profile of going up bowl cover (2).
2. The lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the upper lid (2) and the lid mounting portion (11) are assembled by mounting members, the mounting members being located outside an area enclosed by the lid sealing ring (3);
and/or the area of the cup cover mounting part (11) is larger than that of the exhaust component mounting part (12).
3. The lid assembly of claim 1, wherein one of a full peripheral edge of the lid mounting portion (11) and a full peripheral edge of the upper lid (2) is provided with a packing mounting groove (111);
the cup cover sealing ring (3) is integrally constructed and clamped in the sealing ring mounting groove (111), and the circumference of the cup cover sealing ring (3) is equal to that of the sealing ring mounting groove (111).
4. The lid assembly of claim 1, including a coupler assembly (5), the coupler assembly (5) including a coupler (51) and a coupler seal (52) encasing at least a portion of the coupler (51), the coupler (51) including a coupler terminal (511);
bowl cover installation department (11) with one in last bowl cover (2) is provided with sealing washer mounting groove (111), and, bowl cover installation department (11) with notch (113) have between last bowl cover (2), bowl cover sealing washer (3) seal set up in sealing washer mounting groove (111), coupler sealing member (52) with some sealing connection and the sealing of bowl cover sealing washer (3) notch (113), bowl cover installation department (11) with go up another in bowl cover (2) with another part sealing connection of bowl cover sealing washer (3), and, through with coupler sealing member (52) support the pressure, realize sealed equipment.
5. The lid assembly of claim 4, wherein the coupler seal (52) includes a seal body (521) surrounding at least a portion of the coupler (51) and a plurality of spaced sealing ribs (522) extending away from the seal body (521), the sealing ribs (522) being in interference engagement with the lid seal ring (3).
6. The cup lid assembly of claim 5, wherein the sealing rib (522) is provided with a plurality of turns around a circumference of the seal body (521), at least some of the sealing rib (522) extending outwardly relative to the seal body (521) in unequal lengths.
7. The lid assembly of claim 4, wherein one of the lid mounting portion (11) and the upper lid (2) is provided with opposing mounting arms (112), each mounting arm including a retention notch (1121), and a first notch (1131) is formed between the opposing mounting arms (112), the coupler seal (52) is captured in the mounting arm (112) in sealing connection with the retention notch (1121), and the notch (113) is enclosed by the first notch (1131) and a corresponding portion of the other of the lid mounting portion (11) and the upper lid (2).
8. The lid assembly of claim 7, in which the other of the upper lid (2) and the lid mounting portion (11) includes a stopper arm (22) opposite the notch (113), the coupler seal (52) including a seal back face (523) opposite the notch (113), the stopper arm (22) abutting the seal back face (523).
9. The lid assembly of claim 4, wherein one of the lid mounting portion (11) and the upper lid (2) includes a receiving cavity (23), the receiving cavity (23) communicating with an exterior through a first opening (231) facing the lid seal ring (3) and a first notch (1131) located at a side of the first opening (231);
coupler sealing member (52) card is located hold in the chamber (23), another one in bowl cover installation department (11) and last bowl cover (2) cover first opening (231) and with coupler sealing member (52) sealing connection, and with first notch (1131) enclose into notch (113).
10. The cup cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the cup cover assembly (10) is used for covering a cup body (20) of a food processor and comprises an air guide assembly and a switch assembly (6); one of the upper cup cover (2) and the cup cover mounting part (11) comprises a mounting cavity (24) for accommodating the switch assembly (6), and the mounting cavity (24) comprises an air inlet (241) for communicating the inside of the mounting cavity (24) with the outside of the cup cover assembly (10);
the switch assembly (6) opens the air inlet (241) under the condition that the food processor carries out defoaming operation, and the air guide assembly sucks air blown to the inside of the cup body (20) from the outside of the cup cover assembly (10) through the air inlet (241); sealing the air inlet (241) without performing a defoaming operation;
switch module (6) and installation cavity (24) are located go up bowl cover (2) with one in bowl cover installation department (11), bowl cover sealing washer (3) are located go up bowl cover (2) with another in bowl cover installation department (11).
11. The lid assembly of claim 10, wherein the switch assembly (6) includes a resilient member (61), a movable member (62) connected to the resilient member (61), and an inlet seal (63) provided to the movable member;
under the condition of performing a defoaming operation, the movable piece (62) drives the air inlet sealing piece (63) to move under the action of external force, so that the air inlet sealing piece (63) is separated from the air inlet (241) and the elastic piece (61) is deformed; under the condition that defoaming operation is not carried out, the movable piece (62) bears the elastic force of the elastic piece (61) to drive the air inlet sealing piece (63) to seal the air inlet (241);
